Administration is a process in the form of the act of planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising determined through the utilization of human resources with the aim to determine certain goals. There are several program updates in a field of national education whose aim is to open the mindset of the community and develop life so that the community is able and ready to face the current era of globalization. The curriculum is an aspect that is the basis of reference in educational activities. The curriculum still needs to be updated, improved and more adapted to educational needs in the future because of the demands of the times. Curriculum administration is a learning guide in order to achieve learning as desired. All elements in the learning process at school are part of curriculum administration, for example such as rules, regulations, discipline, etc., all of which are included in aspects of curriculum administration. The research method used is literature search, in which in this research article the material was taken from books, journals and other sources concerned with curriculum administration. The purpose of this research is to add insight, knowledge, and knowledge in curriculum administration. Curriculum administration is planning, organizing, actuating, controlling. There are various kinds of education administration for example such as personal administration, curriculum administration and student administration. All school employees and teachers are involved in creating quality schools, in this administration the figure or role of a teacher is needed.

This research article describes the role of Brahui literary circles, which have played a vital role for the preservation and promotion of Brahui Language, Literature and build a literary tendency. This paper also shows how the internal disagreement between learned established new literary circles. Few prominent personalities like  Noor Muhammad Parwana, Nawab Ghaus Bakhsh Raisani, Babo Abudl Rehman Kurd, Abdul Rehman Brahui, Syed Kamal al-Qadri and others have initiated this work in Brahui literary history. Now more the two dozen registered and non-registered Brahui literary originations working for betterment of Brahui literature. Every origination has set their separate Moto and vision, few of them promote Brahui Modern poetry few have introduced new literary tendencies, few have urged that criticism is better for new thoughts and new trend in Brahui literature. This research paper helps to understand the different periods in Brahui literature in context of Brahui originations. A descriptive research method will have been adopted to conclude this paper.

Diniyah education has been implemented by all educational institutions in Indonesia, starting from the lowest level, namely SD/MI to SMA/MA. Initially this diniyah education was implemented in Islamic boarding schools during the month of Ramadan. The aim is to foster morals, character, and strengthen worship for students during the month of Ramadan. The purpose of this study was to identify the role of diniyah education carried out in the world of education during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method is a literature study method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the role of diniyah education can be measured through 4 things, namely increasing student religiosity, developing sustainable education and in accordance with the development of the times, being patient with calamities, and increasing husnuzon attitudes in students.

Education which is a system in the perspective of anthology is an attempt to humanize humans by an appropriate manner to achieve very high humane values as an attempt to change as well as to move the cultural values to any individual in society. But this view is difficult to achieve when the belief that a person's success will occur due to the efforts started early in order to organize their future without having an education. This paper will provide a breakthrough through leadership of education that is not only based on good intellectual ability, but also good emotional and spiritual. With the result that it will contribute qualified modern human resources. Modern human Resources is a human being who has the potential of ad equated intellectual quality. However, sometimes the potential is empty because it is not matched by the quality of the good faith or emotional. In the fact, they (modern humans) have good reasoning capability. However, the success which is useful in the future whether for themselves, the community, the nation and the state are not only enough by having logical thought only. But, it also requires EQ Emotional Quotient (level of emotional or personality) , CQ Creativity Quotient (level of creativity) and SQ Spiritual Quotient (level religiosities or faith and devotion to God. Thus , the national education system must be able to provide a solution- which is able to break of the empty circle of values and morals happening in education system around us . the empty circle we must combine as well as put the intellectual intelligence , emotional intelligence , and spiritual intelligence known as ESQ in order to get balance between the fulfillment of rights and vertical or horizontal obligations. ESQ is a role of the leadership of its resources which include Human Resources and Natural Resources with the organization as a model of leadership in education. ESQ if applied in educational leadership level, it would be beneficial along with the growth and development of the educational organization with the growth of moral values.

Islamic education as a subsystem which cannot be separated from national education, because it not only serves as a complement but also as the foundation stone for the formulation of national education goals. This is true in Indonesia and Malaysia. Islamic education in both countries, also affected the national struggle journey, to the efforts to maintain and develop its existence after the independence so as to have a clear role in mental strengthen human resources in their respective countries. This paper aims to examine the similarities and differences in the dynamics of the development of Islamic education in Indonesia and Malaysia in order to provide a complete understanding of the actualization of Islamic education since its first deployment to development in their respective countries to take shape more adaptive to the times. Benchmarks in this paper with a few descriptive reportorial ranges include a functional link to obtain a logical understanding of the reason for the implementation of the national education policy by using a historical approach.

