The importance of integrating and internalizing religious values ​​in education, especially Arabic learning, is interesting to study. So that the Arabic learning paradigm, which at first glance only focuses on cognitive and psychomotor aspects, is missing from the mental side of educators and students. This study aims to identify and analyze the value of Islamic theology in Arabic teaching materials at Madrasah Tsanawiyah. So that it can raise awareness of these religious values and serious attention to this through exploration and implementation in learning Arabic, this study will become a reference for policyholders related to Arabic teaching materials in evaluating and improving the quality of Arabic learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah. This library research was carried out by collecting data, understanding the characteristics of Arabic teaching materials at Madrasah Tsanawiyah, analyzing and identifying the theological values ​​ in the content of teaching materials, and conducting verification and inferences. The study results reveal the importance of Islamic theology in the Arabic teaching materials of Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Includes the unity of the people, loving nature, forming a happy family, protecting oneself from danger and misery, studying, loving others, tauhid, aqidah, faith, sincerity, purity, and love the weak.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan dan mendeskripsikan pengembangan bahan ajar pengayaan trigonometri SMA menggunakan teknik faded examples yang berkualitas untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa. Kualitas bahan ajar yang dikembangkan mencakup aspek kevalidan, keefektifan, dan kepraktisan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model Plomp yang mencakup tiga tahapan. (1) penelitian awal mencakup analisis kebutuhan dan analisis konteks, (2) pengembangan yang mencakup desain produk dan pembuatan produk, dan (3) evaluasi yang meliputi proses validasi dan proses implementasi. Proses pengembangan melibatkan dua ahli, satu orang guru dan 50 siswa (siswa kelas X pengayaan 1 dan X pengayaan 2) SMA IPA di Mataram. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahan ajar pengayaan berupa buku guru dan buku siswa yang dikembangkan dengan menerapkan teknik faded examples. Pada buku pengayaan terdapat paket faded examples dengan jenis backward dan forward fading dimana pada akhir paket, siswa diminta untuk membuat sendiri soal sesuai dengan materi yang sedang dipelajari. Teknik ini dikembangkan oleh teori desain pembelajaran bernama Cognitive Load Theory (CLT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar ini layak digunakan karena dinilai sangat baik secara isi dan penyajian oleh dosen validator, praktis oleh guru matematika dan praktis digunakan oleh siswa. Hasil ketuntasan belajar adalah sebanyak  100% siswa mencapai nilai minimal kemampuan pemecahan masalah. The application of faded examples techniques to improve student’s problem solving ability on trigonometry at high school level AbstractThis study was aimed to produce and describe the quality of the developed Trigonometric Senior High School Science Program Enrichment’s Instructional Materials using Faded-Examples Techniques to Improve Problem Solving Ability. The quality of the developed teaching materials include all aspects of validity, effectiveness, and practicality. This was a developmental research used three phases Plomp’s model which consists of: (1) preliminary studies which involved the needs and context analysis, (2) product design development, and (3) the evaluation process of product validation and implementation. The development process involves two experts as validator, one teacher, and 50 students (X pengayaan 1 and X pengayaan 2). The study results the trigonometric enrichment’s teaching materials which consists of the teacher’s textbook and the student’s textbook that was developed using the faded-examples technique. This technique based on The Cognitive Load Theory (CLT) instructional design. The results of the study showed that the quality of the developed trigonometric enrichment’s teaching materials is “very good” according to lecturer validation and “practical” according to the evaluation from the teachers and students. The results of the learning showed that 100% of the students passed the minimum grade criteria of problem solving skills.

