AbstractIndonesian is the official language of our country, Indonesia. Indonesian is an element as well as the main communication media for the Indonesian people. Such rapid development of information technology enables global communication which means it can reach across countries and across continents. In this paper will be explained about the role of Indonesian in science in the global era. In the current era of globalization, some people consider that Indonesian is part of the inhibitor of the communication process carried out globally. Because Indonesian is not used globally, this causes Indonesian language to appear to be less facilitating the process of globalization. Improving the function of Indonesian as a scientific tool needs to be carried out in line with the development of science and technology. In line with this, improving the quality of teaching Indonesian language in schools needs to be continued.Keywords: language, globalization, scienceAbstrakBahasa Indonesia merupakan bahasa resmi negara kita, Indonesia. Bahasa Indonesia merupakan unsur sekaligus media komunikasi utama masyarakat Indonesia. Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang demikian cepat memungkinkan terjadinya komunikasi secara global yang artinya dapat menjangkau lintas negara maupun lintas benua. Pada makalah ini akan dijelaskan mengenai peran bahasa Indonesia dalam ilmu pengetahuan di era global. Di era globalisasi saat ini, beberapa orang menganggap bahwa bahasa Indonesia bagian dari penghambat proses komunikasi yang dilakukan secara global. Karena bahasa Indonesia tidak digunakan secara global, hal ini menyebabkan bahasa Indonesia tampak tidak begitu memfasilitasi proses globalisasi. Peningkatan fungsi bahasa Indonesia sebagai sarana keilmuan perlu terus dilakukan sejalan dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Seirama dengan ini, peningkatan mutu pengajaran bahasa Indonesia di sekolah perlu terus dilakukan.Kata kunci: bahasa, globalisasi, ilmu pengetahuan

Bahasa Indonesia dalam berbagai keperluan merupakan bahasa resmi negara Indonesia dan telah digunakan sebagai alat komunikasi lisan maupun tulis, baik formal maupun informal. Selain fungsi komunikasi, bahasa Indonesia juga berfungsi sebagai alat pemersatu bangsa Indonesia. Dewasa ini bahasa Indonesia dihadapkan pada perkembangan dunia yang begitu pesat, termasuk perkembangan teknologi informasi dan kebudayaan yang begitu mengkhawatirkan. Dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan kebudayaan tersebut menuntut bangsa Indonesia untuk bekerja keras, dan secara aktif mempersiapkan diri mengejar ketinggalan yang ada dari berbagai aspek kehidupan, dan termasuk mengantisipasi perkembangan informasi dan budaya yang mengglobal. Salah satu dampak dari globalisasi ini adalah penggunaan Bahasa Inggris yang dianggap lebih berkelas dan memiliki nilai kebanggaan tersendiri oleh kaum milenial. Salah satu dampak positifnya yaitu akan memudahkan bagi para milenial untuk berkomunikasi secara internasional. Di sisi lain, dampak negative daripadanya yaitu loyalitas pembelajar terhadap bahasa Indonesia menjadi berkukurang, bahkan akan menjadi luntur. Bagaimana kiat bangsa Indonesia untuk mengejar ketinggalan dari bangsa lain dan bagaimana kiatnya agar bangsa Indonesia tetap mencintai bangsanya dan termasuk bahasanya, tentunya harus adanya kerja keras dan kepedulian dari seluruh komponen bangsa Indonesia.Abstract: Indonesian language in many purposes as the official language of Indonesian has been used as an oral and written communicate, both formal and informal. Besides being a communication tool, Indonesian language also serves as a unifying tool for Indonesian. In this era, Indonesian language is faced with a very rapid development of the world, including the development of information technology and culture that are so worrying. With the rapid development of information technology and culture, it demands the Indonesian people to work hard and actively prepare to catch up with the existing aspects of life, including anticipating information development and a globalized culture. One of the positive impact is easier for international communication. Meanwhile, the negative impact is predicted to be the learner's loyalty towards Indonesian language to be reduced and will even fade. How do Indonesian people try to catch up with other nations and how do they try to keep the Indonesian people in love with their nation and including their language, of course, there must be hard work and care for all components of the Indonesian nation.

With the rapid development of information technology and the gradual expansion of education, the construction of campus information is accelerating. The use of information technology to promote teaching reform is an important idea for the current school education reform, it is to improve the quality of teaching specifi c measures, especially new requirements is needed for colleges and universities as they continue to expand enrollment and teaching resources. Way to make full use of limited resources, use more scientifi c management methods and teaching methods, improve work effi  ciency, ensure the quality of teaching, improve the eff ectiveness of running a school, has become an important subject of university research. The application of computer in teaching management is the key to realize the scientifi c and modern teaching management. To improve the quality of teaching, we must grasp the various teaching links. The examination is an important part for the students to test the eff ect of learning. Objective evaluation of the students as a means of curriculum construction is also an important part. In the school teaching work, the traditional test questions management is usually in the form of questions or test paper set, and design manually by teachers, which is large, and complex. The automatically generation system for test paper integrated the traditional manual volume, which solves a lot of problems, such as avoid unnecessary duplication of eff ort, saving the human resources and time; the use of scientifi c measures to evaluate and evaluate the diffi  culty of harmonizing papers, the eff ective quality of test papers; and a signifi cant reduction in the probability of missing errors in the test paper, reduce unnecessary trouble

