Kata Kunci : flour albus,  remaja putri ABSTRACT            Adolescence develops physiological, psychosocial, cognitive, moral and sexual development. Background: A human body keeps changing physiologically, biologically, and psychologically from birth to death. There is always a change in all human faculties. But adolescence is a phase earmarked where a human body experiences drastic changes among all these faculties. And any such bodily change carrying baggage of shame, insecurity, stigma, and concealment demands on-time awareness and intervention. Aim: The aim of the study is to understand the knowledge and level of awareness regarding sexual and reproductive health among the school-going adolescents of Kashmir Valley where majority of the population belongs to Muslim conservative culture. Methodology: Due to COVID-19 lockdown, the inability of access to schools and children gave the researcher the opportunity to utilize the alternate places and a total of 550 students from classes 8, 9, and 10 were selected for the purpose. The permission was sought from the respective teachers and then the parents. The sample was a combination of boys and girls, students from both private and government-run schools. The researcher collected the data and it was tabulated systematically and analyzed using Microsoft Excel. P value was evaluated by using an application “P Value: A Statistical Tool” from Play Store. Results and Conclusion: The results depicted that higher the level of class, more the knowledge they had about the matter. Girls had a little knowledge about sexual and reproductive health than boys. This study felt a dire need of educating both parents and adolescent boys and girls regarding sexual health. The shame does not lie in educating the children but in the mishaps that may result due to unawareness about the same.

The percentage of children with vitamin D deficiency in Poland is alarming. The aim of the study was to assess the knowledge about sources of food and the function of vitamin D, as well as the frequency of its supplementation. A survey was conducted among the parents of children from Central Poland attending primary schools, and a questionnaire containing mainly open-ended questions was used to collect the data. Most mothers knew at least one of the functions of vitamin D in the body but had a low level of knowledge about its dietary sources. Only a small group of respondents supplemented themselves and their children with vitamin D. Statistically significant influences on the level of knowledge about the functions and sources of vitamin D were place of residence (i.e., better knowledge in the countryside) and mothers’ level of education (i.e., the better educated, the greater knowledge). In the case of monthly income level, such impact was observed only in relation to the knowledge of vitamin D functions. Concerning the frequency of supplementation, only maternal level of education had a statistically significant effect (i.e., the higher the education level, the higher the frequency of supplementation). In addition, mothers who were aware of functions of vitamin D and nutritional sources, significantly more frequently supplemented vitamin D.

Menarche is the first menstruation that usually occurs in the age range of 10-16 years or in early adolescence in the middle of puberty before entering the reproductive period. Knowledge is the result of knowing and this happens after people have sensed a certain object. Sensing occurs through the human senses, namely: vision, hearing, smell, taste and touch. Attitude is a reaction or response of someone who is still closed to a stimulation or object. The manifestation of that attitude cannot be directly seen, but can only be interpreted in advance from closed behavior. This research uses descriptive quantitative method, namely to find out the description of the level of knowledge of blind young women about menarche at Y Tanjung Morawa SLB 2018. The population in this study were all the number of young women at Y Tanjung Morawa SLB aged 10-18 years. And the sample in this study is the entire population. Data collection using primary data. From the results of research on blind teenage girls at Y Tanjung Morawa SLB in 2018 the majority of knowledge is less than 60% and the minority of good knowledge (16.67%) The majority of respondents aged 10-12 years lack knowledge as much as 23.33%, sufficient knowledge 13, 33% and good knowledge as much as 10%, minorities are found at the age of 16-18 years with less knowledge as much as 10%, sufficient knowledge as much as 6.67% and good knowledge as much as 3.33%. The majority of information sources from the environment are lack of knowledge as much as 33.33%, sufficient knowledge of 10% and good knowledge as much as 6.67% of the source of information from health professionals is enough (3.33%). The majority of adolescent attitudes are negative as much as 56.67% and minority positive teen attitudes as much as 43.33%. From the results of the study it is expected that young women will increase their knowledge about menarche because it is very important to maintain personal hygiene during menarche or menstruation.

Scales Scales in the world of health are used to measure human body weight such as baby scales. Newborns are very important to be weighed because it is used as a measure of the baby's health indication ranging from 2.4 kg to 4.2 kg. The author makes a tool for this to make it easier for users to weigh with a 7 segment display on the Infant Warmer tool and external calibration. By using a loadcell sensor with a maximum capacity of 5 kg, the loadcell can detect the weight of the load where the voltage generated by the loadcell of 0.7 mV at a load of 1 kg is amplified to 0.62 V by the PSA circuit using the AD620 IC and then processed by Arudino UNO as a microcontroller. The weight results will be displayed on the 7Segment display located on the Infant Warmer tool. In the study, the measured load included a weight of 0 kg to a maximum weight of 5 kg. The measurement of the data results was carried out 5 times each by comparing the modules that had been made with the standard weight, namely (lead). The data from the measurement results of the research module shows that when the weight of the measurement at 1 kg has an error percentage of 0.08%. Measurements at a weight of 2 kg have an error percentage of 0.05%. Measurement of weight 3 kg has a presentation error of 0.01%. Measurements at a weight of 4 kg have a presentation error of 0.02%. And measurements at a weight of 5 kg have an error percentage of 0.04%. Then the data from the measurement results of the research module shows the largest error presentation of 0.08% at a weight of 1 kg. And the data from the measurement results of the research module shows the smallest error presentation of 0.01% at a weight of 3 kg. Making a research module in the form of a scale placed on an infant warmer can make it easier for the wearer.

Knowledge greatly affect a person’s behavior. Lack of knowledge of young women against genital hygiene, especially during menstruation will cause reproductive problems such as infection, itching, redness, vaginal discharge, bad odor etc. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the level of knowledge of the behavior of young women against genital hygiene during menstruation in female students of SMP Negeri 5 Junior High School Denpasar in 2016. This studyused analytical design with cross-sectional approach. The subjects were all 8th year students of SMA Negeri 5 Junior High School Denpasar Sampling used non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was 78 respondents. Data collection tool was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used statistical test of Spearman Rho. This results showed that a significant level <0.05, p value<0.001 and direction of a positive correlation (+) and correlation strength 0.385 meaning lower levels of relationship. Then Ho was rejected but Ha was accepted which means there was a correlation between the level of knowledge of the behavior of young women about genital hygiene during menstruation. It can be concluded that the higher the level of knowledge of young women the better the genital hygiene behavior. The reverse was also true the less the level of knowledge of young girls, the more bad genital hygiene behavior. It suggested that the students should maintain good genital hygiene behavior.
