One technique that can be applied to increase assertiveness is assertiveness training. This study aims to determine the effect of assertive training techniques to increase assertiveness on sexual behavior in dating by using a pre-experimental approach with pre-test and post-test Control Group Design as well as non-probability sampling techniques and then analyzed by bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results of the independent sample t test for the level of assertiveness showed that the value of p = 0.001 with a test value of t = 7.394, which means that there is an effect of assertive technique training on the assertiveness level of adolescents in sexual behavior. The mean value in the provision of assertive technique training is known to be 4.09 and the mean value to the control is 0.36, this means that there is a change in the value of the assertiveness level of assertiveness towards sexual behavior in dating.

To measure the students' humility, authors used 32 items of humility scale (α = .901). Furthermore, to measure mindfulness skills using children and adolescence mindfulness measurement (α = .790). Based on the results of the paired t-test data analysis, obtained the pretest – posttest (t = 18,391; p = .56), posttest – follow up (t = -5,769; p = .001), and pretest – follow up (t = -30.549; p = .001). There was a significant change in the humility score which marked by (p < .05). Comparison analysis between the control group (MD = 12.62; SE = .87; p = .001) was interpreted as a significant increase change in the students' humility. In addition, there is a significant interaction between students' humility in the group as evidenced by (F (2,4) = 56,764, P = .001, Ƞp2 = .73). As the result, there is a significant change in mindfulness group counseling effect on increasing humility and has a large interaction effect.

The researcher used the semi-experimental design to verify the validity of the two instruments they were presented to a group of specialized consultants. The stability coefficient was then calculated using Cronbach Alpha, where the stability value of the self-awareness scale was 0.81 and tension scale was 0.90. The mean and standard deviations were calculated and the Shapiro-Wilk test was used to examine the normal distribution probability of the variables of self-awareness and tension. The results revealed in the non-moderate distribution of individual responses to the two variables. The Mann-Whitney test, the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, and the Spearman Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient test were used. The results showed differences between the experimental and control groups in the post-test of self-awareness and stress measures and for group members this is an indication of the effectiveness of the psychodrama -based counseling program in improving self-awareness and reducing stress among tenth grade students in Qalqilia city and the absence of differences in experimental group members between the tribal and remote testing methods of self-awareness and differences in group members for testing between the two pre-test and post- test of stress.
