The purpose of the community service is to provide knowledge to the women villagers, so that they can set the expiration date for their product and to facilitate the PIRT (Home Industry Production) number registration. The method is carried out by inviting guest speakers from the Kutai Kartanegara District Health Office regarding the certification of home industry production. The results of the community service revealed that the partners increased their abilities as indicated by the post test score is over 60.

This service focuses on Performance-Based Budgeting at Muhammadiyah 06 Dau School, Malang Regency. The purpose of this service is to improve the quality, realization, control and evaluation of performance-based budgets. The method used in the community service program uses the method in this service is through several stages, namely: determining the vision, mission and objectives; Determination of Activities; FGD to prepare budget components. The results of this training are in the form of knowledge and expertise in performance-based budgeting. The pre-test score of the training participants was on average 60 and after the training was carried out the post-test the average score increased to 93.

Hypertension is still a global problem, therefore, even affecting the citizens of Indonesia. Among 10 most common diseases in Jombang regency, hypertension was ranked second in 2017. One of the efforts in overcoming hypertension was by monitoring hypertension cases through Noncommunicable Diseases (NCD) surveillance system strengthening. However, the completeness of the MSS hypertension reports in Jombang region was low.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the monitoring of hypertension cases based on surveillance attributes in the Jombang District Health Office throughout 2018. This study was conducted using the qualitative evaluation method. The research subject was NCD surveillance, specifically in monitoring hypertension cases in the Jombang District Health Office. The determination of the informants used purposive sampling. The research informants consist of NCD officers in Jombang District Health Office, and NCD officers in 2 selected primary healthcare centers. The data collection technique used interview guidelines and document observation where data analysis was performed descriptively. The results show in the assessment of surveillance attributes of simplicity, acceptability, positive predictive value, data quality, and stability the results were low. While, flexibility, sensitivity, representativeness, and timeliness cannot be assessed. The conclusion was that the assessment of the surveillance attributes was quite good, but there are still obstacles in its implementation, namely incomplete reports, no attendance records, and so on. This study suggests to implement attendance records in each unit allowing the reported data to be used for planning in preventing hypertension.Keywords: evaluation, hypertention, surveillance attribute.

Food industry personnel, including coffee shops, do not have the opportunity to work from home and are required to continue working at work as usual. By holding outreach on food safety keeping all workers in food production and supply chains healthy and safe is critical to surviving the current pandemic. Maintaining the movement of food along the food chain is an important function that needs to be contributed by all stakeholders along the food chain. The purpose of this community service is to increase knowledge or information about food safety for food or beverage handlers so that coffee shops are better prepared to deal with COVID-19 conditions. To facilitate the communication of counseling using poster, and divided the discussion of food safety into 4, namely: 1) food safety of producers; 2) food safety distributors; 3) food safety of consumers 4) Food safety of food production. After being given counseling, an evaluation was carried out by measuring employee knowledge using a comparison of pre-test and post-test questionnaires given through the google form. The results of the evaluation stated that all employees in the eight coffee shops had increased knowledge about food safety. Most of the employees felt that community service activities with counseling were useful for maintaining security in coffee shops so that they could make employees and customers feel safe and comfortable.   Abstrak: Insan industri makanan, termasuk kedai kopi, tidak memiliki kesempatan untuk bekerja dari rumah dan diharuskan untuk tetap bekerja di tempat kerja seperti biasa. Dengan mengadakan sosialisasi tentang keamanan pangan, menjaga semua pekerja dalam produksi pangan dan rantai pasokan tetap sehat dan aman sangat penting untuk bertahan dari pandemi saat ini. Menjaga pergerakan makanan di sepanjang rantai makanan merupakan fungsi penting yang perlu disumbangkan oleh semua pemangku kepentingan di sepanjang rantai makanan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan atau informasi tentang keamanan pangan bagi penjamah makanan atau minuman sehingga warung kopi lebih siap menghadapi kondisi COVID-19. Untuk memudahkan komunikasi, penyuluhan menggunakan poster dan membagi pembahasan keamanan pangan menjadi 4, yaitu: 1) keamanan pangan produsen; 2) distributor keamanan pangan; 3) keamanan pangan konsumen 4) Keamanan pangan produksi pangan. Setelah diberikan penyuluhan, dilakukan evaluasi dengan mengukur pengetahuan karyawan menggunakan perbandingan kuesioner pre-test dan post-test yang diberikan melalui google form. Hasil evaluasi menyatakan bahwa seluruh karyawan di delapan kedai kopi tersebut mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang keamanan pangan. Sebagian besar karyawan merasa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan penyuluhan bermanfaat untuk menjaga keamanan di warung kopi sehingga dapat membuat karyawan dan pelanggan merasa aman dan nyaman.