The role of information systems and information technology is indispensable in a variety of fields of work and human resources required to have good quality so it could use the technology appropriately. The library is space that contained a lot of catalogs needed for learning and teachingas media seek knowledge and insight for students and lecturer, then the required information system that can hold all the information about then added data quickly and accurately. Therefore, the library shoidbeable to capitaliz on the presence of information technology to improve the quality of its services. It takes a strategic planning of information systems/information technology that isusedas the basis for the construction of an idea information system and in accordance with user needs.Strategic planning of information systems at the Library STMIK Palangka Raya using the methodology Wardand Peppard (Ward, 2002). Indonesian is the official language of Indonesia in which the existence should be preserved by its own users because it is a part of living culture. Indonesian is a symbol of social and cultural value which bond to its society. It is one of the cultural treasures which can be developed to set the standard of national language. Seeing the rapid development in Bali to a more modern community, the people tend to be multilingual. Therefore there is a challenge for the existence of Indonesian in Bali especially in this global era. Ways to cope with this challenge is for the users to have positive attitude that is to be proud using Indonesian in speaking, to be loyal in using Indonesian and to be responsible in using the language appropriate with the context of the usage.

The purpose of this paper is to review the theoretical implementation of information technology and computer on learning Indonesian in order to increase the existence of Indonesian language in the era of globalization. The current global era has its own challenges in the development of Bahasa Indonesia. One way to improve the existence of Bahasa Indonesia is by improving the understanding and utilization of Indonesian language to the young generation. Indonesian Teachers are at the forefront of meeting these challenges. For that teachers should be able to apply various methods and media based on ITC in learning Indonesian, in order to improve the quality of learning Indonesian. This effort is expected to increase the participation of teachers in improving the learning process and able to impact the ability of students in using Bahasa Indonesia more broadly.

Progress in information technology that is so fast is expected to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. In the world of information technology education can help and support the learning process. Especially now all the learning process activities can be done online. Progress in information technology must also be supported by quality human resources. In this case the teacher is very instrumental in the utilization of information technology in the world of education. Because the teacher is one of the education supervisors who will encourage the advancement of the quality of education in Indonesia. But in reality the quality of teachers in Indonesia is inadequate. There are still many teachers who cannot use information technology in learning especially for teachers who are senior or old. As teacher supervisors, they must improve the quality of their performance in using technology. To improve the ability of teachers to use technology, ongoing training is needed to use technology. The role of the head of the school as a supervisor is also needed, namely the principal is obliged to supervise, control, and approach the teacher in terms of the use of technology in the learning process.

Both the authors’ previous experience and the devoted literature highlight the particular role of teacher-student communication for the quality of graduates’ professional development and education. The research presented herein is based on a sociological survey conducted in a large university from north-west Romania, on more than 600 Economics Master’s students.The chief goal of our research is to determine efficient ways to improve the student training provided by the master programmes in Economics, by means of a better stimulation on the part of the teachers, a more efficient teacher – student communication, a better quality of the teaching materials employed and a greater relevance of the educational content for the particular area of specialisation pursued.After an initial review of the material resulted from the sociological survey, we continued to analyse the results in relation to the tiers of the communication process, the role of groups in the learning process and of the education process in the development of emotional intelligence.Within the current phase of our study, the underlying hypotheses are:(1) The training of Economics and Business Administration students provides them with opportunities of professional specialisation, while developing skills and abilities useful in everyday life.(2) The students’ training in Economics also entails an implicit educational process, which supports the development of their emotional intelligence.(3) Multiculturalism bears manifold benefits, both in terms of specialist professional training and on graduates’ attitudes and behaviour in the social life.This study allowed us to validate the hypotheses and to draw some interesting conclusions for the education of students enrolled in the university surveyed.

Motivated by the problems of the quality of learning. To improve the quality of teaching carried out by teachers, through educational supervision. The research was conducted in SMA and SMK in Abung Semuli Subdistrict, Lampung which aims to describe the Principal's knowledge regarding the role of supervisor and to know the Implementation of Academic Supervision in Improving the Quality of Teacher Learning. Research using a qualitative research approach with phenomenological theory. Conclusions: Principals of SMA and SMK in Abung Semuli District, Lampung have good knowledge of academic supervision as evidenced by the supervision of these schools. Implementation of Academic Supervision in Improving the Quality of Learning Indonesian language teachers using individual techniques in the form of class visits begins with making a supervision program containing planning, preparation, implementation, evaluation.

This paper discusses the role of the kiai's leadership in pesantren education in an effort to strengthen the Industrial Revolution 4.0 industry. Pesantren is an ideal education system that attempts to provide education to the community to develop the existing potential, because pesantren santri in pesantren are not only given religious knowledge, santri are also taught to live independently, have character and innovate through pesantren activities. The pesantren is one of the institutions of Islamic education that will produce a generation of Indonesians into 'ulama', Muslim scholars and generations who have national character and morality. In the current era of information technology development, learning approaches have experienced rapid development that can change people's mindsets. The availability of information technology that is connected to the internet makes it easy for everyone to access science. So that pesantren must also be able to actualize these developments by developing pesantren curricula that are in accordance with the needs of the times. Then what is the role of pesantren in facing the development of globalization, what strategies are suitable in dealing with generations of the millennial era.
