The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of morale, hygiene factors and employee engagement on organizational effectiveness in the accounting department of Pamulang University. The research method used is quantitative research using a questionnaire, this study distributed 77 questionnaires to 77 representatives of several lecturers in the S1 Accounting University of Pamulang whose number of samples was taken by using the Slovin formula. The sample collection technique used is Purposive Sampling. Data analysis in this study was carried out using data quality tests, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (t & F test).             The results showed that work morale partially influences organizational effectiveness, hygiene factor partially influences organizational effectiveness and employee engagement does not affect organizational effectiveness. While simultaneous work morale, hygiene factor and employee engagement affect the effectiveness of the organization in the S1 Accounting Study Program at Pamulang University. Keywords: morale, hygiene factor, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Understanding Tax Regulations, Tax Rates and Taxpayer Awareness on Taxpayer Compliance with e-Commerce users. The research method used is quantitative research using a questionnaire, this research is distributed to 100 Online Shopping Taxpayers in Depok City. The sample collection technique is Convenience Sampling, data analysis in this study was conducted using data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and test coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially understanding of tax regulations does not affect the compliance of e-Commerce taxpayers, tax rates do not affect the compliance of e-Commerce taxpayers, taxpayer awareness affects e-Commerce users' taxpayer compliance. While simultaneously Understanding Tax Regulations, Tax Rates and Taxpayer Awareness influences the Taxpayer Compliance with e-Commerce users.

This reasearch is conducted on MSME (Micro Small Medium Enterprises) that are participated in the MSME Syari’ah Mentoring Program by Academition and Practitioners (PUSPA) organized by Bank Indonesia in Bandung. MSME who participated in PUSPA program 2016 is MSME that included in necessity entrepreneur where MSME operated just to fullfil the life necessities.The purpose of this reasearch was to investigate the influence of the business mentoring on the MSME performance in PUSPA program 2016.Researcher used quantitative research method. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis and descriptive-causal analysis.The result showed that business mentoring affect the performance of MSME that participated in PUSPA Program 2016. Based on the calculation, coefficient of determination (R2) can be seen the influence of business mentoring variable (X) on the performance (Y) is 74%. While the remaining 26% is influenced by other factors such as entrepreneurship competence and human resources.

AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim to find out how much influence the contextual teaching learning model of learning motivation of Islamic education study program students at the Islamic University of Syekh Yusuf Tangerang. The research method used is a quantitative research method with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. The respondents of this study were 25 Islamic education study program students. Based on the results of data processing and discussion, it can be concluded that the contextual teaching learning model has a low effect of 11.56% on student learning motivation. But when testing the hypothesis,   implies that  is accepted and rejected . AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model pembelajaran contextual teaching learning terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa program studi pendidikan Islam Universitas Islam Syekh Yusuf Tangerang. Metode  penelitian yang digunakan  adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif  dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran angket. Responden  penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan agama Islam yang berjumlah 25 mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil olah data dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwasanya Model Pembelajaran contextual teaching learning berpengaruh rendah 11,56% terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Namun pada saat pengujian hipotesis,  hal ini mengandung arti bahwasanya diterimanya dan ditolaknya .

Research purposes This study aims to determine the effect of go-pay promotion on the decisions of users of online transportation applications within the scope of the University of Pamulang. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were students of the 7th semester of the Pamulang University management study program. The sample in this study were 200 respondents in the population. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis. Partially Go-pay promotion variable (x) has a tcount of 11.966 > ttable 1.65259 with a significant value of 0.00, it can be concluded that Go-pay promotion has a positive and significant effect on user decisions. Based on the test results the coefficient of determination (R square) shows the number 0.420 which means that the relationship between Go-pay promotion and user decision is 42%, while the remaining 58% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Go-pay users' decisions to use online transportation at Pamulang University. This means that the higher and more varied the promotions offered by the company, the greater the chance for users to decide to use online transportation services, especially at Pamulang University. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi Go-pay terhadap keputusan pengguna aplikasi transportasi online di ruang lingkup Universitas Pamulang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa/mahasiswi semester 7 prodi manajemen Universitas Pamulang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 responden yang terdapat dalam populasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Secara parsial promosi Go-pay (x) memiliki thitung sebesar 11,966y > ttabel 1,65259 dengan nilai signifikan 0,00 maka dapat disimpulkan promosi Go-pay berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R square) menunjukkan angka 0,420 artinya hubungan promosi Go-pay dengan keputusan pengguna sebesar 42%, sedangkan sisanya 58% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Promosi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengguna Go-pay dalam menggunakan trasnportasi online di Universitas Pamulang. Artinya semakin tinggi dan semakin bervariasi promosi yang ditawarkan oleh pihak perusahaan, maka semakin besar peluang pengguna memutuskan untuk menggunakan jasa transportasi online khususnya di Universitas Pamulang. This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and work facilities on employee work productivity, either partially or simultaneously on MNC TV Production Section. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative research method with a sample of 75 respondents. Data collected by using method is multiple linear regression analysis, double correlation and coefficient of determination. Test the hypothesis (Test F and Test t).The results showed that work discipline and work facilities have a significant effect on increasing productivity of employee of MNC TV Production Division.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of unemployment and inflation for poverty. The type of data used in this study is primary data with quantitative research method using multiple linear regression analysis technique and test hypotheses processed with Eviews 10. The result of data analysis showed that unemployment and inflation has a significant impact on the poverty. Seen from coefficient of determination that unemployment and inflation for poverty affect 63.95%, while the remaining 36.05% influenced by the others thay not included in this research.

