The people in Langsa City understand that when a wali adhal is considered more competent to solve it is the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA), because it is considered to have a better understanding of marriage issues. Whereas in regulations the juridical authority to resolve the problems of wali adhal is the religious court. The purpose of this research is based on the normative and sociological authority of the settlement of wali adhal. This research is field research with a sociological approach. The results show that there are several factors in the occurrence of wali adhal and the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) is actively resolving wali adhal problems with mediation, emotional approach, discussion approaches and when the approach fails to be resolved by means of litigation.

Abstract: The problem examined in this research is the problem of the actualization of Pancasila values contained in the Sammilan traditional culture and its relevance to the values of local wisdom in the Batin Negara Village. This research belongs to the category of field research, and the approach used in this research is the sociological approach. Data collection techniques used were interview and documentation techniques. After conducting the research, it was concluded that the Sammilan traditional culture contains many positive values that can be applied in living the life of society and the state, the traditional culture of Sammilan is present in the midst of the people who are still very caring and caring for Indonesia in various aspects of life. In carrying out the traditional sammilan event is considered still in harmony and relevant to the values of Pancasila. The tolerance attitude of the people of Sekappung Libo is reflected if there are neighbors who are carrying out an adat event, they are not afraid without being asked to respect each other, help each other and help one another. Keywords: Actualization of Pancasila Values; Indigenous Sammilan

Indonesia has a large zakat potential and has not been widely used for economic empowerment for the poor. Lazismu, as part of the national zakat institution, develops to provide solutions in zakat management in the form of economic empowerment for the poor to turn mustahiq into muzakki. This study was field research, and the data were obtained directly from the field and research objects. The research applied a normative sociological approach. This research was descriptive-analytic and clearly and in detail described the phenomena as the main problem without doing hypotheses or statistical calculations. Specifically, this research intended to describe in general the management of zakat conducted by Lazismu in Probolinggo, Jember and Pasuruan, then systematically reviewed them to achieve Lazismu’s Role strategy in poverty alleviation for the people of Probolinggo, Jember and Pasuruan, so that it was easier to understand and conclude. The results showed that the three Regional Lazismu in this study carried out the empowerment of mustahik to become muzakki with economic empowerment. Early empowerment is carried out by providing training and assistance to Mustahiq in managing productive economic businesses that are carried out sustainably. Economic empowerment for mustahiq has the potential to improve the economy to be more independent in running their business.

Pluralisme agama seringkali dijadikan sebagai sarana pemicu timbulnya konflik sosial sehingga pluralisme agama menimbulkan pluralisme yang disintegratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui simbol dan makna simbol dalam interaksi sosial masyarakat kelurahan Karang Slogohimo Wonogiri yang  mampu menjadikan pluralisme integratif. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi dari pemikiran G.H. Mead tentang interaksionisme simbolik sebagai pisau analisa. Objek sekaligus fokus penelitian ini adalah masyarakat beda agama di kelurahan Karang Slogohimo. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan metode deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasilnya adalah bahwa simbol–simbol yang digunakan masyarakat Karang dalam interaksi sosial secara umum  melalui dua bentuk yaitu verbal dan non verbal. Kemudian Pemaknaan atas simbol–simbol tersebut dapat dikatagorikan menjadi tiga yaitu mind, self dan society sebagaimana maksud dari teori interaksionisme simbolik. Mind (pikiran) masyarakat Karang tentu sangat beragam yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai latar belakang yang berbeda–beda namun ada konsep mind dalam sebagian besar masyarakat Karang beranggapan bahwa agama adalah “ageman, terhadap saudara lain “podho kulit lan balunge” sehingga perbedaan agama tidak menjadi suatu persoalan. Konsep Self (diri) faktor “Me” lebih dominan dari pada faktor “I” sehingga kecenderungan egois tidak begitu tampak. Adapun Konsep Society (masyarakat) mereka memiliki rasa peduli dan ada kecenderungan untuk interaksi sosial dengan masyarakat di sekitarnya, sehingga baik particular other maupun generalized other dapat berfungsi sebagai kontrol sosial yang baik. Religious pluralism is often used as a means of triggering social conflicts so that religious pluralism creates disintegrative pluralism. This study aims to determine the symbols and meanings of symbols in the social interaction of the people of the Wonogiri Karang Slogohimo village that can make integrative pluralism. To achieve the objectives of this study, researchers used the sociological approach of G.H. Mead thinking about symbolic interactionism as a knife of analysis. The object as well as the focus of this research is the religiously diverse community in Karang Slogohimo village. This research is a descriptive field research method, data collected through documentation, observation and in-depth interviews. The result is that the symbols used by the Karang community in general social interaction through two forms, namely verbal and non verbal. Then the meaning of the symbols can be categorized into three, namely mind, self and society as intended by the theory of symbolic interactionism. The mind of the Karang community is certainly very diverse which is influenced by a variety of different backgrounds, but there is a mind concept in most Karang people who think that religion is "ageman, against another brother" podho kulit lan balunge "so that religious differences do not become a problem. The concept of Self factor "Me" is more dominant than the factor "I" so that selfish tendencies are not so visible. The concept of the Society (community) they have a sense of caring and there is a tendency for social interaction with the surrounding community, so that both the other particular and other generalized can function as good social control.

