The article contains 3 clinical examples, which demonstrate possible appearance of hypersexuality, caused by premature psychosexual development. The first case (observed by the author) deals with a 13-year-old teenager, who was adopted at the age of 9. His birth mother (BM), who was deprived of parental rights, abused alcoholic beverages. BM had sexual intercourses with men, while her son was with her in the same bed. Besides approximately from the age of 6–7 years she sucked his penis. Soon after his adoption the boy climbed up on his lying adoptive mother (AM), with whom he lived together in one flat, and began pressing his lips to hers (“he lied like a male on a female”). Once, when they were visited by AM relatives and it was necessary to distribute, who would sleep with whom, a decision was made that the adopted son (AS) would sleep with a 7-year-old adopted grandson (AG) of AM. Then AS was 12 and he, as it was found out later, made an attempt to insert his erected penis into the anus of AG, but the latter managed to writhe himself free. At the same age of 12 he attempted a sexual intercourse with a native granddaughter of AM (a little girl), who told her grandmother about it. Then they found a significant amount of blood on her panties and genitals, and decided that he deflowered her. But as a result of forensic examination it was revealed that the blood on the granddaughter’s panties and genitals was not hers, but belonged to AS, whose attempt to insert his penis into her vagina resulted in a rupture of his penile frenulum, that made him stop any further sexual actions. AM informed that AS constantly peeped at her when she was naked or scantly dressed. He did the same with her granddaughter, after what she refused to visit them. Now, in order not “to be in the cross hairs”, AM takes a bath only after he leaves for school. As a result of his talk with AM and examination of AS the author has concluded that the patient has sexual disinhibition associated with his premature psychosexual development, the latter being caused by sexually molesting behaviour on the part of the child’s BM. The second and third cases (observations by other authors) also deal with hypersexual behaviour, caused by premature psychosexual development.

We present a case of a possible amoxicillin-induced anaphylaxis in a sensitive woman triggered by an instance of oral sexual contact with a man who was taking amoxicillin-clavulanic acid treatment. To our knowledge, this is the first case reported of a suspicion of amoxicillin-induced anaphylaxis in a woman after a sexual contact with a man who was taking the drug, we hypothesised an oral drug transfer through semen.Studies about amoxicillin concentrations achieved in semen after a drug intake are scarce. There are few cases reported of hypersensitivity reactions induced by drugs transported in semen but we have found some concern in sensitive patients about the possibility of transference of allergens via sexual intercourse. As clinicians, we consider that it is important to be aware of the existence of this possibility both in the diagnosis and in the prevention of anaphylactic reactions.

Varicocele is characterized by the dilatation of the veins of the spermatic cord. Its prevalence in general male population is 15% while in the infertile population the prevalence rises up to 25%. The varicocele is considered an etiological factor for male infertility. Although different pathophysiological patterns have been proposed, there is no consensus in the urological society to date. In most of the cases varicocele is asymptomatic but sometimes gives mild symptoms as dull pain at the scrotal region. A rare complication of this condition is the spontaneous or traumatic rupture and hematoma formation, either as spermatic cord hematoma or as scrotal hematoma. We are presenting two cases of varicocele rupture, presented with acute painful swelling of the left inguinal and scrotal region during sexual intercourse. Imaging studies revealed a scrotal hematoma in the first case and a spermatic cord hematoma in the second case, without signs of active bleeding. Both patients were treated conservatively and recovered uneventfully. Subsequently, we reviewed the literature in an effort to find the key points for the diagnosis and treatment of this condition.

This article examines the practical and theoretical principles of forensic examination. It is considered existent classifications and assortment of cognacs at the market of Ukraine. The article indicates the classification established by the National Interprofessional Bureau of Cognac and the classification, which operates on the territory of Ukraine, it was conducted a critical bibliographic review of literature sources sanctified to the problem that is investigated. At each stage of expert research, specific tasks are solved, among which an important place is occupied by the process of identification and detection of counterfeit products. The given article specifies the raw materials and materials used for production of cognacs of Ukraine, listed grape varieties for the production of cognac wine materials, defined set and sequence of technological processes that take place in the manufacture of cognac, covered technological standards for cognac wine material used in the production of cognacs in Ukraine. This article lists the main types of falsification of cognacs, such as reduced alcohol content, adulteration by age, adulteration with the use of flavors, dyes, distillates, made from non-grape wine materials, falsification with the use of forged labels of well-known manufacturers, as well as excise stamps, falsification with the default content of harmful substances. At examination of alcoholic drinks the major task is to to hold their identification and to define the accordance to the name of goods indicated on the labeling and accompanying documents, the established requirements. Identification of alcoholic beverages is carried out by organoleptic characteristics, strength, mass concentration of total extract, sugar, acids. The given work indicates the types of packaging and labeling for one unit of goods and for large batches that meet the regulatory and technical documentation in force in Ukraine. It is substantiated the influence of possible discrepancies with the requirements of normative documents on the process of determining the value of goods during the forensic examination.

