<p class="abstrak"><em>The problem in this study was caused by children who had problems in social interaction. The purpose of this study was to improve the quality of social interaction of foster children, namely children at the Aisyiyah Orphanage, Batusangkar Branch. This type of research is pre-experiment with type one group pre-test-post-test design. From the research carried out, the results showed that group guidance services had a significant effect on the quality of social interaction of foster children at a significance level of 1%. This means that group guidance services are effective in improving the quality of social interaction of foster children. </em></p>

Akhlak memiliki kedudukan penting dalam perkembangan perilaku siswa zaman sekarang, kepintaran siswa harus memiliki kedudukan yang seimbang dengan akhlak yang dimilikinya, sebab di masa sekarang kepintaran tidak menjamin apapun jika tidak diikuti dengan akhlak yang terpuji atau Akhlakul karimah, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan akhlakul karimah siswa VIII F SMPN 3 Banjarbaru dengan teknik modeling dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian esperimen yaitu pre-eksperimental design one-group pretest dan post-test dengan sampel 8 siswa yang memiliki skor terendah untuk diberikan perlakukan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik modeling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tingkat Akhlakul Karimah siswa kelas VIII F SMPN 3 Banjarbaru sebelum diberikan teknik modeling dalam penggunaan layanan bimbingan kelompok rata-rata skornya adalah 319,125 (73,125) dan sesudah diberikan teknik modeling dalamm penggunaan layanan bimbingan kelompok maka diketahui hasilnya ada;ah sebanyak rata-rata 339,5 (77,875). Diharapkan penelitian ini menjadi rujukan kepada guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk meningkatkan akhlakul karimah siswa disekolah dengan teknik modeling dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok. Bagi siswa memberi gambaran akan pentingnya akhlakul karimah disekolah maupun masyarakat agar menjadi referensi kepada penelitian selanjutnya untuk menelitia permasalahan ini._________________________________________________________Morals have an important position in the development of student behavior today, the intelligence of students must have a balanced position with the morals they have, because in this time intelligence does not guarantee anything if it is not followed by praiseworthy morals or moral morals, the purpose of this study is to improve moral morals VIII F students of SMPN 3 Banjarbaru with modeling techniques in group guidance services. It is hoped that this research will become a reference to the Guidance and Counseling Teachers to improve the morality of the students in schools with modeling techniques in group guidance services. For students, it gives an idea of the importance of moral morals in schools and in the community because of the basic morals of the key faith of success. For students, in order to be a reference to further research to examine this problem

Abstact            The purpose of  this study was to test the effectiveness of cinematherapy techniques in group guidance services for sex education for class X students at SMAN 15 Surabaya. The research design used in this study used a one group pre-test post-test design which was given to 7 students in class X with a low sex education score category. This research method uses quantitative research. The scale used in measuring the instrument is sex education. Seeing the current phenomenon, is the reason for researchers to conduct research on the low level of sex education in our country. Researchers chose SMAN 15 Surabaya as a place of research. Researchers used non-parametric data analysis techniques and the Wilcoxon test. The results of data interpretation using the Wilcoxon test are known as Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) is 0.018. Value 0.018 0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is acceptable. There is a significant influence in group guidance services using cinematherapy techniques on sex education for class X students at SMAN 15 Surabaya. Keywords: Seks Education, Cinematherapy, Group Guidances. AbstrakTujuan melakukan penelitian ini untuk menguji kefektifan teknik cinematherapy di dalam pemberian layanan konseling bimbingan kelompok terhadap pendidikan seks siswa kelas X di SMAN 15 Surabaya. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan one group pre-test post-test design yang diberikan pada 7 siswa kelas X dengan kategori skor pendidikan seks yang rendah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan didalam pengukuran instrument adalah pendidikan seks. Melihat fenomena yang terjadi saat ini, menjadi alasan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian tentang rendahnya pendidikan seks yang ada di negara kita. Peneliti memilih SMAN 15 Surabaya sebagai tempat penelitiannya. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis data non parametric dan dengan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil interpretasi data yang menggunakan uji Wilcoxon diketahui Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) brnilai 0,018. Nilai 0,018 0,05, maka bisa disimpulkan bahwa Ho dapat diterima. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan di dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik cinematherapy terhadap pendidikan seks siswa kelas X di SMAN 15 Surabaya. Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Seks, Cinematherapy, Bimbingan Kelompok

