This study aims to measure the effectiveness of Arabic instructional media used in eleventh grade of Arabic senior high schools in Brunei Darussalam. This study was quantitative and evaluative study. The researchers distributed questionnaires to all Arabic teachers who teach grade eleven students in the schools. The data then were analyzed quantitatively and having evaluative analysis. Based on data analysis, it was found that the instructional media used to teach Arabic language in grade eleven has advantages and disadvantages. The advantages are the availability of modern and various media (87.5%), most of the media are appropriate for the students’ age and cognitive level (87.5%), all media are interesting and helpful for Arabic language skills (100%), and most of the teachers often use the media (87.5%). While, the weaknesses are there is still few media that is not as modern as it is expected (12.5%) such as language laboratory, a few media is not appropriate for the students (12.5%), and there are still some teachers who do not use the media frequently (12.5%).

This study aims to develop learning media in the form of pop-up boxes that are effective and in accordance with the criteria for autistic children. This type of research used in this research is research and development (Research and Development). In this study using ADDIE research methods, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Data collection techniques used were test and non-test instruments, data analysis techniques to calculate the validity of the media, students' responses and the effectiveness of instructional media. Validation in this research is based on the validation of media experts and students to determine the response and effectiveness of the resulting media. The results of validation by media experts are 2.67 with the criteria of "quite valid". The response of students 3.27 with very interesting responses. The results of the effectiveness test with a percentage of 66% with effective criteria. Based on the data obtained shows that learning media is feasible to use and effectively applied in learning

The purpose of this study was to describe the use of the Oral Reading Fluency (ORF) method and to show the effectiveness of its use in Arabic reading at Muhamamdiyah University Malang. The method used in this research was descriptive quantitative with the Arabic education department students as the objects. The instruments used for the data collection were questionnaire and observation sheet, while the data analysis used the percentage of student responses. This research was conducted on four meetings. Each meeting had different text with a range of 125 - 140 words and a different final evaluation. This method implements a bear-back manner of reading quickly and at a specified time. The results of this study indicated that the ORF method is very helpful for students to be able to read Arabic texts fluently and accurately. It is proven that 50% of students give positive response to the application of this method. This method can also help improve the ability to understand the contents of Arabic text which has been one of the problems in learning Arabic language skills. It was proven that at the end of the meeting 85% of students completed the material with perfect scores.

Abstract This article is motivated by the need for the development of Arabic language curriculum in madrasa. Developing Arabic language curriculum in madrasa refers to the Rule of the Minister of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Number: 165 of 2014 on Guidance of Curriculum in Madrasa 2013, Subject of Islamic Education and Arabic Language in Madrasa. In curriculum development, each approach, model and procedure has advantages and disadvantages. However, in the context of Arabic learning in madrasa, the functional approach is more appropriately used with the model of combining all language skills as well as in a theme called the “all in one system”/nadhariyya al-wihda. From this approach and model can be realized through a joint procedure between top-down and bottom-up. The content standards for the Arabic language curriculum are thematically constructed for use in four language skills, namely listening (istima'), speaking (kalam), reading (qira'ah) and writing (kitabah).   ملخص هذه المقالة مهمة  في الحاجة إلى تطوير منهج اللغة العربية في المدرسة. أسس تطوير منهج اللغة العربية في المدرسة على قرار وزير الشؤون الدينية لجمهورية إندونيسيا رقم : 165 العام 2014 بشأن دليل المناهج الدراسية 2013 لمادة التربية الإسلامية واللغة العربية في المدرسة. إن في تطوير المناهج الدراسية نهج ونموذج وإجراءات، ولها مزايا وعيوب. ومع ذلك، ففي سياق تعليم اللغة العربية في المدرسة، يتم استخدام النهج الوظيفي أكثر ملاءمة مع جميع النماذج بين جميع المهارات اللغوية، وكذلك في موضوع يسمى نظرية الوحدة. فمن النهج والنموذج السابق يمكن أن تتحقق من خلال إجراء مشترك. إن معايير المحتوى التي يتم تطوير منهج اللغة العربية يتم إنشاؤها بشكل موضوعي باستخدامها في أربع مهارات لغوية هي الاستماع والكلام والقراءة والكتابة.

