The sustainable functioning of the agro-industrial complex largely determines its scientific and technical support. One of the key directions of the development of agricultural science is the mech-anization of animal husbandry processes. When solving a complex of problems, great attention is paid to the preparation of feed, namely the grinding of root-club crops. This makes it possible to significantly increase the return of each feed unit. As a result of a wide review of literary sources and a thorough analysis of modern designs of root-club grinders, it became possible to solve the technical problem of its modernization by creating a simple as well as reliable design. The peculiarity of the modernization consists in the fact that the electric motor is mounted on the cover of the housing with the help of a flange, which is its component element, besides, the axis of rotation of the shaft structure is aligned with the axis of rotation of the disk structure. Loading hopper is also installed on cover. For this purpose, the cover has a hole for the driving shaft of the electric motor, as well as a window for passage of root clubs from the cavity of the receiving hopper to the space of the housing. Disk is rigidly mounted on free edge of shaft structure. Body is fixed on base by means of uprights vertically and with formation of free space under its bottom and base for installation of unloading neck, as well as reservoir for treated root crops. The discharge neck is structurally made in the form of a funnel with the formation of a conical component at the top and a cylindrical com-ponent at the bottom. In addition, the axis of symmetry of the funnel is aligned with the axis of rotation of the shaft. Its conical component is attached to the outer surface of the bottom structure, and the cylindrical component of the funnel is oriented to the container for the treated material. Concentric holes are made in bottom for passage of processed root crops from cavity of body into structure of discharge neck. The principle of energy saving is carried out by supplying treated fodder to the discharge neck device and further to the receiving vessel mainly due to gravity of the treated fodder.

Abstract Agriculture continues to move forward confidently. Before our eyes, the agrarian industry is reviving, becoming stronger, taking a strong position at the forefront of the Russian economy. The most important achievement of 2017 was a record grain harvest of 130 million tons. This result was achieved not only by increasing the cultivated areas, which increased by 620 thousand hectares in 2017, but also thanks to the record yield, which amounted to 28 kg / ha, which is 80% higher than in 2000. The maximum harvest in the history of new and Soviet Russia, which will ensure our country a strong leadership in the world wheat market. Russian agriculture remains a driver of the country’s economic development. For the second year in a row, we get a record harvest of not only grain, but also sugar beets and sunflowers, the production of soybeans, rapeseed and greenhouse vegetables is growing. In the new season, grain exports will reach 45 million tons, including more than 35 million tons of wheat. Russia is expanding the geography of its presence, having mastered new directions for the supply of agricultural products. At the end of 10 months of 2017, grain exports increased by 22% compared to the same period in 2016 and amounted to 32 million tons. During the same time, the export of Russian wheat exceeded 24 million tons, which is 23% more than a year earlier. … In Russia, over 17 years, the volume of grain production increased 2 times, sugar beet and sunflower - 2-3 times, soybeans and rapeseed - 10, greenhouse vegetables - 1.8, poultry meat - 6, pork - 2. Fish - 2 times. Greenhouse vegetable growing and horticulture are developing intensively. Progress is being made in the development of animal husbandry and aquaculture. The dairy industry is undergoing a significant transformation, and production volumes on farms are growing. These are new growth points for the agro-industrial complex. Thanks to the achievements of domestic scientists, grain production of agricultural crops can be increased due to many factors. One of the factors is foliar dressing with liquid micro- and macro-fertilizers. Therefore, we studied various combinations of liquid micro-, macrofertilizers, as well as the bio-logical product Albit, in order to identify the best option and recommend it for produc-tion.

Abstract. Purpose. The article describes the economic component of routine eating behavior. Based on the ideas of the structural-functional paradigm and classical economic institutionalism, as well as the data of a sociological study conducted by the authors using the original methodology, the analysis of nutrition as a socio-economic institution that directly affects the distribution of resources and household costs is presented. Methods. To test the hypothesis of the formation of institutionally regulated food practices in modern society, the authors conducted a sociological study in September 2020. An integrative research strategy was applied using qualitative and quantitative methods of collecting social information, ensuring the quality and reliability of the data obtained. Implementing qualitative methods, we used narrative interviews, included observation, focus groups and written surveys (provoked by researchers essays on nutrition problems, presented by respondents in free form). The quantitative method was presented by a pilot smart survey (N = 75). Results. Conclusions: on the formation of a model of healthy nutrition in the majority of respondents and that nutrition increasingly acquires the features of a social institution and depends on the functioning of other social institutions in the economic, political, social and cultural spheres. First of all, the role of the state, the institution of property, education, culture, science is increasing, and their role in the formation of ecological healthy consumption of various population groups is increasing. Scientific novelty. Programs of social and economic support of vulnerable segments of the population, creation of conditions for an exit from “coronavirus crisis” are necessary. The problem of food security requires innovative programs for the development of the agro-industrial complex, modernization of logistics supply chains of food “from field to counter”, the creation of large wholesale distribution centers and investments in agricultural science.

