The modern period of development of society is subject to a strong infl uence on it of information technologies, which, in turn, penetrate into all spheres of human life, forming a global information space. An integral and important part of such processes is the informatization of education. The introduction of technology makes it possible to qualitatively change the methods and forms of the learning process, making it more comfortable and aff ordable. In our country, one of the top priorities has always been to get quality education and useful skills. However, for several reasons, there are certain obstacles to the full implementation of technology in the learning process. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the transition of education to an innovative development path. The article discusses the experience of introducing information technology in the educational process in order to improve and move to a new level. A comparative analysis of existing approaches and achievements using information technologies is carried out. Attention is paid to Russian educational online projects and the costs of their implementation.

In the educational process, it is not the information technology itself that is important, but the extent to which its use serves to achieve the actual educational goals. The choice of means of communication should be determined by content, not technology. This means that the choice of technologies should be based on the study of the content of training courses, the degree of necessary activity of trainees, their involvement in the learning process, specific goals and expected learning outcomes. The result of training depends not on the type of communication and information technologies, but on the quality of the development and provision of courses.

Данная статья посвящена роли информационных технологий в научноисследовательской деятельности вуза, изучению проблем внедрения, развития и использования современных информационных технологий в науке и образовании. Раскрывает актуальность применения информационных технологий с точки зрения повышения эффективности автоматизации информационных процессов, что является необходимым условием для ускорения темпов научнотехнического прогресса. В статье акцентируется внимание на роль компьютерных технологий в приобретении навыков получения научных доказательств и проведения научноисследовательских работ с использованием методов компьютерного моделирования. При разработке междисциплинарных научных проектов использование информационных технологий лает возможность выработать научноисследовательскую составляющую для творческого подхода решения поставленной научной проблемы Информационные технологии, которые составляют фундаментальную основу образовательной и научноисследовательской деятельности вуза, позволяют повысить качество высшего образования на многоуровневой платформе. This article focuses on the role of information technology (IT), the study of the problems of implementation, development and use of modern information technology in science and education. Modern IT is defined as the continuous processing, storage, transmission and display of information aimed at the effective use of information resources, computer equipment and data transmission in the management of systems of various classes and purposes. Information technologies affect all aspects of human life, significantly increasing the degree of automation of all information processes, which is a prerequisite for accelerating the pace of scientific and technological progress. Information technology plays an important role in ensuring information interaction between people. The use of computer technology in education can improve the quality of education, create new means of educational impact in learning. The article is devoted to the analysis and research of information technologies and mobile applications for the preparation of university students. Analyzed the actual problems of preparing students in terms of mobile devices. Various Google Apps services are explored with the help of which you can get wide opportunities for information education. Applying educational information technologies, it can be noted that learning becomes interactive, enhances the intensity of the learning process. Introduction. Ensuring livelihood in to- day's information society has a number of specific re- quirements for all its members. At present, it is impossible to imagine modern industries, science, education, culture, sports and economics, without the use of computers; they help a person in work, study, research, recreation, etc. Therefore, characteristic of the current stage of develop- ment of society – the formation of the information society – is the widespread introduction of computer technology in all spheres of human life, including in the training of spe- cialists in various specialties, practical psychologists in particular. But, as the experience of practical activity in this field shows, it is computer technologies that open up fundamentally new opportunities and, as a result, have gained recognition and spread in the developed countries of the world, are extremely little used by domestic psy- chologists. Purpose. Consider the possibility of using information technology in the work of professional psychologists; develop a program of specialized training for the training of future psychologists. Methods. Analysis, synthesis, systematization, speci- fication, generalization. Results. As a result of the research, the training course "Information Technologies in Psychology" was concluded, which is intended for students studying in the 3rd year in the specialty "Psychology" at the National University "Lviv Polytechnic" Originality. The original is the adaptation of knowledge about modern information technology for the training and professional activities of practical psycholo- gists. Conclution. 1. Modern computer technology provides ample opportunities in all areas of human activity, some of which can be used in the training of future professional psychologists. 2. Their application provides new opportu- nities for employees of psychological services in various institutions, allows to implement previously unavailable techniques, which expands the range of services provided and improves the level of customer satisfaction. 3. The use of modern computer technology allows a practical psychologist to rise to a new, higher level of professional- ism, in almost all activities.

