Home Industry is the smallest unit in a series of existing types of business, where household industries are generally managed independently as a family with the aim of increasing household income. The challenges for this home industry are also not easy. In general, because it is managed in a family environment or in one's own household, sometimes the management tends to be careless and mixed up between family finances and business finances. Starting from this reason, there is an interest in partnering with Hj's home industry salted egg "Maya". Umi Pristiwani in Jogotrunan Village, Lumajang Regency. Partners run their businesses whose main purpose is to help their families' economies. However, until now this partner has only been running his business as he is and has no brand, which means that he does not have a product identity but has a strong desire to move forward. Often partner businesses lose out in competing with other similar businesses. Partners are also not yet able to run their businesses that can create jobs for the surrounding community. The implementation of this community service activity achieves targets, namely (1) building understanding and awareness of the importance of brands for salted egg products, (2) improving partners' skills in running their businesses in a sustainable manner, (3) establishing understanding and the ability of human resources in creating jobs for the surrounding community, and (4) increasing marketing strategies so that they are able to compete in marketing their products. Intensive assistance and supervision to program partners needs to be carried out periodically and does not stop until the completion of this program, therefore the activity of the team and the staff of STIE Widya Gama Lumajang in providing guidance to these partners needs to be carried out on an ongoing basis.

Parenting patterns depend on how a family environment forms rules (behavior, norms and values) that must be obeyed by family members. This parenting pattern is formed by parents consisting of fathers and mothers to provide education to their children so that it can imprint on the child and make characteristics and personal for the child. So the mayor of Surabaya held the Kampung'e Arek Suroboyo education village competition which was one of the Surabaya City Government's programs in promoting the development of the quality of human resources (HR). Thus mandating "the community is obliged and responsible for the protection of children through the activities of the community's role in the implementation of child protection. The conclusion of this community service activity is the creation of this Education Village aims to create an educational, safe, comfortable, friendly, healthy, creative, creative environment and literacy for the child's growth and development process in community support that guarantees the fulfillment of children's rights and seeks optimal child protection.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. AbstrakCovid-19 yang saat ini mewabah di seluruh belahan dunia memberikan dampak yang cukup besar untuk perekonomian di Indonesia, khususnya bagi para pengusaha kecil. Keterbatasan modal yang dimiliki, ditambah tingkat penjualan yang menurun drastis, membuat para pengusaha harus berimprovisasi berbagai cara agar produk mereka tetap dapat terjual. Salah satu cara paling efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan bagi mereka pengusaha kecil yang memiliki modal terbatas, yaitu beralih dari pemasaran dan penjualan secara luring menjadi pemasaran dan penjualan daring. Pemasaran dan penjualan daring dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan media marketplace maupun sosial media.  Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pendampingan kepada UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya untuk mengembangkan saluran pemasaran dan penjualan dari luring ke saluran pemasaran dan penjualan secara daring, lalu dapat meningkatkan kesadaran merek lebih luas dari para calon konsumennya Setelah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan, UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya dapat melaksanakan kegiatan pemasaran dan penjualan secara daring menggunakan marketplace dan media sosial. AbstractThe Covid-19, which is currently endemic in all parts of the world, has had a considerable impact on the economy in Indonesia, especially for small entrepreneurs. The limited capital they have, coupled with a drastic drop in sales, have forced entrepreneurs have to improve in various ways to make their products can still be sold. One of the most effective ways to increase sales for those small entrepreneurs who have limited capital is to switch from offline marketing and sales to online marketing and sales. Online marketing and sales can be done using the media marketplace and social media. The purpose of this service is to provide training to UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya to develop marketing and sales channels from offline to online, then can increase brand awareness more broadly from potential consumers After this community service activity was carried out, UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya can start doing marketing and sales activities online using the marketplace and social media.

Tanjung Johor sub-district is located in the District of Service of Jambi City and is one of the guided villages of the University of Jambi, which has great natural resource potential. However, the community's livelihoods are still mostly rubber and oil palm farmers. One of the potentials in this village is waste from empty palm oil bunches and used as oyster mushroom farming. The resulting oyster mushroom has not been processed into a health drink, only as a cooking ingredient. The results of guidance and collaboration from Jambi University lecturers, such as introducing the benefits of oyster mushrooms for improving body health in this village, have been carried out, but the production of oyster mushrooms has not been carried out. By seeing this potential came the idea to make a healthy drink from oyster mushrooms. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide selling value for oyster mushrooms from agriculture and post-harvest handling, increase public knowledge about the benefits of oyster mushrooms and maximize human resources in Tanjung Johor village. The method used is oyster mushroom counseling and making health drinks. This activity produces processed products from oyster mushrooms such as health drinks that can increase the selling value of oyster mushrooms and increase the creativity of human resources in Tanjung Johor Village, Pelayangan District Jambi City.

