This study aims to determine the relationship between religious coping and burnout in private vocational school teachers at the X district of Semarang city. The subjects in this study were private vocational school teachers in the X district of Semarang city, totaling 57 peoples. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique (census sampling) by taking the entire population. The data were collected using a burnout scale consisting of 35 items with a relibiality coefficient of 0.91 and a religious coping scale consisting of 22 items with a reliability coefficient that moves in the range 0.720-0.890. This study uses correlational quantitative methods and uses product moment statistical data analysis. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it was obtained that the value of rxy = -0.444 with a significance level of p = 0.001 (p=0.005). The results showed that there was a negative relationship between religious coping and burnout in private vocational school teachers at the X district of Semarang City. The effective contribution of religious coping which affected burnout was 19.7% based on the Rsquare of 0.197, while 80.3% was influenced by other factors.

Today stress has become a very important management issue in the industrial world. Nearly everyone experiences stress with respect to work. No matter how small the work stress that emerges must be addressed so as not to enlarge which ultimately can harm the organization and employees. One source of work stress is the noise that is not desired by the ear because it can be annoying and irritating. But the noise can be responded differently by each individual according to their adaptability. If the individual is less able to adapt to the noise then he will tend to experience stress. This study aims to determine the relationship between the ability to adapt to noise with employee work stress. This research was designed using a quantitative and correlational approach. Population of this research is employees of production of PT. Hendratna Plywood totaling 357 people. In sampling, the researcher used Random Sampling Technique by taking 60 employees. In this study the researchers used pure try out. The result of try out scale of ability of adaptation to noise obtained 23 valid items from 30 items presented. While on work stress scale obtained 55 valid items from 72 items. The results showed that 32 subjects (53.3%) experienced high work stress and 28 subjects (46.6%) experienced low work stress. It also found that 37 subjects (61.6%) had good adaptability to noise and 23 subjects (38.3%) had poor adaptability to noise. The result of data analysis is known that there is a significant negative relationship between the ability of adaptation to noise with employee work stress shown by correlation coefficient r = - 0,359 and p = 0,005. This means that if employees have good adaptability to noise then low job stress, otherwise if employees have poor adaptability to noise then high job stress. From this it can be seen that the ability of adaptation to noise gives effective contribution of 12,88% (r² = 0,1288) to work stress, while the rest 87,12% influenced by other factor.

The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between the attitude of love of money (perception of money) with the perception of anti-corruption in regional bureaucratic employees in Sleman Regency. This study uses quantitative methods that are analyzed using statistical analysis of product moment evaluations from Carl Pearson. The sample used in this study was obtained using saturated sampling technique. The sample of this research is the staff of the Sleman Regency Regional Finance and Asset Agency which gathers 77 employees. The research data was collected through a scale of love money attitude with a value (α ) of 0.979 and an anticorruption perception scale with a value (α ) of 0.960. Statistical test results obtained with a positive correlation coefficient of 0.514, with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.05), this shows a significant positive relationship between the attitude of love of money with the perception of anti-corruption. Successful, the higher the attitude of love for money, the higher the perception of anti-corruption needed by employees and vice versa, the lower the attitude of love of money, the lower the perception of anti-corruption that demands employees. The average subject has an attitude of love for money and perceptions of anti-corruption in the medium category. The effective contribution of the love attitude of money to the perception of anti-corruption amounted to 26.4% and 73.6% of the perception of anti-corruption by other factors in the study.

So that it becomes the basis of the importance of improving the quality of life and food intake of the elderly. The study was conducted to explore the relationship between quality of life and food intake at the Tresna Werdha Inakaka Social Home in Ambon. Research using quantitative methods with descriptive correlation design. The respondents involved were the elderly at the Tresna Werdha Ina Kaka Social Home, Ambon. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with respondents as many as 36 elderly. The data were processed using the excel program and then tested using the SPSS program to determine the relationship between variables. Data analysis using SPSS 20 correlation test or correlation using Pearson Product Moment with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that there was a relationship between variables in quality of life and food intake, with a moderate degree of correlation that led to a positive direction (r = 0.502; p = 0.002; p <0.05). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in the Tresna Werdha Ina Kaka Social Home, the quality of life and food intake have a moderate relationship, the higher the quality of life the better the food intake for the elderly. Keywords: Elderly, Quality of Life, Food Intake

Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional dan Prestasi Belajar Matematika The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence with mathematics learning achievement of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 8 Palu.
