This research is a qualitative-quantitative descriptive to examine the comparison the level of green attitude, attention and behavior between government employees and the private sector. This research was conducted in South Kalimantan province from October 2018 to June 2019 using sample as many as 334 respondents consisting of 163 government employees and 171 private employees. These sample were taken by purposive sampling technique and using a questionnaire as an instrument. The data analysis technique is done by using (1) Descriptive qualitative analysis to describe the distribution of respondents (2) Compare means analysis to see the green attitude level, attention and behavior of each type of work (3) Kolmogrov-Smirnov Test to see the differences between the level of green attitude, attention and behavior of government and private employees and (3) Stuctural Equation Model to obtain a models which can be used to explained relationships between green attitude, attention and behavior.

This research aimed to know the implementation of blended learning with Kelase platform in the learning process of Assessment and Evaluation course. Determination of subjects in this research used purposive sampling technique, with the number of subjects was involved as many as 40 peoples. Methods of data collection in this research used questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The steps were undertaken in this research include (1) selection and personnel training; (2) location selection, hardware installation, and software installation; (3) programming and program testing; (4) system testing; and (5) system conversion. Data analysis technique in this research was quantitative descriptive. The results were obtained in this research showed the effectiveness level percentage of the implementation of blended learning with Kelase platform that was used to support the learning process of Assessment and Evaluation course was 90.2%, so it was included in the very good category.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh komunikasi persuasif personal sales terhadap perubahan sikap konsumen dalam proses keputusan pembelian Al-Quran Miracle the Reference E-Pen. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini model Instrumental Theory of Persuasion yang memperhitungkan faktor-faktor komunikator dan pesan, intervening process, dan perubahan sikap. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei eksplanatori. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan responden sejumlah 86 orang, lalu kemudian dilakukan proportionate random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur, setelah sebelumnya dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa unsur-unsur dalam komunikasi persuasif yakni komunikator dan pesan terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap perubahan sikap konsumen yang terdiri dari perubahan kognisi, afeksi, dan konasi dalam proses keputusan pembelian. Pengaruh pesan terbukti memimiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap perubahan sikap tersebut dibandingkan komunikator. Faktor-faktor intervening yakni perhatian, pemahaman, dan penerimaan turut memberi andil dalam memberi pengaruh tersebut. AbstractThis research is focusing on how the effect of personal salespersons' persuasive communication on consumers' behaviour change in the decision process of buying Al-Quran Miracle the Reference E-Pen. The theory used in this research is the Instrumental Theory of Persuasion model that reckons the communicator and message factors, intervening process, and behavior change. The method used in this research is explanatory survey. Sampling technique uses 86 respondents, succeeded by proportionate random sampling. The data analysis technique used is path analysis following the validity test and reability test. The output of the research shows that elements in persuasive communication namely communicator and message are proven to have significant effect on the consumers‟ behavior, which consists the cognition, affection, and conation change in the decision process of buying. The message effect is proven to be greater than the communicator effect. The intervening factors namely attention, comprehension, and acceptance also contribute in giving the effect.

ABSTRAK stra Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pembentukan karakter kerjasama melalui sepakbola usia dini pada liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret hingga bulan Mei 2018 yang berlokasi di Jakarta Japanese Club Sports Community Sentul Bogor, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei, yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner pembentukan karakter kerjasama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua atau wali peserta turnamen Indonesia Junior Soccer League yang berjumlah 1000 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah insidental sampling, yaitu yang dijadikan sampel adalah orang tua atau wali dari peserta liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League yang peneliti temui secara kebetulan sebanyak 368 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Instrumen yang telah tersusun tersebut dikonsultasikan kepada ahli, selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas dengan hasil rtabel 0,254 dan rtotal 0,66 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,84. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan karakter kerjasama melalui sepakbola usia dini pada liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League berada pada kategori rendah atau buruk sebanyak 16 orang (4,35%) terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama, sebanyak 192 orang (52,17%) memiliki pengetahuan yang sedang atau cukup terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama, sebanyak 147 orang (39,95%) memiliki pengetahuan yang tinggi atau baik terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama dan sebanyak 13 orang (3,53%) memiliki pengetahuan yang sangat tinggi atau baik sekali terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama.   Kata kunci: Pembentukan Karakter, Kerjasama, Sepakbola, Usia Dini   ABSTRACT                 This study aims to find out how far the formation of the character of cooperation through early soccer in the league of Indonesia Junior Soccer League. The research was conducted from March to May 2018 located at Jakarta Japanese Club Sports Community Sentul Bogor, Bogor District. The method used in this research is survey method, that is by using questionnaire forming character of cooperation. The population in this study is the parents or guardians of the participants of the Indonesia Junior Soccer League tournament which amounted to 1000 people. The sampling technique in this research is incidental sampling, which is taken as sample is the parent or guardian of the Indonesian league participants Junior Soccer League who researchers meet by chance as much as 368 people.               This research is quantitative descriptive. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Instrument that has been arranged was consulted to the expert, then tested the validity with the result rtabel 0,254 and rtotal 0,66 and reliability equal to 0,84. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis with percentage.                The results showed that the formation of the character of cooperation through early soccer in the league Indonesia Junior Soccer League is in the category of low or bad as many as 16 people (4.35%) on the formation of cooperation character, as many as 192 people (52.17%) have knowledge of being or enough to form the character of cooperation, as many as 147 people (39.95%) have a high knowledge or good on the formation of character cooperation and as many as 13 people (3.53%) have a very high knowledge or excellent on the formation of the character of cooperation trak Keywords: Partner Character, Teamplay, Football, Early Age Birds

Introduction. This paper focuses on competence, motivation, performance and work experience of librarians in Badung Regency Library. The paper aims to examine the role of moderation work in the library. Methodology. A quantitative descriptive was applied using total sampling as the sampling technique. There were 39 librarians in this study from schools, universities and district areas. Questionnaires, observations and interviews were used as data collection methods. Data Analysis. Data analysis technique used was Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Results and Discussion. The results showed that working experience did not moderate positively and there was no significant relationship between competence and work motivation on librarian performance. Aspects related to competency, motivation and performance of the librarians need to be increased, particularly, English skills and academic in the field of librarianship. Conclusion. Work experience does not affect competency and work motivation on the performance of the librarians so that the library management needs to re-evaluate the competency of the librarian.

