The effort to improve Al-Qur'an reading and writing becomes the main factor is the improvement of the quality of human resources that is teacher. Teachers have characteristics as mentors who are able to show the dynamic interaction between teachers and learners. The purpose of the study to know how the role of teachers in an effort to improve the quality of literature Al-Qur`an in TPQ Miftahul Ulum Nglele Sumobito Jombang. This type of descriptive qualitative research with interview method, observation and documentation. Analytical techniques using data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation), data conclusing drawing / verification. In reading the Qur'an the learner is not a thing that goes without a process, but requires a concrete teacher's efforts. The result of the teacher's role in the effort to improve the literacy of the Qur'an is very satisfactory as evidenced by the santri can read Al-Qur an well and correctly.

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study was to determine the role of teacher communication in early childhood. Methodology: This research is descriptive qualitative research. The methods used in this research are observation, interview, and documentation, for data analysis using: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification, in checking the data through credibility, transformability, and conformability. Main Findings: From the results of the overall findings can researchers conclude that the role of teachers, parents with children often occur imbalances or "miscommunication" so unwittingly the negative impacts arise when the child is out of the house or at school. This condition can look into the child itself introspection, because by knowing yourself then the child will be easy to know other people. Applications of this study: This research was conducted in Jombang City, with the consideration that PIAUDBina Karya is located in Jombang City. Novelty/Originality of this study: give to the child to communicate as widely as possible, order to be able and dare to express an opinion according to their age.

This study aimed at determining the role of teachers and principals in improving the quality of learning in elementary school of Pulau Rimau. The sample in this study were 40 teachers from Pulau Rimau. The data were collected using 1) interviews, 2) observations, and 3) documentation. Research data analysis techniques include 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, and 3) data verification. The results showed that teachers and principals have a role in improving the quality of education of SD Negeri in Pulau Rimau.

Barbershop business in Tasikmalaya District is increasingly prevalent, including in Singaparna District, but not all Barbershop in Singaparna District are visited by consumers. Competition between Barbershop is found in excellent service quality for consumers, the application of a quality service affects the development of customer satisfaction. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data is obtained through direct interviews with owners of barbershop and consumers. Then the data is analyzed through the stages of data reduction or simplification, data presentation / presentation (Data Display), and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the quality of services provided in five Barbershop in Singaparna Subdistrict, Tasikmalaya Regency was quite good, this can be seen from the efforts made such as prioritizing appearance, neatly arranged facilities, tools that are always ready to use and choosing a strategic place. The reliability and responsiveness of barbershop can be seen from the consumer's assessment of indicators of reliability, responsiveness, empathy and assurance from Barbershop which is quite good.

Problem Statement: The author focuses on the gap in demands for good service quality, but it is not supported by human resources and the availability of professional librarians who oversee library services in Merangin Regency. Purpose: The purpose of this article is to find out the quality of library services in the public library of Merangin Regency. Method: The writer uses descriptive method and inductive approach. Data obtained and collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is analyzed using data reduction techniques, data display (data presentation) and conclusions. Result: The research findings show that the dimensions of tangible and reliability are still lacking, then the dimensions of empathy, responsiveness and assurance are classified as sufficient (standard). Conclusion: The results show that the service quality of the Merangin Public Library is still not optimal. This is because in the dimension of service quality, there are several indicators that are still in the insufficient category, namely service support facilities, non-updated collections, inadequate employee resources, and information related to libraries that are still not widely known by the public. Keywords: : Servqual Analysis; Quality of Services; Public Library Services; Merangin Public Library   ABSTRAK Permasalahan: Penulis berfokus pada kesenjangan tuntutan kualitas layanan yang baik, namun tidak didukung dengan SDM dan ketersediaan tenaga pustakawan yang profesional menggawangi layanan perpustakaan di Kabupaten Merangin. Tujuan: Tujuan artikel ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan perpustakaan di perpustakaan umum Kabupaten Merangin. Metode:  Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan induktif. Data diperoleh dan dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data yang sudah terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data) dan kesimpulan. Hasil: Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada dimensi bukti fisik (tangible) dan kehandalan (reliability) masih kurang, selanjutnya pada dimensi empati (emphaty), daya tanggap (responsiveness), dan jaminan (assurance) tergolong cukup (standar). Kesimpulan: Hasil menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan Perpusatakaan Umum Kabupaten Merangin masih belum optimal. Hal ini disebabkan karena pada dimensi kualitas pelayanan terdapat beberapa indikator yang masih pada kategori kurang yaitu sarana prasarana fasilitas penunjang pelayanan, koleksi yang tidak update, sumber daya pegawai yang kurang memadai, dan informasi terkait perpustakaan yang masih belum banyak diketahui oleh masyarakat. This study aims to know the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in society economic empowerment at Mas-mas Village, Batukliang Utara District, and Central Lombok Regency. This study was descriptive qualitative approach. The study was conducted from June to July at Mas-Mas Village, Batukliang Utara, and Central Lombok. The data collection techniques used interview, documentation, and observation with study subjects, namely the Head of Village, BUMDES management and some society of Mas-mas. The researcher used techniques of source triangulation. Data analysis in this study uses an interactive analysis model that is analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and verification and conclusions. The results of this study indicated that the role of BUMDES Lintang Mas had not been maximized in society economic empowerment at society of Mas-mas Village; it can be seen from the types of businesses run by BUMDES. In addition, the level of society participation was still low.