In this paper I explore the question of whether gestation can ground parental rights. I consider Anca Gheaus’s (2012) claim that the labour and bonding of gestation give one the right to parent one’s biological child. I argue that, while Gheaus’s gestational account of parental rights is the most successful of such accounts in the literature, it is ultimately unsuccessful, because the concept ‘maternal-fetal bonding’ does not stand up to scrutiny. Gheaus argues that the labour expended in gestation generates parental rights. This is a standard, Lockean sort of a move in parental ethics—it usually relies on the claim that I have proprietary rights over the products of my labour. However, Gheaus argues that a standard labour account of parental rights could not generate parental rights over one’s own birth child via gestation without ownership, since the labour would merely afford one a right to enjoy the goods of parenthood. At best, then, labour alone would generate a right to a child. But, Gheaus argues, not only do gestational mothers expend labour in the course of the pregnancy; they also develop emotional ties to the fetus. They ‘bond’ with it. This, Gheaus argues, coupled with labour, gives the birth mother parental rights over her birth child. Fathers, on her account, acquire rights over their birth child by contributing labour—in the form of antenatal support—during the course of the pregnancy. I argue that because ‘bonding’ is not an appropriately morally salient phenomenon, Gheaus’s account does not work unless it relies on a proprietary claim, and this is prima facie reason to reject the account. Further, the fact that it only confers parental rights on fathers by proxy also gives us reason to reject the account. I then offer a brief sketch of a more promising, positive account of parental rights.

The need for special saving devices arises during emergency response. Such situations are connected with rescuing of people or animals from deep narrow holes or even from under blockages of constructions. By using the saving devices the cargo raising on a certain height is possible if other ways of delivery are absent. Main structural elements of saving devices are three rod pillars. Top ends of rods are connected in a mounting knot. Often the saving device is equipped with the winch. The winch could be fasten to one of the rod pillars or have individual placing. Rescuing devices differ in a type of a rod design (straight or a slopy plane), loading capacity, rods production material, type of rods connection, a possibility of using on slopes with pillars location in the different planes, modifications of winches, compactness during transportation. There is a big variety of rescuing devices, however in the market of Ukraine offer mostly straight rod rescuing devices. Therefore there is a need for creation of design and durability checking of the slopy rod rescuing device which could be applied to carrying out rescue operations from bridges, buildings and other constructions. In this work it is performed an estimation of durability of a design of the slopy rod rescuing device. It is considered three cases of the support pillars placement. The first case is when pillars of the slopy rescuing device are placed in one horizontal plane. The second case - the longest rod pillar is placed on a ledge. The third case - two shorter rod pillars are placed on a ledge. For each of these cases it is established a type of deformation of rods of the saving device. Construction rods are stretching or compression during work are and loaded with longitudinal forces. From the stretching durability condition the cross section of steel rods is picked up.

We describe the first case of chancroid seen in the Czech Republic, diagnosed in a 40-year-old heterosexual HIV-positive man. Despite genital localization of the ulcer, the transmission of Haemophilus ducreyi infection in our patient remains unclear, as he denied having sexual intercourse and he did not travel outside the Czech Republic for several months before the ulcer appeared. The correct diagnosis has been revealed by a multiplex nucleic acid amplification test. Physicians in countries in the eastern and central Europe region should be aware that chancroid can occur in their patients.

The first case of infection by SARS-CoV-2 (i.e., COVID-19) was officially recorded by the Italian National Health Service on 21 February 2020. Respiratory tract manifestations are the most common symptoms, such as gastrointestinal symptoms (GISs) like nausea or sickness, diarrhea, and anorexia, and psychological effects may be reported in affected individuals. However, similar symptoms may be observed in healthy people as a consequence of an anxiety state. Methods: We analyzed GISs and anxiety state during the COVID-19 lockdown period; from 9 March 2020 to 4 May 2020. A web-based survey consisting of 131 items was administered to 354 students affiliated with the School of Medicine of the University “Magna Graecia” of Catanzaro; Italy. A set of statistical analyses was performed to analyze the relationships among the answers to assess a correlation between the topics of interest. Results: The statistical analysis showed that 54.0% of interviewed reported at least one GISs, 36.16% of which reported a positive history for familial GISs (FGISs). The 354 subjects included in our cohort may be stratified as follows: 25.99% GISs and FGISs, 27.97% GISs and no-FGISs, 10.17% no-GISs and FGISs, 35.87% no-GISs and no-FGISs. Results indicated an anxiety state for 48.9% of respondents, of which 64.74% also presented GISs. In addition, considered dietary habits, we detect the increased consumption of hypercaloric food, sweetened drinks, and alcoholic beverages. Conclusions: The increase of GISs during the lockdown period in a population of medical students, may be correlated to both dietary habits and anxiety state due to a concern for one’s health.

