In the modern world, today, due to rapid changes, development of technology, market demands, we can conclude that more than ever there is a danger of various types of crises. In this regard, more than ever before, it is necessary to understand what resources companies need to be more resilient to crises. This paper provides an overview of the theoretical framework, as well as research conducted in the field of emotional intelligence and crisis management. Many studies show that the importance of emotional intelligence of leaders in a crisis is great. Leaders who have a higher level of emotional intelligence possess certain skills that can be crucial to the organization in crisis situations. This paper aims to present the correlation that exists between emotionally intelligent leaders and crisis situations, taking into account several studies conducted in this area. All studies conducted have shown that there is a positive relationship between the emotional intelligence of leaders and crisis management. The conclusion is that examining the impact of the relationship between the emotional intelligence of leaders and the crisis is an exceptional framework that provides an opportunity for human resources to operate within organizations, as management of organizations themselves, seeking and shaping leaders with emotional intelligence skills.

The article considers topical issues of economic support for the development of the regional security system of the population against various risks. The dependence of the impact of the scale of crisis situations on economic activities in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, which become a serious barrier to the sustainable development of the regions of the country, was investigated. The increasing importance of risks of economic losses from accidents and disasters at potentially dangerous facilities as a result of the complex influence of natural, manmade and fire factors has been established. An analysis was carried out and proposals were developed to implement the key tasks of the state in the field of ensuring the protection of the population and territories of the country from disasters in order to ensure the stability of the economy. The organizational structure, division of tasks and functions between officials, crisis management structures and responding units were analyzed, taking into account the reduction in current financial costs. On the basis of a study of the peculiarities of the regions of the country, recommendations were formed to fulfill the necessary tasks by the anti-crisis management bodies in the field of reducing economic damage on the basis of preventing crisis situations and ensuring fire safety. It is proposed to organize the practical application of a complex automated security system based on modern developments with the application of improving the qualities and efficiency of anti-crisis management processes in order to increase economic efficiency. Initial data were formed to reduce potential threats of a natural, man-made, fire and other nature in the regions using financial and economic mechanisms. It is proposed to implement a set of priority measures to further improve and increase the potential of economic support for the anti-crisis management system. The materials of the article can be used in planning the main directions of the development of the regional population security system and the implementation of socio-economic development programs.

Sports entrepreneurship has been considered an important part of sports organisations when overcoming crisis situations. The aim of this study is to determine the impact of the crisis derived from COVID-19 on sports entrepreneurship and whether there are differences in the prediction of entrepreneurship on service quality in non-profit sports clubs. To this end, 145 sports clubs were analysed before and after the outbreak of the virus in society. Paired sample-t tests were carried out to determine the differences in variables studied before (Time I) and after (Time II) the COVID-19 outbreak, and correlations and hierarchical linear regressions were used to analyse the relationship between the variables studied in the two different stages. The results obtained show that risk-taking and innovation are significantly higher after the appearance of COVID-19, while proactivity has not undergone significant changes. Finally, the relationship between sports entrepreneurship and service quality is positive and significant in both stages but stronger before the crisis.

The use of cloud computing has remarkable advantages in business performance. It is related especially in the portion of the organizational environment, such as organizational culture and organizational agility. Organizational agility provides an easier process to search and retrieve knowledge and allow the businesses to utilize and apply this knowledge to get high-quality services. Agility and culture factors can help organizations to enhance their cloud computing adoption. The achievement of any organization is dependent upon human resources. With human resources, the organization can develop its employees by sharing knowledge, skill, and experience of personnel. Expert cloud has a significant impact on and direct relation with human resources as it facilitates the communication among human resources better, more efficiently, and reduces the cost of the service. In this paper, the authors discuss the relationship between expert cloud and human resources to enhance the organizational performance through the assistance of organizational agility and culture.

Emotional Intelligence is the ability to understand, manage one’s own and other’s feelings in order to adapt to the demands of the environment. Intimacy refers to the feelings of closeness and bondedness in close relationships. Emotional Intelligence help enhance intimacy by open expression of emotions and empathetic response to the partner’s self-disclosure. The study examined the relationship between emotional intelligence and intimacy in 108 young adults currently in a heterosexual romantic relationship, belonging to the age group of 20-35 years (M=24.1 years, SD= 3.23 years) consisting of 36 (30%) males and 72 (70%) females. The study employed three scales namely Sternberg’s Love Triangular Scale (1988), Schutte Emotional Intelligence Scale (1998) and Intimacy Attitude Scale Revised (1985). Data was collected through Google forms by emailing the questionnaire to the participants known to be in relationship through common friends and also by personally giving the questionnaire to students of universities in Delhi, NCR region. Positive correlation was found between Attitude towards intimacy and emotional intelligence; commitment and managing owns emotions subscale of emotional intelligence; attitude towards intimacy and managing other’s emotions subscale of emotional intelligence. Thus emotionally intelligent individuals have a greater desire towards intimacy and commitment in their relationships.