ABSTRAK Tindak pidana korupsi di Indonesia sudah sangat meluas dan telah masuk sampai keseluruh lapisan masyarakat. Perkembangannya terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, dalam jumlah kasus yang terjadi dan jumlah kerugian keuangan negara serta dari segi kualitas tindak pidana korupsi yang dilakukan semakin sistematis yang telah memasuki seluruh aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Dalam upaya pemberantasannya tidak lagi dapat dilakukan secara biasa, tetapi dituntut cara-cara yang luar biasa pula. Salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam pencegahan dan pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi yaitu dengan peran justice collaborator. Peran Justice Collaborator yaitu seseorang sebagai tersangka namun bukan pelaku utama dan dapat membongkar orang yang terlibat diatasnya sekalipun ia telah korupsi namun ia juga mendapat keringanan karena telah membantu dalam suatu proses pembongkaran fakta dan keadilan.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian observational research dengan cara Normatif yaitu metode penelitian kepustakaan yakni penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara mengkaji dan meneliti bahan-bahan pustaka berupa bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Sedangkan sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriftif, karena penulis bermaksud memberikan gambaran tentang permasalahan yang menjadi pokok penelitian. Analisis data disajikan secara deskriftif. Kemudian penulis menarik kesimpulan penelitian ini secara deduktif.Dari hasil penelitian Dapat disimpulkan Kedudukan Justice Collaborator Dalam Tindak Pidana Korupsi Dalam Sistem Peradilan Pidana Di Indonesia. Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Acara Pidana yang masih berlaku saat ini pada kenyataannya sama sekali belum memberikan ruang bagi seorang pelaku tindak pidana yang kemudian dijadikan sebagai seorang saksi, karena tidak adanya pengaturan mengenai mekanisme maupun bentuk-bentuk perlindungan serta pemberian reward kepada seorang saksi pelaku yang bekerjasama (Justice Collaborator). Perlindungan hukum terhadap Justice Collaborator dalam Undang-Undang Tindak Pidana Korupsi Indonesia diatur dalam ketentuan Pasal 31 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 31 tahun 1999 jo Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001.Kata kunci: korupsi; perkara pidana; perlindungan saksiABSTRACTCorruption in Indonesia has been very widespread and has entered into all levels of society. In an effort to eradicate it can no longer be done as usual, but demands extraordinary ways as well. One of the government's efforts in the prevention and eradication of corruption is the role of justice collaborator. The role of the Justice Collaborator is that a person is a suspect but is not the main actor and can dismantle the people involved above him even though he has been corrupt but he also gets relief because it has helped in a process of dismantling facts and justice.The type of research used is observationaresearch by Normative method, namely library research method, namely legal research conducted by studying and examining library materials in the form of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. While the nature of this study is descriptive, because the authors intend to provide an overview of the problems that are the subject of research. Data analysis is presented descriptive. Then the authors draw the conclusions of this study deductively.From the research results it can be concluded that the position of Justice Collaborator in Corruption in the Criminal Justice System in Indonesia. The Criminal Procedure Code that is still in effect today in fact does not provide space for a criminal offender who is then used as a witness, because there are no regulations regarding the mechanism or forms of protection and the provision of rewards to a witnesses whose perpetrators in collaboration (Justice Collaborator). The legal protection of Justice Collaborators in the Indonesian Corruption Act is regulated in the provisions of Article 31 paragraph (1) of Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law Number 20 of 2001.

Title: Alley as the Center/ Generator of Locality Values of the Community Life in Urban Kampong The people in the urban kampong as part of settlement area with rather high intensity tend to maximize their property. The community along with their value system build and develop spaces following their particular meaning. Through this research the spaces as the embodiment of the local life in physical form in Kampong Keputran would be observed and aimed to find the meaning of it. This study will use Regionalism of Indonesia Architecture as one of the approach to find the local values that lives in the kampong, and Spatial Recoqnition as an operational theory applied to study and to get the community understanding about values perceived in this settlement area. This study would be a library research using data as documentation drawings of the existing condition, and also research journal as supportive information. The result of this research would be finding on the most dominant spaces that influencing the quality of social life in kampong. This result could be used as a design criteria for a multi story housing that accomodating the local values of urban kampong community. And hopefully there will be more understanding about how the community give meaning to the space in the kampung as their living space.

