Perdagangan merupakan bentuk usaha yang banyak dijalankan oleh manusia diseluruh dunia, mulai dari berdagang berbagai macam kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari atau kebutuhan primer, sampai menjual kebutuhan akan barang mewah demi kepuasan manusia. Di sini peneliti akan membahas tentang perdagangan unggas; dimana setiap harinya terdapat jutaan pedagang unggas yang berdagang di pasar. Dari besarnya jumlah pedagang tersebut tentunya tidak semuanya mempunyai perilaku sesuai dengan etika maupun aturan dalam berdagang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku pedagang unggas ditinjau dalam perspektif etika bisnis Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, yaitusuatu pengujian secara rinci terhadap suatu latar atau satu orang objek, satu keadaan, tempat penyimpanandokumen atau peristiwa. Adapun metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode interview/wawancara, observasi/ pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Analisis datanya menggunakan  reduksi data atau penyederhanaanya (data reduction), paparan atau sajian data (data display), dan penarikan kesimpulan (conclucion). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pada dasarnya para pedagang unggas yang ada di Pasar sepenuhnya melakukan suatu aktifitas dagangnya yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Karena di sana telah ditemukan perilaku-perilaku dari beberapa oknum pedagang yang menyimpang dari akidah Islam, yakni bertentangan dengan al-Qur’an dan Hadits. Diantaranya adalah adanya pedagang yang menjual ayam tiren (mati kemaren) kepada para penadah untuk dijual kembali dalam bentuk mentah maupun makanan matang. Selain itu ada juga pedagang yang melakukan penyiksaan kepada unggas dengan mencabuti bulu unggas yang masih hidup untuk dijual bulunya kepada penadah untuk diolah menjadi shuttlecock. Selanjutnya mencegat pedagang lain maupun masyarakat yang ingin menjual unggasnya ke pasar untuk memasuki pasar, dan juga adanya pedagang yang menjual ayam jantan untuk digunakan berbuat maksiat berupa sabung ayam. Tetapi di lain sisi masih banyak pedagang yang berperilaku sesuai dengan etika bisnis Islam. Yaitu dengan mengedepankan kejujuran, keterbukaan, sopan santun dan juga adanya sifat saling menghormati dan menghargai antar sesama pedagang. Dan tentunya sifat-sifat tersebut sesuai dengan dalil-dalil al-Qur’an dan juga tuntunan-tuntunan di dalam Hadits.Trade is a form of business that is widely carried out by humans throughout the world, starting from trading various kinds of daily necessities or primary needs, to selling the need for luxury goods for human satisfaction. Here the researcher will discuss the poultry trade; where every day there are millions of poultry traders who trade in the market. Of the large number of traders, of course, not all of them have behavior in accordance with the ethics and rules of trading. This study aims to determine how the behavior of poultry traders is viewed from the perspective of Islamic business ethics. This research uses a qualitative approach, while the research used is a case study, which is a detailed examination of a setting or an object, a situation, a place to store documents or events. The data collection method uses interview / interview, observation / observation and documentation methods. Data analysis using data reduction or simplification (data reduction), exposure or data presentation (data display), and drawing conclusions (conclusions). The results of the study revealed that basically the poultry traders in the market fully carry out their trading activities in accordance with Islamic teachings. Because there have been found the behaviors of some unscrupulous traders who deviate from the Islamic faith, which is contrary to the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. Among them are traders who sell tiren chickens (died yesterday) to traders for resale in raw or cooked food. In addition, there are also traders who torture poultry by plucking the feathers of living birds to sell their feathers to collectors to be processed into shuttlecocks. Then intercept other traders and people who want to sell their poultry to the market to enter the market, and there are also traders who sell roosters to be used for immoral acts in the form of cock fighting. But on the other hand, there are still many traders who behave in accordance with Islamic business ethics. Namely by promoting honesty, openness, courtesy and also the nature of mutual respect and respect among fellow traders. And of course these characteristics are in accordance with the arguments of al-Qur'an and also the guides in the Hadith.

