ABSTRACT:Control mechanism of consignments goods related to Narcotics, Psychotropics and Precursors (NPP) has always been an important issue, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is to determine the appropriate strategy for handling consignments through the post office at KPPBC TMP A Bandung. This paper uses a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and literature study. Internal and external factors are identified. SWOT matrix is made prior to analysis. Based on the results, optimizing the use of x-ray machines and narcotics testing equipment as well as updating the database needs to be done. Mutual collaboration with other agencies related to the NPP, namely BNN and POLRI, are required. Training need to be carried out to improve the visual x-ray analysis skills. A coordination with the Ministry of Health regarding the renewal of the NPP classification needs to be maintained. This research provides implications regarding the mechanism for determining new substances indicated to have NPP properties. This study limits the research object only handling consignments through the post office. Future research shall embrace on consignments good through courier service companies (PJT) in several customs offices with different characteristics.Keywords: SWOT analysis, strategy, narcotics, controlling, databaseABSTRAK:Pengawasan atas barang kiriman khususnya terkait upaya penyelundupan Narkotika, Psikotropika, dan Prekursor (NPP) selalu menjadi isu penting, terutama pada masa pandemi Covid-19.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi yang tepat atas penanganan barang kiriman melalui kantor pos di KPPBC TMP A Bandung. Tulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Faktor internal dan eksternal diidentifikasi dan dibuat matrik SWOT sebelum dilakukan analisis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, strategi yang perlu dilakukan adalah mengoptimalkan penggunaan mesin x-ray dan alat uji narkotika serta melakukan pembaharuan database. Kerjasama yang erat dengan instansi lain yang terkait NPP perlu dilakukan, yakni BNN dan POLRI. Pelatihan baik tingkat nasional maupun internasional perlu diberikan kepada pegawai DJBC agar meningkatkan kemampuan analisis visual x-ray. Terakhir, koordinasi dengan Kementerian Kesehatan terkait pembaharuan penetapan NPP jenis baru perlu dijalin agar upaya penindakan DJBC memiliki landasan hukumnya. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi kebijakan terkait mekanisme penetapan zat baru yang terindikasi memiliki sifat NPP. Obyek penelitian terbatas hanya terhadap barang kiriman yang melalui kantor pos KPPBC TMP A Bandung, tidak termasuk yang melalui mekanisme Perusahaan Jasa Titipan (PJT). Penelitian berikutnya dapat dilakukan terhadap barang kiriman yang melalui PJT di KPPBC lainnya.Kata Kunci: analisis SWOT, barang kiriman, npp, pengawasan, strategi

This research aims to determine appropriate strategy conducted by KPU BC Type C Soekarno-Hatta in controlling passenger’s imported good in particularly regarding Jasa Titip (Jastip) service provided in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport due to the role of Directorate General of Customs and Excise as revenue collector and community protector. This research uses the approach of post-positivism to the type of descriptive. The data collection techniques are observation, depth interview, and literature study. This study uses SWOT Analysis. Internal and external factors are identified in the SWOT matrix. Result shows that an integrated information system connected to other authorities’ database enhanced with special feature is highly required. In addition, KPU BC Type C Soekarno-Hatta should have been initially planning the need of sophisticated NPP detection tools and X-Ray machine. The Analyst Teams should upgrade their competencies so that they are able to understand the behavior of Jastip provider in using social media. A program to educate society about import regulations, obligations, and penalties are also need to be prepared. Lastly, a new policy should immediately be made.

This study aims to examine consumer behavior, customer satisfaction and development strategies that can support or hinder the development of vegetarian restaurants Fortunate Coffee using SWOT analysis. Research with qualitative approach using an analytical process begins with a browse through all the data available from the following sources using literature study, internet media, interviews, and questionnaires.Findings from this study showed that a vegetarian restaurant Fortunate Coffee has many advantages that can support the development of, among other strategic place and cozy, reasonable prices, good service, taste the food was pretty good, and have the product in Samarinda recently sold in Fortunate Coffee vegetarian restaurant that is Bread Vegan. Through of the findingsstrength, weakness, opportunity, threats, then difomulasikan into the SWOT matrix and eventually found a few strategies, namely strategies SO (strength-opportunity) flavorenhancing its menu. ST Strategy (strength-threats) maintain selling prices to remain stable. WO Strategy (weakness-opportunity) held activities such as seminars vegetarian and exciting events. WT Strategy (Weakness-threats), an improvement in consumer promotions, the need for special training to waiters in service procedures, innovations in the form of home delivery.

