Clean water according to Permenkes RI No 416 / Menkes / Per / IX / 1990 is water that used for daily needs whose quality meets health requirements and can be drunk after cooking, one of the government's efforts to meet the clean water needs of the community is the Pamsimas Program. The Pamsimas Program is one of the programs and concrete actions of the government (central and regional) with the support of the World Bank to improve and meet the needs of drinking water supply, sanitation to improve the level of public health, especially in reducing the number of diarrheal diseases and other diseases that are transmitted through water and the environment. Muaro Tombang Village, Sungai Manau Village and Bukit Kauman Village are the three villages in Kuantan Mudik Sub-District that have not had access to 100% clean water. Indicators of success and sustainability of the Pamsimas Program are the quantity and quality of water sources, management policies and management strategies for the Pamsimas Program. The quantity of water in the three villages in terms of discharge and minimum reservoir capacity meet the needs of the community, the water quality in the three villages there are several parameters that do not meet the quality standards of the Minister of Health Regulation No. 416 of 1990 concerning Clean Water Quality Requirements, so it needs to be treated for water Pamsimas Program. The community's perception of the socio-economic and management policies of the Pamsimas Program Muaro Tombang Village and Sungai Manau Village is included in the agreed category, while the community's perception of the socio-economic and management policy of the Pamsimas Program in the Bukit Kauman Village is in the neutral category. The right strategy used for the management of the Pamsimas Program in the three villages is the aggressive strategy (Growth Oriented Strategy), namely the development of the Pamsimas Program by utilizing the strengths of the opportunities that have been identified.

The clean water service of PDAM Loa Janan Sub-district has not yet reached all villages, including Batuah Village, which has not yet received clean water services from the government. To meet the need for clean water for the people of Batuah Village, they use drilled well water, dug water that does not meet health standards because it contains heavy metals that are toxic (poisonous). This activity aims to meet the needs of clean water for the community in Batuah Village. Activities start from identifying the potential and quality of raw water sources which include physical, chemical and biological parameters, designing and manufacturing clean water treatment units as well as testing the quality of water products produced, socialization and training to partner groups on the process of operating clean water treatment technology and monitoring the sustainability of the water treatment process after being managed independently by the partner group.

Every community in the world expects to have a high value of life. Therefore, budgets are pooling to the local healthcare unit to increase healthcare and medical services to their citizen. One common implementation in the healthcare system is a healthcare network, where all necessary information are transferred to safe patients’ lives. Various developments in medical equipments integrate communication circuit to enhance ability to transmit data direct from patients to medical staffs so that their lives can be safe in time. Since the implementation of wireless network is widely spread, this paper proposes the integration of the wireless network and wired network to serve a healthcare system under a management policy. The results have shown that the proposed architecture with policy has a better quality of services than another alternative solution using QoS standard metrics. Thus, the paper ensures that a qualified healthcare network can be achieved under the condition that the suitable architecture must be implemented and the right management policies are also applied.

Population growth in the Jakarta city that continues to rise each year, this has resulted in environmental pollution, especially pollution of the Ciliwung river continues to grow. Nowadays various attempts have been made in terms of prevention of pollution of the river Ciliwung. One of the efforts to control pollution in the river Ciliwung is monitoring the quality of water in rivers and creeks Ciliwung. This monitoring is done in real-time and online, where the water quality data sent to data centers and analyzed  into information that can be displayed at any time and anywhere through the Internet. If there are pollutants that enter the river so heavilly polluted in certain time, the government or the authorities that manages the river can take action to control pollution. Water is one of the vital resources for human life and nature. On a wider scale, clean water is essential for social and economic development. This research aims to determine the form of cooperation between PDAM and Cv. Bangun Cemerlang whether it is in accordance with PERPRES Number 16 of 2018. This research method is normative law using a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. Before being used for living purposes, water must first be processed to benefit public health. In this case, the role of the Government is required in regulating and managing the fulfillment of clean water needs for the community through an important production branch of the government, namely the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM). The results of this study indicate that the collaboration between the government and Cv. Bangun Cemerlang has taken place in accordance with applicable regulations and in accordance with PERPRES Number 16 of 2018. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia, the government is responsible for the quality of water that reaches the public and the public can make complaints to the government as a form of service protest. given with the aim that in the future it can provide better service

Urban development, agricultural runoff and industrialization have contributed pollution loading on the environment.  In this study Hemavathi river water from a stretch from its origin point to its sangama was studied for pollution load by determining parameters of water quality like pH, Alkalinity,  Ca, Mg, Nitrate, TDS, BOD, COD , and the results were compared with WHO and BIS standards to draw final conclusion on the quality of water.

