<p>The aim of this research is to know the influence of learning result (achievement) toward the self-consistency of the students in senior high school in Karawang. The research method wich was used in the research is survey method. The population of research are all sudents in senior high school in Karawang, West Java. Samples are taken by multi stage sampling, consisted of 120 students. The research instruments are self-consistency. Data analysis employed regretion correlation. <p><em>The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of numerical intelligence and self-concept on mathematics achievement motivation. The method used in this research is a survey method. The research sample is selected through Multi Stage Random Sampling totaling 94 students in grade IX of private Junior High School (SMP) in Tebet subdistrict, South Jakarta. Data analysis is made by using multiple regression statistics. The results of the research are: (1) There is a directly significant effect of student's numerical intelligence on mathematics achievement motivation. (2) There is a directly significant effect on student's self-concept on mathematics achievement motivation. (3) There is a jointly significant effect of student’s numerical intelligence and student’s self-concept on mathematics achievement motivation.</em></p>

This research is aimed to investigate the effect of (1) team characteristis,, and (2) work justice toward (3) organizational commitment of teacher the private senior high school in Bekasi.         In the data analysis, this research uses causal survey method by using Path Analysis Technique. This study uses the sample from 73 teachers in three private senior high school in Bekasi who are selected by using Slovin’fomula. The result of the study reveals that: Frist, there is a positive effect between team characteristics and teacher organizational commitment to the school. Second, there is a positive effect also between work justice and teacher organizational commitment to the school. Third, there is a positive effect between team characteristics and teacher organizationa’s commitment to the school.

Abstract This study was conducted to know the factors contributing to the anxiety in speaking English experienced by students of a high school in Jombang. This study identified the factors of anxiety in speaking English based on the phenomenon experienced by the students. The research method used in this study was descriptive quantitative. Ten students who felt anxious in speaking were chosen as respondent based on the results of the questionnaire from preliminary study.The research instruments used in the data collection was questionnaire. While the data analysis was the frequency distribution analysis (percentage of occurrence).The result shows that there were three factors that cause anxiety in speaking the factors were: communication apprehension, test anxiety, and negative evaluation. The results of this study showed that the first factor had the most influenced on students' anxiety in speaking English was the communication apprehension which was the strongest factor causing the students’ anxiety in speaking. The second was the test Anxietyand the last one is the fear of being evaluated negatively.

The purpose of this study was  to analyze the influence of principal’s managerial skills and quality culture on teacher performance. The research method used survey method. Data collection techniques used a rating scale scale questionnaire with scores ranging from 1 to 5. Respondents are 90 teachers of State Vocational High School in Bandung. Data analysis technique using regression. The results showed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, either partially or simultaneously. Thus the performance of teachers can be improved through improving the principal's managerial skills and quality culture.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh  keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah dan budaya mutu terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai dengan 5. Responden adalah 90 guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. <p>The aim of this research is to know the influence of adversity quotient of the <br />students toward the learning result (achievement) in junior high school in Jakarta. The research method which was used in the research is survey method. The population of research is all students in junior high school 217 Jakarta. Samples are taken by simple random sampling, consisted of 53 students. The research instrument is adversity quotient of the students and mathematics learning achievement that have been validated. Data analysis employed regretion correlation. The Relationship

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between muscle strength and eye-hand with the results in badminton games on extracurricular students of OKU 2 State Senior High School. The research method used is a correlational method which aims to determine the relationship between variables. The population in this study were 20 students who participated in badminton extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 2 OKU, while the total sampling sample of this Research City had a sample of 20 students. The test instruments used were two-handed ball tests, ball catching tests and long service tests. Data analysis techniques used are moment and double product modifications.The results of the study prove that there is a relationship between strength and unit, which is proven by 0.716 based on interpretation interpretation tables that have very strong relationships. There is a relationship between responsibility and long service, as evidenced by as much as 0.512 based on the interpretation table interpretation of medium expression. There are strength and mental relationships that work together with long service, as evidenced by the coefficient of a large number of 0.736 based on the interpretation interpretation table must have a very strong

