<p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in Domino’s Pizza Branch Grand Centro Bintaro, South Jakarta. Type of research using survey research. The subject of this study as many as 100 consumer people's Domino's Pizza. Methods of data collection using observation and questionnaire techniques with a Linkert scale. Legitimate of the data obtained by the validity and reliability test, The research findings confirm that there is a positive and significant impact between the service quality to the customer satisfaction in Domino’s Pizza Branch Grand Centro Bintaro, South Jakarta. The coefficient of determination (R)</em><em>2 is service quality</em><em> has a strong enough influence on customer satisfaction.</em></p>

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Service Quality and Promotion on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive method, the unit of analysis in this study is STIE Eka Prasetya and the observation unit is students from STIE Eka Prasetya. The population in this study were 993 respondents from STIE Eka Prasetya. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study is the Slovin formula and amounted to 91 respondents. The research method used is the technique of data collection through the distribution of questionnaires that conducted systematically based on research objectives. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis and regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of the t test show that the variable Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction, and the Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The results of the F test show that the Service Quality and Promotion simultaneously effect the Customer Satisfaction. The result of coefficient of determination test results (R2) shows that Customer Satisfaction was effected by Service Quality and Promotion variables, while the remaining is explained by other variables such as perception, digital marketing and personal selling that are not discussed in this study.

This research was conducted in Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado, which aims to find out the 1) effect of product quality ; 2) price and ; 3) service quality on customer satisfaction in Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Manado, both individually and in groups. With the focus of the problem is whether product quality, price and service quality affect consumer satisfaction in Rumah Makan Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh, Wenang Manado. the method used in this study uses quantitative descriptive methods and The population that came in the Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Manado Heritage is unknown, therefore the researcher took a sample of 50 respondents using a purposive sampling technique that is consideration of populations that are easily found and this research will only be given to visitors who have visited the House. Eating Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh, Managing Manado at least 5 times, and the research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The analytical tool used in the data instrument test (validity and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), data analysis (multiple regression analysis, test t, F test and test coefficient of determination R2). Based on the t test obtained states that product quality has an influence on customer satisfaction individually. While price is the determination of the value of a product in the minds of consumers that must be paid by consumers to obtain a product of Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado. The service quality provided by Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado affects consumer satisfaction.

This study aimed to analyze how much influence service quality, customer value on the level of customer satisfaction. The sampling method used is Proportionate Random Sampling. The sample in this study followed the formula Slovin, or as many as 100 students of  Azzahra University, Jakarta.Data that has met the test of validity and reliability further processed to produce a regression equation Y = 0.484+ 0021 0686 X1 + X2, where Y is the variable rate Student Satisfaction, X1 is a variable Quality of Service and Customer Value X2 is variable.Hypothesis testing using t test showed that each of the independent variables studied was shown to significantly affect partially dependent variable Student Satisfaction.Quality of service partially positive effect on customer satisfaction shown by the r value of 0.663, which means a strong relationship between them. While the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) amounted to 0,439, which means that service quality may explain the variable of student satisfaction of 43.9%, while the remaining 56.1% is explained by other variables.Customer value partially positive effect on customer satisfaction shown by the r value of 0.832 which means the relationship between them is very strong. While the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) amounted to 0,692, which means that service quality may explain the variable of student satisfaction at 69.2%, while the remaining 30.8% is explained by other variables.Then through the F test can be known simultaneously that both variables of service quality and customer value has a significant impact on customer satisfaction shown by the r value of 0.835 which means the relationship between them is very strong. While the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.697, which means that service quality may explain the variable of student satisfaction at 69.7%, while the remaining 30.3% is explained by other variables.

Along with the development of increasingly modern times, this has caused a lot of competition in the business world, including retail business. Every businessman needs to pay attention to the factors that influence customer purchasing decisions. The research objective is to determine the effect of service quality and pricing strategies on purchasing decisions, determine the effect of service quality and pricing strategies on customer satisfaction, determine the effect of purchasing decisions on customer satisfaction, to determine the effect of service quality and price strategies on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions at 212 Mart Gowa The population in this study were all consumers who shop at 212 Mart Gowa determined as many as 100 respondents. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique uses validity and reliability, path analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study found that service quality has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, price strategy has a positive effect but is not significant on purchasing decisions, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, price strategy has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, purchasing decisions have a positive effect and significant on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, and the price strategy has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions on 212 Mart Gowa.

