Culture and Tourism Service Strategy in the Contributation of Local Revenue Increase in Bojonegoro. Tourism that can be packaged and managed properly will be an asset for an area. The diversity of tourist attraction in Bojonegoro Regency can actually be used as one of the economic supporters and also can absorb a lot of manpower so that human resources and natural resources can be utilized optimally. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of the Department of Culture and Tourism in the Contribution of Income Revenue Original. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method by using informant from Department of Culture and Tourism of Bojonegoro Regency. The results of research are aspects affecting tourism in Bojonegoro regency. Analysis of the internal and external environment of the organization aims to find out the strategic issues of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Bojonegoro Regency using SWOT analysis (Strenghts, Weaknes, Opportunities, Threats).  Keywords: Strategy, Tourism, Local Original Income, SWOT Analysis

Village-Owned Enterprise (in Indonesia commonly referred to BUMDes) has a goal to develop the economy of the village community. Wologai Tengah Vil-lage in Ende Subdistrict, Flores Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province, Indo-nesia is one of the traditional villages that have a tourist attraction, especially in terms of traditional houses and various rituals. One of the advantages of Wologai Tengah Village is the ability of its traditional leaders (Mosalaki) and village officials to mobilize village communities. This research aims to explore the understanding of village officials and traditional leaders in realizing the village accountability and the philosophical value of local wisdom of traditional village by supporting the accountability of BUMDes. The qualitative research method was selected in this study with informants consisting of traditional leaders, village officials, government representatives, and local village communities. Data were obtained through direct interviews and Focus Group Discussion attended by resource persons related to the BUMDes. In terms of village accountability, traditional leaders and village officials have a strong will in preparing financial reports and budget of BUMDes. The problem faced in realizing village accountability is the inadequate capacity of human resources to prepare financial reports and budgets of BUMDes.

This study aims to analyze external and internal factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of Linjuang tourism objects in Lubuk Sikaping, Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra. After the analysis is carried out, a development strategy is formulated by minimizing weaknesses and threats and then maximizing the existing strengths and opportunities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method using SWOT analysis tools (Strengths, Weaknes, Opportunities, Threats). Data collection techniques through literature study, observation and interviews with owners, communities and visitors of Linjuang tourism objects. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the strategy for developing Linjuang tourism objects, among others, is by completing facilities and markets such as toilets, prayer rooms and parking locations as well as maintenance of tourist attraction areas, then promoting tourism objects through online and print media and involving the government, private sector and the community in management. tourist attraction. The study aims to determine Development Strategy the potency of the Tunda Island as a tourist attraction in the Serang Regency, Banten Province. How the development of appropriate strategy to overcome obstacles in the development of Tunda Island Coast region as a Marine Tourism attraction in Serang Regency, Banten Province. This study was conducted to determine the Tunda Island as a marine tourism destination Serang Regency were reviewed by using SWOT analysis. This study uses quialitative research methods with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the research carried out that Pulau Tunda as a marine tourism attraction in Serang Regency has the power in the form of underwater natural potential that is different from other islands in Serang Regency, besides Tunda Island has a considerable opportunity for increasing tourism needs and locations that tend to strategic. However, Pulau Tunda has weaknesses in the quality of human resources as well as low tourism support facilities and garbage that has not been managed properly. Meanwhile the threat faced by Tunda Island is currently the operation of sand miners and the lack of attention from the local government.   Keywords: Development Strategy, Tunda Island, Marine Tourism

This research aims to determine the potential of tourism based on supporting and inhibiting factors of rural tourism development in Desa Kemetul and analyzing the strategy of community-based tourism in Desa Kemetul. The research was conducted in Desa Kemetul Kecamatan Susukan Kabupaten Semarang. This study uses qualitative method which the data obtained through depth interviews with Kepala Desa Kemetul, Chairman of POKDARWIS Sekar Kanthil, Local Communities, and Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Semarang, and then the data were analyzed using SWOT analysis. The study concluded that Desa Kemetul has a lot of tourism potential to become tourist attraction. Desa Kemetul needs to consider strengthening flagship product, the strategy of sustainable development of a tourist attraction, and strategies for institutional development and human resources.

Human resources are one of the important resources in the company as a driving force. Human resources, which in this case are employees, need to be considered and the company has the obligation to provide rewards for the hard work, time, energy and thought of the employee, in the form of salaries, benefits and bonuses that are appropriate and timely. This is intended to show the good intentions of the company and improve employee morale in order to remain productive in carrying out their daily tasks. Problems occur when processing payroll, including the calculation of special income tax (Pph) article 21 for employees at PT. Graselindo Utama, who at that time were still using the manual system, so that the payroll process was often late and ineffective. This company needs an information system that is fast and accurate so that the work processes of personnel and finance become more effective. The solution to this problem is the need for optimization of payroll information systems and the calculation of income tax (Pph) article 21 with a website-based information system and makes it easier for users. This research method uses the method of observation, interview methods, library methods and SWOT analysis methods. The final results of this study are in the form of a Payroll and Income Tax (Pph) Website calculation for PT.Gramaselindo Utama.

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of the tourist attraction of the Kasang Kulim Zoo, the Siak Hulu sub-district, Kampar District. The population of this study was visitors who came to the Kasang Kulim Zoo, Siak Hulu Sub-District, Kampar District and from the company, with a number of respondents as many as 100. In this study sampling using non probability sampling and respondent sampling was done by accidental sampling technique. This research is qualitative research and uses interviews, questionnaires, and documentation as a method of data collection. Data were analyzed using SWOT analysis with identification of internal and external variables. Internal variables indicate that location is the main strength in the kasang kulim zoo in kampar district with 0.012 with values ​​and 4 based on rating. From the external variables, the results from EFAS show that the Kasang Kulim zoo has good opportunities. As a result of the opportunity, the Kasang Kulim zoo is in quadrant 1, which is a position where the company is considered to be in a favorable situation because of its opportunities and strength. In this case, the Company can take advantage of opportunities by maximizing strength.

