Aceh, which is dominated by the Aceh Rayeuk tribe, has a treasure of various ethnicities and tribes such as the Aceh Tribe, Tamiang Tribe, Gayo Tribe, Alas Tribe, Kluet Tribe, Julu Tribe, Pakpak Tribe and Aneuk Jamee Tribe. The various ethnic groups above show that Aceh is a province rich in culture and various authentic local wisdoms. The Aneuk Jamee tribe is an acculturation of the Acehnese and Minangkabau tribes, both of which seem to have merged into one individual to produce a new ethnicity. This ethnicity later developed in South Aceh and influenced various aspects of culture and the family system in it. This research is classified as field research with a qualitative approach. The methodology used is phenomenology which is supported by historical literacy in the South Aceh region where the Aneuk Jamee ethnicity is the most dominant. Informants in this study consisted of primary and secondary sources, the primary sources were individuals or native Aneuk Jamee selected by random sampling. The secondary sources are informants who are not native to Aneuk Jamee but have insight and knowledge regarding the history and customs of Aneuk Jamee. The results of the study concluded that the Aneuk Jamee community has similarities with the system in the Minangkabau community in West Sumatra, namely adopting a hereditary system from the mother's side or commonly referred to as Matrilineal. Even though there has been Islamization in Aceh where the father is a descendant of the lineage, the matrilineal system is still evident in kinship (household) matters. All matters that will be carried out in a household must be discussed in advance with the ninik mamak (mother's brother). Prior to the consultation with the ninik mamak, news about the event should not be heard by the public.

The Qur'an is truly a holy book containing moral teachings to guide people to the straight path. It's just that, when the Qur'an is consumed by the public, the book experiences a paradigm shift so that it is treated, received, and expressed differently according to their respective knowledge and beliefs. That expression, of course, is a concrete indicator that the Qur'an is a holy book which is always in harmony with all situations and conditions (ṣālih li kulli zamān wa makān). The model and style of the reception even now continue to be expressed and preserved by the family of Ponpes Al-Hidayah Karangsuci, Purwokerto. This study aims to determine the variety of Al-Qur'an receptions in Ponpes and try to understand the meaning inherent in it. This research was designed with qualitative methods and included in field research. In obtaining data, the instruments that researchers use are in-depth interviews, observations, and studies of related documents. The analysis used by researchers is as presented by Mohd. Soehadha, namely by reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. In clarifying the validity of the data, the researcher extends the participation and triangulation of sources and methods. From the research conducted, the results obtained include: (1) a variety of Al-Qur'an receptions in the Al-Hidayah Islamic Boarding School Karangsuci Purwokerto, (2) The meanings inherent in the reception variety, among others: objective meaning, expressive meaning, and documentary meaning. The objective meaning is to conclude that the variety of reception behavior at the Islamic boarding school is a symbol of compliance and injustice to the regulations of the boarding school. The expressive meaning is a form of self-internalization with positive things through the continuous learning process of the Qur'an, and the meaning of the documentary is a form of local contextualization of the whole cultural system.

Testimony is a statement made by a witness who saw the incident by himself and was at the scene at that time. Nothing can escape this evidence in the afterlife, nor can it be manipulated in the slightest. So the source of the problem that will be discussed is how to witness the body and the interpretation of the rationality of the testimony of the limbs in QS. Yasin: 65. The research approach used by the author is a qualitative approach and is more inclined to follow library research and uses thematic analysis methods, this research will rely on the interpretation of Al-Jawahir Fi Tafsiril Qur'an by Tantawi Jauhari and books. as primary sources, research journals, and research theses as secondary sources. And what is relevant to this research, the results of the testimony of the limbs according to tantawi Jauhari are that the limbs will testify and it is not only in the afterlife, the body can testify against its owner. but even in the law that applies in the world, the limb that can be used to prove it, to reveal a crime such as murder or abuse. Here the limbs are like hands, it can help to expose the crime. One of them uses a DNA or fingerprint test, and only Allah will see what the testimony on the Day of Judgment is.

Indonesia Train Company or PT Kereta Api Indonesia (hereafter referred to as PT. KAI (Persero) is a State Owned Campanyor Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), which needs resources to carry out its business. To boost its capital, PT.KAI (Persero) leases its unused land located along the railways that have been closed due to ineffectiveness or the decrease in the operation. This lease carried out overeither certified or uncertified land. Although many of the trains in West Sumatra no longer work since independence, PT. KAI (Persero) still leases land. The lease is done in the form of lease quotation document whose format is solely determined by PT.KAI (Persero), similar to a standard contract. In such quotation, the state is leaser and the leaseholder is only obliged to pay for the lease and enjoy / use the land without a balanced agreement. This situation raises the following question: does the arrangement and status of right and lease of land by PT.KAI (Persero) to the public haveany legality / legal validity? The studydraws on socio-legal data, both primary and secondary obtained through library and field research. The research was conducted in Regional Division II of West Sumatra with land tenants / users of lands thatare deemed as assets by PT KAI (Persero). The site was chosen purposively. The results reveal that the leases of PT. KAI (Persero) arein accordancewith the provisions of the Ministerial Decree on State-Owned Company alongwith the Regulation on Railways. However, land leases by PT.KAI (Persero) basedon the Decision Letter from the Ministry of State Owned Company, which is not specifically intended to PT.KAI (Persero),  is illigal.

The article examines the tradition of formation of the concepts “family” (famille) and “household” (ménage) in the political theory of the French lawyer, Jean Bodin. The article looks into different editions of Six Books of the Commonwealthto explore the connotations of the key concepts and the meaning that Bodin ascribed to them. As secondary sources, Bodin uses the works by Xenophon, Aristotle, Apuleus, and Marcus Junianus Justin, as well as the Corpus Juris Civilis. Bodin examines three different traditions, those of Ancient Greece, Ancient Hebrew, and Ancient Rome. Each of these traditions has its own history of the concepts of the “family” and of the “household”. Bodin refers to ancient traditions for polemics, but eventually offers his own understanding, not only of the concepts of “famille” and “ménage”, but also of the term «République», defined as the Republic, a term that (with some reservations) refers to the modern notion of state. The very fact that these concepts are being used signifies the division of the political space into the spheres of the private and the public. Furthermore, the concepts of the “family” and of the “household” are key to understand the essence of sovereignty as the supreme authority in the Republic. The author concludes that the difference between Bodin’s concepts of the “family” and the “household” lies not only in the possession of property and its legal manifestation, but also in the fact that the “household” is seen by Bodin as the basis of the Republic, the first step in the system of subordination to the authority.