ABSTRAKPengelolaan dan manajemen bisnis dalam usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) masih menjadi permasalahan yang seringkali diabaikan oleh kebanyakan para pelaku UMKM. Masalah ini disebabkan karena masih minimnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan manajerial tentang bisnis yang dimiliki oleh SDM di UMKM tersebut. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi tas masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra binaan, khususnya di UMKM Desa Kerinjing, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan. Fokus utama dalam pengabdian ini adalah memberikan berbagai pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam kaitannya dengan prinsip dasar manajemen bisnis yang baik, diantaranya yaitu tentang pemberdayaan dan peningkatan kompetensi SDM UMKM melalui pelatihan aplikasi marketplace. Disrupsi ekonomi digital dan adanya pandemi Covid-19 merupakan peluang yang seharusnya dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para pelaku usaha kecil untuk beralih ke bisnis online. Hal ini diupayakan untuk seiring sejalan dengan program pemerintah yang berupaya mewujudkan sebanyak 30juta UMKM untuk beralih ke bisnis online pada tahun 2024. Adapun khalayak sasaran yang menjadi mitra dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah para pelaku UMKM di Desa Kerinjing, Kecamatan Tanjung Raja, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Metode dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ceramah, tutorial aplikasi, dan diskusi. Kata kunci: manajemen; marketplace; SDM; UMKM; desa kerinjing. ABSTRACTBusiness management in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is a problem that is often ignored by most MSME entrepreneurs. Disruption of the digital economy and the Covid-19 pandemic are opportunities that should be used by small business entrepreneurs to move to online business. This is in accordance with the program that has been launched by the government, namely "30 million MSMEs go digital by 2024". The target audience who are partners in this community service are MSME entrepreneurs in Desa Kerinjing, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. The abundance of wood supplies as the main raw material in the manufacture of furniture should encourage people in Samarinda City to look at this business as a promising business. But in reality, the development of the furniture business in Samarinda City is still far behind when compared to other cities. One of the factors causing the underdevelopment of this industry is the low capacity of human resources. Realizing the problems, the community service team in collaboration with partners (Meubel Berkah Ghegan) aimed to provide molding training to the community around the Politeknik Negeri Samarinda. The training is carried out in seven work steps, socialization, determination of furniture types, design / design, material checking, wood cleaning and drying, material processing, and finishing. This service activity improves the skills of participants in designing and producing furniture, increases knowledge about furniture making techniques with modern tools, and provides insight related to furniture business opportunities in Samarinda City.

Currently mastery of digital marketing has become a must for business people. However, there are<br />still many parties who have not mastered it. In order to provide briefing and enrichment on digital<br />marketing strategy, this community service activity (PKM) was carried out in collaboration with<br />Dekopinda - North Jakarta. Starting with the formulation of the problem, followed by the formulation of<br />the material and the determination of the form of activity, this PKM was carried out on June 26, 2021<br />using an online platform, because it took place in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic and the<br />implementation of the PPKM Mikro in DKI Jakarta. This activity was attended by 35 participants who<br />are the Managements and Members of Dekopinda – North Jakarta. The material presented includes<br />the understanding of digital marketing, digital marketing channels, internet marketing and its main<br />channels, how to start digital marketing, strategies for choosing social media as a promotional tool,<br />and how to choose a marketplace for beginners. After participating in this activity, participants felt<br />great benefits and suggested similar activities with different topics. The proposed topics are<br />leadership and identification of business opportunities during a pandemic.

Towards the creative industry today economic activities are forced to intensify information and creativity by relying on ideas and knowledge from human resources as the main key in moving economic activities, housewives and women generally become the main guard in community life to regulate and cultivate the family economy. In fact, housewives have not been able to exploit their potential to help the family economy due to various factors. This community service activity is focused on empowering home industry actors in helping to increase family income, while the problems faced are (1) Lack of knowledge about home industry, 2) Low understanding of the perpetrators of home industry about the importance of the internet to support business activities. The aim of this program is to develop business carried out by groups of housewives to become economically independent communities.

According to BPS West Java Province data, the number of visits in 2016 for foreign tourists to Bogor Regency in 2016 reached 228,913 and 4,955,079 for domestic tourists. The increase in tourist arrivals should be supported by facilities and infrastructure and business tourism services including tourism services in the field of food and beverages. To improve the ability of HR (employees) who work in the food and beverage business services sector, activities are needed that aim to increase the capacity of human resources (employees) of food and beverage businesses in Bogor Regency. Community service regarding the Improvement of Excellent Services Capability in Food and Beverage Enterprises in the Bogor Regency Peak Area was attended by 30 participants who were employees in the business of food and beverage tourism services who were directly selected by the Bogor Regency Culture and Tourism Service. Based on the results of this community service activity, the following conclusions can be drawn: the provision of knowledge and technology on improving management capabilities Capability of Excellent Services in Food and Beverage Enterprises in the Peak District. Bogor was well received by the participants and achieved the goals planned previously. This is indicated by the ability of participants to be able to understand and direct practice regarding service excellent. In addition, there were participants who after this training were appointed as supervisors at the restaurant where the participants worked.

The rapid development of electronics technology requires the availability of human resources who have sufficient skills. Students as partners in community service, have participated in LED-based running text design training. The main goal in this community service activity is to improve the skills in the field of electronics and human resources. Targets achieved at this stage is to improve the ability to design and make the program of running text based Led matrix display. The enhancement of designing capability is done through Led-based running text training activity in software and hardware. This activity has been able to achieve the expected goals and targets so that partners can make running text with a more affordable cost.
