Pencegahan komplikasi penyakitpada Penderita DM memerlukan peran keluarga sebagai mitra petugas kesehatan denganmengontrol regulasi kadar glukosa darah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui  pengaruh peran keluarga terhadap regulasi kadar gula darah. Penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah penderita diabetes mellitus di Puskesmas Balowerti kota kediri sebanyak 90 orang. Sampel penelitian yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive  sampling.Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji chi squarePenelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2019 sampai dengan Juni 2019. Hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan uji korelasi sederhana , dengan chi square menunjukkan (p=0,005) yang berarti ada hubungan peran keluarga  mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap  regulasi kadar gula dalam darah penderita DM. Disarankan perlunya bimbingan dan penyuluhan pada penderita tentang latihan jasmani, diit yang sehat, berhenti merokok, penggunaan obat antidiabetik dan efek sampingnya, serta pentingnya control gula darah, meningkatkan informasi tentang DM, komplikasi, dan penanggulangannya. Kata kunci: Peran keluarga, regulasi kadar gula darah, diabetes melitus Abstract The Effect Of Role Of Family On Regulation Levels Of Sugar Blood Patients DM. Prevention of disease complications in DM sufferers requires the role of the family as partners of Health workers by controlling the regulation of blood glucose levels. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the role of the family on the regulation of blood sugar levels.This research is a quantitative descriptive correlation with the cross approach sectional. The study population was people with diabetes mellitus at the health center Balowerti city of Kediri as many as 90 people. The research sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique. The collection of research data using a questionnaire, while the analysis of data using the chi square test The study was conducted in May 2019 to June 2019.   The test results using a simple correlation test, with chi square shows (p = 0.005) so that Ho is rejected and Hı is accepted, which means there is a relationship between the role of the family has a significant relationship to the regulation of blood sugar levels in patients with DM. Suggested the need for guidance and counseling to sufferers about physical exercise, healthy diet, smoking cessation, the use of antidiabetic drugs and their side effects, as well as the importance of blood sugar control, increasing information about DM, complications, and prevention. Keywords : The role of the family, regulation of blood sugar levels, diabetes mellitus

Introduction. Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disease characterized by increased blood glucose levels or hyperglycemia. Long-term hyperglycemia can cause various complications including neuropathy. Some measures can be taken to prevent neuropathy, such as foot care. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between adherence foot care with the incidence of neuropathy in patients with diabetes mellitus in H. Adam Malik General Hospital Medan in 2019.Method. This research is a descriptive correlational study using cross sectional design. The population in this study were all DM patients who came to the Polyclinic disease in H. Adam Malik General Hospital Medan. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 44 respondents. Data collection was performed using a foot care compliance questionnaire and a neuropathic event observation sheet.Result. Data analysis with Chi-square test obtained p value = 0.001, which means there is a relationship between adherence of foot care with the incidence of neuropathy in DM patients at H. Adam Malik General Hospital Medan in 2019.Duscussion. DM patients can prevent neuropathy by doing regular foot care. Health workers and families can play a role in providing support to patients to improve the independence of doing foot care at home.

Diabetes mellitus is a disease or disorder of chronic metabolism with multiethiology characterized by high blood sugar (hyperglycemia). Diabetes Mellitus can not be cured but can be controlled by regulating blood sugar levels. One important factor in controlling blood sugar levels is the role of the family To know the correlation between family's informal role and the control of blood glucose levels in people with diabetes mellitus at RSUD Ungaran Semarang Regency.The design of this study was descriptive correlational with cross sectional approach with the number of population of 176 people and samples of 64 respondents by using accidental sampling method. Data collection tools used questionnaires. Data analysis used SPSS version 23.0. Bivariate analysis was processed by using chi square test. The informal role of the family in people with diabetes mellitus is mostly in good category (75.0%). Control of blood glucose level in people with diabetes mellitus is mostly in good category (62,5%). There is significant correlation between family informal role and blood glucose control in patients with diabetes mellitus at RSUD Ungaran Semarang Regency, with p value 0,043 <0,05 (α). There is correlation between family's informal role and the control of blood glucose levels in people with diabetes mellitus at RSUD Ungaran Semarang Regency.We recommend that patients with DM further improve the control of blood glucose levels by increasing the role of the family so as to prevent the occurrence of complications