Abstract Developing the character of students will love the homeland, uphold peace, and be able to work productively, respect differences (pluralism), maintain unity and unity as a very important basic framework which is the role of Islamic education, so that it must always be nurtured and sown on each individual learner through education and teaching with nationalism insight. In accordance with its basic role which is always oriented to the future and the benefit of the people, the writer seeks to discuss the development of a national-minded Islamic education curriculum which is currently very much needed in the framework of giving birth to the next generation with a better quality of understanding, service and nationalism than current generation.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with the type of research that is library research. The results of data analysis that the development of nationally-minded Islamic education has quantitative meanings and qualitative meanings. Quantitatively the development of Islamic-minded Islamic education can be done by increasing the reading references, expanding socialization, making forums, and developing a culture that accommodates national values in Islamic education, quantitatively developing components that need to be developed is strengthening the theoretical foundation and the translation, developing the curriculum, improving the quality of teaching staff, and education, financing and reviving local traditions / culture that do not conflict with the spirit and values of existing Islam.      Keywords: Urgency, Islamic Education Curriculum, and Nationality Insight.   Abstrak Menumbuh kembangkan karakter peserta didik akan cinta tanah air, menjunjung perdamaian, dan dapat bekerja sama secara produktif, menghargai perbedaan (pluralisme), menjaga persatuan dan kesatuan sebagai kerangka dasar yang sangat penting yang merupakan peran dari pendidikan Islam, sehingga harus selalu dipupuk dan disemai pada setiap pribadi peserta didik melalui pendidikan dan pengajaran yang berwawasan kebangsaan. Sesuai dengan peran dasarnya yang selalu berorentasi ke masa depan dan kemaslahatan umat, maka penulis berupaya membahas tentang pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan Islam berwawasan kebangsaan yang saat ini  sangat diperlukan dalam kerangka untuk melahirkan generasi penerus bangsa dengan kualitas pemahaman, jasa dan semangat kebangsaan yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan generasi sekarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Adapun Hasil analisis data bahwa Pengembangan pendidikan Islam berwawasan kebangsaan memiliki makna kuantitatif dan makna kualitatif. Secara kuantitafif pengembangan pendidikan Islam berwawasan kebangasaan dapat dilakukan dengan memperbanyak referensi bacaan, memperluas sosialisasi, membuat forum-forum, serta membangan kultur yang mengakomodasi nilai-nilai kebangsaan dalam pendidikan Islam, pengembangan secara kuantitatif yaitu komponen-komponen yang perlu dikembangknan adalah penguatan landasan teori dan penjabarannya, mengembangkan kurikulum, meningkatkan kualitas SDMtenaga pendidik, dan kependidikan, pembiayaan serta menghidupkan tradisi/budaya lokal yang tidak bertentangan spirit dan nilai-nilai islam yang ada.   Kata Kunci: Urgensi, Kurikulum Pendidikan Islam,  dan Wawasan Kebangsaan.

<p class="abstrak">This article seeks to explain the significance of Tabayyun's practice as conflict resolution in Indonesian society. Indonesia is a multicultural country with considerable potential for conflict. To prevent that, it is necessary to be aware in the community to be open to each other and try to find clarity on a problem/information so as not to cause prolonged conflict. In Islamic Theology, the practice is called Tabbayun. The research problem in this study is the extent to which the significance of Tabayyun's practice can be a conflict resolution in Indonesian society? This research uses a qualitative approach using library methods and is also supported by data from interviews with Muslim figures who have practiced tabayyun in resolving conflicts in society. The results of this study show that tabayyun practice has a very big meaning in solving social conflicts in Indonesian society because it can improve the quality of information conveyed and received, clarify the root causes in a conflict, prevent disasters due to unclear root problems in conflict, and foster social ethics based on religious values in Islamic theology.</p><p class="abstrak"><em>Artikel ini berupaya menjelaskan pentingnya praktik Tabayyun sebagai penyelesaian konflik di masyarakat Indonesia. Masalah penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah sejauh mana signifikansi praktik Tabayyun dapat menjadi penyelesaian konflik di masyarakat Indonesia?. Indonesia adalah negara multikultural dengan potensi konflik yang cukup besar. Untuk mencegah hal itu, perlu diwaspadai di masyarakat untuk saling terbuka dan berusaha mencari kejelasan sebuah permasalahan/informasi agar tidak menimbulkan konflik yang berkepanjangan. Dalam Teologi Islam, praktik ini disebut Tabbayun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode kepustakaan dan juga didukung dengan data hasil wawancara dengan tokoh-tokoh muslim yang telah mengamalkan tabayyun dalam menyelesaikan konflik di masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik Tabayyun memiliki arti yang sangat besar dalam penyelesaian konflik sosial di masyarakat Indonesia karena dapat meningkatkan kualitas informasi yang disampaikan dan diterima, memperjelas akar permasalahan dalam sebuah konflik, mencegah bencana karena ketidakjelasan akar permasalahan dalam konflik, dan menumbuhkan etika sosial berdasarkan nilai-nilai agama dalam teologi Islam.</em></p>