Organic food (organic rice) actually is not something new for Indonesian people. Before "Green Revolution" (1960th), Indonesian farmers have produced rice without using chemical pest and fertilizer (conventional rice). Holistic Super Organic (HSO) rice is one of the brand organic rice, which is sold in Indonesia's market. Usaha Dagang (U.D. Padi) is the company, which is special to produce, and marketing HSO rice. The research is wanted to know marketing strategy HSO rice, especially in district of Bekasi with SWOT analysis. This research used case study methods with held by interview and literature study. The result of analyzing identified that the strengths from U.D. Padi was dominant and the opportunities so on. So, the next plan of marketing's strategy for is Aggressive Strategy. Aggressive Strategy is the effort to maximalize the strengths to get the opportunities optimally. The strengths of U.D. Padi is the especially of product and the distribution strategy which was held with excellent. The opportunities U.D. Padi is the wealth people who was increasing and the distributor channel who was welcome.

Tourism is a variety of tourism activities and contains various facilities and services provided by the community, business people, government and local government. The development of Bali tourism has developed in the Bali region in Gianyar Regency. In this study aims to determine the strategy of developing tourism, especially spiritual tourism. The location of this research is in the area of Gianyar Regency. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive methods, in addition to using swot analysis to discuss content descriptions. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study and documentation. The informant in this study was the Head of the Gianyar Regency Tourism Office or related, pengempon Pura, tourism agents, as well as the local community. Until now, the Gianyar Regency does not have tourism specifically formed as spiritual tourism, because there are no clear rules, procedures, and criteria in establishing suitable objects to be categorized as spiritual tourism. Gianyar Regency has 7 tourism objects that have the potential to be developed as spiritual tourism objects. Therefore, research is conducted to determine the strategy in developing the seven objects so that they become more advanced objects of spiritual tourism. The strategy is formulated using a swot matrix with indicators measuring Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats. Through the analysis of the swot matrix, it can then be made in accordance with strategies to develop 7 tourism objects in Gianyar to become a new destination for spiritual tourism.

Competition between the centers is caused by the differences between the two centers. The research is analysis strategy of competitiveness increase of a study of Bobung Wooden Batik Craft Center and Krebet Wooden Batik Craft Center. The aim of this research is to describe, analyze the internal and external factors inside the centers, and formulate the right strategy to increase the competitiveness between the two centers. The method is SWOT analysis method and the IE matrix. The population used for this research are SME entrepreneurs of wooden batik handicraft, which include eighteen entrepreneurs of wooden batik handicraft  of Krebet center and thirteen entrepreneurs of Bobung center. Based on the identification, the main strength of wooden batik handicraft is the product innovation of the design and shape. Based on the analysis, the main opportunity is the increasing number of visitors and the main threat of it is the substitute product. The alternative formulation of strategy using the SWOT matrix produces the main strategic alternative that is the SO strategy to reach the existing opportunity by utilizing the strength owned that is the product innovation. The formulation based on IE matrix produces the main strategy that is the growth strategy.

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan per aspek maupun secara keseluruhan aspek serta strategi yang dapat dikembangkan dalam mendukung sentra perikanan perairan umum daratan (PUD) sebagai kawasan minapolitan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus pada 9 (Sembilan) kabupaten yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai kawasan minapolitan. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui studi pustaka, wawancara, Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) dan mail survey. Kajian ini menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan kawasan minapolitan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah berupa rumusan strategi pengembangan kawasan minapolitan pada 4 (empat) ekosistem PUD yaitu waduk, sungai/rawa, sungai dan danau. Strategi pengembangan kawasan minapolitan untuk pada ekosistem waduk (Jatiluhur, Kabupaten Purwakarta, Jawa Barat) terkait dengan pengelolaan keberlanjutan sumber daya waduk (pengawasan danpembatasan KJA). Pada ekosistem sungai/rawa (Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Kabupaten Sumatera Selatan) strategi pengembangannya terkait dengan pemanfaatan sumber daya air sebagai saran transportasi maupun kegiatan perikanan. Pada ekosistem sungai (Kabupaten Barito Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah) strategi pengembangan minapolitan yang perlu dilakukan terkait dengan pembangunan infrastruktur pendukung baik dari sisi transportasi dan pemasaran hasil produksi perikanan. Pada ekosistem danau (Toba, Kabupaten Simalungun, Sumatera Utara) strategi yang perlu dilakukan terkait dengan perumusan kebijakan-kebijakan mengenai pengelolaan danau seperti pengawasan dan pengendalian penggunaan alat tangkap.Title: Economic and Social Characteristics and Development Strategy Inland Fisheries as Minapolitan Development Area This study aims to determine the readiness per aspect and overall aspects and strategies that can be developed in support the inland waters fisheries centers (PUD) as minapolitan area. The research approach was using a case study on a 9 (nine) districts that have the potential to be developed as the minapolitan. The data collection techniques were through literature study, interviews, Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) and mail surveys.The research was using the method of SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) to formulate development strategies of minapolitan area. The results of this study were the development strategy formulation of minapolitan area in 4 (four) PUD ecosystems, namely reservoirs, rivers / swamps, rivers and lakes. Development strategy of Minapolitan area for the reservoir ecosystem (Jatiluhur, Purwakarta Regency, West Java) related to sustainable management of reservoir resources (supervision and restriction KJA). On the river ecosystem / swamp (Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra Regency) the development strategy related to the use of water resources for transportation and fisheries activities. On the river ecosystem (South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan) Minapolitan development strategy needs to be done related to the development of supporting infrastructure in terms of transportation and marketing of fishery products. In the ecosystem of the lake (Toba, Simalungun District, North Sumatra) strategies need to be linked to the formulation of policies concerning the management of the lake such as monitoring and controlling of fishing gears.

