This study discusses an effective communication process so that interaction and feedback are obtained from the communicant. This study aims to identify the relationship or influence of the quality of static visual information on the @berita_lamongan_ account on followers' reading interest. This research method is quantitative with explanatory survey methods and questionnaire research instruments as an alternative to data collection, so that data from respondents is collected and then analyzed. The object of the research is the Instagram account @berita_lamongan_. The research location is in Lamongan district with a population taken from followers of the @berita_lamongan_ account totaling 57.4 thousand followers. The sampling technique based on the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 100 respondents. To determine the relationship between these two variables, the researcher used the Chi-Square Test. While the questionnaire to process the test data used SPSS for Windows version 20. The grand theory used as the basis for the analysis was the Stimulus Organism Response from McQuail. a significant value of 0.000 from the Chi Square Test. So that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a progressive and irreversible disorder of renal function, in which the body's ability to fail to maintain metabolism and balance of fluids and electrolytes, causing uremia. The purpose of this study in general was to determine the relationship between hemoglobin levels and quality of life in chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis at dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. This type of research is descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. The study sample was 64 patients with CKD who underwent hemodialysis at the hemodialysis installation with accidental sampling technique. The results showed that most patients with chronic kidney disease who underwent haemodialysis (71.9%) had severe anemia and most (56.3%) had a poor quality of life. Chi square test results obtained ρ value 0,000 (α = 0.05). Conclusion, There is a statistically significant correlation between anemia and quality of life in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis in the RDUD Dr. Hemodialysis room. M. Yunus. Suggested to Dr. Hospital M. Yunus Bengkulu to control the incidence and symptoms of anemia experienced by CKD patients. Keywords: Anemia, Hemodialysis, quality of life, CKD

Abstract Background : From the discovery of many cases of depression in the elderly that leads to decreased quality of sleep to be suicidal at the thought of illness and old age who live alone. Purpose: of this study was to determine the correlation between depression and sleep quality in the elderly in Semenharjo Suruhkalang Karanganyar`. Methods : This study is analytical, research design and cross sectional correlation. The study subjects were elderly Semenharjo totaling 53 pearsons. Once the calculation is done using the formula, samples taken by 47 person. The sampling technique used was quota sampling technique. Results : Data obtained by survey methods, namely distributing questionnaires containing HRS-D (Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression) to determine the level of depression and 20 statements to determine the quality of sleep for each respondent. The data collected is then analyzed with the chi square test with p = 0.05. From the research found 5 levels of depression that no amount of 2 elderly depression (4.3%), mild levels of depression some 11 elderly (23.4%), moderate and severe levels of depression with the same result number 8 elderly (17.0% ), and the rate of severe depression once some 18 elderly (38.3%). Then for a good night's sleep quality showed some 23 elderly (48.9%), while the quality of sleep is not restful some 24 elderly (51.1%). Conclusion : After the chi square test, p obtained for 0,000 so that the value of P <0.05, meaning that Ha received so it can be concluded that there is a correlation between depression and sleep quality in elderly Semenharjo, Suruhkalang Karanganyar. One complication of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus that affects the peripheral nervous system is Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD). PAD can be detected by checking the Ankle Brachial Index (ABI). PAD diagnostic tests with greater ABI accuracy are likely to reflect changes in a person's quality of life related to the conditions experienced. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between ABI values with the quality of life of people with DM. This type of research is analytic (survey) using a cross sectional approach. The sample used in this study were 44 type 2 DM patients in the Surakarta City branch of Persadia. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. In 2020 the spread of Covid-19 from person to person will be the main source of transmission, so the spread will become more aggressive. The enormous ability of this virus to infect and spread is evidenced by the note that so far there are still many people infected with Covid-19 with an increasing number. Cases in Indonesia also continue to increase, until March 29, 2020, there have been 1,115 cases with 102 deaths, while the largest number of cases of the COVID-19 outbreak in Yogyakarta is in Bantul district, Banguntapan sub-district with a total ODP of 150 people, PDP (1 died, 1 recovered, 6 are positive, and 24 are still under surveillance). To determine the relationship between COVID-19 prevention behavior and quality of life in Dusun Mutihan RT 5 Wirokerten, Banguntapan, Bantul, Yogyakarta. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study was random sampling with as many as 65 samples taken. Based on the statistical results using the chi-square test, it was obtained X2 count of 28.502a, a P value of .000 (P-0.10) which indicates that there is a relationship between covid-19 prevention behavior and quality of life in Mutihan village rt 05 Banguntapan Bantul Yogyakarta. Background and purpose: Patient satisfaction, including on radiography services, is an important component of health care provision. Surveys on patient satisfaction have been carried out particularly in government hospitals, but a more detailed study to determine the relationship between patient satisfaction with the responsiveness of service providers has yet to be carried out. This study aims to determine the relationship between the six domains of responsiveness of service providers and outpatient satisfaction at three conventional radiography facilities in Denpasar.Methods: Study was conducted by cross-sectional survey of 158 respondents selected consecutively in three conventional radiography services, namely a government hospital, a private hospital and a private radiology clinic. Data were collected through interviews using modified questionnaires on responsiveness from WHO. Data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate (chi-square test) and multivariate logistic regression method.Results: Univariate analysis indicated that patient satisfaction was 69% but still below the minimum service standards (>80,0%). Multivariate analysis showed that factors associated with satisfaction were the domain of attention (AOR= 3.77; 95%CI: 1.62-8.76), the quality of infrastructure (AOR=4.57; 95%CI: 1.61-12.93) and communication (AOR=6.30; 95%CI: 1.75-22.64).Conclusion: Patient satisfaction was generally still below the standard. Domains of responsiveness associated with patient satisfaction were the quality of infrastructure, level of attention and communication skills of service providers.

