The article analyzes the process of formation and development of extracurricular education institutions in Poland, which indicates the presence of progressive achievements and positive conditions that affect the creative development of young people. It is proved that in the process of their historical development, extracurricular education institutions have gained significant experience, prestige and formed an integral part of the holistic education system of Poland.The paper reveals that the study of the experience of the Polish system of extracurricular education (on the variety of forms and methods of extracurricular institutions, non-compulsory curriculum, voluntary nature of the contingent, age of the contingent, continuity of the educational process, etc.), is a promising task. It is important to meet the needs of the individual in self-realization – the development of interests, aptitudes, abilities of students and reasonable organization of their free time, finding and supporting young talents, meeting the needs of professional self-determination, obtaining additional education.The necessity of revealing theoretical bases of extracurricular education, systematization and generalization of the historical experience of pedagogical practice is substantiated. The need for structural and historical analysis of extracurricular education is due to the fact that it allows a deeper understanding of trends and patterns of origin and development of many ideas, phenomena and processes in its field, objectively assessing and characterizing them in terms of modernity. In turn, this will help identify promising areas in the development of methods of extracurricular education, their implementation in current conditions.In this regard, historiographical scientific research is becoming relevant in order to organize the experience of educating the younger generation in the cultural and leisure sphere and its important centres, such as extracurricular educational institutions. Presentation of research scientists towards the study of the development potential of the individual and her professional identity; provide a description of the various types of self-determination, justifies the common and what distinguishes professional and personal identity. The authors describe a complex of research and assessment of the level of professional orientation of students and undergraduates of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. The authors presented the author's vision of 3 blocks of psychotechnologies: teaching, developing and information and communication, the use of which in the educational process of the University, will increase the level of their professional orientation and identity. The empirical part shows the selection, methods and procedure of the process of changing professional orientation and identity, as well as the procedure for processing the data obtained. The article also presents the results of a psychodiagnostic study of professional self-determination and professional identity in students of Economics, direction, students of technical orientation in the field of IT technologies, students of psychology: after conducting classes using various psychotechnologies-the results in the group of IT students have not changed much, most students have a pronounced status of "achieved professional identity"; most psychology students have become more understanding of their professional activities-they are characterized by the status of "moratorium"; the vast majority of Economics students have shown a formed professional identity and a high level of professional readiness.

Due to modern economic development in Ukraine, reform in education is creating increasing competitiveness, which in turn puts forward new requirements for the development of professional competencies for various professions. The article highlights the current situation on the labor market, which allows to distinguish modern professional requirements. Therefore, at the present stage, one of the leading problems facing educational institutions is a system of career guidance with applicants, which will help create certain preconditions for motivation to succeed, which in turn will affect future employment. The concept of professional self-determination has been interpreted differently in recent decades. The parallel between human success and the compound need for self-realization is considered. This article analyzes the concept of “professional self-determination” and approaches to determining the factors of determination in classical and modern psychology. The article analyzes and highlights the main problems faced by applicants during professional self-determination. The issues of vocational guidance in educational institutions and its impact on vocational guidance are highlighted. It is observed how the problem of conscious choice of profession seekers affects the further career development of the individual. The article considers important theoretical and methodological approaches to studying the problem of professional self-determination. The concept of “professional self-determination” is analyzed in modern domestic and foreign psychological research. The phases of professionalization formation are determined, and its development in ontogenesis is outlined. Moreover, it describes the components of professional self-awareness of the applicant and how they are identified.

