This study identifies and analyzes optimization by work morale to mediate leadership style, work environment, and communication on the performance of employees of PT. State Electricity Company (PLN PERSERO) Customer Service Unit. This research was conducted using a quantitative, descriptive approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. State Electricity Company (PLN PERSERO) of the Customer Service Unit, amounting to 48. We use path analysis techniques to determine the direct and indirect relationship between leadership style, work environment, and communication on employee performance. As well as how the enthusiasm of work mediates the variables of leadership, work environment, and communication on the performance of employees in the Nuisance Services Division at the PT State Electricity Company, Network Service Unit. The results of this study conclude that (1) leadership style has a positive effect on morale, (2) leadership style directly has a positive effect on work performance, (3) work environment has a positive effect on morale, (4) the work environment directly has a positive effect on work performance. (5) Communication has a positive effect on morale, (6) communication directly has a positive effect on work performance, (7) work performance has a positive effect on morale. (8) Leadership style indirectly positively influences work performance through work morale as an intervening variable, (9) work environment has a positive effect on work performance through work morale as an intervening variable, (10) communication style positively influences work performance through work morale as an intervening variable in service division employees at PT. State Electricity Company (PLN PERSERO) Customer Service Unit.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between leadership style and non-physical work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of BBTKLPP Yogyakarta. This research method uses quantitative descriptive using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study using the sesnus technique, where all populations are taken, each population has the same opportunity to be sampled. The number of samples taken in this study were 110 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.042 <0.05, so hypothesis I was accepted. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so hypothesis II is accepted. Leadership style has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.455 > 0.05, so hypothesis III is rejected. Non-fictional work environment has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.256 > 0.05, so hypothesis IV is rejected. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.006 < 0.05 (p <0.05), so hypothesis V is accepted. Leadership style on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 1.57 < 1.96 then hypothesis VI is rejected. Non-physical work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 2.51> 1.96 then hypothesis VII is accepted. Performance in an organization is considered important to achieve the goals and objectives set by the organization. To achieve such a professional performance in the police organization, especially on the Satrkrim Polresta Padang as which has been regulated by law, motivation is needed for each of its members. In all the national police organizations without exception and especially Sat Reskrim Polresta Padang has adopted a democratic leadership style which is based on eleven principles of Ki Hajar Dewantara. The variables described in the study are motivation (X1), leadership style (X2), work environment (X3) and employee performance (Y). The hypothesis described by the researcher is 1) the effect of motivation on performance, 2) the influence of leadership style on performance and 3) the influence of the work environment on performance. Based on the results of the study, the authors get conclusions which between motivation and leadership style both have a significant and positive effect on the performance of police members while for the work environment researchers get negative and not significant results on the performance of police members, especially members of the Sat Reskrim Polresta Padang.

This study aims to determine how much Effect of Employee Competence and Organizational Climate on the Quality of Customer Service in One Stop Integrated Service Unit West Jakarta Administration, by taking a sample of 93 respondents. Both independent variables and the dependent variable is operationalized by research method as follows: Sampling is done by using the technique sampling; Scoring of answers of respondents using a Likert Scale Technique; using Quantitative Descriptive Data Analysis. From the above results, it can be concluded that the hypothesis that the authors propose is acceptable, because there is a positive Effect of Employee Competence and Organizational Climate either partially or simultaneously on the Quality of Customer Service in One Stop Integrated Service Unit West Jakarta Administration.

<p><em>This study aims to examine and analyze the Influence of Leadership Style, Incentives and Work Environment on Job Performance in Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Bogor Regency. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and implemented for 118 employees. Data analysis in this research using SPSS version 24.</em></p><p><em>The results of this study explain that between leadership style, incentive and work environment have a significant influence on the performance of employees partially and simultaneously. For the variable that has the most dominant influence on the work performance is the style of leadership, so to obtain optimal employee performance hence leadership style factors, incentives and work environment needs to be improved.</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to study the influence of Leadership Style, motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee performance at PT. Agro Nusantara facilities in Medan. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. With a total of 163 people in this study, as many as 163 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that the leadership style (X1) has a positive influence on the performance of employees of PT SAN Medan. The results showed motivation (X2) had a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT SAN. The results showed work discipline (X3) work discipline did not have a positive or significant effect on employee performance at PT Sarana Agro Nusantara Medan.