The study aim at investigating the process of planning, implementing, and evaluating of the Revised 2013 Curriculum year 2018 to improve the students' achievement. The study was case study research with multi case study design as the objects of the study had some similarities. The data sources were the results of conducting interviews, documentations, and observations. The data analysis included data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The data were verified using data sources triangulation.The result showed: 1) The planning at SMP Raden Fatah Batu and MTs Ihyaul Ulum Gresik was initiated by comprehending the existing syllabus, mapping the main and basic competence as well as the success indicators for each subject. The involvement of the teachers in The Teacher Association Forum was maximized to share ideas and conform the planning. 2) In implementing, both schools involved the associated basic competence and current issues, created pleasant and conducive learning, used learning media, and involved the parents which were effective in improving the students' achievement. 3) The evaluation was conducted comprehensively and factually. The students' achievement was identified continually on all of the aspects of learning and it involved teacher-counselor The final score was derived from the averaged total score.

The cultivation of moral and religious values in early childhood is very important so that students can have good moral and religious values, so that when students enter the next level, they already have knowledge, good experiences that have been obtained when they at the time pre school. This study discusses the cultivation of religious and moral values of early childhood in Goemerlang Sukarame Kindergarten, Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this study was to determine the cultivation of moral and religious values in early childhood in Goemerlang Sukarame Kindergarten, Bandar Lampung. This research is a descriptive qualitative study, which involves a teacher in class B2. Data were analyzed qualitatively using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the activities of planting moral and religious values in Goemerlang Bandar Lampung Kindergarten had been well planned and implemented. There are several methods developed at Goemerlang Bandar Lampung Kindergarten for inculcating moral and religious values, namely the story telling method, the field trip method, the demonstration method, the assignment method, the habituation method, and the conversation method.

An Efforts to improve the morality of learners are always conducted in education. Educational institutions are morally obligated to increase personality development of their students. SDN Inpres Bumi Bahari Kec. Palu Barat through the implementation of school rules, intends to form the character of learners. This circumstance is the basis of this research. This research based on descriptive qualitative methods. The Source of data obtained from principals, teachers, and Learners. This research used varieties methods such as observation, interviews, and documentations in data collecting process. Furthermore, data that has been netted, analyzed using data reduction techniques, data display, and data verification. The results of the study concluded that the application of school rules can shape the behavior of learners to be a good personality. The behavior of learners is directed towards moral learner. The process of character building of learners finds some barriers because learners have a different understanding of school rules order. In addition, many students have a strong influence of the habits they bring from their homes, so they are not familiar with the rules set by their school.

The effort to improve Al-Qur'an reading and writing becomes the main factor is the improvement of the quality of human resources that is teacher. Teachers have characteristics as mentors who are able to show the dynamic interaction between teachers and learners. The purpose of the study to know how the role of teachers in an effort to improve the quality of literature Al-Qur`an in TPQ Miftahul Ulum Nglele Sumobito Jombang. This type of descriptive qualitative research with interview method, observation and documentation. Analytical techniques using data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation), data conclusing drawing / verification. In reading the Qur'an the learner is not a thing that goes without a process, but requires a concrete teacher's efforts. The result of the teacher's role in the effort to improve the literacy of the Qur'an is very satisfactory as evidenced by the santri can read Al-Qur an well and correctly.

This research aims at revealing the functions of symbolic forms of Indonesian language teaching (PBI). The method used is qualitative descriptive with data source in the form of conversations between lecturer and students who produce words, phrases, and sentences obtained by recorder instrument (handycam) and interview guidelines. The data is analyzed using data reduction, data display, and verification technique. The results show that the symbolic forms used in PBI’s discourse reveals the idea of characteristics concerning motivation, strengthening, competence, sharpening, and awareness. In line with that, the functions of the symbolic forms include (1) statements with "challenging" characteristic and its development; (2) direction, guidance, and advice; (3) praise; (4) threat (fear); (5) question and correction; (6) inadequacy and weakness; (7) sanction (discipline); (8) counseling and training service; (9) instruction or command; (10) honesty; and (11) request or demand.