Inetractive learning media is a medium that can help students and teachers in learning. This study aims to see the role of science teachers in the use of instructional media. This type of research is qualitative non-experimental. The population of this study were students of SMPN 2 Singai Aur Pasaman Barat. Sampling using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire with 2 indicators. Based on data analysis using statistical data in the form of percentages and relative frequencies, it was found that the indicator of teacher control of the media used had a score of 94.61% and the media indicators used were good, efficient, and could attract the attention of students in the learning process 88.31% so that it could be concluded that the role of science teachers in the use of interactive learning media has a score of 91.46% with a good category.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran khususnya media pembelajaran dalam pembentukan karakter anak usia dini di PAUD Bakti Baitussalam Bantul. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research & Development (R&D). Media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan berupa media pembelajaran big book. Data diperoleh melalui teknik wawancara, lembar penilaian dari ahli media dan materi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok bermain yang berjumlah 28 anak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajran big book dapat membantu guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran, khususnya pengembangan untuk pembentukan karakter anak usia dini. Penggunaan big book berdampak positive terhadap pembentukan karakter anak, dengan rata-rata kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi yaitu 43 dan kelas kontrol dengan rata-rata  39,14.Kata kunci: media pembelajaran big book, pembentukan karakter, anak usia dini Developing Teaching Media Through Big Book for Early Childhood Character Building AbstractThis study aims to assist teachers in developing instructional media particularly instructional media in shaping the character of young children in early childhood Bakti Baitussalam Bantul. This study aims to map the learning of Arabic in Senior High Schools and Vocational Schools in Malang Regency covering the aspects of 1) teacher qualification, 2) curriculum and development, 3) teaching materials, 4) teaching strategies, 5) instructional media, and 6) evaluation implementation. The research was conducted with a descriptive model. Of the population 183 Senior High School and Vocational Schools, 12 schools were taken using a cluster sampling. The data were collected using questionnaires filled by Arabic teachers in all sample schools. The data analysis was performed according to the steps a) identification of data, b) tabulation of data, c) data grouping, d) data quantification, and e) description of data. This study found (1) all Arabic teachers in Senior High Schools and Vocational Schools in Malang Regency have a standard qualification of Arabic teacher in school, (2) Senior High Schools and Vocational Schools in Malang Regency using the Ministry of Education and Culture KTSP curriculum which was elaborated by teachers into syllabus form and Lesson plans, (3) teaching materials used were in the form of textbooks and student worksheets with various titles and publishers, (4) reading and vocabulary learning was carried out with translation techniques; speaking skills were trained by giving students time to practice dialogue, and writing skills were trained through sentence exercises, copying texts, combining two sentences, and completing paragraphs; (5) teachers utilized instructional media, drawings, original objects, hearing, charts/scheme, or language lab; and (6) the majority of teachers evaluated the lessons at the end of each unit.

The purpose of the research is to produce teaching material of props from scrap materials for system human feasible and practical to be used as a medium of learning in enhancing students' understanding of the concept. The type of research was research and development. ADDIE model used in this reseach contained: 1) Analysis 2) Design 3) Development 4) Implementation and 5) Evaluation. Questionnaire and tests were used as the instruments in data collection. The data analysis in questionnaire forms were statistically using percentage and t test. Pre-test and Post test designed into two groups. Based on the evaluation from the content experts, the value of the material was 82%, 92.85% for instructional media, while instructional design was 87.5%. For the small group the media, it reached up to 84.25%, the field pre-experimment group was 87.89%, while the use of user guide was 87.5%, 85% of instructional media experts, instructional design experts 79.17 %%, the small group bievaluation 84.25%, compared to the experiment group in big number was 86.44%. the result for evaluation of the props materials used were catagorized as excellent. It means t-test for the use of teaching material was equal to 3,586 with sig. of α = 0.005, t = 2.704. The value of t arithmetic less than t table (3.586> 2.704). It was said that the props of scrap materials improved students' understanding of the concept. The indicator for the concepts include memorizing, understanding, and applied to show that there was increasing in the value of the pre-test and post-test the student.

This study aims to determine how the influence of the use of learning methods on Arabic language skills for students. In order to achieve this goal,. The population in this study is 25 experimental research articles related to the discussion of this study. The research sample is 12 experimental research articles. Data analysis uses the Glass formula. The results of this study indicate that the use of methods in learning Arabic has a great influence based on analysis in 2017. Analysis of learning materials shows that Qiraah material has a greater influence than other materials. As for the analysis in terms of education level it is clear that the tsanawiyah madrasas have a larger effect size than the aliyah madrasas and universities. That way the use of methods is very effective for learning.

Abstract: Referring to the Arabic language curriculum subject Permenag number: 2 of 2008 which states that; Arabic language learning which include the four language skills: listening (الأستماع), talk (الكلام), reading(القراءة), and writing(الكتابة). PTK is the MAM 02 Pondok Modern Paciran Lamongan. Arabic Language subject, Competency Standards, class XII / IPA the first half, with the number of students 22 children, in the academic year 2015/2016. Data collected through observation notes and the results of evaluations conducted since the beginning of the study until the third cycle along with collaboration partners. In the reflection of the data analysis process, problems and obstacles encountered, followed by a reflection of the impact of the implementation of the actions performed. One important aspect of reflection is the evaluation of the success and achievement of goals. The results showed that the students' ability to understand the material using Konstruktivistik learning model is satisfactory. Overall the results showed an increase in both activity, cooperation, as well as student achievement,

This article aims to describe the media influence learning on student learning motivation. The data used is based on the results of research using explanatory survey methods, data collection techniques by means of questionnaires (questionnaires) were distributed to 56 respondents. The respondents is a students at the one of SMK in Cimahi. The instrument used was a questionnaire Likert. Teknik scale model of data analysis using regression analysis. Based on the results of the regression analysis, showed that the instructional media and significan has a positive influence on the students motivation. Accordingly motivation to learn can be enhanced through the increased use of learning mediaABSTRAKArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai pengaruh media pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Data yang digunakan berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode survei eksplanasi, teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran angket (kuisioner) yang disebarkan kepada 56 responden. Responden adalah siswa di salah satu SMK di Cimahi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket model skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, diperoleh hasil bahwa media pembelajaran mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Dengan demikian motivasi belajar dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan penggunaan media pembelajaran.