In the proposed article, the authors present the results of research related to the use of information technology resources, which were conducted in two preschool institutions in Plock. The article emphasizes the importance of introducing the various means of modern information technology in the lessons. In preschool education, as in other fields of education, the using of information technology resources is very useful and has a positive attitude of the children, which increases the effectiveness of didactic and educational interactions in the educational process. The use of modern technologies is an attempt to achieve educational reform. It is also an opportunity to present interesting and innovative activities that accelerate and promote the acquisition of various skills. The author also emphasizes that the constant use of a computer can lead to addiction, which in turn will lead to aggression, fatigue, frustration, insomnia, and loss of health, such as impaired vision, severe spinal defects, caused by lack of movement. Such results are presented by numerous developments. The aim of the article is to find «the golden mean» — the appropriate ways, methods, forms of introducing information technology into the didactic process from the beginning of education, from an early age. The article presents an attempt to outline the problems associated with the introduction of ICT use and to inform about them. The data obtained as a result of the study highlight another issue: the arrangement of public kindergartens doesn’t improve the quality of teachers’ work. Many educators still avoid modern technologies (due to their age, lack of skills in operating modern equipment, beliefs, etc.). Young teachers who want to work on the basis of modern technology, they are much more open to such work. Therefore, it is important for the city to consider the possibility of introducing teacher training courses for the development of all innovations.

In this paper the role of globalization on society has been discussed and in particular, the consequences of globalization’s direct impact on the process of learning English by tourism graduates in higher education. Also, during the conducted survey, it was emphasized that over the past few decades advancements in information technology have had a profound on the global landscape as well as on the progression of globalization. The goal of this research is to investigate the positive effects of the application of information technologies in the professional English learning process for tourism specialty students. The research is focused on defining the benefits of incorporating them into the way of acquiring necessary language skills and abilities by tourism specialty students. The data used is collected from official documents, articles, reports, and the sources of organizations in the field of education. The findings of this research draw attention to the speedy infusion of information technologies into the field of education. Some of these outcomes are as follows: firstly, it has been discovered at this point that the active usage of information technology has become an integral part of the tourism students’ preparation in the frame of tertiary education; secondly, it has been revealed and justified on the developed structural-functional model that the technology provides the means by which the English learning efficiency can be increased assisting tourism specialty students in competing and maintaining a completive professional advantage in the global environment and marketplace as well. Furthermore, the present article is an attempt to understand, analyze and provide an overall picture on basic aspects of English for Specific Purposes (English for Tourism): its definition, scope, characteristics and aims. Despite the English for Tourism teaching objectives, it also discusses the structural-functional model of modern information technologies usage in the educational process on the example of studying the module "Global tourism: International Benefits and Threats". Broadly speaking, the designed investigation related to information technologies application in professional English learning process for tourism specialty students has vividly witnessed its unbiased value and beneficial implementation in the higher education system. Our statement can be supported with a plenty of persuasive facts, such as follows: modern tools make English for Tourism learning process much more interesting, flexible, available; newest technologies are supposed to shape “soft skills” in tourism specialty students making them more competitive on the tourism global marketplace. To summarize, information technology benefits both traditional education institutions and online educational models of learning English for Tourism in fundamental ways.

Abstract Over the past decade in the world there has significantly increased the process of globalization, which resulted in high demand for the profession of a translator. For future interpreters it is important to be well informed, to know innovations of the sector, which they have chosen as the major. Therefore, the translator should be able to search for information, and critically evaluate it. The article deals with the analysis of the application of modern information technology in the future translators training at the universities of the EU countries. The analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature that investigated aspects of information technology training of future translators at the universities has been made. The most widespread of information technologies that are applied during the translators’ training process have been defined, the possibilities of their application have been grounded. Countries, cities, universities of European Union where such training is carried out have been pointed out. Also it should be mentioned that the characteristic feature of interpreters' higher education in Europe is that the training program tend to a specialization profile. Their main types are: full program of higher education and independent graduate programs of specialized nature. The skills development of using computer technology makes an important contribution towards improving the quality of education during the professional activity. The change and correction of programs in accordance with the development of information technologies, informatization process, professional translators' interests are carried out in education systems. In the process of professional training there are used the methods that are aimed at the intensification of the processes of self-education and self-development. An important provision of the Bologna process is the focus of higher education establishments on educational results: knowledge and skills of the graduates should be applied and practically used.
