ABSTRAKSastra daerah  merupakan bagian dari suatu tradisi dan budaya  warisan nenek moyang yang harus kita lestarikan. Salah satu budaya lokal yang harus dilestarikan oleh generasi penerusnya adalah tradisi lisan muayak yang berasal dari Banding Agung OKU Selatan. Budaya lokal tersebut diciptakan oleh masyarakat ranau dengan daya kreativitas yang   dituntut untuk melahirkan pengalaman batin. Bahkan dijadikan sebagai pengalaman hidup masyarakat ranau yang pada hakikatnya merupakan bagian dari seni yang berusaha menampilkan nilai-nilai keindahan yang bersifat aktual dan imajinatif yang berhubungan dengan renungan terhadap berbagai macam problema yang berhubungan dengan manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai budaya dan moral yang disampaikan dalam tradisi (lisan)  muayak pada acara sunatan masyarakat Banding Agung OKU Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif.   Sumber data adalah  rekaman tradisi (lisan) muayak. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah teknik dokumentasi. Untuk menganalisis data, penulis menggunakan teknik analisis karya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa nilai budaya  terdiri dari nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain,  nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan masyarakat, nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan alam, dan nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan dirinya sendiri. Selanjutnya, nilai moral terdiri atas nilai moral religius, nilai moral pribadi, dan nilai moral sosial.Kata kunci: Nilai budaya, nilai moral, tradisi, MuayakABSTRACTLocal literature is part of a tradition and cultural heritage that we must preserve, one of the local cultures that must be preserved by the next generation is the oral tradition of Muayak originating from Banding Agung OKU Selatan The local culture was created by the Ranau community with the creativity which is required to create the inner experiences, but more than that as the life experience of the Ranau community which is essentially part of art that eager to display the values of beauty that are actual and imaginative that are associated with reflections on various kinds of problems related to humans. The purpose of this study is to describe the cultural and moral values conveyed in the oral (oral) tradition at the circumcision of the Banding Agung OKU Selatan. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data source is a recording of the oral tradition. The data collection technique is a documentation technique. To analyze the data, the writer used the work technique analysis. Based on the results of the analysis concluded that cultural values consist of cultural values in human relations with God, cultural values in human relations with other humans, cultural values in human relations with society, cultural values in human relations with nature, and cultural values in human relations with him itself. This study aims to describe the cultural values ​​contained in the Hikayat Banta Amat Volume I and II by T. A. Sakti. Cultural value is very important to be studied in order to preserve the cultural heritage of the people of Aceh so that it can be known by the younger generation and re-cultivated in life in the present. The formulation of the problem raised in this study is how the cultural values ​​contained in the Hikayat Banta Amat Volume I and II by T. A. Sakti. The data source in this research is Hikayat Banta Amat Volume I and II by T. A. Sakti. The selected data is each quotation that has a relation to cultural values ​​in the saga. The approach and method used in this research is a qualitative approach and a descriptive method by describing the facts which are then followed by analysis. The cultural values ​​analyzed in Banta Amat sects are grouped according to five categories, namely (1) cultural values ​​in human relations with God, (2) cultural values ​​in human relations with nature, (3) cultural values ​​in human relations with other humans, (4) cultural values ​​in human relations with society, and (5) cultural values ​​in human relations with oneself. The results showed there were 37 quotations related to cultural values ​​that exist in the Banta Amat saga, namely: (1) Cultural values ​​in the human relationship with God there are 6 values ​​in 24 quotes; a) Give thanks to God 3 quotes, b) Give to Allah the Prophet 1 quote, c) Pray and ask God 9 quotes, d) surrender to God 8 quotes, e) Fear God 1 quote, and f) Obey to worship God 2 quotes, (2) Cultural values ​​in human relations with nature are found in 2 quotations about utilizing the forest, (3) Cultural values ​​in human relations with other humans there are 3 values ​​in 4 quotations; a) respect for others 2 quotes, b) say greetings 1 quote, and c) answer greetings 1 quote, (4) Cultural values ​​in human relations with the community there are 3 quotes namely about mutual care, and (5) Cultural values ​​in relationships humans with themselves there are 3 values ​​in 4 quotes; a) Never give up 2 quotes, b) responsibility 1 quote, and c) hard work 1 quote. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the cultural values ​​in the human relationship with God are more numerous than the other values. This illustrates that the people of Aceh are religious and devout people who worship God. Suggestions from researchers that the people of Aceh continue to preserve cultural values ​​such as the Banta Amat saga in daily life. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam Hikayat Banta Amat Jilid I dan II Karya T. A. Sakti. Nilai budaya sangat penting untuk dikaji guna melestarikan warisan budaya masyarakat Aceh agar dapat diketahui oleh generasi muda dan kembali dibudidayakan dalam kehidupan pada masa sekarang. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam Hikayat Banta Amat Jilid I dan II Karya T. A. Sakti. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Hikayat Banta Amat Jilid I dan II karya T. A. Sakti. Data yang dipilih adalah setiap kutipan yang ada kaitannya dengan nilai budaya dalam hikayat. Pendekatan dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskritif dengan mendeskripsikan fakta-fakta yang kemudian disusul dengan analisis. Nilai budaya yang dianalisis dalam hikayat Banta Amat dikelompokkan berdasarkan lima kategori, yaitu (1) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, (2) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan alam, (3) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain, (4) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan masyarakat, dan (5) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 37 kutipan yang terkait dengan nilai budaya yang ada dalam hikayat Banta Amat, yaitu: (1) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan terdapat 6 nilai pada 24 kutipan; a) Bersyukur kepada Allah 3 kutipan, b) Berselawat kepada Nabi Allah 1 kutipan, c) Berdoa dan memohon kepada Allah 9 kutipan, d) menyerahkan diri kepada Allah 8 kutipan, e) Takut kepada Allah 1 kutipan, dan f) Taat beribadah kepada Allah 2 kutipan, (2) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan alam terdapat pada 2 kutipan tentang memanfaatkan hutan, (3) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain terdapat 3 nilai pada 4 kutipan; a) menghormati orang lain 2 kutipan, b) mengucapkan salam 1 kutipan, dan c) menjawab salam 1 kutipan, (4) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan masyarakat terdapat 3 kutipan yaitu tentang rasa saling peduli, dan (5) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri terdapat 3 nilai pada 4 kutipan; a) Pantang menyerah 2 kutipan, b) tanggung jawab 1 kutipan, dan c) kerja keras 1 kutipan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan lebih banyak dari nilai yang lainnya. Hal ini menggambarkan bahwa masyarakat Aceh adalah masyarakat yang religius dan taat beribadah kepada Allah. Saran dari peneliti agar masyarakat Aceh terus melestarikan nilai budaya seperti pada hikayat Banta Amat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Hikayat, Nilai Budaya

