Expert System or popular name is psikotest surely already in common and become a regular activity in schools and institutions both large companies and small companies. There are various types of offers and the quality offered, but generally give the same picture as good.Psychological evaluations for students is a device used to illustrate the uniqueness of the individual's personality and their potential. Based on the understanding of the needs from the school, obtained from research on existing educational institutions that schools have needs different levels.The answer from an expert on a consultation of trustworthy and accountable and has a value of quality results, because an expert control field has been practiced based on the experience and knowledge gained. The method used in the design of this expert system application is Ranut Forward. School of Communication (Sekom) is a place for educational institutions of the Indonesian Navy'sNational Army which has the duty to educate and prepare human resources in the field of communication.In providing Morse gesture learning material, the instructors still use the media in the form of a Morseknock tool manually, the news is received and recorded by other students with a sheet of paper or abook. There are ideas or ideas from the author to combine the Morse signal method using computermedia in its implementation. The design of this study was carried out to provide an overview of thesystem to be created. The flow of news delivery is news that is processed in the server and then sentusing the computer as a server automatically so that it will come out in the form of morse audio after theprocess begins and then is received by students using a computer as a client and the results of studentanswers will be automatically saved into the server, after saving the teacher can retrieve the resultsdirectly typing students who automatically have a value that is managed in the server. The assessmentsystem is automatically processed in the server by means of a comparison between the news sent by theteacher with the results typed by students.Keywords: Morse, Server and client.

Tanah Laut Regency is the largest producer of broilers in South Kalimantan. However, public knowledge about symptoms and diseases in chickens is still lacking, so this is a problem that must be resolved because it can cause losses. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of overcoming this problem, namely by building an expert system application that can be used by the public and extension workers to diagnose chicken disease. The method used to build this system is a waterfall with the forward chaining technique as a forward-looking solution, meaning that inference is done by looking for input data in the form of symptom data in the form of chicken disease. The system built is equipped with features that display disease treatment and prevention solutions based on the symptoms that have been entered, so that disease-stricken chickens can be handled appropriately and quickly according to their disease. Based on blackbox testing carried out by involving potential users, the results obtained that all functionality can work as expected. Accuracy testing is also done by comparing manual calculations with an accuracy value of 95%. This is influenced by the weighting of the symptom value which affects the decrease in the value of the symptom result when compared to ideal conditions. In conclusion, the implications of using this system can make it easier for the community and instructor to diagnose chicken disease.

According to UNAIDS until 2018, there are around 690 thousand people with HIV in Indonesia. Until now HIV is a virus that is slow to diagnose, but there are ways that can be used to diagnose the HIV virus. One way to find out whether someone is infected or not is by taking HIV test accompanied by counseling in the clinic (Voluntary HIV Counseling and Testing). Prospective patients feel ashamed during the initial diagnosis of a health examination. To solve these problems, it is necessary to build a system capable to diagnose HIV / AIDS using the best first search algorithm. The result of this study is to be able to facilitate patients checking their health by computerization easily, quickly and precisely, especially about HIV AIDS. Based on the system evaluation of the respondents, RK test results are obtained from the convenient use of the HIV expert system application that has a value of 3.72 with the title of satisfaction. the RK test results from the benefits of using the HIV expert system application has a value of 3.96 with the title of satisfaction.

Digestive system disorders are dangerous diseases. Lack ofawareness of public health is still low, life habits, behavior and mindset that want to live practically, a means of delivering information about diseases that are still lacking, and the lack of medical personnel is a problem, therefore an expert system application is needed to diagnose disease on the web-based digestive system. By providing certainty in the form of a percentage, then using the calculation through symptoms chosen by the user of each symptom has a density value, the density value is obtained from the results of interviews with doctors. Web-based E-Diagnostics for digestive system disorders uses the Dempster Shafer method which is expected to help users by providing information on disease diagnosis and solutions that can be done to help cure it, the Dempster Shafer Method has the ability to provide a high level of accuracy or certainty, which method this has characteristics that are in accordance with the way an expert thinks. This web-based expert system application will display symptoms that can be selected by the user to get the final results in the form of rapid disease diagnoses and suggestions for prevention in order to find out information in the form of diagnoses of diseases of the digestive system. Based on the calculation of accuracy that has been done in this study, it can be seen that the Dempster Shafer Method is the method that has the highest value with 85% confidence compared to theCertainty Factor Method with a value of 60%.

Abstract The relevance of the investigated problem is caused by the increased attention to the issues of a healthy lifestyle among students in Russia. Promotion of a healthy lifestyle, taking into account the individual interests and preferences of students can be embodied not only in the class but also in the framework of elective programs and courses, that are targeted on a healthy lifestyle. The authors reveal approaches, principles and pedagogical conditions for having a healthy lifestyle in the framework of training in educational institutions. Skin cancer is an abnormal growth of human skin that can damage skin cells. By knowing the symptoms of skin cancer as early as posssible, it is helpful in preventing the spread of cancer cells and treatment. There are many factors that cause skin cancer, but in general the cause is exposure to ultraviolet rays from the sun.  Therefore, an expert system application is required to detect skin cancer.  By using backward chining and probalility methode; which data is in form of someone’s risk factor and clinical sympthoms, then the application will provide temporary diagnosis.  This application is built in an android platfrom because in its development android is more used than other platforms. The accuracy obtained from this application is 96.67%.

