Abstrak: Islam sebagai agama sempurna bukan saja menjelaskan dimensi ideologis dan ritual agama saja, tetapi juga memberikan pencerahan kepada manusia tentang lingkungan. Dalam perspektif Islam, manusia diharapkan mampu membina relasi yang harmonis bukan saja dengan Allah sebagai pencipta, dengan manusia lainnya, tetapi juga dengan alam. Artikel ini merupakan kajian kepustakaan yang mengkaji pandangan Islam tentang konsep pendidikan kesehatan lingkungan hidup. Ditemukan bahwa meskipun dunia Barat modern telah mencanangkan urgensi pendidikan lingkungan hidup, agama Islam sejak lama memberikan gambaran detil tentang urgensi pendidikan lingkungan hidup untuk kemaslahatan manusia. Islam menegaskan perihal kewajiban setiap Muslim untuk memanfaatkan, memelihara dan melindungi alam secara arif, dan upaya ke arah tersebut merupakan bagian dari sikap tunduk dan ibadah kepada Allah Swt. <br /><br />Abstract: The Construction of Environmental Health Education in Islamic Perspective. Islam as a way of life not only explains the ideological dimension and religious rituals, but also gives enlightening to people about the environment. In Islamic perspective, man is expected to foster a harmonious relationship not only with God as the creator, with other human beings, but also with nature. This article is a library research that examines Islam’s opinion about the educational concept of environmental health. It was found that although the modern Western world has proclaimed the urgency of environmental education, Islam for a long time gives a detailed description about the urgency of environmental education for the benefit of mankind. Islam asserts the obligation for every Muslim to utilize, maintain and protect nature in a wise, and the direction effort is part of subservience and worship to Allah. <br /><br />Kata Kunci: Islam, al-Qur’an, hadis, pendidikan, kesehatan, lingkungan hidup

Islam is a religion that prescribes a way of life that goes beyond the rituals. It provides a holistic guide to human beings in almost every aspect of life in this world. However, the modernization and economic growth have taken the leads in the society governance and therefore tarnished some of the Muslim society’s perceptions on the holistic guidance of Islamic teachings. One of the consequences was readily displayed through attitudes and inefficient waste management practice of the majority of the Islamic country that lead to the environmental health problem. The paper discusses the existing waste management practice and positive roles of true Islamic understanding through the Qur’an and the Sunnah in terms of avoiding wasteful consumption and manners of cleanliness to resolve global environmental health problem caused by poor waste management.

Education currently loses human aspects (dehumanization).This is because the method that does not provide space to learners to grow according to his nature. So this study aims to (1) know the characteristics of KH Ahmad Dahlan’s education; (2) to know the characteristic of humanism education from KH Ahmad Dahlan’s thinking; and (3) to know the educational implications of humanist KH Ahmad Dahlan’s thinking towards the progress of the nation and social change in Indonesia. In this case the researcher uses the type of library research or library research with data collection methods using documentation method. The approach used by researchers is the method of philosophical approach. From the research that researchers have done, the researchers found that (1) KH Ahmad Dahlan has an educational concept that contains the content of humanism, namely the process of education is based on the understanding that humans are creatures that have potential in them. So the essence of education is to direct that potential to be more useful for human beings; (2) the concept of KH Ahmad Dahlan’s education is forming one's good behavior by maximizing the work of reason and adding the theological content in interpreting education as well as in the educational process; and (3) one of the relics of KH renewal Ahmad Dahlan is the greatest growth of the tradition of learning society.

