Various efforts that can be taken by a company to develop its human resources to encourage progress for the company are using conducting training, increasing discipline, and giving rewards to employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, discipline,  and rewards on employee performance. The sample in this study were all Sinarmas Banks in the Bekasi district, amounting to 65 people. Statistical analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results in this study explain that there is an effect of training on employee performance, the influence of discipline on employee performance, and the influence of reward on employee performance.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Work Supervision, Employee Commitment and Communication on Employee Performance at PT. BPR Pijer Podi Kekelengan Medan Post Intersection. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling method and the analysis method used is multiple linear regression. From the research results, the multiple regression equation is as follows: PKK = 1.059+ 0.287PK + 0.309KK + 0.135K + ei. This means that the Employee Commitment (KK) variable has a greater influence on employee work performance, because the regression coefficient is greater, namely 0.309. The results of the t test show that the employee commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance where the t value (4.233)> the t table value (1.682) and the significant value 0.000

The Department of Education and Culture of the Yapen Islands Regency as an extension of the local government in dealing with education has attempted to provide maximum public services. However, in its implementation, there are several obstacles, including not optimal services provided due to less-than-optimal employee performance. The objective of the study is to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on the performance of the employees of the Department of Education and Culture of the Yapen Islands Regency. Collecting data used a questionnaire. The research sample was calculated using the Slovin formula and obtained a total sample of 60 employees of the Department of Education and Culture of the Yapen Islands Regency. The data were tested with research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression tests using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that 1) leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, 3) job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance

The purpose of this study was to study the effect of work discipline variable and simultaneous work ability and competence at the West Papua Province Social Service Office. This research is a quantitative study. The sampling method uses Non Probability Sampling and the sampling technique uses Saturated Sampling. The result of this study indicate that the variable work discipline is not significant on employee performance, and subsequent research result indicate that work ability variables partially have a siginificant effect on employee performance. Also showed a variable work discipline and work ability significantly to the performance of employess in the West Papua Province Social Service Office. Improving the performance of West papua Provincial Social Service Office employees must provide work coordination and work capabilities together to improve employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to test the Influence of Work Motivation, Competence, and Compensation Against Performance Employees Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Mentawai Islands District. This study is a census. The data used are primary data by taking sample of 79 (seventy nine) respondents. This research uses analytical tools such as validity, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study illustrate that all variables have an effect on employee performance except the compensation variable. The results can be described by the equation Y = 12.752 + 0.248X1 + 0.396X2 + 0.051 X3, where X1 = Work Motivation, X2 = Competence, and X3 = Compensation. This means that the constant of 12.752 states that factors other than the variables X1, X2, and X3 that affect employee performance of 12,752. Work Motivation coefficient of 0.248 states that if the variable X1 added one unit will add the effect of employee performance of 0.248 with the assumption that the competence and compensation variables are constant. The regression coefficient X2 of 0.396 is that if the variable X2 increases one unit will increase the employee performance by 0.396 with the assumption that the variable of work motivation and compensation is constant. Furthermore, with X3 regression coefficient of 0.051. This means that with other factors considered constant, the effect of compensation is less than that of work motivation and competence.

BACKGROUND: The implementation of the electronic judicial process (PJe) in recent years is associated with an increase in workload and stricter control through productivity targets in the Brazilian labor judiciary. OBJECTIVES: To evaluate the relations between musculoskeletal symptoms, psychosocial factors and work ability in civil servants of a labor justice body in the context of the PJe. METHODS: A cross-sectional exploratory study with a quantitative approach involving 449 workers. Sociodemographic, occupational and related data were collected through questionnaires validated in the Brazilian context. Data analysis was conducted by descriptive and inferential statistics: Mann-Whitney test, Spearman’s correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression. RESULTS: There was a correlation between musculoskeletal symptoms and psychosocial factors (p <  0.05), as well as between both musculoskeletal symptoms and psychosocial factors with reduced work ability (p <  0.05). The multiple linear regression model pointed to the female gender and the dimensions “demands”, “control” and “peer support” as related to the musculoskeletal symptoms. CONCLUSION: We highlight the importance of a broader approach, involving psychosocial factors in preventive actions related to musculoskeletal disorders considering the important relationship with work ability.

Objective of this research is to determine the effect of burnout and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted in a span of less than one year, so the research design used was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with explanatory survey methods. A total of 100 respondents were selected as samples using probability sampling. The research questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this research is work fatigue (burnout) and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance.  Differences found in objects and research methods, population and research samples, research periods, measurement tools and research results, and sources of theory from foreign journals and foreign books

Education, motivation and compensation are important things that can improve performance. This study aims to explain whether there is an influence of education, motivation and compensation on employee performance. So that through the results of this study it is expected to be a reference for leaders in managing the organization. In this study there are three independent variables namely education, motivation and compensation and one dependent variable is employee performance. At present it is in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, which is marked by; big data / giant data, internet of think, labor knowledge, and long life education. Since the beginning of the life of mankind to an infinite period, it is largely determined by the mastery of science and technology. Science and technology can not be separated from the progress of education level. Education is the base of all changes both individually, as well as countries. Employee performance is determined by the education that is owned, as high as education, the higher the performance and vice versa. The population in this study are BRI CAB employees, SEMARANG A-YANI, 60 people and all of them are sampled. The results of the analysis using SPSS 23 program statistical tools obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 0.505 X1 + 0.175 X2 + 0.408 X3 The results of multiple linear regression equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between education on employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (t count test 6.314> t table 0.05), motivation towards employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (tcount 2,160> t table 0,05), and compensation for employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (t test 5.108> ttable 0.05). While together (simultaneously) the influence of education, motivation and compensation has an effect on and significant on the performance of employees at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (count = 44,692> ftabel = 0.05). The influence of the two research variables is very strong with a correlation value of 69.0% for employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG is influenced by the motivation and compensation education of the remaining 31.0% of the employees' performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG is influenced by other variables that affect employee performance.