Gresik as one of the 38 districts and cities in East Java has the complexity of the problems of youth development, especially the number of unemployment. The subject for this community service program covers Karang Taruna Glanggang and karang Taruna Gadukan in the area of Gresik Regency. The youth has positive motivation in joining organization and became important point to create the youth to have ability to be an entrepreneur by local potention from the local village. Several programs were implemented in the form of enhancing youth entre¬preneur mindset, training of fish processing, marketing and financial administration also consultancy program. The outcome of this program;a. The emerging of start-up business b. PIRT licensing in Gresik District Health Office for processed fish products.

Premenstrual syndrome characterized by affective, physical, and behavior symptoms with moderate to severe grade, that usually recurrent every luteal phase of menstrual cycle and disappear within menstruation. The frequency of premenstrual syndrome is still high, in Indonesia and all over the world. To overcome this situation, there should be a health promotion. The aim of this community service was to increase the girl’s knowledge of premenstrual syndrome. This community service was held in one day on November 2016 in public islamic high school MAN 2 Palembang. The schedule was start with pre test consist of 15 questions, counseling sesssion using power point media, discussion session, and post test consist of the same questions to measure the knowledge after counseling. Pre test score showed that 13.9% students had good knowledge and post test score showed an increase of good knowledge (66.7%). Conclusion, heatlh education through counseling method bring a change of knowledge.

Nutritional status in athletes is one of the important factors that affect athlete performance. Athlete's knowledge of nutrition is still lacking. Malnutrition and other health problems are found many in athletes. The purpose of this activity is trained athletes to improve the understanding of nutritional status and measure anthropometry to improve performance. This training contains materials that is needed to improve athlete's knowledge on nutritional status and anthropometric measurements. Further it can be used in the training process or in match conditions. This community service activity was attended by 29 participants consisting of female and male athletes as well as handball trainers. The activity is carried out online. Before and after the training participants fill out a google form for data on body weight, height, and questions about training materials. From the results of data processing, the average height for male athletes was 176 ± 6.33cm and for female athletes 164 ± 5.79cm. Meanwhile, the body weight of female athletes is 60.5 ± 8.3kg and male athletes are 74.02 ± 9.05kg. BMI in female athletes is 22.5 ± 2.2kg / m2 and in male athletes 23.88 ± 1.88 kg / m2. The mean pre-test score for female athletes was 60.35 ± 11.09, while for male athletes it was 60.35 ± 14.69. The average post-test score for female athletes was 67.85 ± 11.90, while for male athletes the average post-test score was 72.5 ± 9.20. Thus, the difference (gain) change in post-test scores to pre-test in female athletes is 12.43% and 20.12% in men. From this training, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the knowledge of handball athletes regarding nutritional status, nutrition, and dietary regulation in athletes. It is hoped that further this community service activity can be carried out in terms of determining the calorie and nutritional needs of athletes as well as athletes can be given knowledge about how to make food menus according to the needs of athletes.

Abstract The change in the BKPK Cooperative system from a conventional pattern to a Sharia pattern in which Islamic legal principles are an important part of the Cooperative's business activities based on fatwas has also an impact on the use of contracts in the collection of funds and in the distribution of funding. Increasing education and socialization that is more structured and systematic after the conversion is absolutely necessary as an effort to increase the competency of the human resources management and members of the Cooperative. As a manifestation of the implementation of the College's tasks, community service activities are carried out using the Pupular Education method, which is devoted to learning with the community or strengthening community abilities, potential and assets. Out of all 30 participants, only 4 (13.3%) have received training on Sharia or Sharia Cooperative training. While the remaining 26 participants (86.7%) had never attended training. The average value of the competency test results of the participants after the training, generally increased. For sharia maqasid competencies, the average pre test score was 6.67 points, an increase of 60% or the average post test score was 16.50 points. The competency value of Fatwa, Deposit Agreement and Financing during pre-test was 16.17 points, increasing by 43% or becoming 28.50 points during post-test. The competency value of the Operational Mechanism during the pre-test was 11.50 points, increasing by 55% or becoming 25.33 points during the post-test. As an accumulation of the three competencies, the average post test score of participants was 72.5 points with the lowest score being 50 points and the highest score being 95 points. Abstrak Perubahan sistem Koperasi BKPK dari pola konvensional menjadi pola Syariah di mana prinsip hukum Islam menjadi bagian penting dalam kegiatan usaha Koperasi dengan berdasarkan fatwa berdampak pula pada penggunaan akad-akad dalam penghimpunan dana maupun dalam penyaluran pembiayaan. Peningkatan edukasi dan sosialisasi yang lebih terstruktur dan sistematis pasca konversi menjadi mutlak dilakukan sebagai upaya peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia pengurus dan anggota Koperasi. Sebagai wujud dari implementasi tugas Perguruan Tinggi, maka dilaksanaknlah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan menggunakan metode Pendidikan Masyarakat, yakni kegiatan pengabdian yang ditujukan untuk belajar bersama masyarakat atau menguatkan kemampuan, potensi dan aset masyarakat. Dari seluruh peserta pelatihan yang berjumlah 30 orang, hanya sebanyak 4 orang peserta (13.3%) yang sudah pernah mendapatkan pelatihan tentang syariah atau Koperasi Syariah pelatihan. Sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 26 orang peserta (86.7%) belum pernah mengikuti training. Nilai rata-rata hasil test kompetensi para peserta pasca training, umumnya mengalami kenaikan. Untuk kompetensi maqasid syariah, nilai rata-rata pre test adalah 6.67 poin mengalami kenaikan sebesar 60% atau rata-rata nilai post test adalah 16.50 poin. Nilai kompetensi Fatwa, Akad Simpanan dan Pembiayaan saat pre test adalah 16.17 poin mengalami kenaikan sebesar 43% atau menjadi 28.50 poin saat post test. Nilai kompetensi Mekanisme Operasional saat pre test adalah 11.50 poin mengalami kenaikan sebesar 55% atau menjadi 25.33 poin saat post test. Secara akumulasi dari ketiga kompetensi tersebut, nilai rata rata post test peserta adalah 72.5 poin dengan nilai terendah adalah 50 poin dan nilai tertinggi 95 poin.

