The purpose of the article is to study and comprehend the essence of credit as a basic economic category and identify the features of bank lending in the agricultural sector of the economy. Research methods. In the process of research a number of methods were used: abstract-logical - for structuring and theoretical substantiation of the essence of the categorical apparatus of credit and credit relations; methods of comparative analysis and synthesis - to study the evolutionary aspects of credit development and credit relations in society; monographic - in identifying and systematizing the characteristics of credit relations in the agricultural sector of the economy; structural and functional approach for the formation of a conceptual vision of credit as an economic category and providing the specifics of the system of bank lending to agricultural enterprises; graphic - to illustrate and systematize the results of the study. Research results. The ambiguity of the interpretation of the credit category in the modern economic literature is revealed. It is proposed to consider the loan as a system of organizational and economic relations between the lender and the borrower, legally enshrined in the loan agreement, on the provision of funds for temporary use on terms of payment, maturity, intended use, security and return. The dualistic nature of credit efficiency is identified and analyzed. The fundamental nature of the impact of the specifics of agriculture on credit relations in the agricultural sector of the economy is assessed. The legitimacy of the existence of a separate mechanism of credit relations in the agar sector of economies is proved. The essential characteristics and features of agricultural credit are systematized and the priority features of objects of crediting in agriculture are covered. Scientific novelty. Theoretical aspects of structuring the interpretation of the essence of credit and credit relations have been further developed. Substantiation of structural components and features of bank lending of the agar sector of the economy. Practical significance. The results of the study can be used by public and sectoral authorities, as well as banking institutions in developing measures to enhance lending to the agricultural sector of the economy. Tabl.: 1. Department of hydraulic engineering and hydraulics FGBNU «VNIIGiM them. A.N. Kostyakova «has a long history. For many years, the department’s staff has been such scientists and water engineers with extensive experience as M.A. Volynov, V.S. Verbitsky, S.S. Medvedev, N.V. Lebedev, B.C. Panfilov, T.G. Voynich-Syanozhentsky, V.A. Golubkova, G.V. Lyapin and others. The department solved a wide range of tasks, the main areas of research were the following: – theoretical and applied hydrodynamics and hydraulics, with reference to the open channel flows that affect the state and level of safety of the hydraulic structures; – integrated use and protection of water bodies – water sources and water sources of water resources used in land reclamation; – development of measures and technical solutions for the protection of objects from the negative effects of water; – theoretical substantiation of works to improve the safety level of the GTS (declaration); – development and implementation of digitalization methods for solving design, construction, operation and control of landreclamation facilities. Currently, promising areas of research is the development of a decision-making algorithm in the designation of measures to rationalize the provision of resources to water amelioration. The algorithm is developed on the basis of a detailed study, systematization and processing of data both on safety and on the efficiency of systems and structures, ensuring the delivery of irrigation water of the required quality and in sufficient quantity from a water source to the field.

Aim. Proper development of animal breeding in the conditions of current global problems and the decrease of anthropogenic burden on environment due to greenhouse gas emissions, caused by animal breeding activity, require the study of interaction processes between animal breeding and external climatic conditions. Methods. The theoretical substantiation of the problem was performed based on scientifi c literature, statistical informa- tion of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization and the data of the National greenhouse gas emissions inventory in Ukraine. Theoretically possible emissions of greenhouse gases into atmosphere due to animal breeding in Ukraine and specifi c farms are calculated by the international methods using the statistical infor- mation about animal breeding in Ukraine and the economic-technological information of the activity of the investigated farms. Results. The interaction between the animal breeding production and weather-and-climate conditions of environment was analyzed. Possible vectors of activity for the industry, which promote global warming and negative processes, related to it, were determined. The main factors, affecting the formation of greenhouse gases from the activity of enterprises, aimed at animal breeding production, were characterized. Literature data, statistical data and calculations were used to analyze the role of animal breeding in the green- house gas emissions in global and national framework as well as at the level of specifi c farms with the consid- eration of individual specifi cities of these farms. Conclusions. Current global problems require clear balance between constant development of sustainable animal breeding and the decrease of the carbon footprint due to the activity of animal breeding.

Abstract Technical support of producers of agrarian products has always been and will remain a topical issue in realities of agrarian sector of Ukraine. In recent years, integrated forms of agricultural enterprises have become more widespread, which make it possible to increase and renew a machine-tractor park of their participants. In course of study four main technologies of soil cultivation and their impact were considered, an amount of necessary machinery and equipment, energy and labor costs, and impact on quality indicators of soil health. Also, main organizational forms of enterprises that provide equipment rental services or perform fieldwork were analyzed. Proposals were made regarding a merger of existing enterprises into agro technical centers, which would increase an efficiency of their functioning and cover functions of regional self-government. Also, the most common forms of machinery usage by agricultural enterprises were considered.

Subject. This article discusses the issues related to the technological infrastructure of agriculture, improving the efficiency of energy resources, minimizing labor and material costs, and ensuring the continuity of the production process. Objectives. The article aims to study methods to improve the technological infrastructure of agricultural enterprises in the digital economy terms. Methods. For the study, we used the methods of comparison and classification. Results. The article describes patterns of development of technological processes in agriculture in the digital economy. Conclusions. The technical fitting-out of agriculture in the digital economy should be considered as a set of measures to prepare the industry for the production of high-quality products, which implies the use of digital technologies that minimize human participation in the production process.