Postpartum hemorrhage is bleeding that occurs after the birth of the baby, placenta, and 2 hours after the placenta is born. One of the causes is anemia. Research in 2015, 60% of 100 mothers giving birth at RSIA Kirana Taman Sidoarjo experienced postpartum hemorrhage. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship of anemia in pregnancy with the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. The study design used an analytical survey with a retrospective method. The population of 206 maternity mothers was taken with simple random sampling technique as many as 136 samples in August 2017. Data were analyzed by Chi Square statistical test with 0.05. The results showed that postpartum hemorrhage was more experienced by mothers with anemia (66.7%) than  those without anemia (26.2%). While those who did not experience postpartum hemorrhage were more experienced by mothers who were not anemic (73.8%) than those who were anemic (33.3%). Chi square test results  (p=0.000  <0.05),  which means there is a relationship  of anemia in pregnancy with the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. Conclusions of the study were the relationship of anemia in pregnancy with the  incidence  of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. It is expected that midwives and doctors conduct early detection of anemia so that appropriate care can be carried out.

This study aimed to examine the extent to which the relationship variables (gender, age, level of education and class) to the discipline of civil servants in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat Bengkayang, to analyze the factors that have a positive and significant relationship with the discipline in General District Secretariat Office Bengkayang. The sample in this study population using all Civil Servants in the General Section Regional Secretariat Bengkayang of 60 people (saturated sampling technique). The analytical method used was a bivariate analysis with chi square test (χ2) and the hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis results of the chi square test showed that four factors have a positive and significant relationship with the discipline of civil servants, namely Gender, the value of χ2 count = 6173> Asymp. sig. (1-sided) = 0.013. Age to calculate χ2 = 23.741> Asymp.Sig. (1-sided) = 0.000. Education level with χ2 count = 11 507> Asymp.Sig. (1-sided) = 0.009. and a group with a value of χ2 count = 10 446> Asymp. sig. (1-sided) = 0.005.

