The purpose of the research – to conduct experimental testing aimed at evaluating of the automatic mobil milk receiving unit of domestic production. Research methods. During the testing of the automatic mobil milk receiving unit of domestic production the quality of the technological process was determined using the methods given in DSTU 7435: 2013 and DSTU 3662: 2018, operational-technological and economic evaluation was carried out according to DSTU 8424: 2015 and DSTU 4397: 2005, safety and ergonomics were determined according to DSTU EN ISO 12100: 2014. Research results. According to the results of experimental testing, it was found that the automatic mobil milk collection unit АППМ-1 at the appropriate level measures the amount of delivered milk with an error of 0,9 %, which meets the requirements of the TU (up to 3,0 %). The water temperature for washing equipment is 58 °C, which meets the requirements of TU (50-60 °C). The system of washing of surfaces of the automatic point which are in contact with milk provides high-quality washing of the equipment, existence of an intestinal stick (coli-titer) makes > 1,0 that meets requirements of TU (not less than 1,0). The period of acceptance, transportation and delivery of milk to the processing plant for one working cycle of procurement is 3,3 hours, which meets the requirements of the TU (not more than 4 hours). Productivity of the automatic point of reception of АППМ-1 milk during performance of technological process on reception, registration and transportation of milk in a radius of 30 km makes 363 l / h, for a radius of transportation in 50 km - 330 l / h, 100 km - 280 l / h, that meets the requirements of TU (275-360 l / h). Specific fuel consumption (liquefied gas) is 7,4 liters per ton of milk collected. Conclusions. The first experimental testing of the domestic automatic milk collection point APPM-1 showed that the equipment satisfactorily performs the specified technological process of acceptance, registration, short-term storage of milk obtained in private farms and transporting it to processing enterprises, according to the quality of the process meets the requirements of technical conditions. The automatic milk collection point АППМ-1 is characterized by a high technical level and can be used in Ukraine.

Reducing the duration of construction works requires additional organizational measures, such as selecting construction methods that assure a shorter realization time, engaging additional resources, working overtime, or allowing construction works to be performed simultaneously in the same working units. The simultaneous work of crews may affect the quality of works and the efficiency of construction processes. This article presents a simulation model aimed at assessing the impact of the overlap period on the extension of the working time of the crews and the reduction of a repetitive project’s duration in random conditions. The purpose of simulation studies is to provide construction managers with guidelines when deciding on the dates of starting the sequential technological process lines realized by specialized working crews, for sustainable scheduling and organization of construction projects.

Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) dry-cured hams production is greatly dependent on raw meat quality. This study was performed to identify genetic markers associated with the quality of dry-cured ham. Carcass traits of 229 heavy pigs belonging to three commercial genetic lines were registered (weight, EUROP classification). Phenotypic traits (Semimembranosus muscle ultimate pH, ham weight and lean meat content, adsorbed salt) of the corresponding thighs, undergone PDO ham process in three different plants, were measured, using a fast and non-invasive technology. Green ham weight and lean meat percentage influenced the estimated salt content and the weight loss during salting, even if the processing plant greatly affected the variability of the measured ham traits. The genomic data were obtained with the GeneSeek Genomic Profiler (GGP) 70k HD Porcine Array, using the slaughter day and the sex of the animals in the statistical analyses. The phenotypic traits were associated with the genotypes through GenAbel software. The results showed that 18 SNPs located on nine porcine chromosomes were found to be associated with nine phenotypic traits, mainly related to ham weight loss during salting. New associations were found between markers in the genes Neural Precursor Cell Expressed Developmentally Down-Regulated 9 (NEDD9, SSC7), T-Cell Lymphoma Invasion and Metastasis 2 (TIAM2, SSC1), and the ham quality traits. After validation, these SNPs may be useful to improve the quality of thighs for the production of PDO dry-cured hams.

Because the solder residue was found in the manufacturing process which greatly affected the product quality, the purpose of this paper was to make the product quality improved and to find an optimal solution for process parameters in the flip chip process. The experimental testing was based on SMT manufacturing process. The amount and size of solder left on passive component in the process of manufacturing were considered as the quality traits. Since too many solders left on the passive component side during flux cleaning process, it was possible that the balling would be flowed into the chip, which caused the bump short in the chip and affected the quality of the product. In this paper, orthogonal array by using Taguchi method is adopted as the effective experimental method with the least experimental runs. Also, based on the quality evaluation of signal-to-noise ratio, the ANOVA is used to evaluate the effects of quality target according to the experimental results. The results reveal that the optimization in the process is confirmed. Therefore, this study can effectively improve the solder residue in semiconductor manufacturing process.

