This study aims to produce a learning media product "Picture Card Board" on the thematic learning content of PPKN. This type of research is research and development with development procedures according to Borg and Gall. The study population was all students of class II SDN Gayamharjo totaling 27 students, all class II students of SDN Dadapsari totaling 5 students, and all grade III students of SDN Dadapsari totaling 6 students. Data collection techniques employing observation, interviews with class II teachers, and questionnaires to determine the situation during the learning process. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that the picture cardboard media can be declared fit for use. The percentage of material validation results from the lecturer shows the number 84% with the criteria suitable for use. The percentage of validation results from grade II teachers at SDN Gayamharjo shows many 92% and the validation of grade II teachers at SDN Dadapsari shows many 92% with the same criteria which is suitable for use. For the percentage of media validation results from lecturers, it shows the number 91% with the criteria suitable for use. The percentage of media validation results from grade II teachers at SDN Gayamharjo shows many 95% and from grade II teachers at SDN Dadapsari shows a figure of 94% with the criteria suitable for use. Meanwhile, the percentage results at the time of the initial field trial showed that the number was 91% with the criteria category suitable for use, at the time of the main field trial it obtained a percentage of 93% with the criteria suitable for use, and during the operational field trial, the percentage value was 89% with criteria worthy of use.

The aim of the research is to produce learning media “human board interaction” on the thematic learning of fifth grade of SDN Madusari 3 Prambanan, Sleman. Based on the description of the theory and the mindset, the hypothesis in this study is human interaction board media proper to use as a media in the thematic learning which is charged with social science, and be able to create pleasant learning atmosphere otherwise be able to increase the active participation of the learners. The research used to research and development using a development research model by Borg and Gall. The development of the procedure consists of 9 stages are research and data collection, planning, development of initial produce, an initial field trial, product revision, an operation field trial, and final product revision. The population of the research is all of the students of fifth grade SDN Madusari 3 Prambanan Sleman which amount 22 students. The research sample covers the entire population. The researcher used data collection techniques by a questionnaire, observation, and interview with the teacher and the students to find out the situation during the learning process. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive statistics. The result shows that the media is proper to use. This is based on the percentage obtained from the learner validator. The percentage of material validator results from lecturer is 80%, worthy of use, the percentage of validation result from the teacher is 83,33%, worthy of use. The percentage of validation results from the lecturer is 77,33%, worthy of use. The percentage of validation results from the teacher is 82,66, worthy of use. The percentage of student evaluations obtained during limited testing is 93% worthy of use. During the field trial 94%, worthy of use. In the operational field, trials produce a percentage value of 94% worth of use.

The purpose of this study was to describe the feasibility of teaching materials based on an open-ended approach to improve the reasoning abilities of fourth grade students in elementary schools. This type of research is research and development (Research and Development). The subjects of this study were 3 classroom teachers. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis (data reduction, data presentation and conclusion) and quantitative descriptive data analysis. Based on the results of stage 1 media validation, it was obtained 84.8%, and the results of stage 2 media validation were obtained 94.8%. The result of material validation for stage 1 was obtained 84.6%, and validation for material for stage 2 was obtained 93.3%. The results of initial field trials obtained media 93.7% and material 92.3%. This shows that the teaching material is declared valid and suitable for use. Based on the results of this study, the suggestion that can be conveyed is that teaching materials based on an open-ended approach can be used as a tool for teaching and learning resources for students.

This research aims to describe the development steps and the appropriateness of multicultural education module based on the character of patriotism and nationalism in thematic learning for students in 2nd grade Elementary School. This is a research and development applying Borg and Gall design. The trial was conducted on 10 students of 2nd grade in Muhammadiyah Bodon Elementary School. The data collection techniques in this research were interviews, observations, module feasibility assessments by experts, teachers’ assessment, and questionnaire of learners’ responses. The eligibility of the multicultural education module is shown by the result of the assessment by the validation experts at the time of FGD. The validation by media expert scored of 72, the validation by learning expert scored of 74, and the validation by language expert scored of 60. The limited product trial were conducted in class II A, based on the students' assessment get the mean score of 37.5, while the assessment by the teacher scored 70 , both are very good category. The field trial were conducted in class II B, based on the students' score, obtained 36.94 score, and 76 from the teachers; both are very good category.

This research is motivated by the low learning motivation of grade II students of SDN 31 Batu Bulek. This study aims toimprove students' learning motivation in thematic learning with the theme of caring for animals and plants through learningtwo live two guests in class II SDN 31 Batu Bulek. The subjects of this study were all students of grade II SDN 31 Batu Bulek,amounting to 13 people in 2018. The form of research was classroom action research. This research instrument consists ofinstruments of performance and data collection instruments in the form of observation sheets of student activities and teacheractivities. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the application of the two learning models only two guests canincrease the learning motivation of class II SDN 31 Batu Bulek. For more details, it can be seen in the following description:The activity of teachers in the first cycle got a score of 19 in the perfect category while in the second cycle got a score of 23in the very perfect category Student activity in the first cycle got a score of 37 in the low category while in cycle II got a scoreof 56 with high category. Learning motivation of students in the first cycle got a score of 37 in the low category while in thesecond cycle got a score of 63 in the high category. In the first cycle it has not been said to be successful while in the secondcycle the research has succeeded with a success indicator of 80.8% exceeding the performance indicators that have been set.So that the research hypothesis that reads "With the application of the two learning models, only two guests can improvelearning motivation at thematic learning theme of caring for animals and plants class II SDN 31 Batu Bulekcan be accepted.