Islam for his people understood as a way of life, Islam is a complete and comprehensive religion, guide to the various aspects of practicing a profession set out in the main pillars of Islam, the Qur'an and the Hadith, including how a Moslem life as an entrepreneur. Islam is a religion of entrepreneurship, it is characterized by the verses of the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad that enables and encourages entrepreneurial activity, such as use of the opportunities, take risks and innovative. Islam has a broader perspective on entrepreneurial success, the meaning of success as mentioned in Al-Qur’an associated with falaha, aflaha and word said faza fauzan. Formula of succes is : halal, qonaah, taufiq, saadah and Jannah. This article is about how the perspective of Islam based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah of Rasulullah SAW to entrepreneurial orientation. The Purpose of this paper is to develop a model of entrepreneurial orientation in Islamic prespective. The study is descriptive, and the nature of the paper is conceptual, the study draws on secondary materials through library research. In the paper entrepreneurship and entrepreneur orientation models are develop by Islamic Prespective. The model would be used for developing entrepreneurial orientation with Islamic prespective for other study or researh in entrepreneurship science and practices. Abstract The Human Rights stated in the United Nation Chartered are believed to be the universal ones. Meanwhile, Alquran as the source of all life aspects of human beings including human rights. Historically, Alquran comes before the United Nation Human Rights Charter. The main purpose of this paper is to highlight the idea that Alquran is the primary resource of human rights including the United Nation Human Rights. This study is conducted by applying qualitative library research. The result of the study emphasizes that human rights in Alquran are the basic paradigma of the human rights of the united nation due to the fundamental and essential human philosophical values coverage in the Alquran.   Keywords: Human right, Historical aspect, Human rights from an Islamic perspective. Abstrak Hak Asasi Manusia yang dinyatakan dalam United Nation Chartered adalah semua aspek kehidupan manusia termasuk hak asasi manusia. Secara historis, Al-Qur’an telah meletakan pondasi untuk menjunjung harkat martabat manusia dengan menghargai hak-haknya jauh sebelum  Piagam Hak Asasi Manusia Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa. Tulisan ini membahas bagaimana al-Qur’an menyebutkna hak-hak asasi manusia yang erat kaitannya dalam kehidupan social. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka, dengan pendekatan tasfir tematik. Hasil penelitian menekankan bahwa hak asasi manusia dalam Al-Qur’an adalah paradigma dasar dari hak asasi manusia bangsa yang bersatu karena nilai filosofis manusia yang fundamental dan esensial dalam Al-Qur’an. This article aims to analyze the basic concepts of multicultural education from an Islamic perspective. Multicultural education is an understanding of differences, tolerance, mutual respect among human beings. Islam as religion that applies to all mankind troughtout his life and the al quran as a guide for muslims contains multicultural values. The importance of multicultural education is expected to be a solution to the reality heterogeneity of religion, language, and culture. The research method used in this research is to use a qualitatif aprroach library research, by analyzing comprehensively the studies related to multicultural education in an Islamic perspektive. The result showed that Islam essentially teaches its folloers universal valuaes and flexibility in responding to the demands of growing era. Al quran teaches people to appreciate and respect equality of rights, religion, language, and culture so that there is a harmonious relationship, the growth of love among humans, because that is actually an important goal of multicultural education. Pendidikan multikultural merupakan pemahaman akan perbedaan, toleransi, rasa saling menghargai dan menghormati antar sesama manusia.  Islam sebagai agama yang berlaku untuk seluruh umat manusia sepanjang hidupnya dan Al Quran sebagai pedoman umat Islam di dalamnya terkandung nilai-nilai multikultural. Pentingnya pendidikan mulrikultural diharapkan menjadi solusi akan realitas masyarakat yang beragam dan berbudaya sebagai sebuah proses pengembangan potensi yang dapat menghargai pluralitas dan heterogenitas agama, bahasa dan budaya. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi pustaka, dengan menganalisis secara komprehensif kajian yang terkait dengan pendidikan multikultural dalam perspektif Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan multikultural dalam persepktif Islam secara esensial mengajarkan kepada manusia untuk bersikap egaliter, meskipun berbeda. Mampu membangun kepercayaan dengan pribadi yang berbeda suku, agama, bangsa, bahasa, dan lain-lain. Kemudian muncul perilaku saling menghargai satu sama lain, sebagai upaya untuk menghindari konflik dan pada gilirannya agar hidup berdampingan dengan saling peduli agar tercipta perdamaian di dunia.Keywords: Pendidikan, Multikultural, dan Islam.

This paper is simply explaining on the legal norms of human rights in the Quran through critical study on the Quranic interpretation Surah al-Nisâ’ verse 135. As the primary source of Islamic law, the Quran is believed covered the various verses which are relevant with the legal norms of human rights. Moreover the guarantee of human rights and its consideration in the Quran has been presently existed more than the idea of human rights in Western world. In addition, the crucial proble here is not talking about accepting or rejecting human rights within the Quran, but many scholars find the difficulties on understanding human rights in the Quran more than accepting it as the Holy Book and the way of life for human beings.

The classic concepts of environmental sanitation have become an integral part of our way of life in this age. The advent of the space age requires an expansion of these concepts. We are faced today with phenomenal advances in transportation and communication. Are our sanitary surveillance techniques and regulations, basically geared for parochial communities, adequate to maintain the public health in a world served by supersonic carriers? Is our knowledge and training sufficient to meet the demands for ultraclean environments imposed by advances in medicine and industrial technology? We must be ready to consider such new problems as cleaning and disinfecting the hardware and materials being developed for space travel and exploration. We must gain a perspective of the environmental health problems of people confined in sealed capsules for long time periods. We must start thinking about the control of exotic and as yet undiscovered disease agents from other planets, the control of microbial dissemination from our world to others, the logistics of interplanetary quarantine. In addition to all of this, we must continue to provide the inhabitants of this world with a safe, clean and healthy environment.