Learning science is a learning done in Elementary School (ES). During this time, science learning is still felt difficult by most teachers and prospective ES teachers. These difficulties include difficulty in designing learning. These difficulties affect the readiness and ability of teachers in implementing learning in the classroom. The purpose of this study is to analyze the difficulties experienced by the PGSD study program in terms of planning science learning in ES. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research method. The population of this research is the students of PGSD IKIP Siliwangi who take the course of Learning Planning in ES as many as 50 students. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique, which is apprentice applicant 1 who get the learning planning in ES as much as 25 students. The data collected were questionnaire and data analysis using mode. The results showed that the sequence of the most difficult steps to the easiest in planning science teacher candidate elementary as follows: 1). Mapping SK / KD and indicators; 2). Determining indicators; 3). Determining effective weeks; 4). Arrange syllabus; 5). Establish an assessment; 6). Preparing RPP; 7). Prepare teaching materials.

This research was conducted to find out how the influence of entrepreneurial interest and education on entrepreneurial motivation by level IV students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ocean. The research method was conducted by surveying and distributing questionnaires to IV level students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Samudra in 2018. Based on the Slovin formula the sample was taken as many as 60 respondents representing 150 level IV students of the Faculty of Economics, Samudra University in 2018 consisting of Management Study Program students 30 people, Development Economics 60 people and Accounting 60 people. Based on the results of the analysis, the multiple linear regression equation Y = 0.351 + 0.543X1 + 0.389X2 is obtained. From this equation can be translated that the constant of 0.351 shows the value of motivation for entrepreneurship if the interest in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education is worth zero (fixed) of 35.1%. The value of the independent test variable (interest in entrepreneurship) shows a significance value of 0,000 <0,05. The value of the independent test variable (entrepreneurship education) shows a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. Simultaneously it is shown that the value of F sig is 0,000, because the value of F sig is 0,000 <0,05, it can be stated that the interests and education of entrepreneurship simultaneously have a significant effect on motivation for entrepreneurship. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.611 or 61.1% means the variability of entrepreneurial motivation variables which can be explained by the variability of interest in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education by 61.1%, while the remaining 38.9%, explained by other variables not included in the model this regression.

ABSTRACT   his research has a purpose to know and test the influence between Competency Assistant Program of Family of Hope (PKH) and UMKM together to increase education of children of PKH participant in District of Ciruas Regency of Serang. While the research method using quantitative research approach. Based on the results of the study showed that the results of simple correlation analysis (r) using SPSS program version 22 obtained value of 0.144, meaning that the closeness of the relationship between variables Competency Assistant PKH and SMEs on Education Children Participant PKH is strong because the value of 0.144> 0.5 and are in the low range ie (0.00 - 0.20). The amount of independent variable contribution is determined by the coefficient of determination and obtained calculation of 14.4%, meaning that the Competency Assistance variable of PKH and UMKM affects the Education of Child Participant PKH 14.4%, and the rest 85.6% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research model. While the results of hypothesis testing using SPSS program version 22 obtained Fcount value of 12.969 greater than Ftabel of 3.10 and Sig F value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 then there is a significant influence between Competency Assistance PKH and UMKM simultaneously to the Education of Participant Children PKH in Kecamatan Ciruas, Serang regency.   Keywords: Competence, UMKM and Education

<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>This study to determine the effect simultaneously and partially between Leadership, Training and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance At Directorate General of Manpower Placement Development Kemenaketrans RI. This research method is a quantitative research method. The population in this study is 394 employees and the sample used is 80 samples with 10% error sampling .. The test used is a test of validity and reliability, correlation test, simple linear regression, t-test and F test where the significance of trust 95% (? = 0.05). All statistical tests were performed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 19. The results showed that leadership, training and organizational culture together have a positive influence on employee performance shown by coefficient of determination R2 = 0.107 and multiple regression equation = 28.383 + 0.010X1 + 0.276X2 - 0.002X3 so that the contribution and influence of leadership, training and organizational culture together on employee performance is significant.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword: leadership, training, organizational culture, employee performance</em></strong></p><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial antara Kepemimpinan, Diklat dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai  Pada Direktorat Jenderal Pembinaan Penempatan Tenaga Kerja Kemenaketrans RI. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode  penelitian kuantitatif.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai berjumlah 394 orangdan  sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 80 sampel dengan sampling eror 10%.. Uji satistik yang digunakan yaitu :  uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji korelasi , regresi linear sederhana, uji t dan uji F dimana signifikansi kepercayaan 95%     (? = 0,05 ). Semua uji statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan  program SPSS (<em>Statistical Package for Social Science</em>) versi 19.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kepemimpinan, diklat dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien determinasi <strong>R<sup>2</sup> = 0.107</strong> dan persamaan regresi ganda <strong>? = 28.383 + 0.010X1+ 0.276X<sub>2</sub>- 0.002X<sub>3</sub></strong> sehingga kontribusi dan pengaruh kepemimpinan, diklat dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah signifikan.</p><p><strong>Keyword : kepemimpinan, diklat, budaya organisasi, kinerja pegawai</strong></p>
