This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of the tourist attraction of the Kasang Kulim Zoo, the Siak Hulu sub-district, Kampar District. The population of this study was visitors who came to the Kasang Kulim Zoo, Siak Hulu Sub-District, Kampar District and from the company, with a number of respondents as many as 100. In this study sampling using non probability sampling and respondent sampling was done by accidental sampling technique. This research is qualitative research and uses interviews, questionnaires, and documentation as a method of data collection. Data were analyzed using SWOT analysis with identification of internal and external variables. Internal variables indicate that location is the main strength in the kasang kulim zoo in kampar district with 0.012 with values ​​and 4 based on rating. From the external variables, the results from EFAS show that the Kasang Kulim zoo has good opportunities. As a result of the opportunity, the Kasang Kulim zoo is in quadrant 1, which is a position where the company is considered to be in a favorable situation because of its opportunities and strength. In this case, the Company can take advantage of opportunities by maximizing strength.

This research aims to formulate marketing strategy to increase visitors of Gembira Loka Garden and Zoo (KRKB Gembira Loka) in Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative research and uses interview, observation, and documentation as data collection method. The data is analyzed by using SWOT analysis with internal and external variable identification. The internal variable shows that location is the main strength of Gembira Loka KRKB with 0.17 by value and 5 by rating. From external variable, the result of EFAS table shows that Gembira Loka KRKB has good enough chance while the thread has less result than the chance. Gembira Loka KRKB is in quadrant 1, which is the position in which a company is considered to be in a beneficial situation due to its chance and strength. In such case, the company can utilize the chance by maximizing the strength. The following strategy to go through in this condition is supporting aggressive planning.

This study aims to analyze external and internal factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of Linjuang tourism objects in Lubuk Sikaping, Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra. After the analysis is carried out, a development strategy is formulated by minimizing weaknesses and threats and then maximizing the existing strengths and opportunities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method using SWOT analysis tools (Strengths, Weaknes, Opportunities, Threats). Data collection techniques through literature study, observation and interviews with owners, communities and visitors of Linjuang tourism objects. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the strategy for developing Linjuang tourism objects, among others, is by completing facilities and markets such as toilets, prayer rooms and parking locations as well as maintenance of tourist attraction areas, then promoting tourism objects through online and print media and involving the government, private sector and the community in management. tourist attraction. Kutang beach tourism object is a type of ecotourism that offers beautiful beach tourism and is equipped with various interesting photo spots which are managed and developed directly by BUMDesa Barokah Makmur, Labuhan Village, Brondong District, Lamongan Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out how the development of the Kutang beach tourism object carried out by BUMDesa Barokah Makmur. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. The focus of this study is to use 4 (four) indicators of tourism destination development by Sedarmayanti. (2018), namely: Tourist attraction, attractions, facilities, and accessibility. Sources of data used are informants and documents related to research. Sampling in this study is using the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the development carried out by BUMDesa Barokah Makmur as a driving force of the Kutang beach tourism object has been carried out well. However, there are several obstacles in the process of developing Kutang beach tourism objects which are still lacking, including the absence of several tourist facilities or public facilities such as prayer rooms or places of worship, electric sockets in the gazebo, and a map of the location. of Kutang beach attractions.

Program KB nasional menargetkan keikutsertaan pria dalam MOP sebesar 29.825 pada tahun 2014. Namun pada kenyataannya baru memenuhi 19,68% dari total sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi pria mengenai KB MOP dan hubungannya dengan keikutsertaan Program KB MOP. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan informan purposive sampling. Informan terdiri dari 5 orang akseptor KB MOP, 2 orang petugas PLKB, dan 2 orang kader KB. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, sajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua informan berpartisipasi dalam program KB MOP karena kondisi fisik istri informan yang tidak memungkinkan untuk menggunakan alat kontrasepsi. Informan berpersepsi bahwa dengan mengikuti KB MOP akan bermanfaat bagi keluarganya, dari segi kesehatan dan segi ekonomi. Informan menyatakan tidak mengalami hambatan apapun dalam mengikuti KB MOP baik dari segi larangan agama, pembiayaan, seksualitas, dan keluhan medis. Informan mendapatkan dukungan dari istri maupun kerabat mereka. The national contraceptive program targeting male contraceptive method in 2014 by 29.825 participation. But in fact, there was only fulfil 19,68% from total national target. The purpose of this research was to know the men’s perception about male contraceptive methode and its relation in men contraceptive program. This research was a qualitative research with purposive sampling technique. Informants for this research were 5 acceptors of vasectomy, 2 officer of PLKB, and 2 cadres. Data items were collected by indepth interview. Data items were analyzed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The result showed that all of informants agreed to involve in male contraception program or vasectomy because of their wife’s phisical condition who couldn’t have any female contraception. Informants were perceiving that their involvement on male contraception program would be beneficial for his family in health and economical reason. Informants didn’t have any problems in following vasectomy program from religious inhibition, costs, sexuality life, and medical condition. Informants got support from their spouse and families.

Situ Gede Tourist Site Tasikmalaya has a lot of potential as a tourist attraction, but natural it was neglected and had only a few visitors until the local Tourism Office has managed and promoted the tourist site. This study aimed to analyse the tourism promotion strategy of Situ Gede by the local Tourism Office using the concept of the promotion mix. This research is qualitative research in which data were collected through interviews with four key informants from the local Tourism Office. Informants were selected using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that the marketing strategy carried out by the Tourism Office including advertising, direct marketing, sales promotion, personal sales, interactive marketing, public relations, has succeeded in increasing the number of tourists.