Background: Concerns have been raised that health and societal causes surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic were misappropriated by companies to promote their unhealthy products to vulnerable populations during a time of increased stress and hardship (i.e., COVID-washing). Social media is a common medium for unhealthy foods and beverage marketing due to lack of regulation and low levels of monitoring.Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the timing, nature and extent of COVID-washing on public social media accounts by New Zealand's major food and drink brands in the initial stage of the pandemic after the first case was detected in New Zealand and when stay-at-home lockdown restrictions (Level 4 and 3 Alert levels) were in place. Methods: A content analysis of social media posts from February to May 2020 by the twenty largest confectionery, snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, and quick-service restaurant (fast-food) brands was undertaken. COVID-19 related posts were identified and classified to investigate the timing, themes and engagement with social media marketing campaigns, flagging those that may breach New Zealand's Advertising Standards. Results: 14 of 20 unhealthy food and drink brands referenced COVID-19 in posts during the 4-month period, peaking during nationwide lockdown restrictions. Over a quarter of all posts by the 14 brands (n = 372, 27.2%) were COVID-19 themed. Fast-food brands were most likely to use COVID-19 themed posts (n = 251/550 posts, 46%). Fast-food brands also had the highest number of posts overall during the pandemic and the highest engagement. The most commonly-used theme, present in 36% of all social media posts referring to COVID-19, was to draw on feelings of community support during this challenging time. Suggesting brand-related isolation activities was also common (23%), and the message that “consumption helps with coping” (22%). Six posts were found to potentially breach one of New Zealand's advertising standards codes by promoting excessive consumption or targeting children. Conclusion: COVID-washing was used by unhealthy food and drinks brands to increase brand loyalty and encourage consumption. The current Advertising Standards system is ineffective and must be replaced with a government-led approach to effectively regulate social media advertising to protect all New Zealanders, particularly in times of crisis.

Adolescent is a period of psychosexual development which at this stage are very prominent change is when the sexual function of maturity shown through behavior change. Indonesia Adolescent Reproductive Health Survey proves that nationally there is an increasing incidence of sexual intercourse than 3 million teens who claimed ever done premarital sexual behavior in 2007 to 3.7 milliion youth in 2012. This study is adescriptif study with 135 respondents as study sample are early adolescent in the Hope Island Villages 0f Thosand Island. The result of this study showed that most respondents are adolescent aged 11 years (40%), 52,6% were male and 47.4% female, 54.8% had sexual behavior risk and 21.5% of respondents ever do sexual intercourse. Advice to government, social agencies, and research institutions and community servicein college in order to perform adolescent reproductive health education to adolescent in Hope Island Villages of Thousand Island.

Coronary artery anomalies are reported to have a higher incidence in young victims of sudden cardiac arrest (4-15%), as compared to adults (1%). Among coronary anomalies, anomalous coronary artery arising from the opposite sinus of Valsalva (ACAOS) remains a major clinical problem which poses daunting challenges. The current paper reports on the first case with main left coronary anomalies with aortic failure due to the web sub-aortic. A 29-year-old woman with orthopnea referred to a doctor. Echocardiography and electrocardiogram (ECG) confirmed sub aortic web with severe aortic insufficiency. Subsequently, the patient was subjected to aortic valve replacement surgery and the subvalvular resection was performed. During the surgery, the aorta was initially opened and the left coronary hole was not found in the coronary sinus. Therefore, only a cardioplegia from the right coronary (artery) hole was administered to the patient. The cusps of the valve and subvalvular web were removed. During the release, the left main artery which apparently originated from the right coronary artery(RCA) was found to be damaged. Therefore, the damaged part of the left main coronary artery was repaired, the valve was placed, and the aorta was repaired. Following deaeration, cross-clamp was removed, and the right heart started to work; nonetheless, the left heart was not engaged in any activity. Therefore, the cross-clump was attached again to the aorta, and a vein graft on the left anterior descending (LAD) artery was placed on the aorta. After the removal of the cross-clamp, the heart recovered its normal function, and the patient was removed from the pump with low inotropic. Thereafter, she was transferred to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of open-heart surgery. The present report aimed to express the incidence of multiple complications, such as recurrence of illness, the optimal time for surgery, the best way of surgery, getting cardiologists' attention (colleagues) during angiography, and knowing the characteristics of these abnormalities.