The purpose of the article is to study the main problems of lending to agro-industrial enterprises with state support in market relations and propose measures to implement a new mechanism of subsidized and compensatory budget support for agriculture, aimed at its effective functioning. Historically, Ukraine is an agro-industrial country with rich natural resources and opportunities. However, to make a decent profit, the agro-industrial complex needs regular cash infusions and complete modernization. Given these factors, farmers in Ukraine are increasingly resorting to such an ancillary method as a loan for agricultural development. The long history of the Ukrainian economy, multiplied by current trends in crop production and animal husbandry, forces banks to consider lending to agriculture as a promising profitable business, which can and should be lent. The urgency of the study is due to the growing need to address one of the priority sectors of the economy-agriculture, by increasing the role and availability of credit for farmers, improving lending conditions, improving the efficiency of monetary institutions lending to agricultural enterprises, as well as development forms of their support. Problems of improving the lending system, investment activity of enterprises, lending mechanism and state regulation in the field of agriculture were covered in the works of a number of scientists and practitioners: G. Bezorna, H. Borkhunov, I. Buzdalov, A. Gataulin, A. Golovanov, A. Gordeeva, L. Kolichev, K. Koroleva, A. Kupavykh, D. Murzin, E. Mezentsev, A. Ponomareva, E. Sagaidak, A. Sidoruk, Y. Trushin, D. Epstein and some others. In the foreign economic literature, the main attention is paid to the forms of state support for agricultural producers, assessment of the impact of subsidies in terms of efficient use of public funds and the functioning of agricultural banks, but at the level of microfinance. These problems are reflected in the works of foreign authors: N. Gow, K. Hoff, M. Zeller, A. Sarris, J. Swinnen, J. Stiglitz, J. Yaron, M. Schreiner, Le Min Tu, and others. The changing conditions of the market environment pose new challenges to the subjects of credit relations, and then there are problems of agricultural lending in the changing conditions of the country’s economy, which need to be addressed. Formulation of the goals of the article (task statement). The purpose of the article is to generalize the theory and practice of agricultural lending when there are new economic relations, financial and credit opportunities of the Ukrainian economy.

The current stage of information technology development is characterized as digital called BCG (Boston Consulting Group) digitalization, while the analog period in agriculture is over, the industry has entered the digital era, which means that by 2050 the use of new generation technologies will be able to increase the productivity of world agriculture by 70 %. The main stages of information technology development in the world considers some of the most important areas of it technology development and global trends in the digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex based on the analysis of global scientific achievements, research reports, articles by well-known scientists, scientific and expert organizations have been investigated in the article. The main trends that determine the conceptual development of the so-called “Smart (digital) agriculture” are identified, the active use of elements of which contributes in every possible way to the highly rational social, economic, technical and technological development of the agricultural sector. A promising area is Precision Animal Husbandry (similar to Precision Farming). Among the elements of Precision Animal Husbandry the most widely used are identification and monitoring of individual animals using modern information technologies (feeding ration, milk yield, growth, body temperature, activity), meeting their individual needs; automatic regulation of the microclimate and control of harmful gases; monitoring the health of the herd, product quality; electronic database of the production process; robotization of the milking process.

Americans Are Patriotic And Nationalist, but not more than some Europeans (figure 173). Unsurprisingly, Germans are least proud of their nation, and rather unexpectedly and cheerily, the Portuguese—not the Americans—are most proud, with the Irish tied for second place. A 2007 survey reveals that a larger proportion of Italians consider their culture superior than any other nationalities surveyed, including the Americans. Another survey finds that only the Irish feel more uniformly proud to be of their nation. Proportionately more Austrians, Irish, French, and Danes claim they feel very close to their nation than do Americans. Americans are more likely than any Europeans to think that their country is better than most others. But proportionately more Portuguese, Danes, and Spaniards feel that the world would be improved if other people were like them. And any U.S. tendency to boosterism is tempered by the finding that a larger fraction of Americans admits that certain aspects of their country shame them than do the Germans, Austrians, Spanish, French, Danes, or Finns. No country more robustly projects its own nationalist aspirations in the products it sells abroad than the supposedly postnational Swedes. Swedish manufacturers, or at least their advertising agencies, seem convinced that the sheer fact of being Swedish is a selling point. Ikea’s walls are adorned with musings on the preternaturally close relationship between Swedes and nature that allegedly sets them apart from the rest of humanity, as are packets of Wasa crispbread. Asko’s slogan, “Made In Sweden,” is festooned prominently on its products. Though it does not necessarily inspire confidence that the company’s dishwashers are better than the competition, it certainly makes clear Asko’s national origins. Absolut Vodka’s tag—in uncharacteristically unidiomatic English—“Country of Sweden,” does much the same. Saab hawks its cars as “Born from Jets,” an unsubtle allusion to the company’s standing as a pillar of the Swedish military-industrial complex.