There is a tendency to decrease attitudes for early-stage santri in terms of self-adjustment which is influenced, among others, by the interest of some santri, many of them are because of the direction of parents. If such symptoms are not immediately addressed then adjustment becomes a serious problem among the early-stage santri. That need to be given the type of guidance that can help the difficulties of the students in the adjustment in boarding school. One of the efforts that can be done is the provision of Islamic-based group guidance services. The main problem is whether the guidance of Islamic-based groups can improve the early adjustment of student students at Al Ishlah Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Semarang? The purpose of this study is to find out the guidance of Islamic-based groups can improve the adjustment of early students in Al Ishlah Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Semarang. The Pre-Test and Post-Test Design Group. The population of this study is the initial level of students in Al Ishlah Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Semarang academic year 2016/2017 which amounted to 32 santri. The results of this study indicate that the guidance of Islamic-based groups can improve the adjustment of early santri level students in Al Ishlah Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Semarang based on the comparison of z count 4.994> z table 1.96 with probability = 0, 000 <0.05. The rate of adjustment before the guidance of the Islamic-based group was 62.04% and the level of adjustment after the guidance of the Islamic based group by 70.57%. In this case, there was an increase of 8.53%. Based on these results, the researcher gives suggestion to the custodian of pesantren to facilitate guidance and counseling to help santri adjustment to make it easier, involving the alumni of pesantren who are competent in the field of guidance and counseling.

AbstractMental disorders are a global health problem that still requires effective treatment. One way to improve the quality of handling people with mental disorders (ODGJ) is by increasing the knowledge of mental health cadres in providing nursing care for people with mental disorders. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of mental health training on the knowledge of mental health cadres. The number of respondents in this study were 34 mental health cadres. The research design used was pre-experiment with pre-post test design. The results of statistical tests using the paired T-Test showed a significance level of p = 0.00 with a significance level of α = 0.05. These results indicate that there is an effect of mental health training on the knowledge of mental health cadres. Good knowledge will affect the ability of cadres to treat mental patients and their families.

Group guidance services are a way of providing assistance to counselees/students through group activities. In the implementation of group services, group dynamics must be created to foster a sense of belonging in the group. The method in this research was bytreatment in which was used a pre-experimental design. The design used was a one-group pre-test post-test design. Assertive training counselors try to give courage to clients in overcoming difficulties with others. Therefore this research resulted in the effectiveness of group guidance (assertive training) to improve student communication skills at SMK Kesehatan Nusantara. Pre-experimental design is a new method used to find the effect of treatment on others under controlled conditions. Based on the results of the paired sample t test analysis, it is known that the P value of 0,014 is less than α=0,05, so there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test mean results. This is supported by the t value of -2,853 greater than t table 2,16. The result of testing the correlation value of 0,937 proves that there is a strong correlation between group guidance services (assertive training techniques) in improving communication skills.   (Layanan bimbingan kelompok merupakan salah satu cara pemberian bantuan yang dilakukan oleh konselor kepada konseli/siswa melalui kegiatan kelompok. Pelaksanaan layanan kelompok, dinamika kelompok harus tercipta untuk menumbuhkan rasa saling memiliki dalam kelompok. Assertive training konselor berusaha memberikan keberanian kepada klien dalam mengatasi kesulitan terhadap orang lain. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan pre-experimentalyang di dalamnya ada perlakuan (treatment). Desain yang digunakan adalah one-group pre-test post-test design. Oleh karenanya penelitian ini menghasilkan keefektivan bimbingan kelompok (teknik assertive training) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi siswa di SMK Kesehatan Nusantara. Rancangan pre-experimental designmerupakan metode baru yang digunakan untuk mencari pengaruh perlakuan terhadap yang lain dalam kondisi yang terkendalikan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa uji paired sample t test diketahui bahwa nilai P sebesar 0,014 kurang dari 0,05 maka ada perbedaan yang bermakna dari hasil rata-rata pre-test dan post-test. Hal ini didukunh dengan nilai t hitung -2,853 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,16dan memiliki makna terdapat pengaruh bimbingan kelompok (teknik assertive training) terhadap keterampilan komunikasi siswa di SMK Kesehatan Nusantara.Hasil pengujian nilai korelasi sebesar 0,937 membuktikan adanya korelasi yang kuat antara layanan bimbingan kelompok (teknik assertive training) dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi.)

