Individuals and individuals who are members of an organization cannot achieve their goals and cannot even carry out their lives if they do not cooperate with other parties. Today, competition among companies in Indonesia is growing, especially in the sale of cars and spare parts. These symptoms can be seen from the price competition for cars and spare parts which vary greatly from one company to another, namely from low prices with standard quality to high prices with good quality. This is what makes a company compete to improve the quality of basic car materials and spare parts at prices that are affordable by the community. Negotiation is a process of interaction in an offer made by two or more parties, who want to achieve their respective interests and realize that in order to achieve all of their interests, they must relate to each other and direct each other's interests in order to achieve the benefit of all parties. In this case, the agreement between the two parties on the price quote is carried out by the customer and the company's negotiator. Based on the background of the problem described above, the authors formulate the main problem as follows: "What is the role of communication in the process of buying and selling negotiations". From the formulation of the problem that has been described above, the researcher wants to achieve a goal in this study. The purpose of this research, is to determine the role of communication in the process of buying and selling negotiations and to determine the barriers to communication. This research method uses a literature review. Communication is a process, namely the process of conveying thoughts or feelings by someone (the communicator) to another person (the communicant) to change the opinions, attitudes and behavior of others. By communicating, humans can convey their experiences, desires, and feelings to others directly or through the means or media they have. Through communication individuals can plan their future, form groups for cooperation, convey information, opinions, ideas, concepts, knowledge and change attitudes. To achieve effective and efficient negotiations is not as easy as people imagine. Many things must be considered in communicating so that messages or statements conveyed to others can be understood and understood.

The present study consists of identifying certain types of behavior, reactions and preferences of consumers and pastry products of a tourist unit, which are part of the traditional local gastronomy. The main objective of the study is to identify the preferences of foreign tourists regarding traditional pastry and confectionery products in order to improve the quality in the production sector. In order to achieve the objective, the "shadow" observation was used as a research method for a period of two months. The sample consisted of twenty foreign tourists who were interested in buying traditional pastry and confectionery products. During the observation, several aspects were analyzed, such as: the type of consumer behavior, the reactions and verbal expressions regarding the quality of the products, etc. The results obtained by the observation method confirmed the preference especially for the pastry products, as compared to the confectionery products. The conclusions of the study highlight the importance of observing foreign clients, which led to the proposal of several measures to improve the services of the tourist unit, but also to a better tourist image of the unit in the area of the tourist resort Bran. Jud. Brasov.

<p><strong><em>Abstract<br /></em></strong><em>Laboratory is one of the supporting facilities in im[roving the learning process. Problems found by students regarding the information system laboratory facilities at STMIK Indonesia Padang are</em><em> the computers that suddenly die when operated, the less cold room, display data is blurred, making the inconvenience in the learning process that causes the students less satisfied with the services provided. Students will feel satisfied if the service is expected to match the received. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to analyze the quality of services provided to the students so that it can support the role and function of the laboratory optimally and what attributes need to be improved the quality of service. The method used is Fuzzy Service Quality (Servqual) method. The results showed that the service quality received was not in accordance with the expected because there is a gap of -1.55 for tangibles dimension. Attributes that need to be improved the quality of services are laboratory space is cool and comfortable, the use of laboratories relevant to the field of science, the responsibility of laboratory assistant, the availability of professional teachers and attitudes and behavior of labor officers.<br /></em></p><p><strong><em>Abstrak<br /></em></strong>Laboratorium merupakan salah satu fasilitas pendukung dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran. Permasalahan yang ditemukan mahasiswa mengenai fasilitas laboratorium sistem informasi pada STMIK Indonesia Padang adalah komputer yang tiba-tiba mati saat dioperasikan, ruangan yang kurang dingin, data <em>display</em> yang buram sehingga membuat ketidaknyamanan dalam proses pembelajaran yang menyebabkan mahasiswa kurang puas terhadap layanan yang diberikan. Mahasiswa akan merasa puas apabila layanan yang diharapkan sesuai dengan yang diterima. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa sehingga dapat mendukung peran dan fungsi laboratorium secara optimal serta atribut apa saja yang perlu ditingkatkan kualitas layanannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode <em>Fuzzy Service Quality </em>(<em>Servqua</em>l). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan yang diterima belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan karena terdapat <em>gap</em> sebesar -1.55 untuk dimensi <em>tangibles</em>. Atribut yang perlu ditingkatkan kualitas layanannya yaitu ruangan laboratorium yang sejuk dan nyaman, penggunaan laboratorium yang relevan dengan bidang ilmu, tanggungjawab asisten labor, tersedianya tenaga pengajar yang professional dan sikap serta perilaku petugas labor</p><p><strong><em>Kata kunci</em></strong><strong> : sistem pendukung keputusan, laboratorium, <em>fuzzy</em>, <em>servqual</em></strong></p><p><strong><em><br /></em></strong></p>