This research examines the style of language in song lyric entitled “A Stylistic Analysis of Hey! Say! Jump’s Song Lyrics in Jumping Car Album”. This research aims to find out the kinds of  language style and describe the meaning of the song lyrics. Language style theory used in this research is theory proposed by Keraf. This research used a descriptive research with qualitative approach. The data collection technique employed in this research was listening and note taking technique. Collected data were analyzed by using equivalent technique and technique of immediate constituent analyst. Data source used in this research is twelve song lyrics in Jumping Car album. The kinds of language style found consists of 3 (three) metaphor, 5 (five) personification, 7 (seven) simile, 16 (sixteen) allegory, 1 (one) eponym, 1 (one) synecdoche, 4 (four) metonymy, 1 (one) epithet, 1 (one) antonomasia, 1 (one) cynicism and 1 (one) sarcasm. The dominant kinds of language in this research is allegory. All of the meaning of the kinds of language which found shows songs in Jumping Car album describing love and life story in which contain happiness and sadness.

AbstractBoteng Tunggul is one of the traditions of the East Lombok community which has unique wisdom values. This tradition is always carried out at the traditional ceremonies of the East Lombok people. In the process of implementing the Boteng Tunggul tradition, it becomes a tradition that has elements that can strengthen the civic culture in it. This research will explore the role of the boteng waiting tradition in strengthening the civic culture for the people of East Lombok. This study uses a qualitative approach to literature study methods. In this research, we will use the first data source. The data collection technique is done by using literature studies. In doing data analysis technique is done by reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found the entanglement of the Boteng Tunggul tradition by strengthening the civic culture in the people of East Lombok. In the stump, boteng tradition becomes a culture that can sustain citizens in it as a form of realizing the identity of the indigenous people of Lombok. This tradition is always carried out by the people of East Lombok by instilling the values of togetherness, mutual cooperation, responsibility, and tolerance in it. As well as this has illustrated that the civic culture can be strengthened by preserving and advancing this tradition.---------------AbstrakBoteng Tunggul merupakan salah satu tradisi dari masyarakat Lombok timur yang memiliki nilai-nilai kearifan lokal. Tradisi ini senantiasa dilaksanakan pada upacara adat masyarakat Lombok timur. Dalam proses pelaksanaan tradisi Boteng Tunggul menjadi tradisi memiliki unsur yang dapat memperkuat civic culture didalamnya. Penelitian ini akan mengeksplorasi peran dari tradisi Boteng Tunggu untuk menguatkan civic culture bagi masyarakat Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif.  Dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan sumber data pertama. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan studi literatur. Dalam melakukan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, display data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan keterkaitan tradisi Boteng Tunggul  dengan memperkuat civic culture pada masyarakat Lombok Timur. Pada tradisi Boteng Tunggul menjadi kebudayaan yang dapat menopang warga negara didalamnya sebagai bentuk untuk mewujudkan identitas masyarakat adat Lombok. Tradisi ini selalu dilaksanakan masyarakat Lombok Timur dengan menanamkan nilai kebersamaan, gotong royong, tanggung jawab serta toleransi di dalamnya. Serta hal ini telah menggambarkan bahwa budaya kewarganegaraan dapat diperkuat dengan tetap melestarikan dan memajukan tradisi ini.

The tight competition in the business world requires every business actor to develop business with various kinds of competition in all fields, one of which is by processing human resources, because the quality of human resources greatly affects the quality of production. The production process is usually associated with productivity, if productivity increases it will also be followed by an increase in the performance of the company. Human Resources is one of the keys to the success of the company in order to increase competition and improve product quality. The method used in this study is a descriptive type of qualitative approach. The data collection technique was through observation, interviews and documentation, the data source being from UD Slamet Situbondo. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of human resources on improving product quality. The results of the study indicate that the existence of quality possessed by human resources is very decisive for improving product quality in the future. For measuring product quality, it can be known through customer satisfaction, free from damage, the size of the durability of the product, product accuracy, and easy to operate and maintain. Meanwhile, from a marketing point of view, product quality is measured in terms of the buyer's perception of the quality of the product

