The purpose of education Buddhism is a fundamental issue of human life. Enterprisesrealize the goal of Buddhist education in schools one of which is through the developmentof strategies that focus on the creativity of students through direct practice of the materialthat has been studied. By learning Buddhist education which prioritizes direct practice,students can direct the construction of knowledge of Buddhism in the context of the life ofthe world real life. Here we describe the contextual learning, and learningimplementation of contextual in Buddhism education. The method used in this paper is aqualitative research method, especially library research. For teachers to be able toimplement contextual learning in Buddhism education. For students through theimplementation of contextual learning in Buddhist education is expected to have acontextual knowledge of Buddhism.

This study aims to describe: 1) the objectives of Islamic Education according to Ibn Khaldun, 2) the concept of contextual learning according to Ibn Khaldun, 3) the relevance of Ibn Khaldun's educational thought to modern contextual learning. The research method used in this study is library research. While the analytical method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that, 1) the purpose of Ibn Khaldun's contextual learning is to form a perfect human person, while at the same time forming a human personality to be able to live in society, 2) the concept of contextual learning according to Ibnu Khaldun is practically realistic, namely the concept of learning oriented to experience and realistic towards the needs of human life, 3) Ibn Khaldun's educational thought is relevant to modern contextual learning.

Shari'a is a rule or law that is sourced from Allah Ta'ala to be a guide to human life so that it impacts on the benefit of life, both personally and socially. The Shari'a of Allah Ta'ala, everything is benefit and there is no evil, although sometimes it is considered bad by humans, but in essence is good for humans themselves. This study aims to explore the harmony of Islamic law on the benefit of humans in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak. The details are aimed at giving explanations and religious insights that are washatiyah (moderate) from a number of suggestions in the form of a prohibition or restriction by the government regarding religious activities and education carried out face to face when the Covid-19 outbreak occurred. The research method used is the library research method with a phenomenological and normative approach. The issues studied are sourced from literacy which has a relation to the focus of the research, obtained from reading turats, research results and others. The results showed that the government's prohibition on termination and restriction in religious and educational activities during the Covid-19 period, such as: restrictions on religious and educational activities carried out face-to-face, were cases permitted in the Shari'a for human benefit.

The advancement of science is considered a reflection of age’s development. At the same time, religion is placed as a relatively fixed essence. Their encounter creates undeniable continuous tensions. The problem generally lies in the question of how to apprehend unchanged issues within a dynamic context. This paper analyzed the encounter of science and religion with an observation of their language from the perspective of Ian G. Barbour. The library research method used in this paper to delve more in-depth the works of literature related to the topic discussed. Barbour responded with an argument that it is incorrect to keep polarization to choose between science and religion. The belief system of religion offers a broader frame of meaning in life. In comparison, science reveals a no more expansive range of human experience nor articulation of the possibility to transform human life as witnessed by religion. In observing their language as a tool for communication in religion and science, looking at their principles of verification and linguistic analysis, the contrast and comparison of their cognitive and non-cognitive function are emerged, including the evaluations and its limitations. Barbour states that basically, science and religion share synergic similarities. The dialogue to do to compare them is by sharing their similarities in method and concept prediction. One of those is by comparing their method, which shows their similarities and diversities. Science and religion share similar characteristics, namely coherence, comprehension and usefulness, and their methodology.Perkembangan sains bisa dianggap sebagai refleksi dari perkembangan zaman. Sementara Agama, ditempatkan sebagai essensi yang relatif tidak berubah. Pertemuan antara keduanya memungkinkan terjadinya ketegangan dengan perubahan yang terus menerus. Secara umum, persoalannya adalah bagaimana memahami hal-hal yang tak berubah itu dalam konteks yang selalu berubah. Ian Barbour menanggapi hal ini dengan argumen bahwa keliru melanggengkan dilema tentang keharusan memilih antara sains dan agama. Pertentangan yang terjadi di dunia Barat sejak abad lalu sesungguhnya disebabkan oleh paradigma yang keliru dalam memaknai hakikat sains dan agama. Kepercayaan agama menawarkan kerangka makna yang lebih luas dalam kehidupan. Sedangkan sains tidak dapat mengungkap rentang yang luas dari pengalaman manusia atau mengartikulasikan kemungkinan-kemungkinan bagi tranformasi hidup manusia sebagaimana yang dipersaksikan oleh agama. Barbour mengatakan  bahwa pada dasarnya antara sains dan agama terdapat kesamaan yang bisa disinergikan. Dialog yang dilakukan dalam membandingkan sains dan agama adalah menekankan kemiripan dalam prediksi metode dan konsep. Salah satu bentuk dialognya adalah dengan membandingkan metode sains dan agama yang dapat menunjukkan kesamaan dan perbedaan. Antara sains dan agama memiliki kesejajaran karakteristik yaitu koherensi, kekomprehensifan dan kemanfaatan. Begitu juga kesejajaran metodologis.

This article aimed to study one of the phenomenological approaches proposed by Richard C. Martin. Religion is a complicated thing to be studied. Since Islam as a multi-dimensional religion requires a comprehensive study through methods and approaches. Generally, Richard C. Martin stated that religion is a social phenomenon that arises or is intentionally raised to regulate the goodness of human life. Commonly, this kind of approach is still unacceptable, but it should be considered as a research object for academics (khawas). Especially in Islamic education academics. The authors employed library research method to further elaborate on Richard C. Martin's thought in his phenomenological approach. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach.