This article shows the impact of organizational stress on the human resources from the health system. The research wants to highlight the main stressors factors among the medical staff, physicians, and assistants from Târgoviște Emergency Hospital from Dâmbovița County and to determine if the organizational stress affects the personal life of the employees. Understanding the sources of stress and reducing them has a great impact on job satisfaction and on the relationship patient-physician. Also, the article presents the impact of the COVID-19 on the health care workers from a psychological point of view. Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) affected global mental health.

Topicality. The successful operation of an economic entity, in the development of the innovative technologies market, is largely determined by the innovative potential of its human resources - by the people who work for it - their knowledge, talents, and skills. The wrong combination of these elements, lack of employees who have the necessary qualifications, lack of harmony in the relationship between employers and employees can inevitably lead to serious financial and economic problems. Improving the efficiency of the use of the innovative potential of human resources in the development of the innovative technologies market is one of the most urgent tasks for any business entity. The competitive advantages of business entities, financial and economic indicators of their activity, ensuring sustainable development of entrepreneurship in general, are depending on the degree and balance of its use. Aim and tasks. The purpose of the work is to analyze and develop on its basis recommendations for increasing the level of the innovative potential of human resources in the context of the development of the innovative technologies market in Ukraine. Research results. The article analyzes the main structural elements of the innovative potential of human resources and identifies the factors influencing its level in Ukraine. The results of the analysis allowed us to build an economic and mathematical model of the relationship between innovation capacity, as an indicator of the development of the innovative technologies market and components of the innovative potential of human resources in Ukraine. This made it possible to predict the level of innovation capacity as an indicator of the innovative technologies market development in Ukraine in the short term. The obtained results allowed us to identify problems and develop recommendations for increasing the level of the innovative potential of human resources in the context of the innovative technologies market development in Ukraine. Conclusion. Based on the developed economic and mathematical model, calculations were made that characterize the relationship between innovation capacity as an indicator of the innovative technologies market development and components of the innovative potential of human resources in Ukraine. As shown in the calculations, the proposed economic and mathematical model with high accuracy allows to assess the impact of components of the innovative potential of human resources on innovation capacity and identify major obstacles for its development, which made it possible to predict trends in innovation capacity as an indicator of the innovative technologies market development in Ukraine in the short term.

Emotional labour has long been recognized as a necessary part of nursing practice. Nurses often provide care for patients and families who are suffering and where emotions are heightened. Emotions play an important role in the relationship and communication between nurses, patients and families. Nowadays nursing is becoming more and more technical. The rational mind and the emotional mind need to be balanced partners for the nurse-patient relationship to be harmonious. Every nursing intervention is affected by the master aptitude of emotional intelligence. People who are emotionally intelligent see themselves as more optimistic, as they are better able to understand, manipulate, and regulate their emotions. This paper reflects on how emotional intelligence contributes immensely to the art and craft of nursing which is a practice discipline.

"A central theme in the present study is the assumption that the influence on the human behavior is mediated by different internal processes in the career choice. Emotional intelligence is defined as a variable which is a cause for the relationship between personality traits and the choice of a certain career. Three causal paths to the dependent variable were tracked – a path to the direct impact of the emotional intelligence on the career choice, a path to the influence of personality traits on the emotional intelligence as well as a path to the impact of personality traits on the career choice via the emotional intelligence. The aim of the study is to show the mediating role of emotional intelligence in the relationship between personality traits and career choice. A total of 100 Bulgarian secondary and university students (42 males and 58 females), aged 17-40 years, were included in the research. The following measures were used for the purpose of the study - Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire – Short Form (TEIQue-SF), The Big five questionnaire and the Big six method for career choices. The Bulgarian version of the emotional intelligence questionnaire was translated and adapted for Bulgarian sociocultural context by Antonina Kardasheva (Kardasheva, 2012). The Big five questionnaire and the Big six method for career choices were adapted for Bulgarian conditions by S. Karabelyova (Karabelyova, 2015). The results showed that there was a direct positive impact of the emotional intelligence on the relationship between the enterprising type and conscientiousness, the artistic type and neuroticism and a negative impact on the relationship between the conventional type and extraversion. The conclusions derived from the study could be used for further psychological research in the field, as well as for enhancing the knowledge of one’s personality."

After almost 40 years of development, issue management has reached a point where it could either fade out of fashion or continue evolving into new forms. Reviewing both the past and possible future, four major trends are identified – migration of the discipline beyond the corporation to Government agencies and NGOs; the impact of social media and the rise of new community expectations; continuing developments in the relationship between issue management and crisis management; and the challenge of how issue management is positioned within organizations and among other management activities. Each of these trends is analysed to assess its impact on the future of issue management, and how the roles of corporate and non-corporate players will likely have significantly different influences on shaping its survival.