Abstrak-Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah bermaksud mengetahui apakah dengan adanya kualitas pelayanan yang baik dan harga dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan Gojek khususnya di Kota Tangerang.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Asosiatif kausal. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis.  Berdasarkan hasil pengujian statistik diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh secara positif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Harga memberikan pengaruh yang negatif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan dan harga Secara simultan dengan menggunakan uji F diketahui memberikan pengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna aplikasi Go-jek di Kota Tangerang.Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, harga, kepuasan pelanggan Abstract-The purpose of this research is to find out whether the existence of good service quality and price can affect Gojek customer satisfaction in Tangerang City. The research method used is causal associative. The sample used was 100 respondents. Methods of data analysis using validity and reliability, classic assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of statistical tests the following results are obtained: Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Price gives a negative and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This study aimed to analyze the level of receptionist service quality in increasing guest satisfaction at Hotel Yusro Jombang, East Java. The number of samples used was 60 respondents, with a purposive sampling data collection technique. The primary data collection method for service quality variables is using a questionnaire that has been tested for its validity and reliability. The analysis technique used is Customer Satisfaction Index, Servqual, and Importance Performance Analysis, presented in a Cartesian diagram. This study indicates that there is a negative, positive and neutral gap between guest perceptions and expectations. Customers are satisfied with the services provided because the value of the positive gap is more than the negative. The quality level of receptionist service in improving guest satisfaction at Hotel Yusro Jombang has been good, because the value of customer satisfaction index (CSI) of 90.22% is in the range of 81%-100%, meaning, in general, the guest satisfaction index at Hotel Yusro Jombang is on the "very satisfied" criteria. Next, based on the result of importance-performance analysis, each indicator's position in the cartesius diagram found an indicator that is a priority to be fixed, i.e., indicator in the A quadrant and an indicator that is an achievement to be maintained indicator which is in the B quadrant. As for indicators that are considered most satisfying by guests, they are X3 indicators, X5 indicators, and X10 indicators, each of them has a score of 0.04.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at PT Aneka Tata Niaga using slovin sampling technique with a margin of error of 5% of 155 customers so as to produce 112 respondents who are customers at PT Aneka Tata Niaga. Data collection methods are questionnaires. Data quality test in this study uses the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test and the influence test in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis (R2), while the hypothesis testing in this study uses (t test) and (F test ) by using SPSS version 23 software program. the results show that service quality has a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction and product quality has a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction, and service quality and product quality together have a significant simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at PT Various Commerce. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract: The purposes of this research is to find the influence of service quality which including: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy at karaoke Inul Vizta Tanjung  on customer satisfaction. This research uses descriptive analysis, simple Linear Regression analysis, validity and reliability test and t test. Populations in this study are 138 persons.  The sample in this resech area 100 persons o f karaoke Inul Vizta Tanjung customers with a   accidental sampling method and slovin formula to analyze the simple data. Data collected using a questionnaire technique with likert’s scale, interview and documentation.The data analysis technique and research are using a validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, t test and linear regression. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 100 orang yang diambil dengan metode accidental sampling dan formula slovin untuk menganalisis data sederhana. Data dikumpulkan dengan melalui kuisioner, wawancara menggunakan  sekala likert dan dukumentasi. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t dan regresi linear. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dansignifikan dari kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasaan pelanggan pada Karaoke Inul Vizta Tanjung. Kata kunci : bukti fisik, kehandalan, kesigapan, jaminan,empati, kepuasan pelanggan

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction on Geprek Champion Chicken in Makmur Medan Branch. The sample used in this study were 96 respondents who were consumers of the Geprek Champion Chicken Restaurant in Medan, using the sampling technique, namely icidental sampling using the lemeshow formula. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for its validity and reliability. The results of research partially t test results indicate that product quality, service quality and store atmosphere have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, the variable product quality, service quality and store atmosphere have an effect on customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the UPTD Health Laboratory of West Java Province. The research method used is a quantitative research method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, distributing questionnaires and conducting literature studies related to the subject matter. Based on the results of the research, the correlation value (R) of 0.693 means that the influence of Service Quality (variable X) on Customer Satisfaction (variable Y) at the UPTD Health Laboratory of West Java Province can be categorized as strong because it is in the range (0.600-0.799). The results of the simple linear regression analysis show that the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.481 or 48.1%, which means that customer satisfaction at the UPTD Health Laboratory of West Java Province is influenced by service quality by 48.1%. While the remaining 51.9% is influenced by other variables or factors outside of service quality.