This research is motivated by the lack of ability of the Faculty of Education students to produce innovative scientific work. This is allegedly related to the implementation of the training carried out. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the implementation of PKM training held by BEM FIP. This study was classified as quantitative descriptive, the study population was all students who took part in the 2015 PKM training, and a sample of 40 people. The sample selection technique uses cluster random sampling. The data in this study are student responses to the implementation of PKM training, and data sources are students who take PKM training. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and the analysis technique used is the percentage. The results showed that students who took PKM training responded quite well to the implementation of PKM training conducted by BEM FIP, but for material and time needed improvement because the training material was more theoretical and minimal practical, and the need to provide time for training under the guidance of outside instructors training schedule.

Abstract The lack of media in thematic learning underlies this study. This study aims at developing KARTIK (Thematic Card), and specifically describes, (1) steps of KARTIK media development, (2) feasibility of KARTIK according to experts, (3) students' responses to the KARTIK media. Drawing upon the notions developed by this Research and Development consisted of seven stages, namely collecting information, planning, developing preliminary product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, main field testing, and revision. The subjects in this study were 10 graders of Grojogan Public Elementary School in limited trial and 30 students in the main trial. Questionnaires were used for data collection, and the data was analyzed using quantitative descriptive. The KARTIK media was developed through seven steps, namely determining the theme, designing card, designing content, designing user manual, designing card box, expert validation, and product trial. The results showed that the KARTIK media was appropriate for use for grade II primary school students. Media experts score 86 (very good), material experts score 42 (good), and learning experts score 40 (good). The Students responses were 96.92% (very good) and 98.2% in the main group trials. The KARTIK media was declared appropriate for use.

Abstract: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a variable that can be influenced by job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction variables on Organizational Citizenship Behavior OCB alumni level IV leadership training in Banten Province. This research uses a quantitative approach through survey methods. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The population in this study were 40 respondents and the sample used was 40 respondents. Determination of the sample using total sampling techniques or samples taken from the entire study population. The results of the analysis and interpretation of research data show that the value of the regulatory coefficient of influence on job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) alumni of leadership training level IV is 0.740 thus it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a direct positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior alumni training, meaning that improvement of satisfaction in IV level leadership training is 0.740. work has an impact on improving Organizational Citizenship Behavior for training alumni, So Organizational Citizenship Behavior for training alumni can be achieved through job satisfaction.Keywords: Job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Leadership Training Alumni Level IV

This research is motivated by the low interest students learning civics class II SDN 015 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. Goals to be achieved in this research is to improve the interest in learning civics grade II SDN 015 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam through the use media pictures conducted during one month. This research was conducted in SDN 015 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. Classes are meticulous researcher is a class II half of the number of students as many as 20 people. This classroom action research was started in early august 2015. This form of research is classroom action research. The research instrument consists of instruments teacher and student activity sheets and achievement test. Based on the analysis and discussion can be concluded that the success of the study is known of improving learning at each meeting for each cycle. The first cycle of the first meeting of student interests is still considered low by percentage of 48.3%. The first meeting of the second cycle increased with the percentage of 58,3%, in the first meeting of the second cycle also increases with the percentage of 70,8%, student interest in the percentage reached 80,00% or higher category. Thus the research hypothesis that says the use of media images can increase increase student interest in learning civics class II SDN 015 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam "unacceptable"

ABSTRACT This research produced a product of the development of Lenggok Mak Inang dance learning through interactive multimedia which included appreciation learning material (Basic Competence 3) and expression (Basic Competence 4) in class X of SMK / SMA. The appreciation material contains the definition of dance, accompaniment music, clothing, patterns, while the expression material contains terms, variety and arrangement of motion in the Lenggok Mak Inang dance. From the test media experts got a score of 4,42 (Very Good), media experts got a score of 4 (Good), user trials which included an initial field trial of 4,08 (Good), main field trial 4,22 ( Very Good) and an operational field trial of 4,53 (Very Good). The results obtained indicate that the development of interactive multimedia learning Lenggok Mak Inang dance is very feasible to use or be used as a learning media for dance.                                                                                    Keywords: Interactive Multimedia, E-Learning, Lenggok Mak Inang Dance.  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menghasilkan produk pengembangan pembelajaran tari Lenggok Mak Inang melalui multimedia interaktif yang didalamnya terdapat materi pembelajaran apresiasi (Kompetensi Dasar 3) dan ekspresi (Kompetensi Dasar 4) kelas X SMK/SMA. Materi apresiasi berisikan definisi tari, musik pengiring, busana, pola/ garis, sedangkan materi ekspresi berisikan istilah, ragam dan susunan gerak pada tari Lenggok Mak Inang. Dari uji ahli media mendapatkan skor 4,42 (Sangat Baik), ahli media mendapatkan skor 4 (Baik), uji coba pengguna yang meliputi uji coba lapangan awal 4,08 (Baik), uji coba lapangan utama 4,22 (Sangat Baik) dan uji coba lapangan operasional 4,53 (Sangat Baik). Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan multimedia interaktif pembelajaran tari Lenggok Mak Inang ini Sangat Layak digunakan atau dijadikan media pembelajaran tari. Kata kunci: Multimedia Interaktif, E-Learning, Tari Lenggok Mak Inang.

Research purposes were determined the effect of company size, management ownership, profitability, and leverage on risk management disclosures in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The research type is a quantitative descriptive. The research population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Determination of the sample used purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used the documentation method. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis, namely multiple linear test, F test, and t test. The results how that 1) company size has a positive and significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018; 2) managerial ownership has no significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018; 3) profitability has no significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018; 4) Laverage has a significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018; and 5) Company size, managerial ownership, profitability, and leverage simultaneously have a significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018.