This study aims to explain the gold mining in Gunong Ujeun, Aceh jaya by using the theories of Thomas Homer-Dixon of  the environmental scarcity, whether  in Gunong Ujeun mining can be categorized as a blessing or a disaster with a view of reality and phenomena  that exist  in  the field.  The  data  in  this  research was  obtained  through  literature  (library  research)  and  field research. The  results  showed  that  small-scale  gold mining  in  the  region Gunong Ujeun has many benefits, it is a blessing bestowed by the Almighty to the people, especially for people who do the mining. Since 2008 has been a lot of things are changing in the region District of Krueng Sabee, ranging from forests to watersheds in the river. The destruction of the forest will be an impact on other natural  resources  such as  soil cycles are no  longer  fertile, discoloration and quality of water, as well as damage to the fish that were in the river will die, and as a result of toxic mercury wastes are poured into the river. This caused conflict among the community. It is is a horizontal conflict   between migrant and  local communities. The cause of it, namely (1) frequent flooding aftermath of the mining (2) more difficult to get fresh fish and   the water has been  contaminated with mercury  and  cyanide.  (3)  government  agency  that  is  less  concerned with the environment (4) Control of natural resources by immigrant communities.  Keywords: Peoples Mining, conflict, environmental degradation.

In this research, there are two main problems, namely: the service pattern of BMT Ar-Rahmah Rappang as the quality of the community's economic improvement and the level of economic change concerning Rappang in the financing of BMT Ar-Rahmah to assess the point of satisfaction of its customers. This research describes the pattern or form of service implemented by BMT Ar-Rahmah Rappang with the quality of improvement and economic change in the ummah; its purpose is to assess the point of customer satisfaction. In data collection, used library research methods and field research using interview observation techniques and documentation. The collected data were processed using the descriptive and inductive methods. The results showed that BMT Ar-Rahmah Rappang is a sharia microeconomic financial business institution that is trusted by the public. In an effort to maintain and maintain its existence in such a tight competition, BMT always tries to carry out its service functions properly through professional service patterns and Islamic ethics, with various forms of services including the provision of facilities and infrastructure, innovative financial products, and employee performance. So that customers are always satisfied, and its existence as an institution for economic empowerment of the people, especially the middle to the lower class, so that it grows and develops.

Islamic education in society 5.0 faces various complex problems, lack of adequate resources, lack of teachers’, lecturers’, and educational personnel’s competence. Addiction to technology causes students to lose their character and morals. Increasing the competence of teachers and students issignificant to face the challenges. The three main pillar components that need to be possessed by each component are (a) ability to solve problems, (b) ability to think critically, (c) ability to be creative. This study aimed to describe the implementation of the strengthening of Islamic Education learning in theera of community revolution 5.0. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of literature study research. The author will explore the data according to the discussion in this study, then collect them for analysis. Data analysis was carried out in three stages: data reduction, data presentation,conclusion drawing, or data verification. The study results show that the reinforcement of Islamic Education learning in the community revolution era was 5.0. by integrating Islamic religious values into KDP values. This integration is to overcome the children’s moral crisis in the era of communitylife 5.0. The use of digital technology as a learning medium is the right step to balance the needs of society 5.0. Thus, the welfare and quality of life of the people increases. Especially the needs of all elements in the field of education.