The Office of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of Yapen Islands Regency, Papua, as a local government agency is obliged to foster, protect, and pay attention to issues related to industry, trade, cooperatives, and small and medium enterprises. Good employee performance is important in order to support the smooth running of official duties. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work discipline, work ethic and work environment on employee work performance at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, Yapen Islands Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The sample used in this study were 66 respondents. The hypothesis was tested by multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee work performance, the higher the level of employee discipline, the higher the work performance. Work ethic has a significant positive effect on employee work performance, the better the work ethic of the employee, the better the work performance. The work environment has a significant positive effect on employee work performance, the better the work environment, the better the employee's work performance.

This study aims to determine how much influence the compensation, work motivation work environment has on employee performance in the Kerinci district education office. The analytical method used is regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results of the analysis show that the compensation, work environment and work motivation variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance variables, together. The amount of Adjusted R Square is 0.682. This means that 68.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the three independent variables of compensation, work environment and work motivation. While the remaining 31.8% is explained by other variables outside this study such as job satisfaction, work performance and others.

An employee who has a high performance and better able to support the achievement of the goals and objectives set by the company. Employees can work well if you have a high performance that can produce good work anyway. With the high- performance that employees, is expected to achieve organizational goals. This study examines the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction to be intervening variable. Data on compensation, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance obtained through observation, record keeping and questioner with respondents. The data obtained are then analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). Statistical tests results showed  (1) the compensation proved significant positive effect on job satisfaction the path coefficient of 0.434 and T-Stats for 4.880, (2) work environment proved to be a significant positive effect on job satisfaction the path coefficient of 0.434 and T-Stats for 4.074, (3) job satisfaction proved to be a significant positive effect on employee performance the path coefficient of 0.264 and T-Stats for 2.458, (4) compensation proved positive and significant effect employee performance the path coefficient of 0.242 and T-Stats for 2.912, (5) work environment proved positive and significant effect employee performance the path coefficient of 0.378 and T-Stats for 3.343. Based on test results obtained statistical results of all variables positive and signicant impact.

This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Khrisna Multi Lintas Cemerlang with the research population were all employees who work in the company. All data obtained from questionnaires were suitable for use, then were analyzed by using structural equation model based on variant analysis which is known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this research shows that the leadership style has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the leadership style has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has positive and significant on employee performance. The implication of this research was that the leadership needs to give freedom to subordinate to express their opinions, the workplace air temperature was well regulated, the work that was charged according to the ability and expertise, always guided by the company standard in carrying out each task and the employee has high knowledge in solving problem

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawa dewan pelaksana pengelola masjid agung jawa tengah. Peneletian ini menggunakan metode sensus data dari 119 responden. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratisdi peroleh nilai t hitung 6,125 > 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Variabel disiplin kerja di peroleh nilai t hitung – 1,419 < 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,159 > 0,05 artinya disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa TengahBerdasarkan hasil uji F (simultan) diketahui bahwa F hitung > F tabel (20,337 > 2,68), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan atau bersama – sama gaya kepemimpinan demokratif dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif sigifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) terhadap variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja menunjukan pengaruh terhadap kinerja kariawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah sebesar 24,7%. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 24,7% = 74,3%) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of democratic leadership style and work discipline on the work performance of the executive board of managers of the Central Java Grand Mosque. This research uses census data method from 119 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis using a partial test (t test) democratic leadership style variables in the t value obtained 6.125> 1.657 (t table) with a significance level of 0.000 F table (20,337> 2.68), so that it can be concluded that simultaneously or together the democratic leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) on the variables of democratic leadership style and work discipline showed an influence on the performance of caribou on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque manager at 24,7%. While the rest (100% - 24,7% = 75,3%) can be explained by other variables outside this study. Keywords: Career Performance, Democratic Leadership Style, Work Discipline