This study aims to identify students who have talent based on the results of the talent analysis conducted at SMP 1 Rambah Rokan Hulu. This research method is a quantitative descriptive method. The data analysis technique used was sports test tracing. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, meanwhile the samples determined by the researcher were students who like to exercise and are interested and willing to take part in this research. Based on these criteria, the sample size is 30 people. The results showed that 6.7% of children have shown their talent in long-distance running, 16.7% of children showed their talent in the sport of Judo, 6.7% of the children were gifted in the sport of rock climbing, 23.3% of the children showed their talent fast running, 23.3 % of children in street sports, 3.3% of children in Steeppleechase, 3.3% of children in hurdling, 3.3% of children in high jump and 13.3% of children in multi-jump sports respectively.

This research was motivated by the implementation of majelis taklim activities during the Covid-19 pandemic by following health protocols. This study aims to determine the description of the planning, know the description of the implementation, and know the description of the existing supervision in the activities of the Taklim Assembly during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with an ex post facto approach. The subjects of this study were members / jama'ah of the Al Ittihad Al Ittihad Assembly Activities in Pauh Subdistrict, Padang City. The population was 44 people and a sample of 3 administrators and 30 members / jama'ah were taken from 70% of the total population using the Simple Ramdom Sampling technique. Data collection tools in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study was to use the percentage formula. The results showed that the activities of majelis taklim during the Covid-19 pandemic were categorized as good in terms of planning, implementation, monitoring aspects. Suggestions from this research are expected that majelis taklim activities will continue to run well and be further improved in planning, implementing, and supervising activities. Keywords: activities, assemblies, taklim

Students' thinking abilities can be identified through the questions they ask during the learning process. This study aims to analyze the types of students’ questions with the Problem Based Learning model integrated with ‘Questions-Students-Have’ (QSH) strategy. This study was conducted at SMAN Tangerang Year XI MIA 3. The research method used was descriptive research. Sampling was in the form of non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Instruments were in the form of teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets, and student worksheets. The data analysis technique was done by quantitative descriptive. The result of this study is the Problem Based Learning model integrated with the ‘Questions-Students-Have’ strategy can stimulate students to ask questions and be able to improve students' ability to ask questions.

Performance can be viewed as a process or a work result. The purpose of this research is to find out how to increase the motivation and performance of employees so that it has an impact on the progress of the company by paying attention to the factors of remuneration and work environment. This research was conducted at JO WIKA-MPK PLTD MFO 50 MW. The number of samples used was 105 employees, using the total sampling technique method. Data collection was carried out through observation, literature study, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was the Structural Equation Model assisted by the AMOS 22 program. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the effect of remuneration on motivation was significant. Furthermore, the effect of work environment on motivation is significant. The influence of motivation on employee performance is significant. The effect of remuneration on employee performance is significant. The influence of the work environment on employee performance is significant. To be able to foster morale in order to improve employee performance, employees must be motivated to be enthusiastic in carrying out their duties in order to achieve the vision and mission the company wants to achieve. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is an approach to identifying, attracting, and improving relationships between companies and customers. Karya Anak Bangsa Inc. (Gojek) with its application Gopay, gave rise "Gopay Payday" program as a customer relationship management to decide the brand equity level of Gopay application users. Brand Equity plays an important role because brand equity forms the name of the company's image and reputation, even as determining to make company goals. The purpose of this research analyzes the influence of the Gopay Payday program as a customer relationship management on Gojek brand equity (Karya Anak Bangsa Inc.). This research uses quantitative descriptive, and the method is a purposive sampling technique within 100 respondents as the sample. The data analysis technique used SPSS 25.0 for Windows computer software tools. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence on customer relationship management by 24.2% against brand equity. It means the better the Customer Relationship Management, the Brand Equity of the company will increase.

This research was conducted to analyze the contribution of indirect reservation sources at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta. The purpose of this research are to find out the source of reservation, how the indirect reservation sources influence room occupancy, and how the contribution of indirect reservation sources (wholesaler and online travel agent) is at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta. The data of this research are the reservation contribution and room occupancy for 36 months within period of 2016-2018. The data analysis technique of this research is quantitative analysis to find the effect of indirect reservation sources on room occupancy, also qualitative analysis in the form of quantitative descriptive to interpret numerical data and qualitative descriptive to interpret word information data. This study resulting that the sources of indirect reservation are wholesaler and online travel agent. The results shows that wholesaler has a moderate influence (0,467) and online travel agent has a strong influence (0,685) towards room occupancy partially, however they have a very strong influence (0,849) simultaneously. This study also resulting that indirect reservations (wholesalers and online travel agent) are the major contributors toward room occupancy at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta with an average of 3,035 nights in 2016, 2,668 nights in 2017, and 3,015 nights in 2018.