Website saat ini telah digunakan diberbagai jenis instansi termasuk instansi pendidikan seperti Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah. Saat ini website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah menjadi tulang punggung dalam penyebaran informasi terkain pondok pesantren kepada wali santri, alumni, calon santri dan masyarakat luas. Mengingat pentingnya website bagi Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah maka perlu untuk dilakukan evaluasi apakah informasi yang diberikan dan website yang ada telah memiliki nilai kebergunaan bagi pengguna atau tidak. Untuk itu di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi untuk melihat perspektif pengguna terhadap website. Prose evaluasi dilakukan dengan system usability scale dengan sepuluh instrumen sebagai pernyataan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah mendapatkan nilai akhir 88. Nilai 88 berarti website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah mendapatkan adjective rating yang excellence, grade scale tergolong kelompok B dan tingkat acceptability termasuk acceptable. The website is currently used in various types of institutions including educational institutions such as Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School. Currently the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website is the backbone in the dissemination of information about Islamic boarding schools to the guardians of students, alumni, prospective students and the wider community. Considering the importance of the website for the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School, it is necessary to evaluate whether the information provided, and the existing website have a useful value for the user or not. For this reason, in this study an evaluation was conducted to see the user's perspective on the website. The evaluation process is carried out with a system usability scale with ten instruments as evaluation statements. Evaluation results show that the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website gets a final score of 88. A value of 88 means that the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website gets an adjective rating that excellence, grade scale belongs to group B and the level of acceptability is acceptable

ABSTRAK             Pada saat ini perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi dari waktu ke waktu terasa semakin pesat. Salah satu aplikasi dibidang komunikasi adalah sistem pakar. Program aplikasi sistem pakar   yang dirancang adalah sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit seperti penyakit campak. Dengan adanya program aplikasi ini diharapkan orang awam yang kurang pengetahuan tentang penyakit campak akan menjadi lebih mengetahuinya. Kemudian aplikasi ini mudah penggunaannya dalam mendiagnosa penyakit campak tanpa harus pergi ke dokter, serta mudah diakses dimana pun dan kapan pun. Metode pelacakan yang digunakan adalah metode penalaran forward chaining (pelacakan ke depan). Program ini dirancang dengan menggunakan media pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preprosessor) dan menggunakan database MySQL sebagai penyimpanan data yang tujuannya agar tampilan dapat lebih menarik dan mudah dalam penggunaannya, juga bisa diakses internet.              Kata Kunci : Sistem Pakar, Diagnosa Campak, Forward Chaining                                                             ABSTRACT           At this time the development of technology and communication from time to time seem more rapidly. One application in the field of communication is an expert system. Expert system application program is an expert system designed to diagnose diseases such as measles. With the application program is expected to lay people who lack knowledge of measles will be more informed. Then the application is easy to use in diagnosing measles without having to go to the doctor, as well as easily accessible wherever and whenever. Tracking method used is a forward chaining reasoning method (tracking ahead). Abstrak— Anak-anak pada usia 2 bulan sampai 5 tahun (Balita) lebih rentan terkena penyakit. Lingkungan sangat mempengaruhi kesehatan Balita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit pada Balita berbasis mobile. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahap. Tahap pertama adalah pengumpulan data dan informasi dari Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit (MTBS) dan wawancara dengan Bidan. Dari pengumpulan data dan informasi tersebut ditemukan fakta penyakit, keluhan, gejala dan saran penanganan. Tahap kedua adalah pembuatan rule dengan 18 penyakit. Tahap ketiga adalah implementasi aplikasi sistem pakar berbasis mobile dengan fitur diagnosa penyakit, riwayat diagnosa dan kumpulan penyakit. Aplikasi sistem pakar yang dibuat dapat mendiagnosa penyakit dan memberikan saran penanganan. Hasil evaluasi dari 50 data uji coba menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 82%, dimana 41 hasil diagnosa yang benar dan 9 diagnosa yang salah. Kata Kunci— Sistem Pakar, Forward Chaining, Diagnosa Penyakit, Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit, Knowladge BaseAbstract— Children at the age of 2 months to 5 years (toddlers) are more susceptible to disease contagious. Environmental condition significantly influences the children health. This  research aimed to create a mobile-based expert system application to diagnose disease in toddlers. This research consist of three stages. The first stage were data and information collection from Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit  (MTBS) and interview with medical staffs. From the first stage, we can discover the disease facts, signs, symptoms and treatment advices. The second stage was the construction of rules for 18 diseases. The third stage was the implementation of mobile-based expert system application with features of disease diagnosis, diagnosis history and collection of disease diagnosis. Expert system application made able to diagnose the disease and provide treatment advice. The results of evaluation using 50 testing data provides the level of accuracy of 82%, where 41 diagnosis result were true and 9 diagnosis were false. Keywords— Expert System, Forward Chaining, Disease Diagnosis, Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit, Knowledge Base

Expert system is a computer program which is designed for modelling the ability of problem solving as it is an expert (human expert). The expert system method used is the forward chaining method which is the inference method that is doing logical reasoning from the problem to its solution. The aim of this research is to design and develop an expert system that is able to identify the severe malnutrition on children from the age of 0 - 5 years old. The knowledge is derived from the question askedto a nutrition expert. The data are taken from the questions asked to the user and when all of the questions has been answered, then the goal will be appeared which shows the nutrition status. This system application will enable the user to diagnose the nutrition/disease that affects children and get the solution. This system can be used by any kind of user due to the easy access. This system is also put the important information about the severe malnutrition and the recent news of children’s health so it will add more knowledge for the parents about the importance of severe malnutrition’s prevention.