The purpose of this study was to determine the history of learning with a contextual approach. This research is in the form of a Library Study (Library Research) as an effort to collect information and data by utilizing written sources in the library such as books, newspapers, magazines, documents that are relevant to the issues discussed. The results of the study, through learning history teachers can develop students' understanding of the past by learning that can connect between historical material with real situations around students, so students can describe past events as they are in history lessons. The innovation is known as contextual learning that has principles, principles in its application by linking the material learned with the real life of daily students, both within the family, school, community and citizens, with the aim to find meaning the material for his life.From the results of this study, it can be concluded that contextual learning can help students learn past history with real situations around them. Rasulullah saw. had informed muslims about the occurrences that will befall mankind on their way to the end of time, including the evil disasters that will hit the earth, kill, and destroy the human being. As a muslim, there is no word except that we believe in the occurrences and phases of the journey towards the end of the time. This study aimed to explain one of the occurrences of the journey towards the end of time that befall the world and mankind today, which is one of the deadly infectious outbreaks so-called coronavirus or covid-19, which has destroyed many people, imprisoned people in cities and countries, and caused various disasters and havocs as the result of the outbreak. The research method used was library research which was through a literature review related to the research. The results showed that the information of the journey towards the end of time would appear one by one in the range of human life, how they live, so thus Allah swt. shows them the meaning of the age they lived in. The worse human life is, the more Allah swt. show the badness of that era to the point where it is rampant engulfing the world and mankind, even though among those times are pious people, whether in an Islamic country or groups. Muslims are encouraged to follow the Shari'a when an epidemic strikes a country, namely: 1) not entering a country affected by disaster; 2) close the container where the water is; 3) pray a lot and recite; and 4) living in the city of Medina; stay indoors. Finally, the effects of the plague at the end of time are: 1) the number of sudden deaths; and 2) humans are isolated.

This study aims to determine the intellectual education of Ali bin Abi Thalib. The research method uses data collection techniques in the form of studying and collecting data through reading materials sourced from primary books and secondary books related to the themes discussed. This type of research is qualitative with library research, namely collecting data or scientific papers from the library, and analyzing it with content analysis. The results of his research are that the purpose of education is to humanize humans and deliver them to true happiness (al-sa'adah al-abadiyah). The curriculum used is an educational curriculum that is not much different from the curriculum of the Prophet Muhammad. The educational method used is sima'ah, which is a method that emphasizes the listening dimension, siyahah, which is an observation method based on wandering experience and siyadah, is a method of instilling authority in the realm of leadership.

Akhlak constitutes the soul of Muslims so that it requires appropriate methods to build and enhance. The Qur’an signals that stories play pivotal roles in building and enhancing akhlak. It indicates that the stories need to be analyzed and documented so as to be transformed in human life, particularly in educational settings. This present study is aimed at investigating the roles of stories as a method of building and enhancing akhlak in the Qur’an perspectives. The collected data taken through library research method.  The findings reveal that the stories in the Qur’an contribute very significant roles in building and enhancing akhlak. Additionally, building akhlak needs methods that are able to provide stimuli to human soul. It shows that the stories may lead to the dynamics of soul for encouraging humans to enhance their behavior. The stories in the Qur’an, likewise, possess several excellence. In addition to the high value of letters, the broad substance as well as the psychological aspect are included into the excellence of stories and are not owned by other methods, especially in accordance with the purity of human souls.

<span lang="EN-US">Ethnomatematics in mathematics has the meaning as a new study that has the potential to be developed into the latest learning innovations containing a combination of contextual learning and at the same time introducing culture in Indonesia to learners. So that ethnomatematika can be used as a method of teaching and learning process in the field of mathematics. The view of mathematics learning as rationality and the principle of freedom which means freedom to learn to other objects without being bound by the provisions that are tightened through the culture around the environment. The research method used is the library research method. Information that has been collected and analyzed is secondary information in the form of research results including books, articles, and journals that correspond to the topic to be discussed. The authors examined some of the ideas, opinions, or findings contained in the literature, so that this study will provide theoretical information related to ethnomatematics in the study of mathematics on the perspective of perenialism. After being analyzed, the results of the analysis were associated and adapted to the ethnomatmatic context in mathematics learning in Junior High School (SMP) about the perspective of immortalism. So that the creation of students is free in expressing their observations in a happy and comfortable way. Although the main thing to note in perennials is students, teachers also have a role to play in the learning journey, but only as facilitators.</span>

A fact that in the association of human life, individuals and groups, there are often deviations from the norms of his life, especially known legal norms. Where in mutual human association, this deviation of legal norms is referred to as a criminal offense. In recent years there has been more and more crime against human souls in society. The research method used in this study is the Library Research and Field Research. Judge's consideration or Ratio Decidendi is an argument or reason used by the judge as a legal consideration that becomes the basis before deciding a case. In practice before this juridical consideration is proven, the judge will first withdraw the facts in the trial that arises and constitute the cumulative conclusions of the witnesses' statements, the defendant's statements, and the evidence. The application of the law in this case to the murder case is legitimate while in reasonable terms because the application of the law must be in accordance with what was done by the perpetrators because the deterrent effect that is expected in the application of this law is very important.