The main factor of determining the level of sanitary and hygienic indicators of the quality of milk produced is the hygiene of milking cows. The study of the role of hygiene of milking is of great importance for a correct understanding of the ways of solving the problem of obtaining high quality milk. Special attention of scientists and practitioners in recent years are focused on the development and implementation of highly effective detergents and disinfectants in the production of milk of cows. Many researchers and practitioners have directed their work to developing measures to prevent the entry of pathogenic microflora into milk during and after milking cows. In spite of many researches carried out, aimed at controlling the number of somatic cells in milk with the use of different products based on lactic acid, chlorhexidine and iodine, the problem of high quality milk production remains unresolved. In our work results of researches on the use of probiotic means for treatment of udders of cows are given. Processing the udder of cows with probiotic means before milking by Skin Cleaner, after milking by PIP Cow Teat Cleaner reduced the amount of somatic cells in cow milk 12,8-84,0%. The use of probiotic means Biomastim lowed somatic cell count of 18,4-51,9%. Microbiological contamination of milk using probiotic means for processing the udder before milking Skin Cleaner, after milking PIP Cow Teat Cleaner decreased 4,9- 70,4 times. The application of probiotic means Biomastim after milking on the teats led to the decrease in milk of cows QMAFAnM 5,0-6,6 times.

ABSTRACT   The objective of thisresearch is to find out about the operational requirements of a Daycare Center (TPA) in order to help the TPA Bright Minds Salatiga getting its operational permit. The nature of this research is descriptive qualitative. Subjects of the study are the TPA Bright Minds Management and the Caregivers. Data is collected using observations, documentations, and deep interview methods. The collected data isanalyzed using techniques of data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that there are two main categories of operational requirements, i.e. adminstrative and technical requirements. The administrative requirements include submision of  TPA founder identity, certificate of domicile from the local headman, structure and detailed role of each of the Board members. The technical requirements are legal and valid documents of ownership/leasing rights of the land and buildings, estimated operational costs of the TPA, plan of TPA implementation standards, and some other additional documents. Thus, based on study's results, it is to suggest that the TPA Bright Minds Salatiga, should immediately strategize an application of its operational permit to the authorities.

This study aims to describe the fuction of extracurricular art of dance for students of SD Negeri 01 Kota Bengkulu. Type of qualitative research and descriptive naturalistic research method.the subject of this research is the extracurricular coach of dance art and the student of extracurricular activities of dance art. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation (data display), data verification(coclusion drawing/verification) and withdrawal of conclusion (verification data). Testing the validity of the data using persistence of observation, membercheck and triangulation. The result of the research show the extracurricular function of dance which includes 1) development fuction, 2) sosialfuction, 3) rekreativefuction, the three fuctions have been done, but there are some indicators in the function of extracurricular art of dance that has not been done, that is development function in indicator the formation in indicator the formation of the character of discipline. In this indicator the formation of the character of students who follow extracurricular activities of dance art came too late because before the extracurricularschedule of dance art there are students who are still in the canteen and rest. Therefore, there should be a break between classroom hygiene activities and extracurricular activities of dance, so that the indicators of character building discipline are done.

The City

The high rate of divorce, especially in West Sumatra, is an important note for religious extension workers to increase their role and quality in providing counseling. Therefore, fast and progressive action is needed to overcome this. Another phenomenon revealed from the above data is that the divorce case is dominated by the wife's lawsuit. Therefore, it takes the role of religious counselors at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) to increase family resilience. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of religious instructors in increasing family resilience in the city of Padang from physical, social, and psychological aspects. Data collection techniques used interviews and were analyzed with the Miles and Huberman models following the stages of data reduction, data display, conclusion. The role of religious counselors in increasing family resilience has been carried out quite well, although not yet maximized because the raw materials are not yet available, the methods used are only advice and lectures and have not been evaluated continuously.
