In the article the use of digital technologies for the educational process in biology has been studied. The study has aimed at developing and testing the methodology for developing a block of educational tasks in biology by using digital educational resources. Surveys, testing, and the pedagogical experiment have been used as research methods. It has been determined that biology teachers need the methodology that allows the competent use of digital educational resources in teaching activities. In the article the methodology for developing educational tasks in biology by using digital educational resources has been introduced. It is based on the taxonomy of B. Bloom’s educational objectives. The efficiency of the methodology has been confirmed by the results of testing students in the control and experimental groups: the level of development of students’ universal learning activities (ULA) has considerably increased, and the rate of students with project skills has grown.

Introduction. The article presents the results of reflection on the readiness of the education system to respond to the transformational challenges of digital economy through the formation of relevant human resources. It identifies an imbalance in the response of the education system to the demand of society and business for training human resources with digital competences. The imbalance makes it difficult to implement new in-demand educational trajectories based on the principle of individualization of employee’s professional and personal self-realization. The purpose of the study is to identify the potential of enhancing teachers' digital competence in accordance with the needs of education diversification within digital transformation. Materials and Methods. The methodological basis for the study consists of reflexive modernity concepts (E. Giddens, W. Beck), reflecting qualitative changes of the social world in the context of digitalization; digital sociology of changes in social relations influenced by digital technologies (V. F. Nitsevich), mediating ordinary social contacts in everyday communication and creating new digital opportunities and risks. Existing and required digital competences of teachers were identified on the basis of desk research of teachers’ digital skills and competences models and empirical research on technical university teachers' opinions (survey method). Statistical methods were used to analyze and interpret the research data. Results. The study has identified the potential of the education system to adjust to the challenges of educational and career transformations. It is emphasized that the ways of potential realization can vary from ‘soft’ ones which imply gradual mastering based on several program versions and formats to the so called stress-options of forced competence mastering within a limited period of time. The necessity of introducing regulating measures for the transition to a new role of a teacher in the digital model of education is justified (e.g. teacher as a manager, teacher as a facilitator of the educational process). Conclusions. The article concludes that differentiation based on the level of digital competences and the degree of readiness to master digital technologies limits the speed of relevant response of the education system to the transformational demands of society. The need for content elaboration and teaching health-saving technologies within the digital culture is highlighted. Since the level of digital competencies of teaching staff is the basis for the development of educational institutions and the competitiveness of the country, measures are to be taken in order to facilitate the development of digital competencies.

The professional training of specialists in the field of the digital economy is a promising direction in the development of economic education. The transition to digital technologies in management, banking, manufacturing, commerce, communications determines the emergence of new requirements for the professional and general competencies of university graduates. It is necessary to create an innovative vocational training system based on the use of electronic teaching aids and digital technologies. The implementation of this task should begin with the development of scientifically determined approaches to the creation of teaching aids that take into account all kinds of efficiency factors. This determines the importance of the task of scientific and methodological substantiation of the technology for creating electronic educational resources for the training of specialists in a new format. The paper proposes an analytical approach to determining the content and structure of the basic component of the methodological system - an electronic textbook. The expediency of its use in order to develop necessary competencies of the individual and group levels is substantiated. It is proposed to use a matrix form of information representation and elements of matrix and vector analysis to structure the material. A mathematical model has been developed that describes structural relationships between the concepts of the thesaurus. The structural elements in this model are the glossary concepts of an academic discipline. The possibilities of using the model for unification and automation of information processing during the selection of textbook content in various educational fields are discussed. Examples of using the proposed model in various subject areas are given. The authors describe how to represent a model based on graph theory and methods for solving the problem of the presence of cycles in this semantic structure. The main conclusions and results of the study can be used for the practical development of electronic learning tools, automating the process of structuring their content and methods of use in the educational process.

A new debate has arrived to the Education System. It deals with the need of an alternative teaching, an education that exceeds the academic traditions and studies the social relations, such as the relationship between media and society. Citizens must access an audiovisual teaching, because it is important to unders-tand how television, radio stations, newspapers, etc., work when they inform us, show us the culture or even build our dreams. People must know about the media’s economic and political interests, and also how the audience could make use of communication mass media.