ABSTRAK Pasien yang dirawat di ICU pada umumnya mengalami sakit kritis biasanya hal ini akan menimbulkan bebagai  respons psikososial  dari anggota keluarganya. Respons ini dapat berupa respons positif maupun respons negatif. Salah satu cara agar respons psikososial menjadi positif yaitu memberikan penyuluhan kepada keluarga pasien agar ada peningkatan kognisi dan emosi. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode “Pre-Experiment”, dengan rancangan “One group pra-post test design”. Dengan populasi semua keluarga yang anggota keluarganya dirawat di Ruang ICU RSUD.dr.Sosodoro Djatikoesumo. Sampel diambil dengan proses Total Sampling. Variabel independen  yaitupenyuluhan keluarga pasien ICU, dan variabel dependen adalah respon psikososial keluarga pasien. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan uji statistik paired sample t-test, pada tingkat signifikansi diperoleh nilai 0,027 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterimaPerawat sebagai tenaga kesehatan yang harus selalu mengembangkan profesionalisme, perlu mengupayakan agar respons psikososial keluarga yang negatif dapat ditekan. Salah satu upayanya yaitu adalah memberikan penyuluhan kepada keluarga. Dalam penyuluhan akan diberikan: komunikasi, informasi, edukasi dan support. Kata Kunci : Penyuluhan, Respon Psikososial Keluarga  ABSTRACT Patients admitted to the ICU in general suffer from a critical illness usually this will lead to the kinds of psychosocial responses of family members. This response can be either a positive response or a negative response. One way to be positive psychosocial responses that provide counseling to the patient's family that there was an increase in cognition and emotion.This study design using the "Pre-Experiment", the draft "One group pre-post test design". With a population of all the families who have family members admitted to the ICU RSUD.dr.Sosodoro Djatikoesumo. Samples were taken with total sampling process. Independent variables, family counseling ICU patients, and the dependent variable is the family of the patient's psychosocial response. Collecting data using questionnaires. results of research conducted by the statistical test paired sample t-test, at a significance level obtained value 0,027 0,05 hence Ho refused and H1 accepted.Nurses as health workers must always develop professionalism, needs to strive for psychosocial response can be suppressed negative family. Renal Disease was a chronic disease that the most attacking people in Indonesia. Damage to this vital organ in the human body greatly affected a person's health condition, one of which was anemia. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of Durante hemodialysis PRC transfusions on hemoglobin levels. The method used was Pre-experimental design, with the One group pre-post test design approach. With a sample of 49 patients who underwent regular hemodialysis at RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung. Data were obtained by direct observation. Processed by computerized methods with a statistical t-test, the significance level (α) was 0.05. The study results showed that the hemoglobin levels of the pre-Durante hemodialysis PRC transfusion patients were 4-5 mg/dl (53.06%), and the hemoglobin levels of the post-Durante hemodialysis PRC transfusion patients were 6.1-7 mg/dl (34.69%). The results of statistical tests showed that there was an increase in hemoglobin levels in patients who received Durante hemodialysis PRC transfusion by 1.22 mg/dl because p-value = 0.000 < 0.05 (α) means that there was an effect. It could be concluded that the delivery of Durante hemodialysis PRC transfusion could help increase hemoglobin levels. This finding was very helpful for chronic Renal Disease patients undergoing hemodialysis, who have been using erythropoietin preparations because PRC transfusions were cheaper and more effective when compared to using erythropoietin preparations

Kemampuan berbicara merupakan hal penting bagi pembelajar bahasa Jepang. Masalah yang sering ditemukan pada siswa dalam pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jepang yaitu di antaranya siswa sering kali merasa bingung dan tidak percaya diri untuk berbicara bahasa Jepang. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya latihan pada keterampilan berbicara. Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas, peneliti melaksanakan penelitian mengenai efektivitas penggunaan kartu identitas bahasa Jepang terhadap kemampuan berbicara siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media kartu identitas terhadap kemampuan berbicara bahasa Jepang. Selain itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tanggapan siswa mengenai media kartu identitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen kuasi dan dengan desain penelitian one group pre-test-post-test design. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes lisan dan angket.  Sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa XI IPS SMAN 2 Bandung tahun ajaran 2015/2016 sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan perolehan nilai rata-rata siswa sebelum diterapkannya media kartu identitas yaitu sebesar 12,95 dan setelah diterapkannya media kartu identitas meningkat menjadi 23,8. Berdasarkan perhitungan statistik komparasional didapatkan hasil thitung sebesar 29,73 dan ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% adalah 2,09 dan taraf signifikansi 1% adalah 2,86, ini berarti  thitung >ttabel , maka Hk diterima dan Ho ditolak. Sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jepang siswa sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya media kartu identitas. Kemudian, berdasarkan hasil analisis data angket, sebagian besar siswa memberikan respons positif terhadap media kartu identitas untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jepang.Speaking competency is important for Japanese language learners. Problems cited by the students in learning the Japanese language speaking skills are among the students often feel confused and insecure to speak Japanese. This is due to lack of exercise on speaking skills. Based on the above background, the researchers conducted research on the effectiveness of the use of identity cards Japanese against their speaking ability. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of media use identity cards to the ability to speak Japanese. Moreover, the purpose of this study was to determine the response of the media student identity card. This research is a quantitative research using quasi-experimental methods and research design one group pre-test-post-test design. Instruments used in the form of an oral test and a questionnaire. The samples used were students XI IPS SMAN 2 Bandung 2015/2016 school year as many as 20 people. The result showed the acquisition value of the average student prior to the implementation of the identity card media that is equal to 12.95 and the introduction of an identity card media increased to 23.8. Based on statistical calculation results obtained komparasional thitung 29.73 and ttable at significance level of 5% was 2.09 and 1% significance level was 2.86, this means thitung> ttabel, then Hk Ho accepted and rejected. So that it can be interpreted that there are significant differences between Japanese speaking skills of students before and after the implementation of media identification card. Then, based on data analysis questionnaires, most students give positive response to the media the identity card to improve his skills speak Japanese.