The study aims to determine the quality of clean water in the villages of Wainitu, Batumerah, Amahusu and Halong by comparing the result of water quality analysis with water quality standard. Water quality analysis includes Physiscal, Chemical, and Microbiological parameters. This research uses descriptive method, this method describes systematics, accurate about facts and characteristic of the quality of clean water of each research location. The results showed that the source of clean water in the village of Batumerah did not meet the standard of clean water quality standards indicated by the number of E. coli and the high total coliform.  Keywords: standard quality of clean water, water quality, Wainitu, Batumerah, Amahusu and Halong villages   ABSTRAK Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menetapkan kualitas air bersih di Desa Wainitu, Batumerah, Amahusu dan Halong, dengan membandingkan hasil analisis kualitas air dengan standar baku mutu air bersih. Analisis kualitas air meliputi parameter fisika, kimia dan mikrobiologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif; metode ini menggambarkan sicara sistematis, akurat, fakta dan karakteristik mengenai kualitas air bersih di masing-masing lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber air bersih di Desa Batumerah tidak memenuhi standar baku mutu air bersih yang ditunjukkan oleh jumlah E. coli dan total Koliform yang tinggi. Kata Kunci: baku mutu air bersih, Desa Wainitu, Batumerah, Amahusu dan Halong, kualitas air

The existing legislation determines the education as "an integral and focused process of teaching and upbringing, which represents a socially important value and shall be implemented so as to meet the interests of the individual, the family, the society and the state". However, even in this part, the meaning of the notion ‘socially significant benefit is not specified and allows for a wide range of interpretation [2]. Yet the more inconcrete is the answer to the question – "who and how should determine the interests of the individual, the family and even the state?" The national doctrine of education in the Russian Federation, which determined the goals of teaching and upbringing, the ways to attain them by means of the state policy regulating the field of education, the target achievements of the development of the educational system for the period up to 2025, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 4, 2000 #751, was abrogated by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2014 #245 [7]. The new doctrine has not been developed so far. The RAE Academician A.B. Khutorsky believes that the absence of the national doctrine of education presents a threat to national security and a violation of the right of citizens to quality education. Accordingly, the teacher has to solve the problem of achieving the harmony of interests of the individual, the family, the society and the government on their own, which, however, judging by the officially published results, is the task that exceeds the abilities of the participants of the educational process.  The particular concern about the results of the patriotic upbringing served as a basis for the legislative initiative of the RF President V. V. Putin, who introduced the project of an amendment to the Law of RF "About Education of the Russian Federation" to the State Duma in 2020, regarding the quality of patriotic upbringing [3]. Patriotism, considered by the President of RF V. V. Putin as the only possible idea to unite the nation is "THE FEELING OF LOVE OF THE MOTHERLAND" and the readiness for every sacrifice and heroic deed for the sake of the interests of your Motherland. However, the practicing educators experience shortfalls in efficient methodologies of patriotic upbringing, which should let them bring up citizens, loving their Motherland more than themselves. The article is dedicated to solution to this problem based on the Value-sense paradigm of upbringing educational dynasty of the Kurbatovs [15].

The management and status of public water bodies in Japan is discussed. The environmental quality standards which have been set and the levels of compliance with these standards are shown. The water quality of Japanese rivers, lakes, reservoirs, wetlands and coastal waters is described, and eutrophication problems are mentioned. The effects of changes in population density and levels of recycling of industrial wastewaters on the quality of water bodies are discussed. Almost 75% of industrial wastewater is now recycled. Per capita availability of freshwater in Japan is comparatively low, and the construction of 530 dams, in addition to the 2393 dams already in operation, is planned. Irrigation effluents from paddy fields are a major factor which influences river water quality in Japan. The improvement of water quality using various methods is discussed.

One of the processes that significantly determines the quality of water to consumers is the process of mixing water from different sources in the water mains. Put to the network two or more chemically and biologically stable waters may result in the formation of water that will be deprived of these features. This article presents the german guidelines for analysing water quality for mixing waters from different sources, in various proportions. Then performed an analysis of utility the mathematical models,including quality criteria, for use in network control. An IT tool has been developed to manage selected water quality processes using mathematical modeling. The basis for implementing the tool was a network model created in Epanet integrated with the Matlab.

This paper takes water quality as an ethnographic subject. It looks at how water quality monitors in Boston make sense of the quality of water through mundane engagement with three non-human beings who they encounter during their monitoring activities: herring, bacteria and water lily. Each of these organisms suggests a different understanding of water quality for the monitors and poses a dilemma. Water quality monitors who contribute to the production of water quality data come to know water quality as through direct interactions with these beings, mediated by both sensorial experience and laboratory data. These experiences, at the same time, confuse and redraw relationships between science, water flows, non-human vitality, including that of invasive species, and people.