The article reveals the essence and structure of the acmeological experiment and presents the results of empirical research related to the readiness state demonstrated by the future managers of educational institutions for self-projecting and further self-realization. In the process of empirical research, the author’s questionnaire was developed to determine the degree of education manager’s readiness for self-projecting; the respondents of the control and experimental groups were selected; the respondents were questioned; the results of the experiment were processed; the organizational and methodological recommendations aimed at facilitating the development of the readiness of the future education managers for self-projecting were elaborated basing on the experiment results. In order to develop the readiness of managers of educational institutions for self-projecting, a special course «Self-projecting as a way to develop the professional competence of educational managers» has been elaborated, which has been tested in the educational process aimed at training Master course students who obtain their education according to the educational and professional program «Management of an educational institution». This special course was tested during the acmeological experiment. The formation of the abilities to use the self-projecting mechanism for developing the professional competence of an education manager as well as to fulfil the individual plan aimed at developing the professional competence of an education manager in the form of an individual trajectory of self-development and self-improvement are the main results got after mastering the special course. The results of the acmeological experiment showed a significant improvement in the readiness state for self-projecting demonstrated by the future managers of educational institutions who represented the experimental group. Based on the conducted experimental research, the organizational and methodological recommendations aimed at facilitating the development of the readiness of the future education managers for professional self-projecting and self-realization have been elaborated. Introduction. The paper addresses the issue of support of the students involved in a fully online retraining program, which imposes special requirements on the development of the self-education ability. The study aims to establish the conditions for organizing the support of self-education in a digital educational environment. Materials and methods. The study relies on the methodology proposed by G.N. Prozumentova for reconstructing the innovative experience to analyze the reflexive text materials of the Logbook of students of the retraining program; to identify the points of stress, misunderstanding, breaks, and transitions during training; and make an analytical generalization. Results of the study. Categories of difficulties encountered by students of the program in their self-educational activity were identified, and the conditions necessary to support self-education were established. These are points of self-determination, professional trials, points of reflection, and individual educational route. Conclusion. In the context of restrictive measures during the pandemic and the transition to the online educational process, self-skills related to self-education, i.e., self-organization, independence, and self-determination, become essential. These competences are an indispensable part of the work of a tutor. However, before the tutor can support someone, they need to build these self skills themselves. The established conditions in the retraining programs will facilitate this process. At the same time, additional studies are required to reveal in more detail the individual progress of a person under these conditions for building a model for supporting the development of self-education ability, and to determine the methods for tutors to provide the support of this progress. The article presents the analysis of the current domestic research of the problem of self-determination. It is shown that adolescence is a sensitive period for the development of self-determination, but there are not enough studies of its dynamics at this age and ways of the formation. Self-determination is considered in the article as the opposite of addictive behavior, which makes it a resource in terms of prevention of pathological dependencies. Therefore, the proposed approach to optimization of the system of prevention in educational institutions through the development of self-determination in adolescence, based on the development of the spiritual fulfillment of the individual as the main stage of formation of the self. A model of interaction between education experts in the course of prevention of addictive behavior in educational organizations, reflecting the main stages of development of self-determination in the course of maintenance work.

Today, the focus should be on the personality of the scientist, her unique inner world. The main goal of the modern teacher should be to choose such innovative methods and forms of organizing the educational activities of students, which will be aimed at the comprehensive creative development of the person. This includes not only new technical means, but also new forms and methods of teaching, a new approach to organizing the learning process and communication between participants in the educational process. Renewed education should be based on entering the innovative mode of work and professionalization of teachers, their creative self-determination, focus on self-education, self-development and self-improvement. Only the teacher's indifference to knowledge and the use of innovations in his activities will contribute to the education of a successful person. The strategic directions for the development of education, defined within the framework of the implementation of state programs and national projects, determine the formation of the intellectual and cultural potential of the nation by ensuring the constant spiritual improvement of the person. Transformational processes in education provide for the development of the creative, initiative side of a person who is able not only to translate knowledge, but also ready to create new world models of culture and spirituality, new interesting skills.

The article discusses the concept of a professional test, its essence and features of organizing profes-sional tests as an effective way of professional self-determination of young people in public organiza-tions club type at the place of residence. The author investigated the issues vocational guidance work among adolescents through professional trials, the types, forms and results of passing professional tests are considered. Today, the Government of the Russian Federation is developing and implementing measures to create a favorable environment for the stable formation of the sphere additional education of children, because it is this sector of educational activities contributes to the professional definition of adolescents and represented by various organizations, including not the last place assigned to public organizations of the club type at the place of residence. Demand for the participation of children's clubs in the additional education of children caused by the recently complicating situation with the socio-cultural raising children and young people in the amid of growing concern of parents and teachers by creating a safe environment for the pastime of adolescents. A modern public organization of a club type at the place of residence acts a voluntary community of children and adolescents who are united by a common activity according to interests, and contributes to their professional self-determination and self-realization. The purpose of this work is to identify the features activities of organizations in the field of additional education for children in the process self-determination in adolescence and considering an effective way professional self-determination of young people with the help of professional tests. Research of issues of vocational guidance work of organizations in the sphere additional education of children and their role in professional self-determination adolescents was carried out on the basis of works by Russian authors, researching work in the field of additional education for children and sociological aspects of the professional self-determination role of the individual for the choice of the future profession [1-3]. The study made it possible to formulate conclusions about the demand for organizations in the field of additional education for children in the process of professional self-determination and organization of professional tests.
