Due to modern economic development in Ukraine, reform in education is creating increasing competitiveness, which in turn puts forward new requirements for the development of professional competencies for various professions. The article highlights the current situation on the labor market, which allows to distinguish modern professional requirements. Therefore, at the present stage, one of the leading problems facing educational institutions is a system of career guidance with applicants, which will help create certain preconditions for motivation to succeed, which in turn will affect future employment. The concept of professional self-determination has been interpreted differently in recent decades. The parallel between human success and the compound need for self-realization is considered. This article analyzes the concept of “professional self-determination” and approaches to determining the factors of determination in classical and modern psychology. The article analyzes and highlights the main problems faced by applicants during professional self-determination. The issues of vocational guidance in educational institutions and its impact on vocational guidance are highlighted. It is observed how the problem of conscious choice of profession seekers affects the further career development of the individual. The article considers important theoretical and methodological approaches to studying the problem of professional self-determination. The concept of “professional self-determination” is analyzed in modern domestic and foreign psychological research. The phases of professionalization formation are determined, and its development in ontogenesis is outlined. Moreover, it describes the components of professional self-awareness of the applicant and how they are identified.

The article considers the need for a broad view on the technologization of career guidance practices, the importance of which is increasing due to the spread of early professionalization in modern society. The purpose of the article is to identify and substantiate the semantic foundations for the technologization of vocational guidance practices, determined taking into account the process of forming a personal-professional position in the conditions of early professionalization. Research methodology: systemic personality-developing, subjective and technological approaches; methods of theoretical research (analysis, synthesis, generalization, analogy, interpretation, concretization). Attention is drawn to the essential features of personal-professional positioning, the focus is on the attitude to work, profession, personal and professional self-determination. Semantic supports for the design of vocational guidance technologies are identified and justified: the differentiating basis of the stage of life activity; immersion in accessible roles in the field of professional and labor activity and the formation of a value attitude to them; attention to work, the pattern of work of any profession, the formed attitude to work as a value; professional and labor traditions of the family, related features of family identity and family socio-professional trajectory; definition and implementation of personal and professional prospects; preservation and strengthening of personal-professional position.

The article discusses the concept of a professional test, its essence and features of organizing profes-sional tests as an effective way of professional self-determination of young people in public organiza-tions club type at the place of residence. The author investigated the issues vocational guidance work among adolescents through professional trials, the types, forms and results of passing professional tests are considered. Today, the Government of the Russian Federation is developing and implementing measures to create a favorable environment for the stable formation of the sphere additional education of children, because it is this sector of educational activities contributes to the professional definition of adolescents and represented by various organizations, including not the last place assigned to public organizations of the club type at the place of residence. Demand for the participation of children's clubs in the additional education of children caused by the recently complicating situation with the socio-cultural raising children and young people in the amid of growing concern of parents and teachers by creating a safe environment for the pastime of adolescents. A modern public organization of a club type at the place of residence acts a voluntary community of children and adolescents who are united by a common activity according to interests, and contributes to their professional self-determination and self-realization. The purpose of this work is to identify the features activities of organizations in the field of additional education for children in the process self-determination in adolescence and considering an effective way professional self-determination of young people with the help of professional tests. Research of issues of vocational guidance work of organizations in the sphere additional education of children and their role in professional self-determination adolescents was carried out on the basis of works by Russian authors, researching work in the field of additional education for children and sociological aspects of the professional self-determination role of the individual for the choice of the future profession [1-3]. The study made it possible to formulate conclusions about the demand for organizations in the field of additional education for children in the process of professional self-determination and organization of professional tests.

The paper analyzes the concepts «vocational orientation» and «professional self-determination» from subject-object relations. The subjects of vocational guidance are various social institutions such as school, family, state. In the case of professional self-determination, the researcher is interested in the personality of the individual who has to solve a personally significant problem. From the author`s point of view, the cluster approach to the organization of the vocational guidance system allows to coordinate the joint actions of subjects and objects of vocational guidance to achieve the best result.

The article is devoted to the consideration of the functional model of providing professional self-determination of pupils in the conditions of the educational district. It contains a description of the organization of the respective activities of the subjects of vocational guidance activities, which is provided with all available resources of educational districts and takes place in a complex way during the periodic, extra-curricular and extracurricular subject-transformation activities, during the pre-school preparation and profile education of the students of youth. According to the author, the model proves that the professional self-determination of students in the educational district occurs as a process of purposeful and consistent self-modification of the individual, which is carried out under the influence of the vocational guidance activity of the subjects of educational districts coordinated by the only structural unit determined by them in its composition.

Global changes taking place in all spheres of life have influenced the education sector. The school must prepare a graduate who can successfully socialize and be in demand and competitive. That is why the problem of professional self-determination and choice of a future profession by students is especially acute. According to the authors of the article, one of the most important conditions for the successful professional self-determination of students is the vocational guidance environment of the school. The authors give a definition of the concept of "vocational guidance environment". They describe the stages of its formation, and also present the experience of creating a career guidance environment in one of the schools in the Moscow region. The material of the authors can be useful for creating a career guidance environment, early career guidance and pre-professional training of students in educational organizations, which will ensure the emergence of a "new type" graduate - a young person who has the ability to consciously choose a professional path in unity with professional mobility.

The article analyzes the process of formation and development of extracurricular education institutions in Poland, which indicates the presence of progressive achievements and positive conditions that affect the creative development of young people. It is proved that in the process of their historical development, extracurricular education institutions have gained significant experience, prestige and formed an integral part of the holistic education system of Poland.The paper reveals that the study of the experience of the Polish system of extracurricular education (on the variety of forms and methods of extracurricular institutions, non-compulsory curriculum, voluntary nature of the contingent, age of the contingent, continuity of the educational process, etc.), is a promising task. It is important to meet the needs of the individual in self-realization – the development of interests, aptitudes, abilities of students and reasonable organization of their free time, finding and supporting young talents, meeting the needs of professional self-determination, obtaining additional education.The necessity of revealing theoretical bases of extracurricular education, systematization and generalization of the historical experience of pedagogical practice is substantiated. The need for structural and historical analysis of extracurricular education is due to the fact that it allows a deeper understanding of trends and patterns of origin and development of many ideas, phenomena and processes in its field, objectively assessing and characterizing them in terms of modernity. In turn, this will help identify promising areas in the development of methods of extracurricular education, their implementation in current conditions.In this regard, historiographical scientific research is becoming relevant in order to organize the experience of educating the younger generation in the cultural and leisure sphere and its important centres, such as extracurricular educational institutions. The school should prepare a graduate who is able to successfully socialize and be in demand and competitive. That is why the problem of professional self-determination and choice of future profession by students is particularly acute. Training of professional personnel of the XXI century should be carried out in educational institutions with pre-professional training, which is the basis for obtaining quality professional education in the near future. A specially organized environment is needed for the pre-professional training of schoolchildren. That is why the authors turned to the problem of formation of the environment of professional self-determination in Russian schools. The study described the environment of professional self-determination on the basis of early career guidance and pre-professional training of students, which included the following blocks: resources, activities, results. The results obtained in this study can be useful for creating an environment of professional self-determination, early career guidance and pre-professional training of students in educational institutions, which will ensure the emergence of a graduate of a «new type» – a young man with the ability to consciously choose a professional path in unity with professional mobility.