Problem Statement: The author focuses on the gap in demands for good service quality, but it is not supported by human resources and the availability of professional librarians who oversee library services in Merangin Regency. Purpose: The purpose of this article is to find out the quality of library services in the public library of Merangin Regency. Method: The writer uses descriptive method and inductive approach. Data obtained and collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is analyzed using data reduction techniques, data display (data presentation) and conclusions. Result: The research findings show that the dimensions of tangible and reliability are still lacking, then the dimensions of empathy, responsiveness and assurance are classified as sufficient (standard). Conclusion: The results show that the service quality of the Merangin Public Library is still not optimal. This is because in the dimension of service quality, there are several indicators that are still in the insufficient category, namely service support facilities, non-updated collections, inadequate employee resources, and information related to libraries that are still not widely known by the public. Keywords: : Servqual Analysis; Quality of Services; Public Library Services; Merangin Public Library   ABSTRAK Permasalahan: Penulis berfokus pada kesenjangan tuntutan kualitas layanan yang baik, namun tidak didukung dengan SDM dan ketersediaan tenaga pustakawan yang profesional menggawangi layanan perpustakaan di Kabupaten Merangin. Tujuan: Tujuan artikel ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan perpustakaan di perpustakaan umum Kabupaten Merangin. Metode:  Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan induktif. Data diperoleh dan dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data yang sudah terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data) dan kesimpulan. Hasil: Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada dimensi bukti fisik (tangible) dan kehandalan (reliability) masih kurang, selanjutnya pada dimensi empati (emphaty), daya tanggap (responsiveness), dan jaminan (assurance) tergolong cukup (standar). Kesimpulan: Hasil menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan Perpusatakaan Umum Kabupaten Merangin masih belum optimal. Hal ini disebabkan karena pada dimensi kualitas pelayanan terdapat beberapa indikator yang masih pada kategori kurang yaitu sarana prasarana fasilitas penunjang pelayanan, koleksi yang tidak update, sumber daya pegawai yang kurang memadai, dan informasi terkait perpustakaan yang masih belum banyak diketahui oleh masyarakat. The concrete market is a gathering place for buyers and sellers to trade goods that are there. Based on preliminary studies indicated there are some traders who make a deviation in business practices in terms of Islamic business ethics principles. The formulation of this research is about how the application of Islamic business ethics principles to traders in traditional markets Pancasila Tasikmalaya. The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of Islamic business markets Pancasila Tasikmalaya. The research method using the descriptive method of the qualitative. The data source in this study, namely the primary data is interviewed to the relevant parties is traders, buyers and managers of traditional markets Pancasila. While the secondary data are data obtained through reports on traders and PD. Profiles the traditional market of Pancasila. By using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interview, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques using analytical techniques developed by Miles and Huberman, with its stages: data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing/ verification. Based on the results obtained from traders, buyers, and managers of traditional markets Pancasila shows that the principles of Islamic business ethics basically traders have applied in the activity of buying and selling. However, there are some deviations committed by traders in buying and selling such as, there are still those who neglect prayers, cheating on scales, selling goods below market prices due to tight market prices, less honest traders do not pay the debt to the supplier, doing savings and loan to conventional bank, unclear expiration limits, and there are still processed food products that add formalin and borax.

The use of various methods will greatly help students in achieving learning goals. As role play method is one way mastery of learning materials through the development of imagination and appreciation of students on learning materials. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. To analyze the data in this research using data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman model that is data reduction (Data Reduction), data presentation (Data Display) and conclusion (Conclution Drawing / verification) The findings in this research is innovation of role play method can change paradigm to the new paradigm so that the role of the teacher is more as a facilitator, counselor, consultant, and comrade study Flexible schedule, open as needed Learning directed by students themselves Problem-based, project, real world, real action, and reflection Design and investigation. Computers as tools, and dynamic media presentations.