This research discusses in detail the theoretical aspect of the quality standards of banking services of traditional Islamic banks. The criterion of "Shari'ah Compliance" was added by the researcher to the importance and role of dealing with Islamic banks, the definition of this standard and its importance, how to test it for banks as well as how, without the legitimate commitment of these banks to what is classified as Islamic from the foundation, we focus on the importance of the existence of a legal commitment to any Islamic bank to achieve the quality of Islamic banking services of high quality in accordance with Islamic law and laws to achieve a high confidence in the customers who belong to him and deal with his Conspiracy.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the responsibility of a company to commit to running a business ethically, morally, and contributing to economic development and improving people's lives. Gemawang Village, Jambu Regency, Ambawara, is one of the locations for CSR recipients. This location is the object of this research. This study aims to analyze the role of CSR in enhancing community development, as well as to find out the obstacles faced by companies in increasing community development through CSR. This research method uses qualitative methods, where there are several key informants as sources of information. The indicators used in this study are the level of effectiveness, level of suitability, level of participation, level of empowerment, and level of sustainability. Based on the results of research in Gemawang Village, Jambu District, it can be concluded that CSR assistance provided by the company can improve community development and living standards. The development of a paradigm in which the government no longer the only actor in charge of public affairs opens greater opportunities for the elderly to get attention. The elderly become a group with vulnerable conditions, from physical, social, mental, and spiritual aspects. The elderly school was formed through collaboration as a form of caring for the elderly in Bandung City. The elderly school is intended to improve the knowledge and behavior of the elderly towards health, increase the index of happiness, improve the quality of life and productivity, and increase independence from physical, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the factors that drive collaboration, the collaborative process, and the benefits of collaboration. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results show that the collaboration in the elderly school program is driven by the same goals and interests related to empowering the elderly, having appropriate resources with their fields and functions, and getting benefits from their involvement. Then, the collaborative process begins with a dialogue to build trust among stakeholders to build commitment to this program. Collaboration in senior schools is not only beneficial for the elderly but also for the actors involved.