An Elementary school (SD) children are one of the main targets of street food vendors. These snacks provide energy and some nutrients for those who consume it. However, there are things to be alert  from street food, especially in terms of food safety. There are still many street food that made using food additives (colourings, sweeteners, preservatives, etc.) that do not meet the requirements. This can cause poisoning and even Extraordinary Events. Based on this, it is necessary to provide education about street food for elementary school children so that they can choose the healthy street food. Given the unfavorable situation, education is conducted online through Google Meet (Gmeet). The theme raised in this education is "Great Children Have Healthy Snacks" and the targets are 5th graders at ABATA Islamic School Elementary School, Karawang. The education event was carried out twice, on January 14 and 21, 2021. To find out whether the participants had understood the material presented, a pre-test and post-test were conducted. This activity has increased students' nutritional knowledge. This can be seen from the average post-test score which is higher than the pre-test

In community service, especially village administration, ideally, village officials have essential Microsoft word competencies. However, from the report from the village apparatus of Gelang, only one person who mastered the basic Microsoft word was not comprehensive. Basic Microsoft word skills are considered necessary by the village apparatus of Gelang. This material chose because this material has not been mastered and deemed to be most often needed to handle the Gelang village office's administration, so it is necessary to hold basic Microsoft word training activities for the village apparatus of Gelang. This activity was born on September 7, 2016, introducing the presenter followed by a pre-test to determine the participants' initial abilities. After that, the presentation of material about basic Microsoft word accompanied by mentoring, practice, discussion and ended with a post-test continued with the material's production. The activity evaluation data shows that the participant's post-test scores' lowest score wa perfect compared to the participant's pre-test scores. The lowest score for the participant's post-test was 75, and the highest score for the participant was 90 compared to the pre-test score with the highest score only reaching 60/ Thus, it can say that there was a significant increase in the score.

AbstractJKN fraud prevention systems in hospitals Menggala as Referral Health Facility Advanced (FKRTL). With creating Fraud Prevention Team, based on Decree of Hospital Director Menggala with SK No. 800/876/III.12/ TB/IX/2015 on Fraud Prevention Team. One of the team task activity is to undertake prevention, detection and prosecution of fraud JKN. The system has been built in an effort to prevent hospitals Menggala JKN in accordance with the Decree by health minister regulation Number 36 of 2015. Then, System complaints or reports of fraud in hospitals Menggala JKN performed by writing format addressed to the Fraud Prevention Team. Complaints or reports of alleged fraud JKN, must consist of at least include: identity of the complainant, name and address of the agency that was suspected doing fraud action JKN, and the reason for the complaint. In the event of the case if there any disagreement on the determination of whether there is a fraud JKN or none, the Provincial Health Office or the District Health Office/City may forward complaints to fraud prevention team JKN was established by the Minister. Keywords: Cheating (fraud), Prevention, Complaint.  AbstrakSistem pencegahan penipuan JKN di rumah sakit Menggala sebagai Sarana Rujukan Kesehatan Lanjutan (FKRTL). Salah satu kegiatan tugas tim adalah melakukan pencegahan, deteksi dan penuntutan penipuan JKN. Sistem ini telah dibangun dalam upaya untuk Mencegah rumah sakit Menggala JKN sesuai dengan Surat Keputusan oleh menteri kesehatan Nomor 36 Tahun 2015. Kemudian, keluhan System atau laporan kecurangan di rumah sakit Format Menggala JKN dilakukan dengan menulis ditujukan kepada Penipuan yang Tim pencegahan. Keluhan atau laporan dugaan penipuan JKN, harus Terdiri dari setidaknya meliputi: identitas pelapor, nama dan alamat lembaga yang diduga aksi penipuan JKN lakukan, dan alasan untuk keluhan. Dalam hal terjadi jika ada ketidaksepakatan pada penentuan apakah ada JKN penipuan atau tidak, Dinas Kesehatan Propinsi atau Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten / Kota dapat meneruskan keluhan untuk pencegahan penipuan tim JKN didirikan oleh Menteri. Kata Kunci: Kecurangan, Pencegahan, Keluhan.