Education is the foundation of a country's progress. In this case, education has a very important role to improve the quality of human resources to support and meet personal needs or even the needs of a country. Education will run well and structured if there is a directed education system. One of them in the education system is the curriculum as an implementer and reference in the movement of education. Indonesia itself currently uses the 2013 curriculum as its educational curriculum. The 2013 curriculum replaces the old curriculum, namely KTSP (Education Unit Level Curriculum) or the 2006 curriculum. It is necessary to analyze the 2013 curriculum in order to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the 2013 curriculum. Because the curriculum will continue to evolve with the times. This 2013 curriculum analysis uses a qualitative approach research method with interview and observation instruments to convey experiences. The results of this study are expected to be used as study material for students, schools, and academics.

One of the educational problems in Indonesia is the curriculum. Along with the development and challenges of the times, the curriculum is always run into changing, as well the systemic and purposefull development. the curriculum implementation should be able to realize the vision, mission, and goals of national education gradually. the most basic of change and development of curriculum  is changing and developing early childhood curriculum. because the quality of Early Childhood Education determines the quality of Indonesian human resources (HR) in the future, one of which is the 2013 early childhood curriculum. currently early childhood education has had its own curriculum, because during this time early childhood education doesn't have an curriculum. the 2013 Early Childhood curriculum  is expected to encourage the development of learners optimally.

This study aims to determine the role of stakeholders in the regulation and guidance of street vendors in Tlogosari Kulon Village, Pedurungan District, Semarang City and to identify inhibiting factors in the implementation and management of street vendors. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, by collecting observational data, interviews, library research and documentation, interview techniques conducted to several informants including the Semarang City Trade Office, Semarang City Police Satpol, Tlogosari Kulon Urban Village, Street Vendors (PKL) in the Kelurahan Tlogosari Kulon and the Tlogosari Kulon Community. The results showed that the role of the Semarang City Trade Office as a policy creator, coordinating with other agencies and PKL Tlogosari Kulon, as well as building PKL Shelter Suryokusumo Market. The role of the community as an implementator is to provide active input in the regulation or preparation of public policies in the regulation and guidance of street vendors, both directly and indirectly. While the inhibiting factors are lack of effective communication, lack of human resources and a fragmented bureaucratic structure.

The purpose of this study is to see how the strategic role of alternative economic system, in this case is the Islamic economic system for the development of the nation and state of Indonesia. The research method used is by using literacy study. The results obtained that the Islamic economic system as an alternative economic system has been proven with the advancement of sharia banks, although the development is slow, because constrained many things such as minimal capital, regulations that have not reached the real application, human resources, low understanding of the community, maximum, monetary tools used by the state still use interest, limited office network, and services that have not been able to meet the standards as do conventional banks. However, the Islamic economic system has helped in strengthening the economic development of the nation and the country especially when the crisis occurred in 1998 until today.

This research focuses on models, concepts, practices and the role of the Mosque-Based Economy in the perspective of Islamic economics in the Masjid Jamik Al Baitul Amien in improving Community Welfare. The purpose of this study is to describe the models, concepts, practices and roles of mosque-based economics in the perspective of Islamic economics in the Masjid Al-Baitul Amin Jember. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, this is because researchers want to describe the Model of Mosque-Based Economic Development in the Islamic Economic Perspective at the Jamik Al-Baitul Amien Mosque in Jember Regency 2015. The results of the study show that the economic economic model of the Ummah uses financing or the provision of facilities by providing funds in accordance with sharia principles. To support investments that have been planned based on an agreement between the institution and other parties, financed by the concept of optimizing productive Zakat or better known as micro business loans without interest that can burden small communities, so that people can meet their economic needs. Then the capabilities possessed by the Jami Mosque 'Al-Baitul Amin Jember are professional human resources, strategic location, adequate infrastructure and sufficient facilities for the economic empowerment of the Ummah.