Recent advancements in online streaming technologies have re-centered the audience as an important part of live broadcasts, including live political events. In fall 2020, each of the U.S. presidential and vice presidential debates were streamed on a number of online platforms that provided an integrated streaming chat where the public could comment in real-time alongside the live debate video. Viewers could simultaneously tune into what the candidates were saying and see what a sample of their peers thought about the candidates. This study examines large samples of comments made in social chat feeds during the livestreamed debates on the ABC News, NBC News, and Fox News Facebook pages to quantify key features associated with the quality of political discussion on these platforms. The results reveal that consistent with the quasi-anonymous, constrained nature of dynamic chat, the comments made are generally short, include a substantial degree of toxicity and insults, and differ significantly in their content across platforms. These findings underscore the importance of further study of online streaming chat as a new source of potential influence on political attitudes and behavior.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh globalisasi, peran negara, dan implikasinya terhadap aktualisasi nilai-nilai ideologi negara bagi Warga Negara Indonesia. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam menjawab permasalahan adalah dengan studi literatur, observasi, dan wawancara.  Dari hasil data ditemukan bahwa terdapat nilai-nilai globalisasi yang mempengaruhi pola pikir, sikap, dan perilaku sebagian warga negara yang didukung dengan konsistensi, ketegasan, dan penguatan peran pemerintah dalam merawat nilai-nilai kebersamaan. Selain itu juga berimplikasi untuk meredam eskalasi dan kegiatan yang menjurus pada perilaku yang menonjolkan sentiment primordial serta berimplikasi memantapkan persepsi warga negara tentang pentingnya ideologi negara, walaupun tidak langsung mengakselerasi masyarakat mengaktualisasikan nilai-nilai ideology negara secara signifikan.-----This article aims to analyze the effect of globalization, the role of the state, and its implications for the actualization of state ideology values for Indonesian citizens. The approach used in answering problems is through literature study, observation, and interview. From the results of the data, it found that there are values of globalization that affect the mindset, attitudes, and behavior of some citizens supported by consistency, decisiveness, and strengthening the role of government in caring for the values of togetherness. It also has implications to reduce escalation and activities that lead to behaviors that highlight primordial sentiments and has implications for strengthening citizens' perceptions about the importance of state ideology. However, it does not directly accelerate the community to actualize state ideology values significantly.

The title of the research is The Role of Parents in Shaping the Character of Children in the Globalization Era in Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. In the current era of globalization, there are many influences, both positive and negative. This negative influence must be avoided because it can affect a person's habits, attitudes, and behavior. Character education is one of the important things that must be applied in the family environment. Parents must reflect good attitudes and habits in interacting in the family environment and in the community environment. This is important for fostering good attitudes and habits in children. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the role of parents in improving children's character in the era of globalization, Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. What factors can influence the formation of children's character in the era of globalization, Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. What efforts are made by parents in shaping children's character in the era of globalization in Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. This study aims to determine the role of parents in shaping children's character in the era of globalization in Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. The subjects of this study were 6 parents and 6 children in Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data analysis in qualitative research is by doing data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that the role of parents in Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City has been good in shaping children's character in the era of globalization.

The morality / character of the nation's students has collapsed. This is marked by the rise of bullying, child anarchism, mass contests, free sex and so on. Seeing the importance of the role of etiquette in human life, the education world should think more seriously about the concept of planting etiquette in its students, so that the introduction and cultivation of etiquette must begin at an early age. Rasulullah SAW has taught that the example is the main factor of success in educating children. Exemplary is also the best method in children's education, especially in the early childhood period. On this basis the research formulated the formulation of the problem namely (1) How is the concept of Adab in SDI Ar-Roudloh Miru? (2) How is the Implementation of Adab Based Education in SDI Ar-Roudloh Miru-Sekaran-Lamongan? This study uses qualitative research and case studies as its research design. Research subjects in this study were students at SDI Ar-Roudloh. Data collection techniques used were observation, semistructural interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data checking technique uses triangulation techniques. The results of this study include: (1) the formation of students' character at SDI Ar Roudloh is with the Applicative Religious concept. This is evidenced by the existence of Boarding School since students go up to fourth grade. This is expected to be more intensive in applying civilized values ​​that are prioritized by the institution. The etiquette values ​​emphasized and prioritized at SDI Ar Roudloh in this case are divided into three aspects namely; Judging from the pattern of attitudes and behavior to God, patterns of behavior to fellow human beings, patterns of behavior to nature. (2) in implementing civilized education for the formation of students' character by applying the religious concept with the details of the sub-chapters above, there are several stages in order to obtain maximum results, before implementing and informing the values ​​of civilized education to students. In this case the researcher classifies into three stages; first; Socialization, second; Implementation and third; Evaluation.