Majority of the indigenous people who are the original inhabitants in Malaysia inhibit the remote area of tropical forest which is rich in natural resources. Their lives are separated from the outside community due to several factors such as geography, low literacy, negative perceptions of the surrounding community, and the closed-door attitude of the indigenous people. Consistent preaching activities have changed the faith of the indigenous people from animism orientation towards believing in the Oneness of God. The practice of Islam as a way of life in the lives of indigenous peoples is found to be difficult to practice because the fiqh approach presented to them does not celebrate their local condition. In this regard, this study will examine the socio-cultural isolation of indigenous peoples and their impact on the interpretation of Islamic law. To achieve this objective, the researchers have applied the library research method by referring to the literatures related to the discussion of Islamic scholars in various disciplines of fiqh and usūl al-fiqh. The research found that there is rukhsah and taysir approach given to isolated people as well as with local background to facilitate the religious affairs of the indigenous people. Abstrak Majoriti masyarakat Orang Asli yang merupakan penduduk asal di semenanjung Malaysia mendiami kawasan pedalaman di hutan hujan tropika yang kaya dengan khazanah alam. Kehidupan mereka terasing daripada masyarakat luar disebabkan beberapa faktor seperti geografi, kadar literasi yang rendah, pandangan negatif masyarakat sekitar dan sikap tertutup masyarakat Orang Asli. Gerakan dakwah yang dijalankan secara konsisten telah membawa perubahan kepercayaan sebahagian masyarakat Orang Asli daripada berorientasikan animisme kepada mempercayai Tuhan yang Esa. Pengamalan Islam sebagai cara hidup dalam kehidupan masyarakat Orang Asli didapati agak sukar untuk dipraktikkan lantaran pendekatan fiqh yang disampaikan kepada mereka tidak meraikan suasana setempat mereka. Sehubungan itu, kajian ini akan meneliti keadaan isolasi sosio-budaya masyarakat Orang Asli dan kesannya terhadap pentafsiran hukum Islam. Bagi mencapai objektif tersebut, pengkaji menggunakan kajian kepustakaan sepenuhnya dengan menelusuri literatur berkaitan dengan perbincangan sarjana Islam dalam pelbagai disiplin ilmu fiqh dan usul fiqh. Hasil kajian mendapati terdapat rukhsah dan pendekatan taysir diberikan kepada mereka yang hidup terasing serta berlatar belakang budaya setempat bagi memudahkan urusan keagamaan masyarakat Orang Asli.

To make human morality necessary educational concept which is not simply to make students know, but how education can make students can applys in his life, it’s called as akhlak education, base to God education, human beings and the environment. Values ​​in the lyrics, especially akhlak education are often used to talk about, but unfortunately, not much to put it in the book. A song lyric is one of values transformation media, that can be transformed to other people that song lyrics to be understood its meaning first. Paul Riceour’s hermeneutic is one of the  analysis methode to understand the meaning of a literary work through the analysis of metaphors and symbols, so that the literary work can transforming value to others. Accordingly, this article will discuss about the akhlak education values in  pergi belajar lyric by Mrs. Sud using Paul Riceour’s hermeneutic.

Since its evolution environment has remained both a matter of awe and concern to man. The frontier attitude of the industrialized society towards nature has not only endangered the survival of all other life forms but also threatened the very existence of human life. The realization of such potential danger has necessitated the dissemination of knowledge and skill vis-a-vis environment protection at all stages of learning. Therefore, learners of all stages of learning need to be sensitized with a missionary zeal. This may ensure transformation of students into committed citizens for averting global environment crisis. The advancement of science and technology made the life more and more relaxed and man also became more and more ambitious. With such development, human dependence on environment increased. He consumed more resources and the effect of his activities on the environment became more and more detectable. Environment covers all the things present around the living beings and above the land, on the surface of the earth and under the earth. Environment indicates, in total, all of peripheral forces, pressures and circumstances, which affect the life, nature, behaviour, growth, development and maturation of living beings. Irrational exploitation (not utilization) of natural resources for our greed (not need) has endangered our survival, and incurred incalculable harm. Environmental Education is a science, a well-thought, permanent, lasting and integrated process of equipping learning experiences for getting awareness, knowledge, understanding, skills, values, technical expertise and involvement of learners with desirable attitudinal changes about their relationship with their natural and biophysical environment. Environmental Education is an organized effort to educate the masses about environment, its functions, need, importance, and especially how human beings can manage their behaviour in order to live in a sustainable manner.  The term 'environmental awareness' refers to creating general awareness of environmental issues, their causes by bringing about changes in perception, attitude, values and necessary skills to solve environment related problems. Moreover, it is the first step leading to the formation of responsible environmental behaviour (Stern, 2000). With the ever increasing development by modern man, large scale degradation of natural resources have been occurred, the public has to be educated about the fact that if we are degrading our environment we are actually harming ourselves. To encourage meaningful public participation and environment, it is necessary to create awareness about environment pollution and related adverse effects. This is the crucial time that environmental awareness and environmental sensitivity should be cultivated among the masses particularly among youths. For the awareness of society it is essential to work at a gross root level. So the whole society can work to save the environment.