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan: 1) Modelpembinaan anak jalanan di Pondok Pesantren, 2) Kendala-kendala yang terjadi dalam pembinaan anak jalanan, 3) Mengatasi kendala yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun metode analisis datanya melalui: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menjelaskan bahwa: 1) Pembinaan yang dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Sabilul Hikmah ini adalah pendekatan secara personal sosial dimana pengurus pondok pesantren harus berinteraksi sosial secara anak per anak agar tahu apa yang sebenarnya diinginkan oleh masing-masing anak serta pembinaan dengan pendekatan secara agama (religius), 2) Kendala yang paling menonjol adalah sulitnya masa peralihan anak-anak yang semula hidup bebas dijalanan dan kemudian hidup di lingkungan pondok pesantren serta kurangnya dana operasional untuk mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari para santri, 3) Mengatasi anak yang susah diatur adalah dengan membuat anak - anak tersebeut merasa nyaman maka itulah guna dari pembinaan melalui pendekatan personal sosial,sedangkan kendala dari keuangan adalah bagaimana pendiri Pondok Pesantren menggunakan uang pribadi dalam mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari para santri.Kata Kunci : Model Pembinaan, Anak Jalanan, Personal sosial dan religi.ABSTRACTThe research objective is to understand and describe: 1) The mentoring model for street children at Islamic Boarding School, 2) The problems in mentoring for street children, and 3) The solution for solving the problems. This research applied the descriptive qualitative research. The techniques for data collection were observation, interview, and documentation. The analysis data started from data collection, data reduction, result of research and conclusion. The result of this research showed that: 1) The mentoring which was done by Salafiyah Sabilul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School was a personal and social approach where Islamic boarding school staffs should make an social interaction to eachof street children so they could understand their real needs, 2) the most problem which faced by street children was the difficulties on their adaptation from the life street to Islamic boarding school which did not have a good financial to support all their daily needs, and 3) To mentor the street childern who could not be taught easily was by making them feelmore comfortable so it aligned with the goal of a personal and social approach, and to cover the lack of financial on the student’s daily needs was by using the staff’s personal money.Keywords: Mentoring Model, Street Children, Personal and social approach, and religion.

Innovative and creative marketing strategies must always be carried out so that the company does not experience a loss in sales so that if it is unable to compete with other companies. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the marketing strategy of PT. Karya Tunggal Properti Pamulang Tangerang Selatan and know the implementation of the marketing strategy of PT. Karya Tunggal Properti Pamulang, Tangerang Selatan to increase sales. In this study, the research approach used is to use qualitative methods. Qualitative research is aimed at gaining a deep understanding of the situation at hand. In this study, data collection techniques used in qualitative methods are interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results obtained, namely in general property products managed by PT. Karya Tunggal Properti experienced sales growth from year to year, but the target of the company has not been achieved. The unit sales data obtained are a total of 20 housing units sold from 2017 totaling 8 units and in 2018 totaling 12 units, while the target given by the company is 36 units so that the realization of the percentage obtained only reaches 22.22% and 33.33 %, but sales from 2017 to 2018 increased by 11.11%. The success of increasing sales of PT. Karya Tunggal Properti for 1 year was obtained from the implementation of marketing strategies, including product strategy, price, promotion, and place.

This study aims to provide information about the history, processions and shifting values that occur in the Wiwitan Tradition in Mangunan, Dlingo, Bnatul, Yogyakarta and the factors behind it. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research is that the history Wiwitan Tradition which going on for hundreds of years. The stages in the Wiwitan Tradition are the stages of preparation and implementation. The form of a shift in the value of the Wiwitan Tradition is in the form of shift in value in terms of economy, social, tourism, religion and spirituality. The shift in value that occurs is caused by external factors and internal factors.

The purpose of this study was to determine the sport values in traditional games as playing activities for children. The natural activity of children is playing. The games that children play include team games and individual games. This research is a qualitative research employing a phenomenological approach method. The technique of selecting informants in this study used the Snowball Sampling technique. The subjects of this research were children, parents, and community leaders in Banjarnegara Regency understanding and knowing information about traditional games. Data collection techniques of this study consisted of observation, interview, and document analysis techniques. The data validity test used triangulation technique. Data analysis involved 4 stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results identified the sport valuescontained in traditional games, including cooperation, sportsmanship, honesty, struggling power, how to achieve victory, accept a defeat, self-esteem, trust, and self-confidence. Besides having positive impacts for health, traditional games can also train children to socialize with the surrounding community, know how to tolerate, help each other, and work together. Traditional games that can be found in Banjarnegara included mandahan, ular naga, marbles, engklekan, congklak, jumping rope, cublak-cublak suweng, stilts, jamuran, bentengan, and gobak sodor.

Salt is a very important commodity in daily life, both for food and industrial needs. Therefore, increasing salt production is very necessary to meet domestic salt needs. One of the most salt producing regions is Madura Island, because almost every district, especially Pamekasan, Lembung, Kec. Galis, the majority of the population work as salt farmers. The purpose of this research is to find out about improving the quality of salt production in Lembung, Kec. Pamekasan Regency, Madura, East Java Province. using Geomembrane Technology. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The sample of this research is a resident who works as a salt farmer in the village of Lembung, Galis Regency, Pamekasan Regency, East Java, this sampling technique uses the Purposive Sampling method, data collection is done through interview session techniques, and documentation. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the increase in the quality of salt production can be done by using geomembrane technology which significantly influences the quality and quantity of production.