Igala proverbs play a very important role in everyday language of the Igala people. The language has beautiful proverbs which cover all aspects of the people’s life and culture. These proverbs are drawn from careful observation of social events, the lives of people and animals. Also, some proverbs have traces of experiences of the people’s occupations such as farming, fishing, hunting, weaving, wrestling and dancing. The language has proverbs that talk above family and human relations, good and evil, poverty and riches, joy and sorrow. It is on this basis that this study examines how the elders/traditional leaders who are custodians of Igala cultural values use proverbs as a generalized code for establishing standards in ethical and moral values, enthroning respect for elders and constituted authorities and discouraging the youths from embracing social vices prevalent in our society. This study adopts Dan Sperber’s and Wilson’s (1986) relevance theory. Participant observation and interview were the means of data collection. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive and analytical tools. The work uses the traditional contexts of Ogugu and Ankpa proverbs to present their epistemological significance in Igala kingdom. Bahan ajar sastra yang dipilih oleh guru harus menyajikan berbagai nilai yang bisa diaplikasikan siswa dalam kehidupan nyata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan wujud konflik batin yang mengandung nilai-nilai kehidupan novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu karya Oka Aurora. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel berjudul “Ada Surga di Rumahmu” karya Oka Aurora. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis isi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teori psikopragmatik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa wujud konflik batin dalam novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu karya Oka Aurora antara lain pertentangan antara pilihan yang tidak sesuai dengan keinginan, kebimbangan dalam menghadapi permasalahan, serta harapan tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan. Kesesuaian konflik batin yang mengandung nilai-nilai kehidupan dalam novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu karya Oka Aurora dapat dilihat dari aspek psikologi. Rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian diharapkan penyajian bahan ajar pembelajaran sastra di SMA senantiasa diperbaiki, diperbarui dan dimutakhirkan sesuai kebutuhan dan standar yang telah ditentukan. Literary teaching materials chosen by the teacher must present various values that can be applied by  students in real life. The purpose of this research is to describe the form of inner conflict that contains the values of life in the novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu by Oka Aurora. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The data source in this researchis a novel titledAda Surga di Rumahmu by Oka Aurora. The method used in this researchis content analysis. Data was analyzed using psychopragmatic theory. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it was concluded that the form of inner conflict in the novel titledAda Surga di Rumahmuby Oka Aurora includes contradictions between choices that are not in accordance with desires, doubts in facing problems, and expectations not inaccordance with reality. The values of life contained in the novel titled Ada Surga di Rumahmu by Oka Aurora include moral values, religious values, social values, cultural values and educational values. Compatibility of inner conflict that contain the values of life in the novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu by Oka Aurora can be seen from the aspect of psychology. Recommendations from the results of the study are expected to present literature learning materials in high school always improved, updated and updated.according to the needs and standards that have been determined.

Lyric of the Kaili Pop song is a literary work that reflects the cultural attitudes of the Kaili society as the owner. The lyrics of the song express feelings or ideas of authors based on the author's life experience. The lyrics of the Kaili's songs that are unique in the theoretical perspective representing the cultural values of Kaili that implicate literature, especially on religious values of Islamic education, (1) prayer (2) repentance, and (3) firmness/resignation. The data of this qualitative research is the text of the lyrics of Kaili pop song. The data source of this research is Kaili songs obtained through audiovisuals in the form of cassettes or CDs. Data were collected through documentation study. The text of the song’s lyric was transcribed into the data card sheets and coded according to the focus of the research. The data transcription is analyzed in accordance with the steps of analysis proposed by Ricoeur consisting of (1) semantic understanding stage, (2) reflective understanding stage, and (3) existential understanding stage.

A This study aims to examine the sign system in the form of icons, indexes, and symbols and to interpret the meanings and messages as well as moral-religious values contained in the poem "Morgenlied" by Martin Opitz. The method used is a content analysis method with a qualitative approach based on semiotic analysis. This method serves to examine the poem "Morgenlied" by Martin Opitz, especially on the sign system in the form of icons, indexes, and symbols as well as religious moral values contained in the poem. While the data collection technique is a literature study. Based on the semiotic analysis, this poem contains a religious element in the form of a prayer of thanksgiving to God for His mercy and glory.

The purpose of this study was to discover the Ma'rate customary law in marriage according to the perspective of Islamic law. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research (field research) and uses a normative and socioanthropological approach. The results of the study show that Ma'rate customs are never separated from the combination of culture and Islamic law. Ma'rate in the Islamic perspective has three elements of value, namely; 1) Moral values (in Ma'rate custom the host is obliged to honor guests such as providing food); 2) Cultural values (Ma'rate custom is no longer by its implementation as in the beginning, and this change is seen from the equipment that must be provided, where Ma'rate custom is now only an effort to preserve tradition); and 3) The value of worship (in the Ma'rate custom there are activities to pray for the bride and groom and humans in general). If the community can maintain Islamic values and not fall into sin, then Islamic law shows that the Ma'rate custom can be carried out on the condition that it does not conflict with the Qur'an, the sunnah of the prophet, and the rules of ushul fiqh.
