The title of this research is the influence of Intelligence Quotient, Emotional Quotient, and Spiritual Quotient toward Teacher’s Performance at state elementary schools Pino district south Bengkulu. This research is based on the importance of Teacher’s Performance in a school. Teacher Performance can be influenced by several factor. These factor are: Intelligence Quotient factor, Emotional Quotient and Spiritual Quotient. This study was aimed to analyze the influence of Intelligence Quotient, and Spiritual Quotient toward Teacher’s PerformanceThis research is a survey research with a quantitative approach, the object of this research is thestate elementary school Teacher in the southern Pino sub-district, with the sampling method of total sampling. The number of respondents in this study was 131 people. Data were collection method uses a questionnaire.By using multiple regression data analysis techniques, the results of this study showed that the Intelligence Quotient variable has a significant effect on Teacher Performance, Emotional Quotient has a significant effect on Teacher Performance and Spiritual Quotient has a significant effect on Teacher Performance.Keywords: Intellegence, Emotional, Spiritual Quotient, Teacher Performance.

The purpose of this research is to know, the influence of e-samsat program to the satisfaction of service quality, the influence of the satisfaction of service quality to the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayer, the influence of e-samsat program to the compliance of the motor vehicle taxpayers, and to know the effect of e-samsat program on compulsory compliance motor vehicle tax through satisfaction of service quality as intervening variable in Special Region of Yogyakarta. We use primary data. The sample of research is 75 taxpayers but the sample that can be processed only 74.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. Based on result of research by using path analysis that, e-samsat program have a significant positive effect to service quality satisfaction, service quality satisfaction has a significant positive effect to vehicle taxpayer compliance, e-samsat program has a significant positive effect on vehicle taxpayer compliance and program e-samsat has a significant positive effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers through the satisfaction of service quality.Keywords: e-samsat program, service quality satisfaction, and taxpayer compliance

The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of the student teachers of the Elementary School Teacher Study Program (PGSD) as a provision to the teaching profession. This research is a quantitative descriptive. The population of this study were all student teachers from batch 2015 and 2016 who had participated in the introduction to the school field (PLP) program. Sampling in this study was taken using accidental techniques, seen from the number of research samples of 50 student teachers of batch 2015 and 47 student teachers of batch 2016. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques were done using quantitative data analysis of percentage formulas. Student perceptions can be seen from each indicator as follows: (1) Indicator of absorption of stimuli or objects from outside individuals from the perception of batch 2015 student teachers acquired an average percentage of 75.28% with the category of "good" and from the perception of batch 2016 student teachers acquired the average percentage of 75.82% with the category "good". (2) Indicators of understanding from the perception of batch 2015 student teachers acquired an average percentage of 78.18% with the category "good" and from the perception of batch 2016 student teachers acquired an average percentage of 69.98% with the category of "good". (3) Indicators of assessment or evaluation from the perception of batch 2015 student teachers acquired an average percentage of 76.76% with the category of "good" and from the perception of batch 2016 student teachers acquired an average percentage of 78.73% with the category of good. Student teachers' perception of the implementation of introduction to the school field (PLP) as a provision to the teaching profession is categorized as "good".

Purchase decision is a stage that a buyer makes to choice and purchase products and then consume them. Many factors influencing on the purchase decision including e-trust and marketing public relations. Consumer trust (e-trust) is one of the factors in e-commerce that plays an important role to maintain business relationship, especially e-commerce businesses that require consumers to pay before receiving an order. Another factor that influences online purchasing decision is marketing public relations. The present study is a survey using an associative quantitative approach aimed at determining the effect of E-trust, publicity, sponsorship and special events on purchasing decision of products offered by Lotte Mart Grosir Medan. The population included all Lotte Mart Grosir Medan consumers who have used the Lotte Mart Grosir online purchasing application during 2019 as of 2174. The sampling method used an accidental sampling resulting in 96 samples. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The collected data were then analyzed by using a multiple linear regression. The results of research and data analysis show that the factors of E-trust, publicity, sponsorship and special events have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. E-trust partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. Publicity partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. Sponsorship partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. Special events partially has a significant influence on purchasing decision. It is suggested to the Lotte Mart Grosir Medan to simply the website application to customer or prospective customer can easily apply the website to know products and to make transactions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty with customer delight as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at Gardin Bistro & Patisserie Seminyak Bali with Path Analysis data analysis techniques. The sample size obtained by using purposive sampling method as many as 130 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis it can be stated that Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer delight, customer delight has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The results of the study also found that customer delight mediated the influence of service quality on customer loyalty positively and significantly. Gardin Bistro & Patisserie Seminyak Bali needs to rejuvenate the facilities provided and improve the appearance of staff by providing work clothes every year so that the employees are clean and tidy. Management must re-educate every staff who works by providing service training so that they can better serve consumers. Keywords: service quality, customer delight, customer loyalty

