The services provided so far there are still some shortcomings related to physical aspects and human resources. To find out how the level of satisfaction of students with academic services is needed a study especially related to several factors including evidence of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The research used was a questionnaire with multiple validity, reliability and linear regression analysis. Result of validity and reliability test, all items are declared valid because result of each test value rhitung> 0,279 and reliable because value of Alpha> 0,6. Regression result Y = 1,276 + 0,195 tangible + 0,093 reliability + 0,077 responsiveness + 0,508 emphaty + 0,340 assurance. In the F test (Anova) obtained Fcount of 31,426> Ftabel value which means that independent variable together effect to student's satisfaction. While in t test, the variable that has significant effect on student satisfaction is assurance variable with t count 2,953> from ttable value 2.015 and significance value equal to 0.005. Keywords: service, service quality.

Kahala Citra Indonesia where we will know how big the contribution is given by three variable of person-organiszation fit  against employee commitment. Method of research is use statistical appliance as a mmeans of test and analysis of data utilizes regression technique and multiple correlations, measurement scale used is interval scale. Frame sample in this research is employee at PT. Kahala Citra Indonesia a year on working, there are 103 questionnaire spread out to employee at PT. Kahala Citra Indonesia. Before data been analyzed, gathered data is tested with validity and reliability test, furthermore data is analyzed with  multiple linier regression analysis with econometrics test which contains multicolinierity and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis handed in this research is received which means incentive and work environment benefits has influence against employee commitment with degree of significance 5%. All independent variable which consists of match between the person with the purpose of organization, match between the person with the value of organization, match between the person with organizational climate, have an significant effect on dependent variable (employee commitment) which deliver match between the person with the organizational climate variable has dominant partial influence against  employee commitment with standardized coefficient beta 0,399. Based on regression result, there is no multicolinierity and heteroscedasticity tendency.   Keywords : person-organiszation fit , employee commitment

This research was conducted at University Banten Jaya (UNBAJA). The purpose of this research were: 1) to know how the quality of academic service. 2) to know how student satisfaction. 3) to know how the influence of academic service to the level of student satisfaction. In this research data collection technique was spreading  questionnaires for 322 respondents(19,5%)  of 1.649 populations. The method used in this research was descriptive. The Data analysis included, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (residual normality, heteroscedasticity, linearity), correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, significance test (f test, t test, coefficient of determination). The results were data analysis has been done obtained results where the academic services included into the category of "High Service Quality" (62,28%).  Meanwhile, the level of student satisfaction "Satisfied" category (0,81). And the influence of academic service to the level of student satisfaction was 0,678, it meant that the influence of Academic Service (X) on Student Satisfaction Level was 67,80% and 32,2% was influenced by other variable. Governance quality measurement of an educational institution is one of the main factors that can impact on the image of the college and the student loyalty. This article aims to describe and analyze the student satisfaction level of the academic administration services of IAIN Kendari staff. The research sample amounted to 88 students from 752 population numbers. The research instruments were structured using a service satisfaction indicator which refers to the tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy aspects. The data were analyzed by using the Student Satisfaction Index analysis technique. The result of students’ satisfaction of academic agency activities was in satisfactory category. Besides, an interesting empirical finding in this research was the level of students’ satisfaction of the service positively correlates with the number of the employees. That is, the higher the number of employees, the higher the level of satisfaction of the service and vice versa. This indicates the need for the proportional distribution of academic administrative personnel in order to provide the more qualified academic service.

Abstract Students, their families, employers and the government want the assurance that students will get “good quality” education. The question is: what does “good quality education” mean? This paper seeks to provide the answer as well as some concrete criteria and proposals to improve the objectives and quality of the education systems. We argue in this study that the quality of higher education and student satisfaction is a cumulative construct, summing various facets and variables of the educational institution, such as technical, functional, infrastructure, interaction and atmosphere variables. In this research we describe a study involving a new instrument, i.e. the 5Qs model and a new method which assures the reasonable level of relevance, validity and reliability, while being explicitly change-oriented. The main goal of the empirical part of this study is not to evaluate the performance of the staff or to analyze the student assessment or satisfaction, rather to test the new 5Qs model. The use of the 5Q dimensions provides both a structure for designing a higher education quality measurement instrument and a framework for prioritizing results and findings.

The European Higher Education Area (EHEA) recommends the use of new educational methodologies and the evaluation of student satisfaction. Different instruments have been developed in Spain to evaluate different aspects such as clinical decisions and teamwork, however no instruments have been found that specifically evaluate student self-confidence and satisfaction during clinical simulation. The aim was to translate the Student Satisfaction and Self-Confidence in Learning Scale (SCLS) questionnaire into Spanish and analyse its reliability and validity and understand the level of satisfaction and self-confidence of nursing students with respect to learning in clinical simulations. The study was carried out in two phases: (1) adaptation of the questionnaire into Spanish. (2) Cross-sectional study in a sample of 489 nursing students. The reliability and exploratory and confirmatory factorial analyses were performed. To analyse the relationship of the scale scores with the socio-demographic variables, the Fisher Student T-test or the ANOVA was used. The scale demonstrated high internal consistency reliability for the total scale and each of its dimensions. Cronbach’s alpha was 0.88 (0.83 to 0.81) for each of the dimensions. The exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis showed that both the one-dimensional and two-dimensional models were acceptable. The results showed average scores above 4 for both dimensions. The SCLS-Spanish translation demonstrated evidence of its validity and reliability for use to understand the level of satisfaction and self-confidence of nursing students in clinical simulation. Clinical simulations help students to increase their levels of confidence and satisfaction, enabling them to face real scenarios in clinical practice.

In the world of tourism, building a quality information is one thing to note because it involves decision-making for the visitors or tourists. The quality of this information will be processed with a quality information system and then create results / output that is useful for people who need information to travel them. Today's eco-tourism has become a more dominant choice for tourists who want to visit Indonesia especially to eastern Indonesia one of them is West Mangggarai Regency. The purpose of the study to determine whether there is a significant influence the quality of information (independent variable) to the loyalty of tourists (dependent variable). Using quantitative method, the questionnaire will be done some analysis such as data quality test (validity and reliability), simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that as much as 15.3% variable quality of information affect the loyalty of tourists among some other things that affect (84.7%). It is also explained that there is a positive effect of information quality on tourist loyalty of 0,322