<p>The study was aimed to identify and to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that faced<br />the city of Samarinda in fulfilling the egg need and to formulate the best and suitable strategy for the region to face the<br />shortage of egg supply. The study was conducted in November 2009. The method used in the study was descriptive analysis method. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews, observation and literature study. Methods<br />of data analysis using the SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) were used to identify the internal environmental factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external environmental factors (opportunities and threats) areas. The result was then drawn in the quadrant analysis of SWOT and interpreted in the SWOT matrix could be to show the position and direction of regional development as well as alternative strategies that can be run. The results showed that internal identified value was 0.3922 and the external identified value was 0.0308. Development strategy at Samarinda in the first quadrant with a strengths was greater than the opportunities, so the region must be able to use these strengths to take advantage of existing opportunities. The area should implement an aggressive growth strategy (growth oriented strategy) in order to meet the self need of eggs in the region Samarinda.</p><p><br />(Key word: Layer, Development strategy, SWOT analysis)<br /><br /></p>

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy for batik products Besurek in Bengkulu city. And which strategy is best in determining the marketing of batik cloth of Besurek in Bengkulu city. Data collection methods used are literature study method and questionnaire by distributing the list to the respondents. The sample in this study is the assumption of an effective strategy to maximize the strengths and opportunities of small businesses and to minimize weaknesses and threats.Analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis method (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threats). The data obtained from the results of the study will be analyzed strength, weakness, opportunities and amcamannya to the implementation of corporate marketing strategies in order to increase interest buyers batik cloth besurek. To determine the formulation of future marketing strategies, a merger of marketing strategy formulation is linked through the SWOT matrix.

Tight competition among hotels in Special Region of Yogyakarta requires each hotel to implement its best business strategy to guarantee their business goals as targeted. The hotels, therefore, needs to manage their strategy. Strategy management is a science that learn how to manage a company in a comprehensive and integrated way; it provides reasons what make some companies achieve their glorious time and some companies do not. This research aims to formulate Business Strategic Planning for Hotel Grand Keisha in order to win competition. This research employs analytical methodology of PESTLE (Politic, Economic, Social, Technology, Legal and Environment), SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) by using EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) matrix, IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) matrix, SWOT matrix, and Grand Strategy matrix. This is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection is conducted through observation, interviews, documentation, triangulation, and literature study. Quality and rating of this research is gained through Focused Group Discussion. This research shows that Hotel Grand Keisha obtains 2.56 of EFAS – 2.52 of IFAS and place Hotel Grand Keisha on Quadrant 1 with alternative strategies of market penetration, market development, and product development. Abstrak: Kota Denpasar merupakan salah satu kota di Pulau Bali yang memiliki wisata pantai kawasan tropis Asia Tenggara dengan banyak kunjungan wisatawan domestik dan mancanegara. Salah satu objek wisata yang sering dikunjungi wisatawan asing saat berkunjung ke Kota Denpasar adalah pantai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis seberapa besar potensi wilayah pantai di Kota Denpasar dapat menerapkan konsep halal beach tourism dengan analisis strategi menggunakan matriks SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan interview, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan matriks EFAS dan IFAS melalui strategi analisis SWOT. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa matriks strategi analisis SWOT dengan koordinat +0,691 (internal) dan +0,559 (eksternal) berupa diagram I yang artinya mendukung pertumbuhan halal beach tourism dengan menggunakan peluang (O) dan kekuatan (S) atau strategi SO. Kata Kunci: Kota Denpasar; Halal Beach Tourism; Obyek Wisata Pantai; SWOT.   Abstract: Denpasar is one of the cities on the island of Bali which has beach tourism in the tropical Southeast Asia region which has many domestic and foreign tourist visits. One of the tourist attractions that are often visited by foreign tourists when visiting Denpasar is the beach. This study aims to analyze how big the potential of coastal areas in Denpasar can be to apply the concept of halal beach tourism with strategy analysis using the SWOT matrix. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data were collected using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis using EFAS and IFAS matrices through a SWOT analysis strategy. The results show that the SWOT analysis strategy matrix with coordinates +0.691 (internal) and +0.559 (external) is in the form of diagram I, which means that it supports the growth of halal beach tourism by using opportunities (O) and strengths (S) or SO strategies.
