The independent variables in this study is the Application System Agribusiness, Marketing Strategy, and Marketing Performance while the dependent variable is the Farmers' Income. The sample used in this study were 89 respondents were determined using saturated sample.To determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable partially, t test was used. Meanwhile, to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable simultaneously, used F testThe assumptions used in the test of validity is if R-count> R-table item declared invalid. R-count displayed in the table above, of each item indicates that the R-count> R-table so that item is declared invalid.Based on the test instrument validity Implementation System Agribusiness, Marketing Strategy, and Marketing Performance against Farmers' Income is known to all items declared valid and reliability test results show that the instrument has high reliability.This means that the instrument eligibility criteria Application System Agribusiness, Marketing Strategy, Marketing and Revenue Performance Farmers meet the eligibility criteria a good instrument, which is valid and reliable.Regression analysis Agribusiness System Implementation obtained value of t = 4.63, while the value table = 1.988 thitung> ttabel proven Agribusiness System Application variables affect the Farmers' Income Ornamental Plants.Marketing Strategy regression analysis obtained by value t = 7.84, while the value table = 1.988 thitung> ttabel proven Marketing Strategies variables affect the Farmers' Income Ornamental Plants.Marketing Performance regression analysis obtained by value t = 22.50, while the value table = 1,988 so thitung> ttable and proven marketing performance variables affect the Ornamental Plant Growers Income Padang.

The purpose of this study are: 1) To explain the presence or absence of policy influence of subsidized fertilizer, distribution channels fertilizer and income of farmers marketing of fertilizers to farmers' income and 2) Measure the level of influence the policy of subsidized fertilizer, distribution channels fertilizer and marketing performance fertilizers on the income of farmers, traders and fertilizer distributor. This research was conducted in February-March 2016 in the city of Padang. From the initial research and the description above, the authors conclude that the income of farmers is still low and less than optimal. The sample used in this study were 89 respondents using saturation sampling. The independent variables in this study is the policy of subsidized fertilizer, fertilizer distribution channels, and marketing performance fertilizer while the dependent variable is the income of farmers. This study is an explanation. Techniques of data collection is questionnaire. Technical analysis of the data using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. To determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable partially, t test was used. Meanwhile, to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable simultaneously, used F test assumptions used in the test of validity is if R-count> R-table item declared invalid. Based on test validity policy of subsidized fertilizer, fertilizer distribution channels, marketing performance and income of farmers fertilizers known to all items declared invalid meet the eligibility criteria are good and reliable instrument. The regression analysis of subsidized fertilizer policy values obtained t = 2.091 while t table = 1.988, and the significance value is 0,040 this value is smaller than α = 0.05 not significant effect on the income of farmers, Fertilizer Distribution Channels regression analysis obtained by value t = 1,762 while the value table = 1,988 so thitung

The assumption used in the validity test is if R-count> R-table item is declared valid. The R-arithmetic shown in the table above, from each item indicates that R-arithmetic> R- table so the item is declared valid. Based on the validity test of the instrument of Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Competence on Employee Performance, all items are declared valid and reliability test results indicate that the instrument has high reliability. This means that the eligibility criteria of the Instrument of Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Competency and Employee Performance have met the criteria of good instrument requirements, that is valid and reliable. The result of regression analysis of Leadership Style obtained by tcount = 20,91 while ttable value = 1,988 tcount> ttable proved variable of Leadership Style influence to Employee Performance. Work Motivation regression analysis obtained tcount = 17.62 while the value ttable = 1.988 tcount> ttabel proven Motivational Work variables influence on Employee Performance. Regression analysis Competence obtained value tcount = - 06.85 while ttable =1.988 so thitung> ttable and proven variable Competence have a negative effect on Employee Performance.

Financial statements that were not provided on time may cause those report loses their capacity toinfluence decisions. This study aimed to examine the effects of local government characteristics onaudit delay of government financial reports of Yogyakarta Special Region and Central Java. Thisstudy uses 40 districs and cities as the study sample. Data were obtained from the Supreme AuditAgency and the Central Bureau of Statistics. The dependent variable of this research is audit delay.While the independent variables include the size of government, the value of the budget, and leverage.Multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis. The test results showed that the size ofgovernment and the level of leverage negatively affect audit delay. Budgets value does notsignificantly affect audit delay.Keywords: audit delay, financial report, governmental size, budget value, and leverage

This study aims to determine the effect of the promotion mix and the variables that have a dominant influence on the income of The Capital Hotel and Resort restaurant for the period 2019. The sample of this study uses income from restaurants in The Capital Hotel and Resort and promotional costs for the period 2019. The data analysis technique used is  multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination, F test and t test. The results showed that the results of the coefficient determination were 0.990, it could be said that the five independent variables contributed 99% to the income value, the F test results showed F count> F table (113.135> 3.97), which means that the five independent variables simultaneously had a positive effect and significant to the dependent variable. The t test results show t count (17,779)> t table (2,447) and its effect on the dependent variable (0,000 <0.005), stating that advertising (X1) is the variable that has the most dominant influence on income.