Reminiscence therapy is a type of cognitive therapy, which uses memory to maintain mental health and improve the quality of life of the elderly. Nurses are expected to be able to provide reminiscence therapy according to Standard Operating Procedures. The drilling method is a learning method to form a habit so that it can increase the ability of nurses to provide reminiscence therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the drill method through pre and post-conference on the ability of nurses to apply reminiscence therapy. This type of pre-experimental research, using a One-group pre-post test design. The number of samples is 10 people with purposive sampling. Data collection using the observation sheet. The results showed that the average pre-test nurse's ability was 70.769, including in the sufficient category, increasing to 95.899 when the post-test was in a good category. The results of the Paired t-test statistical test showed that the value of p = 0.000 <0.05 and count = 7.503> t table df 9 = 2.262. This shows that there is an effect of the drill method through pre and post-conference on the ability of nurses to apply reminiscence therapy. The drilling method can improve nurses' ability to apply SOP, especially reminiscence therapy through regular exercises with frequent frequency and sequentially according to the steps in SOP.

The high food waste in a hospital showed the quality of food service was not optimal. The Holistic Hospital of Purwakarta that used small, medium, and lage portion standards in its food service faced some problems regarding high  food  waste. This study aimed to find out the effect of meal’s portion standard changes on the food waste in  Holistic Hospital patients. Pre-experimental study using one group pre-post test design was done on 29 patients using convenient sampling technique.The changing of meal’s portion was done for rice from medium portion (150 g) to small (0.5 or 0.25 portion). Measurement of food waste used weighing method. Data analysis used Wilcoxon test continued with Kendall-Tau correlation test. The results showed that 65.5 percent of patients were aged around 42-68 years old receiving positive diet and 34.5 percent were non-positive diets. At the beginning of diet, the food waste of rice of all patients was high (27.4-64.9% waste of rice) and it was significantly decreased after small portion was given, even though there were still 27.6 percent of patients with > 20 percent waste of rice. There was a significant influence between the change in diet portion of patients toward food  waste of rice (r=0.804; p<0.05). It was concluded that the changes in diet portion of patients were able to reduce the food  waste.ABSTRAK  Tingginya sisa makanan pasien di Rumah Sakit menunjukkan kualitas penyelenggaraan makanan yang belum optimal. Rumah Sakit Holistic Purwakarta yang menggunakan standar porsi small, medium, dan large dalam penyelenggaraan makanan masih mengalami kendala berupa tingginya sisa makanan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perubahan standar porsi terhadap sisa makanan pasien di Rumah Sakit Holistic Purwakarta. Penelitian pre-eksperimen dengan one group pre-post test design ini dilakukan pada 29 orang pasien dengan teknik convenient sampling. Perubahan porsi makanan dilakukan pada nasi putih dari porsi medium (150 g) menjadi small (0,5 porsi atau 0,25 porsi). Pengukuran sisa makanan menggunakan metode penimbangan. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan uji Wilcoxon yang dilanjutkan uji korelasi Kendall-Tau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 65,5 persen pasien berusia 42-68 tahun menerima diet positif dan 34,5 persen menerima diet non-positif. Sisa porsi nasi di awal pemberian diet pada seluruh pasien masih tinggi (27,4-64,9% sisa nasi) dan menurun secara signifikan setelah porsi nasi diberikan dalam porsi small (p<0,05) meskipun masih terdapat 27,6 persen pasien dengan sisa nasi > 20 persen. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara perubahan porsi diet pasien terhadap sisa nasi (r=0,804; p<0,05). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa perubahan porsi nasi pada diet pasien mampu menurunkan sisa makanan. Kata kunci: standar porsi, sisa makanan
