The theme of the article is: zakat management. The purpose of the article is: to examine the potential of zakat to overcome poverty. The research method used in this research is qualitative research methods. Zakat is a property that must be issued by a Muslim to give to those who have the right to receive it in accordance with Islamic law. The analysis shows that zakat can reduce the number of poor families from 84% to 74%. This shows the extraordinary potential of zakat which can prosper the people. Therefore the people need to be made aware of the importance of fulfilling the obligation of zakat. This awareness can be through socialization and education to the public related to the law, the wisdom of zakat, the assets of the zakat object as well as the procedures for calculation, and the relation between zakat and taxes. This is the duty of the government and the community to continue to campaign for zakat.

The Pesaguan Dayak tribe is a tribe in West Kalimantan Province. Most of the people of this tribe are Catholic and Protestant. In the initial observation (pre-research), it seems that their understanding of the Bible and its position in the practice of life needs attention. However, in everyday life, the Pesaguan Dayak community is still robust with the customs, ethics, and moral norms of the tribal religion. To obtain a Christian portrait of the Pasaguan Dayak tribe, the researchers used qualitative research methods, emphasizing surveys or observations and interviews. From the results of research and interviews conducted, it was found that in the daily life of the Pesaguan Dayak people, the Bible is not the primary basis for the Pesaguan Dayak tribe. Another portrait of Christianity found in the field is the absence of awareness from the Pesaguan Dayak community to reach out to Malays to believe in Jesus, even though they live next door.

The beginning of 2020 is a new challenge for all countries affected by Covid 19, including Indonesia. The number of cases that continues to grow is a public concern. Even so, there are still many people who do not care about the dangers of the virus. Not only physically and psychologically, this global case also affects the economic condition of the community. One of the communities affected by the economy due to the Covid-19 pandemic is the people of Surien Village, Banda Aceh. This service activity aims to disseminate the prevention of Covid-19 transmission and assistance to strengthen the economy of the affected community in Surien Village, Meuraxa District, Banda Aceh City. The method used is to educate the public about health protocols that have been issued by the government to prevent transmission of the corona virus. Socialization was carried out by practicing and distributing brochures containing detailed health protocols such as wearing masks, physical distance from crowds and proper and proper hand washing methods tucked into the basic needs assistance. The results of these activities provide a deeper understanding to the public about the importance of wearing masks and washing hands properly for the early prevention of the spread of Covid-19. Providing basic food assistance is very useful for strengthening the economy of people who tend to be unprivileged during the Covid-19 pandemic issue.

Humans can only try but God is the one who decides, when the government is full of optimism with economic growth which since 2016 – 2019 has been sharply corrected not in line with expectations, although many doubt it because it is too dreaming in the midst of the world's economic downturn and macro and micro indicators that are not supportive . At the end of 2019 the world was shocked by a humanitarian disaster, namely Covid-19 which started from Wuhan, China and spread throughout the world. Many observers say that Covid19 has spread to Indonesia but the government denies it and many ministers underestimate it and even make it a very unfunny joke.It was only on March 2, 2020 that the government announced that Covid19 had entered Indonesia. The government began to panic especially the people, people stormed shopping centers so that basic commodities became scarce even if they were available, the prices were very expensive, health products disappeared from the market because there were many inappropriate purchases and many people hoarded them in the hope of getting high profits. The government seems to be in a dilemma between the economy or the safety of its people, both of which are very important, especially since Indonesia's economic growth is largely influenced by public consumption. Now that we have entered the second year of Covid19, there are no signs that mean that covid19 will disappear in the world and especially in Indonesia on June 10-16, 2021, the surge affected by Covid19 is getting crazier, even as if it is out of control at the athlete's house in Jakarta, the occupancy is approaching 80%. has exceeded the limits set by the WHO, West Java, Central Java and East Java. The higher spike makes people more nervous and makes it more difficult to survive.

Nigeria witnessed an economic downturn in 2009 due to the global financial crisis and in 2016 as a result of the global oil price crash. The Nigerian economy was resuscitating from the economic recession before the emergency of the COVID-19 pandemic and its curtail measures. Most private and government firms laid-off their workers, while others had their staff salaries. The sustaining business operations in this era may be extremely difficult due to lack of funds for self-employment, start-up ventures, innovations or new market opportunities. With the help of the Central Bank the government rowed out some monetary and fiscal measures referred to in the study as Economic Responses Measures (ERM). The aim of the study is to examine the relationship between COVID-19 ERM and the Entrepreneurial Activity (EA) of micro business. It has been stated that COVID-19 ERM provide innovations, self-employment, start-up and new market creation activities of micro-enterprises in Nigeria. An exploratory survey was done on 294 randomly selected samples from micro-enterprises (retail, ICT, manufacturing and artisans) across the six geopolitical zones in Nigeria. The result proves empirically that COVID-19 ERM does not have a significantly positive relationship with the EA of micro-businesses in Nigeria. The implication of this finding therefore suggests that many micro-businesses may not have accessed these ERM or do not embark in EA. There is highlighted the importance of government support to micro-businesses and also provided new dimensions for the measures of micro-business EA.

The Indonesian Constitution has mandated health services for its people. Everyone has the right to receive health services, while the state is obliged to provide health services. The implementation of public health services faces problems concerning the president regulations about the increase of health insurance fee. The House of Representatives does not agree with the increase in health insurance fee, because the government should be responsible for the realization of public health services. This research uses normative legal research methods. The results showed that the government's policy of raising fees was considered unfair and burdensome to the people of Indonesia.Health services for the people of Indonesia has been mandated by The Indonesian Constitution. The denial of health services is a violation to the Indonesian constitution. The people have the right to get health services, whereas the state is responsible for providing health services. Therefore, even though the government raises fees, people expect the government to cancel the increase of the fee. Due to the fact that the Indonesian constitution has made it clear that the state is responsible for providing health services to its people.