The main problems of grape storage are berry dehydration and rot. One of the solutions to reduce rot and preserve the quality of grapes during storage is the use of aerosol treatment with calcium content before storing. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of physiologically active substances based on calcium in various concentrations on the quality and organoleptic characteristics of table grape cvs. ‘Italia’ during long-term storage. The effectiveness of the studied systems of treatment was evaluated according to the content of sugars and titratable acids, the activity of the redox enzymes of polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase, weight loss of bunch and organoleptic properties. The greatest effectiveness established by using preparation of Master Green Ca, Brentax KCa, and Brentax Ca (in concentration 150g / 20l). Experimental treatments significantly decreased the weight loss of bunch (less than 4%), and preserved organoleptic properties of berry at a high level (8.2-8.9 points). Decrease in the activity of oxidative enzymes had a positive effect on the quality of table grapes and contributed to its better preservation. The data obtained make it possible to rationalize the system of long-term storage of grapes by using of aerosol treatment with calcium-based preparation.

Continuous improvement of field sprayer design aimed at performance increase by increasing the working width, requires a special approach to ensure reliability of the supporting rod structure and quality of technological process. The question of rod vibrations, which arise when the driving systems copy field rough surface and abrupt changes in speed of the unit, remains topical. At the design stage of supporting structures of the rods, special attention is paid to the substantiation of its geometrical parameters in the longitudinal and transverse sections; studies of changes in the characteristics of vertical and horizontal vibrations, taking into account the method of the rod hanging and the system used for its stabilization. This allows to ensure the reliability of the rod design and the required quality of the technological process. The article proposes construction of the rod independent pendulum suspension on the sprayer frame and its stabilization system based on the use of damping elements. The analytical studies sequence system was developed for rod vibrations analysis, depending on initial conditions, parameters and characteristics of the used damping elements, under which they are effectively damped. It is shown that at certain numerical values of the geometrical parameters of the rod, the suspension and vibrations damping methods, not only the numerical values of the functions are changed, but also the functions themselves that describe the process of the rod's vertical movement, including cases of resonance. The obtained theoretical results can be used for design and testing of machines with rod working units and allow, at design stages, to simulate the process of movement of various rod structures from external excitatory forces, and to determine patterns of changes in the characteristics of damped vibrations using different damping elements and their installation parameters.

In this paper we consider the technological process of manufacturing micromechanical gyroscopes, the output of which is divided into cells of the crystal plate and each cell contains a fixed number of product elements. The estimation of structural similarity for measurements of technical characteristics of various devices is offered. A relatively large value of structural similarity assessment means that there is a dependence of the quality of the manufactured devices on the position on the crystal plate. This gives a good reason for further work to improve the quality of the process or to change the technological scheme as a whole. The article considers a numerical example based on a real sample of microelectronic products. The proposed method can be used both in the process of adjustment of the production process and in the rejection of products, when further configuration of the equipment is no longer possible.

Статья посвящена анализу и изучению различных способов получения нефтяных битумов и улучшения адгезионных свойств в различных минеральных материалах. На примере Астраханского газоперерабатывающего завода показана эффективность добавления присадок - азот-, серосодержащих веществ, элементной серы и др. для улучшения адгезионных свойств битумов к минеральным материалам. Проведен анализ воздействия перепада температур в летнее и зимнее время на вяжущие свойства битумов. Рассмотрен способ предварительной отгонки летучих компонентов из нефтей, что приводит к уменьшению содержания парафинонафтеновых углеводородов и улучшению качества получаемых битумов. В статье также приведены результаты экспериментальных исследований влияния окисления кислородом воздуха, повышения температуры процесса на пластичность битумов. Эффективность окисления битумов зависит от величины поверхности контакта между жидкой и газовой фазой. Ускорение процесса окисления достигается в 6-7 раз при хорошем перемешивании реагирующих фаз. The article also presents the results of experimental studies of the effect of oxidation with atmospheric oxygen, an increase in the process temperature on the plasticity of bitumen. The efficiency of bitumen oxidation depends on the size of the contact surface between the liquid and gas phases. Acceleration of the oxidation process is achieved 6-7 times with good mixing of the reacting phases.The article is devoted to the analysis and study of various methods of obtaining petroleum bitumen and improving the adhesion properties in various mineral materials. Using the example of the Astrakhan gas processing plant, the effectiveness of the addition of additives - nitrogen-, sulfur-containing substances, elemental sulfur, etc. - to improve the adhesion properties of bitumen to mineral materials is shown. The analysis of the effect of temperature differences in summer and winter on the binding properties of bitumen is carried out. A method for preliminary stripping of volatile components from oils is considered, which leads to a decrease in the content of paraffin-naphthenic hydrocarbons and an improvement in the quality of the obtained bitumen.

Banana is a climacteric fruit that undergoes a ripening process in airtight chambers at a certain temperature, appropriate ethylene concentration, and the time it takes for the fruit to reach maturity level 4 on the ripening scale. For commercial purposes an ethylene concentration of 1000 ppm is used, and depending on other factors the concentration may vary. Through a research the best result has been achieved with an ethylene concentration of 900 ppm and the fruit exposure to 18C for a treatment period of 120 h. These parameters reduced costs by RSD 91.896,95 at annual level compared to the commercial concentration of ethylene, the quality of the fruit did not deteriorate greater efficiency in business has been achieved.