Nowadays social relations in a society are less aware of, be it with nature, society, and society with God, especially in today's young people who are mostly influenced by digital technology that is growing very rapidly and is inherent in life which makes them very focused with cellphones and indirectly make them individualistic creatures. Through this article, the writer hopes to provide insight, especially to young people, that awareness of social relations is needed that can be realized through culture. The relationship between humans and God, humans and nature, and humans with each other has indirectly formed a social relationship, such as the Karo traditional ceremony, which is worship of the spirits of the ancestors in which there are several rituals as an expression of gratitude for a good harvest. . The Karo Day traditional ceremony involves village communities, one of which is in Tosari Village. The relationship between society and God, society and nature, society and each other, which is formed from the implementation of the Karo Day traditional ceremony, indirectly has a social relationship. This relationship was investigated using the social construction approach of Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann. Data collection includes: 1) observation, by looking at the phenomena that are directly or indirectly related to the subject and object of research; 2) interview with the perpetrator; and 3) literature study and documents in the form of photos. The results of this study indicate that traditional ceremonies have an important role in maintaining and forming a social relationship. The Karo traditional ceremony is carried out every year by the Tengger tribe who believe in their ancestors, making a community that is full of tolerance, and adheres to values.

Keywords: Karo Traditional Ceremony, Tengger Tribe Community, Social Construction

Today the world is in the process of rapid informatization and digitalization of society in all its spheres. The way and pace of life of a modern man is not similar to the life of previous generations. The spread of the coronavirus disease, known as COVID-19, has necessitated acceptance and adaptation to new working and learning conditions for educators from different countries. Educational institutions around the world are responding to numerous prohibitions and quarantine rules with the transition to distance learning. Social work in inclusive education is to create conditions for the educational process in which a child with a disability can acquire basic knowledge, skills, social interaction and feedback skills, receive psychological, socio-educational and, if necessary, legal support to meeting their needs. The role of the social worker in the school is leading and undisputed. But modernity requires constant improvement of skills and advanced training. The purpose of the social worker at school is to create a special environment among children. The feedback of a social worker is to overcome fears and prejudices, promote friendships, mutual respect and understanding among students, and improve the cognitive, motor, speech, social, and emotional development of children. The most pressing issue of today’s education system is inclusive education for children with disabilities in a single educational space. Each country has its own experience of special education for children and has gone through a different path from integration to inclusion. Today, in modern Ukraine, the education system is being transformed, the model of inclusive education is gaining wide significance and a new pattern of its development. Attempts to form an inclusive education system have not yet yielded significant results, which is manifested in the constant division of children into «normal majority» and «backward minority». In Ukraine, children with disabilities have long been isolated from their peers. Boarding schools or individual learning provide knowledge, but take away the opportunity to communicate, hinder the socialization of such pupils. This article provides a brief analysis of the pilot project, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science dated 15.07.2016 № 836 «On conducting a scientific and pedagogical experiment «Development of an inclusive environment in the Zaporozhye region». Building an effective system of inclusive education in Ukraine is possible on the basis of the interaction of various factors, first of all, strengthening the financing of education, improving its regulatory support, improving the methodological and staffing of inclusive education. The results of the work can be used in further research on this problem.

Due to the digital technologies and the possibilities of modern means of communication, the functioning of virtual space as a new symbolic environment is a specific form of human being that forms new needs, phobias, cultural markers, new faces of the image of one's own «I» and others. The lack of personal communication, in the context of transfer to the virtual area, opens up unlimited possibilities for a person, allows you to undertake any role, blurs socio-cultural boundaries, forms new personal qualities and the like. A person, while in a virtual space, perceives it as a parallel reality, and himself - as a game character with the corresponding rules.

The modern educational system has a peculiarity: acting as a user, it simultaneously stimulates the development of information and digital technologies. This characteristic is especially come out in the higher education system. At the same time, despite the objective and subjective attractiveness of modern information and digital technologies, it is necessary to realize that their adaptation is, although effective, but still an auxiliary tool in the organization and implementation of the educational process. The introduction of information technologies into the educational process makes it possible to significantly enrich the process of transferring knowledge from teacher to student, to facilitate understanding of complex topics, to level the repetitive monotony in the classroom, to increase the motivation of educational activities, to intensify the activities of students in the classroom, to form a conscious attitude to the educational process, etc. At the same time, the use of information and digital technologies should be justified, logically expedient, designed to complement (and not replace) the teacher's activities in the classroom.