This study aims to identify and analyze whether there is influence of motivation and discipline ito the performance of employees in the Agriculture Office of Supiori District, Papua Province. This research is classified as causal research associative quantitative approach to the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees of the District Agriculture Office Supiori as many as 80 people. The sampling technique by means of saturated or census sampling technique. The sample in this research is to take the population, or as many as 80 samples. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data related agencies and journals to support this research. Test the validity of the instrument using bivariate Correclation formula, while the reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. Measuring instrument proved valid and reliable for research instruments. Multiple regression analysis used to test hypotheses of this study. The results showed that: motivation (X1) positive and significant impact on employee performance of Agriculture Office in Supiori District () 0.413 with significantly 0,01. Labor discipline (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance Supiori of Agriculture Office () 0.741 with significantly by 0,00. And based on the test results both independent variables were tested individually dominant in influencing the performance of employees in Supiori District Agriculture Office is working discipline (with a coefficient of 0.489). It can be concluded that in this study the discipline of work (X2) partially are factors that significantly affect performance (Y).

Today's retail industry is experiencing rapid development along with technological advances and the construction of supporting facilities. Tangerang is one of the cities that is part of the Banten Province which is growing rapidly. rapid modernization affected the city, making it one of the largest cities in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of marketing strategies and promotional activities on the marketing performance of Retail Business Actors in Mall Plaza Bintaro. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study the marketing strategy has a significant effect on marketing performance by 38.2%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7.625> 1.989). Promotional activities have a significant effect on marketing performance by 39.9%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7.892> 1.989). Marketing strategy and promotion activities simultaneously have a significant effect on marketing performance by 48.9%, the hypothesis test is obtained F count> F table or (44.464> 2,700)

This research was conducted at the Refill drinking water Depot, an effort of micro small and medium businesses to determine the entrepreneurial relationship with Marketing Performance so that UMKM can take steps to improve marketing through designing marketing strategies. The technique used in writing this research is interview, observation and documentation in the form of writings, drawings or monumentel works from someone. To test the validity of the data obtained so that it is truly in accordance with the aims and objectives of the study, the researchers used triangulation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study refers to the interactive model. The results of the study conclude there is a link between entrepreneurship and marketing where entrepreneurial behavior can be said as behavior that represents more informal and unplanned activities that rely on intuition and energy from individuals to realize business activities in determining marketing strategies. Then the marketing strategy designs compose namely relying on product excellence, expanding market networks, establishing cooperation, promoting door to door, cost efficiency and increasing external capital.


This study aims to look at consumer decisions in subscribing to MNC Vision at PT. MNC Sky Vision Palembang with independent variables of quality research and promotion. The study population was 540 MNC Vision customers in Palembang in 2018. As for the sample, there were 100 customers at the MNC Vision Palembang. This study uses the research method of multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the test results it was found that there was a positive and significant influence on the quality and promotion of consumer decisions in influencing consumer decisions to subscribe to MNC Vision.

The purpose of this study are: (1) Identify the influence between the promotional cost against sales volume products batik local craft. (2) Identify the variable costs of the dominant promotion affects the sales volumes of local handicraft products batik. Analytical tools used in this research is to test assumptions, multiple regression analysis, T test and F test. The location of the research on Selaras Pinang Masak on JL. KH. Jakfar RT. 01 Mudung Laut, Peelayangan in Jambi City. Based on the test results proved that partially variable cost of sales promotions and personnel costs selling that can provide significant effects against the volume of sales of products batik on Selaras Pinang Masak in Jambi City, while variable costs of advertising and the cost of publicity does not influence significantly to sales volumes of products batik on Selaras Pinang Masak in Jambi City. Based on the results of the calculations found that the variable cost of sales promotions and personnel costs selling that has significant influence against the volume of sales of products batik on Saanggar Selaras Pinang Masak in Jambi City, in the study the independent variables that influence the dependent variable was dominant against the cost of sales promotions