Learning media plays an important role in learning Arabic. Learning media is not only good for children’s students, but also for adult students. The learning media used to convey the contents of teaching materials consisting of books, tape recorders, tapes, video cameras, video recorders, films, photos, pictures, graphics, television and computers are components of learning resources that contain teaching materials that can stimulate a person to learn. . The use of audio media in Arabic learning is very important in the material الاستماع, the teacher who delivers material using audio media will make it easier for students to hear every vocabulary that is pronounced correctly. The use of visual media can increase students ‹interest in writing (الأنشاء) by relying on students› imaginations. Furthermore, through audio-visual media, students can get new experiences that directly touch the motivation to learn Arabic, audiovisual media in Arabic is also known as al-wasa›il al-sam›iyyah wa al-basariyyah (وسائل السمعية والبصرية). This type of research is library research (Library Research). This research is qualitative in nature because the object of research is in the form of learning media which is explained with descriptions of words so that it can be understood easily. Learning media are used in order to improve or enhance the quality of the teaching and learning process. With this media, it is hoped that the learning atmosphere will not be boring and become more interesting so that it can foster student interest in learning Arabic lessons and more importantly the achievement of the objectives of teaching and learning activities and the curriculum.

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris">The school's low quality is strongly influenced by the quality of the leaders who manage the institution. Therefore, to create a quality school, a leader who understands his leadership duties is needed. This research discusses leadership in the book Adabud Dunya wad Din by Abu Al Hasan Ali bin Muhammad bin Habib Al Mawardi and its implementation at Muhammadiya High School 2 Balikpapan.  The research method used is a qualitative research method, which starts from deepening leadership in 2 books by Al Mawardi and field observation at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Balikpapan School. The study results explained that the leadership of Islamic principals should have the criteria of leaders and the attributes of Islam. First, Muslims, believers and pious. The second follows the leadership of the Messenger of Allah. that brings grace. The three principals should be toddlers, fourth, knowledgeable and practising religion. The five compassions have good morality, are commendable morals, firmly hold the trust, and will not have the Sixth, fair. Seventh, Honestly, the Eighth has power, the Ninth. Competence and knowledge, Tenth, perfect. Eleventh has the science of school administration. Twelfth, bring the people he leads to be good human beings, namely servants and ready to become caliphs on this earth</p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16cKataKunci">Rendahnya kualitas sekolah sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pemimpin yang mengelola lembaga tersebut. Sehingga, untuk menciptakan sekolah yang berkualitas maka diperlukan pemimpin yang memahami tugas kepemimpinannya. Penelitian ini membahas konsep kepemimpinan dalam kitab <em>Adabud Dunya wad Din </em>karya Abu Al Hasan Ali bin Muhammad bin habib Al Mawardi dan implementasinya di Sekolah SMA Muhammadiya 2 Balikpapan.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, yang dimulai dari pendalaman konsep kepemimpinan dalam 2 kitab karya Al Mawardi dan observasi lapangan di Sekolah SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Balikpapan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah Islam hendaknya memiliki kriteria pemimpin dan sifat-sifat Islam. Pertama, muslim, beriman dan bertaqwa. Kedua mengikuti kepemimpinan Rasulullah. yang membawa rahmat. Ketiga kepala sekolah hendaknya baligh, Keempat, berilmu dan mengamalkan agama. Kelima kasih sayang memiliki moralitas yang baik, berakhlaq terpuji, teguh memegang amanah, dan tidak akan bermaksiat Keenam, adil. Ketujuh, Jujur, Kedelapan memiliki power (kekuasaan), Kesembilan. Kompetensi dan berilmu, Kesepuluh, sempurna. Kesebelas, memiliki ilmu administrasi sekolah. Keduabelas, membawa orang-orang yang dipimpinya menjadi manusia yang baik yaitu sebagai hamba dan siap menjadi khalifah di bumi ini. </p>