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits of hotel taxpayer compliance in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. The number of samples used is 96 hotel taxpayers in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with data analysis techniques namely multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was determined by the nonprobability sampling method, namely incidental sampling. Based on the results of this study it was found that variable awareness of taxpayers, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits had a positive effect on hotel taxpayer compliance in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. That is, the better awareness of taxpayers, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits will encourage hotel taxpayers to fulfill their tax obligations. The research aims to empirically examine the effect of Employee Conflict through the workplace of Islamic spirituality and Analyze Employee performance at Islamic Banks. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The total sample of 36 employees at the Islamic Bank in Indonesia. Data analysis techniques using linear regression and path path. The results showed that the Spiritual Workplace influenced the conflict of Islamic Bank employees. Conflict affects the performance of Islamic Bank employees. Spiritual Islamic Workplace affects the performance of Islamic Bank employees. Indirectly employee conflict through Islamic Workplace employees has a significant effect on the performance of Islamic Bank employees. The results of the study are expected to be an input for managers to reduce conflicts in the company with Islamic spirituality workplaces

ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk menelaah dan menghasilkan kajian tentangimplementasi metode Brainstorming berbantu alat peraga matematika terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental dengansampel yang diteliti sebanyak 72 peserta didik tingkat SMP secara random. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kemampuan komunikasi matematis berbentuk uraian. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan uji-t setelah dilakukan uji prasyarat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan metode Brainstormingerbantu alat peraga lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang tidak diajar menggunakan metode Brainstorming berbantu alat peraga. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran Brainstormingberbantu alat peraga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik dengan kriteria sedang. Kata kunci:metode Brainstorming, alat peraga, kemampuan komunikasi matematis.   ABSTRACT Thestudy aims to determine whether or not there is an implementation of theBrainstorming method assisted aid teaching to the students’mathematical communication ability. Thesample of this research are 72 students. The research used data collection method by using instrument test of mathematical communication ability in the form ofdescription. Data analysis techniques using t-test after the prerequisite test. Based on the results of the study it was found that the average of mathematical communication ability of students taught using the Brainstorming methodassisted props were higher than those not taught using the Brainstorming methodassisted props. It can be concluded that theBrainstorming method assisted props can improve mathematical communication ability of students with medium criteria. ABSTRACT This study aims to test and analyze empirically the effect of tax authority service quality, justice dimensions and taxpayer awareness on individual tax compliance. A common problem in this study is that the level of mandatory compliance in Tax Service Office in Depok has fluctuated every year. The population in this study is an individual taxpayer in Tax Service Office Depok. Until the end of 2015 there were 241,518 active taxpayers. Sampling is done by proportional sampling method. The number of samples is determined by 110 people. The primary data collection method used is the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, evidence was obtained that the quality of service of the tax authorities, the dimensions of justice and awareness of taxpayers had a significant positive effect on individual tax compliance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh kualitas pelayanan fiskus, dimensi keadilan dan kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan pajak orang pribadi. Permasalahan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat kepatuhan wajib di KPP Depok mengalami fluktuatif naik turun setiap tahunnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para wajib pajak orang pribadi yang ada di KPP Depok. Sampai dengan akhir tahun 2015 tercatat sebanyak 241.518 wajib pajak aktif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode proportional sampling. Jumlah sampel ditentukan 110 orang. Metode pengumpulan data primer yang dipakai adalah dengan metode angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh bukti bahwa kualitas pelayanan fiskus, dimensi keadilan dan kesadaran wajib pajak memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pajak orang pribadi. This study aims to determine the influence of recruitment and training on employee performance. Sampling method using saturated sample. Data were collected using the method of observation, interviews, and quitionaires. Respondents of the study by 55 employees at the PT. Most Blue Resort and Spa. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative analyses. The program were used to perform data analysis is SPSS version 22 for Windows. These results indicate that recruitmen effect on employee performance at  the PT. Most Blue Resort and Spa. Training effect on employee performance at  the PT. Most Blue Resort and Spa. Recruitment and training has a positive affect on employee performance at  the PT. Most Blue Resort and Spa.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intelligence quotient and emotional quotient on employee performance at PT. Karna Titian Sejahtera Denpasar. The design of this study is causal research which investigates the relationship between variables, which are independent the variables are intelligence quotient (X1) and emotional quotient (X2) and k inerja employees (Y) as the dependent variable. Determination of the sample in this study using a census, which is if all members of the population as many as 34 people used as samples. Data analysis using SPSS V.23 software . The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, determination, t test and F test. The result is that intelligence quotient has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, emotional quotient has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, intelligence quotient and emotional quotient simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Karna Titian Sejahtera Denpasar.