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of teachers competence and organizational climate on teacher of English performance at Senior High School in Lubuklinggau. This research used quantitative research method. Based on the result of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that 1) There was an influence of teachers’ competence on teachers of English performance at Senior High School in Lubuklinggau it can be seen from the value of t= 6.608 greater than the value of t table (1.991) with a significant level of sig = 0.05, 2)There was an influence of the organizational climate on teacher of English performance at Senior High School in Lubuklinggau it can be seen from the value of t = 4.197 is greater than the value of t table (1.991) with a significant level sig = 0.005, 3) There was an influence of teacher competence and organizational climate on Teacher of English performance at Senior High School in Lubuklinggau. It can be seen from the value of F count obtained 11.901 > F table = 2.33 and significant level simultaneously sig F was 0.000. From this result it can be concluded that there was significant influence of teachers competence and organizational climate on teachers of English performance at Senior High School in Lubuklinggau. <p><em>This study examines the focal point of illustration of the first winner of the contest for writing opinion of the senior high school level in South Kalimantan. This study aims to describe 1) the focus point of illustration of the title of the first winner of the contest writing opinion of the senior high school level in South Kalimantan? 2) the focal point of information information of the first winner of writing contest for high school level opinion in South Kalimantan; 3) the focal point of illocution of the moral message of the first winner of the high school opinion writing contest in South Kalimantan. The study was conducted in October 2016 at Balai Bahasa Balai. The method used is qualitative deskreptif. The technique used in this paper is the sampling purposive sampling. The sample used as data is the first winner of the contest for writing the opinion of the senior high school level in South Kalimantan, in South Kalimantan Language Hall, in 2016. This first winner is named Norhidayah, a student of SMAN 4 Banjarbaru, with the title of Language Role in Introducing Children of Nation. Data analysis is done by steps, data collection, data identification, classification, selection and interpretation. The results of data analysis are presented in ordinary words with technical terminology. Based on the results of the study of the focal point of the article, the first winner of the South Kalimantan high school opinion writing contest includes the focus point of the title illusion, the focus point of information illocution, and the focus point of the illustration of the moral mandate. The focus of the title illustration can be seen in the meaning of its ilokusinya, language, and suitability of the theme in the title. The focus point of the information illumination of the article can be seen in its meaning of ilokusinya, its language style, and the type of discourse. The focus point of the illustration of its moral mandate can be seen in the author's expectations contained in the title, the focus of the information, and on the final paragraph of the paper</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p>Masalah yang dibahasa mengenai titik fokus ilokusi  artikel pemenang pertama  lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan 1) titik fokus ilokusi judul artikel pemenang pertama  lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan? 2) titik fokus ilokusi informasi artikel pemenang pertama  lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan; 3) titik fokus ilokusi amanat moral  artikel pemenang pertama  lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2016 di Balai Bahasa Kalimantan Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskreptif kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Sampel yang dijadikan data adalah artikel pemenang pertama lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan, di Balai Bahasa Kalimantan Selatan, tahun 2016. Pemenang pertama ini bernama Norhidayah, siswa SMAN 4 Banjarbaru, dengan judul Peran Bahasa dalam Mencerdaskan Anak Bangsa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan  langkah-langkah, pengumpulan data, indentifikasi data, klasifikasi, seleksi dan  interpretasi. Hasil analisis data disajikan dengan kata-kata biasa dengan terminologi yang teknis sifatnya. Berdasarkan hasil kajian titik fokus ilokusi artikel pemenang pertama  lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan  meliputi titik fokus ilokusi judul, titik fokus ilokusi  informasi , dan  titik fokus ilokusi amanat moral.Titik fokus ilokusi judul dapat dilihat pada makna ilokusinya, gaya bahasanya, daya bahasa, dan kesesuaian tema pada judul. Titik fokus ilokusi informasi artikel dapat dilihat pada makna ilokusinya, gaya bahasanya, dan jenis wacananya.Titik fokus ilokusi amanat moralnya dapat dilihat pada harapan penulis yang terdapat pada judul, fokus informasi, dan pada paragrap akhir karya tulis</p>

This study focused on the anxiety and performance of the students in learning English specifically in speaking. It sought to find out anxieties and its causes that affect their English performance in terms of inter-language phonology, grammar and meaning system. The study covered the use of Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety Scale (FLCAS) developed by Horwitz et al. (1986) that measure the English learners’ anxiety levels while learning English in the classroom. The respondents of the study were the selected Grade 12 senior high school students from the selected public schools in Maguindanao Division, Philippines. Descriptive-correlational survey method was used in the study. The findings show that English language speaking anxiety does exist among Senior High School students in Maguindanao Division and their level of anxiety in learning English is high. It is further concluded that students’ anxiety levels in speaking English in terms of inter-language phonology, inter-language grammar and inter-language meaning system contributed to students’ performance in learning in English.