The purpose of this study was to determine the opportunities, capital and income of the slang juice business in the city of Serang. This study aims to find out the opportunities that are used as a reference to get the idea of ​​opening juice slang, to get the first capital and develop a juice slang business in the city of Serang, the amount of daily and monthly income for slang juice, the number of juice slang outlets spread across the city and district. This research method uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Then presented descriptively. The analysis used is a SWOT analysis to formulate a strategy based on logic that can maximize strengths and opportunities but simultaneously minimize weaknesses and threats. The results showed that based on the results of the SWOT strategy to develop a slang juice business, maintaining and improving product quality, maintaining selling prices, and creating product innovations, then the material capital collected came from personal savings, asset sales and bank loans. which increased significantly from 2016 to 2020

AbstrakKampung Cinyurup merupakan wilayah keluruahan Juhut, kecamatan Karangtanjung kabupaten Pandeglang memiliki potensi internal dan eksternal pariwisata yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi kampung wisata. Analisis potensi berdasarkan aspek atau kriteria konsep kampung wisata Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata  Kabupaten Pandeglang. masih perlu ditingkatkan, yaitu  aspek  daya tarik wisata, motivasi masyarakat, sarana dan prasarana, kelembagaan dan ketersediaan lahan secara umum telah memadai untuk dikembangkan menjadi Kampung Wisata.  Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dan menggunakan  metode analisis data yaitu analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis SWOT tentang potensi internal dan eksternal maka model kampung wisata yang sesuai untuk dikembangkan yaitu dengan mengusung tema kampung wisata berperspektif go green yang unik, khas dan sehat yang berbasis pada keunggulan hortikultura, keindahan alam dan budaya lokal yang masih kuat.Kata kunci: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, Potensi, Kampung Wisata.AbstractCinyurup village is part of Juhut village, Karangtanjung sub-district Pandeglang district has internal and external potential for tourism that has the potential to become a tourist village. ABSTRAKBelum banyaknya masyarakat mengenal dan beminat untuk berkunjung ke desa wisata Puspoardi dengan ikon-ikon wisatanya yang menarik. Hal ini berdampak pada menurunnya semangat pengelola untuk mengembangkan destinasi agar lebih optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan alternatif strategi pengembangan daya tarik yang mendukung kegiatan promosi untuk mendatangkan wisatawan ke desa wisata Puspoardi. Metode penelitian dalam riset ini adalah diskriptif kualitatif yang didukung dengan metode SWOT analysis untuk merumuskan strategi sesuai tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan metode analysis yang digunakan menunjukkan bahwa perbandingan bobot score antara kekuatan dan kelemahan adalah kelemahan lebih besar dari pada kekekuatan. Sedangkan perbandingan antara bobot score peluang dan ancaman adalah peluang lebih besar dari pada ancaman. Dengan hasil analysis ini strategi pengembangan daya tarik wisata yang relevan untuk diterapkan pada desa wisata Puspoardi adalah dengan memanfaatkan kelemahan dan peluang (weakness and oppurtinities), dengan rumusan strategi antara lain : menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak lain seperti perguruan tinggi untuk mendapatkan pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam menyusun strategi informasi dan promosi dengan tehnologi yang ada saat ini, meningkatkan peran serta masyarakat khususnya pengelola desa wisata untuk mengembangkan alat promosi yang relevan dalam versi cetak maupun online, memanfaatkan dukungan pemerintah untuk pembangunan fasilitas pokok yang belum tersedia.Kata Kunci : Strategi, daya tarik, promosi, wisata ABSTRACTNot many people know and are interested in visiting the Puspoardi tourist village with its attractive tourist icons. This has an impact on decreasing the enthusiasm of managers to develop destinations to be more optimal. The purpose of this research is to formulate an alternative strategy to develop attractiveness that supports promotional activities to bring tourists to the Puspoardi tourist village. The research method in this research is a qualitative descriptive supported by the SWOT analysis method to formulate strategies according to the research objectives. The results of the study based on the analysis method used indicate that the comparison of the weight score between strengths and weaknesses is weakness greater than strength. While the comparison between the weight of the opportunity and the threat score is a greater opportunity than the threat. With the results of this analysis, the strategy for developing a tourist attraction that is relevant to the Puspoardi tourist village is to take advantage of weaknesses and opportunities, with strategic formulations including: collaborating with other parties such as universities to get assistance and training in preparing information and promotion strategies with existing technology, increase community participation, especially tourism village managers to develop relevant promotional tools in print and online versions, take advantage of government support for the construction of basic facilities that are not yet available.Key Words: Strategy, Attraction, Promotion, Tourism

The objectives of this study include knowing how to develop the quality of human resources, the extent to which the competitive strategy in improving the quality of services will be applied towards the new normal, how to improve the quality of human resources and performance competition strategies in the new normal era. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The results showed that CPS Bangkalan Pegadaian to improve or develop the quality of human resources through increasing creative economic strategies by means of improving several products and CPS Bangkalan Pegadaian systems, including the Digital Sharia Pawnshop Application (PSD), Amanah Financing, Gold Savings and Arrum. The product and system of the CPS Bangkalan Pegadaian that is in great demand by customers is gold savings. This product is in great demand because it is easy to access, the process is fast, and there are fewer requirements to fulfill. The obstacles faced are the lack of socialization to customers, the many requirements.