This is a library-comparative research of the profit mechanism assessment and measurement of two calculation methods, which is between conventional models and sharia models. The approaches used in this study consists of four; normative approach, sociological approach, historical approach; and philosophical approach. The four approaches used with the aim to reveal the method of calculating profits with the Islamic accounting system. The data obtained from the literature is then processed by making reductions and classifications to draw the relationships pattern between the data found and the core problem of this study. The processed data is then analyzed to find answers to the problems of this research.This research finds that there are significant differences where the sharia system has more benefits. In Islamic accounting, the calculation model can encourage the economic growth of the people. Thus the element of sharia is clearly able to bring goodness and salvation (maslahah) in the life of mankind.The results of this study are intended to provide public knowledge and understanding of the sharia method which not only brings worldly benefits but also avoids the harm that affects the lives of the world and the hereafter. Marriage registration is important in marriages in Indonesia because it can have legal consequences for those who carry out marriages. This study discusses the form of negligence of marriage registration in underage marriages in Gorontalo District and the legal consequences that occur due to negligence of marriage registration in age marriages in Gorontalo Regency. This research is a field research with a juridical and sociological approach. The collection of data in the form of observations at the study site, interviews with employees of the Office of Religious Affairs, parents and underage marriages with 182 respondents, as well as literature review. The results showed: First, the form of negligence in the registration of marriages in Gorontalo Regency, namely the negligence of parents, the negligence of children and the negligence of marriage registration officers; Second, due to the legal consequences caused by negligence in registering underage marriages in Gorontalo District, namely the legality of child marriages, divorce is easy, rejection of marriage dispensation, repeating the marriage contract and marriage without the presence of government officials.

This research is a field research with qualitative method used with history and sociological approach. Data collection techniques are done by interviews, observations, and documents. A source of data in this study is the community of tourism actors in the Special Economic Zone of Lombok. This research produces and enhances the application of Islamic cultural values to the improvement of Human Resources and preservation of existing local wisdom, in the Special Economic Zones (KEK) is a pro-business policy from the government in order to accelerate the achievement of national economic development, which aims to accelerate regional development.

<p class="07KatakunciKeywords">This study aims to determine the perspective of Islamic eco-theology in the Reresik Sendang tradition in Wonosoco Village. How the people of Wonosoco Village carry out, interpret, and how the Reresik Sendang tradition is seen from the perspective of Islamic eco-theology. This research uses a type of field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques obtained through the results of observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings from this study indicate several important points: First, the tradition of Reresik Sendang is a form of effort by the people of Wonosoco Village in preserving the natural environment based on Islamic teachings. Secondly, in the implementation of the Reresik Sendang tradition, there are still rituals which are Hindu-Buddhist teachings. The community interpreted that the Sendang Reresik tradition is a form of gratitude to God Almighty, as well as a form of respect for the ancestors. Third, viewed from the perspective of Islamic eco-theology in the Reresik Sendang tradition in Wonosoco Village, there is a meeting point in it, which sees nature as a "sign" of God.</p>

O objetivo deste artigo é descrever a experiência de uma pesquisa de campo qualitativa em Geografia, com uma abordagem humanista. A pesquisa de campo foi feita no município de Itacaré, sul do estado da Bahia, com o propósito compreender como os sujeitos de Itacaré percebem o rio das Contas, qual é o significado do rio para eles. Como método de pesquisa de campo, optamos pela história oral e pelas técnicas da entrevista, da observação e, ainda, pelo registro de paisagens através de fotografias. A nossa presença em Itacaré foi importante para o êxito da pesquisa porque pudemos conhecer melhor as pessoas e o seu cotidiano, fato que contribuiu para a qualidade das informações contidas nas 41 entrevistas feitas. Também, essa convivência com as pessoas do lugar foi uma grande experiência vivida na perspectiva da Geografia Humanista. Abstract QUALITATIVE FIELD RESEARCH: EXPERIENCE IN HUMANISTIC GEOGRAPHY This paper aims at describing the experience of a qualitative field research in Geography under a humanistic approach. The field research was carried out in Itacaré, located in the south of Bahia state, aiming at understanding how the individuals from Itacaré perceive Rio das Contas, what the river means to them. We have chosen oral history as field research method and the techniques of oral interview, observation and the record of landscapes through photography. Our presence in Itacaré was critical for the field research’s success as we could get to know better the people and their everyday life, which contributed for the quality of the information contained in the 41 oral interviews collected. Also, staying with these people was a valuable experience under the Humanistic Geography perspective.

Character education is an important element in the effort to prepare superior Indonesian human resources, it is of particular concern to be applied especially among students, there is a need for character education because the attitudes and behavior of the people and people of Indonesia now tend to ignore the noble values ​​of Pancasila which are highly respected and should be rooted in everyday attitudes and behaviors, values ​​such as honesty, politeness, togetherness and religious, gradually eroded by foreign cultures that tend to be hedonistic, materialistic, and individualistic, so that the noble character values ​​are ignored in the future if students and young people are not equipped with character education. Law students have their own challenges, especially in the era of globalization. This paper analyzes and illustrates the character strengthening program for law student activists in Semarang State University through several programs, namely public speaking, strengthening student idealism, strengthening advocacy capacitation and human rights assistance and self-motivation. This research is a field research with the object of research as activists of law students who are members of student organizations. This research confirms that the programs for strengthening the character of students experience several obstacles, one of which is the model used and a relatively short time. However, character education for student activists helps students to survive in real life as part of community members.

Tahlilan is one of the ancestral traditions of the Indonesian nation which is rich in social values. Apart from functioning as a religious ritual, it is also meaningful as a medium for character education. Through the field research method, this research seeks to reveal the values of character education contained in the tahlilan tradition, especially tahlilan carried out by the people of Losari Village, Losari District, Cirebon Regency. The results of this study found that there are so many values of character education contained in the tahlilan tradition in Losari Village, namely; diversity, social concern, hard work, and discipline. Thus, it can be said that the tahlilan tradition can function as the basis for character education for the Indonesian nation, especially among the Indonesian Muslim community.