Abstract: Factors Related To Occurrence Of Diarrhea In 4-6 Year Children. Diarrhea cases in 4-6-year-old children in Desa Kalimas raised annually, from 10% in 2013 to 33% in 2014, and 35% in 2015. This study aimed at factors related to diarrhea cases in 4-6-year-old children in Desa Kalimas Kecamatan Sungai Kakap. Cross Sectional approach was used forty one sample participated in this study. They were selected by using proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis using chi-square test with a 95% confidence level. The study revealed significant correlation of hand washing (p = 0,043 ; PR = 2,175), microbial quality of drinking water storage (p = 0,016 ; PR = 1,462), availability of family latrine (p = 0,003 ; PR = 3,242), and diarrhea cases. There was no significant correlation between diarrhea cases are the habit of boiling water with the microbial quality of drinking water, the source of water for washing cutlery, and microbial of drinking water, (p > 0,05). It is hoped health authorized staffs in Desa Kalimas apply community- based total sanitation, enhance clean and healthy behaviour, and socialize healthy drinking water storage based on Regulation of Minister of Healthy No. 3/2014.Abstrak: Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kejadian Diare Pada Anak Usia 4-6 Tahun. Angka kejadian diare pada anak usia 4-6 tahun di Desa Kalimas mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Tahun 2013 kejadian diare sebesar 10%, tahun 2014 sebesar 33% dan 35% pada tahun 2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian diare pada anak usia 4-6 tahun di Desa Kalimas Kecamatan Sungai Kakap. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel  45 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Uji statistik yang digunakan uji chi-square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kebiasaan mencuci tangan dengan diare (p = 0,043; PR = 2,175), penyimpanan air minum dengan kualitas mikrobiologi air minum (p = 0,016; PR = 1,462), ketersediaan jamban keluarga dengan diare (p = 0,003; PR = 3,242). Variabel yang tidak berhubungan yaitu kebiasaan memasak air dengan kualitas mikrobiologi air minum, sumber air untuk mencuci alat makan/minum dan kualitas mikrobiologi air minum dengan diare (p ≥ 0,005). Disarankan agar di Desa Kalimas bisa diterapkan program STBM dan peningkatan penerapan PHBS pada masyarakat Desa Kalimas serta mensosialisasikan cara penyimpanan air minum yang baik sesuai dengan Permenkes No 3 tahun 2014.

For children and adolescent girls found many health problems, especially anemia. In women with iron deficiency anemia, the amount of menstrual blood is also more. Most women do not feel the symptoms at the time of menstruation, but some feel heavy in the pelvis or feel pain (dysmenorrhoea). Various studies have shown that the incidence of dysmenorrhoea is still quite high, those who experience severe dysmenorrhoea after taking the drug should rest and it is recommended to limit even leave the school or work for 1-3 days in a month which would certainly be detrimental to women in the activity, especially in young women who are in a period of growth and development. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between anemia with dismenorhoe incident. The approach taken in this research is quantitative. This type of research used surveyive design with cross sectional approach. In this research the sampling method using Random Sampling technique. The results showed a significant relationship between anemia with the incidence of dysmenorrhoea in UMI midwifery students where the results of Chi Square test of 9,737 with p-value 0.0001 <0,05. It can be concluded that anemia can cause dysmenorrhoea in young women, so the need to increase knowledge about nutrition for young woman to prevent the happening of anemia.

Background: The knowledge of pregnant women about cosmetics' dangers is still shallow; this is because pregnant women mostly have never consulted a dermatologist regarding the cosmetic products they use. Aim: This study aimed to determine the relationship between pregnant women's knowledge about cosmetics and the use of facial cream. Method: This research applied an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The study samples were 40 pregnant women taken from a population of 44 pregnant women who used facial cream with Slovin formula and a purposive sampling technique that met the inclusion criteria. The instrument used questionnaires. Results: Data analyzed by the Chi-Square test showed bivariate results (ρ = 0.001) <0.05 indicating that there were relationships between 2 variables. Conclusion: In conclusion, there was a relationship between maternal knowledge about cosmetics and the use of facial cream in the Bre Village of Palibelo Primary Health Center in 2017.