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an endemic disease commonly found in tropical and subtropical regions. Community behavior and the role of health workers in DHF prevention significantly influence DHF incidence. This study purposed to determine the relationship between community knowledge and attitude and the role of health workers with DHF prevention in the working area of the Bakunase Public Health Center in 2020. The study design was descriptive-analytic with a cross-sectional study approach. The research sample was 99 respondents, taken by simple random sampling technique. Analysis of research data used the chi-square test. The results showed that knowledge (p = 0.003), attitude (p = 0.000), and the role of health workers (p = 0.004) were related to DHF prevention. Most respondents had poor knowledge but showed a positive attitude towards DHF prevention. Intensive counseling on DHF prevention is essential to ensure active community participation in DHF prevention activities.

Introduction: The role of the family is the specific behavior expected by someone in the family member. Anxiety is a fear that is not clear and is not supported by the situation. Objective:  To Know the Relationship of Family Role to the Level of Anxiety in the Elderly in Hamlet 01 Kukusan Beji-Depok Method: The research method uses analytics with a cross-sectional approach. The study population was 288 people with a sample of 81 respondents using the Slovin formula. In the sampling technique using cluster sampling. Results: The results showed that the respondents with a bad family role as many as 41 (50.6%) anxiety levels of the middle aged were 59 (72.8%). The results of statistical tests using the chi-square test indicate that there is a significant or significant relationship between the role of the family and the level of anxiety of the elderly with a value of p-value 0.01. Conclusion: It was concluded that there was a relationship between the role of the family and the level of anxiety of the elderly in the Hamlet 01 Kukusan Beji District Depok City.

Introduction: Anemia is one of the most common nutritional disorders during pregnancy, this anemia can be achieved with iron supplementation. Pregnant women who suffer from severe anemia can increase the risk of maternal and infant morbidity and mortality, the possibility of giving birth to babies with low birth weight. Objectives: The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between health promotion, the role of health workers, and family support with the prevention of anemia in pregnant women in the working area of ​​the Bondongan Health Center, Bogor City in 2019. Method: This type of research, quantitative and analytical descriptive approach using the cross-sectional method. The study population was all pregnant women as many as 128 people and a sample of 56 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The measuring instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis using chi-square with 0.05. Result: The results showed that the prevention of anemia in pregnant women was in the poor category (57%), the role of health workers was not good (55%), health promotion was not good (63%), low family support (54%) in preventing anemia in pregnant women working area of ​​Bondongan Health Center, Bogor City in 2019. Conclution: There is a significant relationship between the role of health workers (P-value 0.04), Health Promotion (P-value 0.012), and Family Support (P-value 0.02) on the prevention of anemia in pregnant mothers.

The purpose of this research was to identify and evaluate the major dietary components linked with blood sugar levels in diabetic patients at UPT Puskesmas Narumonda in Toba Regency. This sort of study employs a cross-sectional descriptive analytic survey. The population in this research was 118 individuals, whereas the sample size was 54. Univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analyses were used to analyze the data. The chi-square test results indicate that the sugar level of people with diabetes mellitus is related to the number of calories p = 0.000, the type of food p = 0.000, and the eating schedule p = 0.003, indicating that there is a relationship between obesity, the number of calories, the type of food, and the eating schedule and blood sugar levels in people with diabetes mellitus. The findings of multivariate analysis indicate that the most relevant variable in this research, with an OR value of 53, is the quantity of calories. The research concluded that the quantity of calories consumed is the most important factor influencing blood sugar levels in persons with diabetes mellitus at UPT Puskesmas Narumonda, Toba Regency. To help lower the occurrence of diabetes mellitus, it is intended that the Health Service, puskesmas, and health professionals would collaborate to give frequent counseling about diabetes mellitus and a healthy and balanced diet.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a medical disorder is a collection of symptoms caused by elevated levels of sugar or due to insulin resistance. DM is a non-communicable diseases. Riskesdas 2007 in Central Kalimantan diabetes prevalence of 0.9%, but were diagnosed by health personnel by 0.6%. While in the city of Palangkaraya. Prevalence of diabetes of 1.4%, but were diagnosed DM client just as much as 1.1%. This study aims to determine the relationship of the level of anxiety with increased blood sugar levels in diabetes mellitus clients in the region of Bukit Pukesmas Hindu city of Palangkaraya. Methods descriptive analytic cross sectional study design. The research sample as many as 65 people. The results showed that the DM Client Anxiety in Puskesmas Bukit Hindu city of Palangkaraya that her blood sugar levels <200 mg / dl was 23.1% mild anxiety and 24.6% were worried. Anxiety DM client that blood glucose levels> 200 mg / dl was 21.5% mild anxiety, and 30.8% were worried. Obtained a significant relationship between the level of anxiety with increased levels of sugar in clients with diabetes mellitus, where respondents blood sugar> 200 mg / dl with a moderate level of anxiety has peluag 5.787 times greater risk than the volunteers were mild anxiety level.

  Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease that has characteristics of high blood sugar levels (hyperglycemia), this can occur due to abnormalities in insulin secretion. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of hemoglobin levels with long suffering  Diabetes Mellitus patients.  This study used was correlational design with a cross sectional approach.  The population in this study were 225 people with a sample of 67 respondents with purposive sampling technique.  Data was collected by checking hemoglobin levels and Quesioner. The results showed that almost all respondents had normal hemoglobin levels and most of the respondents had  long history of suffering from Diabetes Mellitus for 5-10 years..  Data analysis used was the Rho Spearman test and can not found the relationship between hemoglobin levels and long suffering Diabetes Mellitus (p value = 0.565). History of suffering from Diabetes Mellitus,did not necessarily have low hemoglobin levels, because it can be noticed from other factors such as routine taking medication, diet, exercise, and lifestyle that can affect the condition of diabetes patients themselves.  Diabetes Mellitus patients need to maintain the blood sugar levels and hemoglobin levels with a healthy lifestyle, take the recommended diet, routinely consume drugs, and check blood sugar levels regularly.

<p><em>Diabetes mellitus is one of the generative disease that increase every year. Most cases of diabetes mellitus in Indonesia is type 2, the prevalence 90-95% of all cases of diabetes. About 7% of South Sulawesi's population suffer from this disease. DM is a lifelong disease that requires good management, especially in terms of blood sugar control. The aim of study is to determine factors associated blood sugar level of patients DM type 2 in RSUD Kota Makassar.This study used cross sectional study approach and sample of 149 people. This research was conducted at Internal Polyclinic of RSUD Kota Makassar, data were collected using questionnaires and patient medical records file. The results of univariate analysis showed that most respondents got adequate family support (55.1%). Most people with type 2 diabetes melitus in RSUD Kota Makassar had good diet (51.5%). Blood sugar levels of respondents in this study which were still not well controlled (77.9%). Bivariate analysis with chi square test showed that family support was not related to blood sugar levels (p = 0.26) while diet was associated with blood sugar levels (p = 0,000, = 0.523). That blood sugar levels related with dietary, not family support. <strong>:</strong> It is desirable for health workers to optimize the counseling method for patients, especially in terms of motivating patients to control disease and family should be involved in the counseling activities</em><em>.</em><em></em></p><pre><strong><em> </em></strong></pre><pre><strong><br /></strong><em></em><strong><em></em></strong></pre>

Based on data from the Pekanbaru City Health Office in 2019, the number of pregnant women was 170,366 people, of which 21 Pekanbaru City Puskesmas who had implemented classes for pregnant women were 92.41%. Data from the Pekanbaru City Health Office from 3 Puskesmas with the lowest in the implementation of the class of pregnant women that have not been going well are at Langsat Puskesmas, namely 7.7% with 3 classes of pregnant women. This study aims to determine the determinants of pregnant women behavior in following classes of pregnant women in the Langsat Pekanbaru Public Health Center in 2020. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The study population was all pregnant women in the Langsat Pekanbaru Health Center with a total of 580 people and the research sample was 86 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed univariate and bivariate with the chi-square test (? = 0.05). The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between perception (? = 0.017 ?? = 0.05), education (? = 0.018 ?? = 0.05), knowledge (? = 0.024 ?? = 0.05), attitude ( ? = 0.006 ?? = 0.05), parity (? = 0.030 ?? = 0.05), information media (? = 0.012 ?? = 0.05), family support (? = 0.012 ?? = 0.05) ), and the role of health workers (? = 0.002 <? = 0.05) with the behavior of pregnant women. Based on the results of the research, the conclusion is that there is a relationship between perception, education, knowledge, attitudes, parity, information media, family support, the role of health workers and the behavior of pregnant women in attending classes for pregnant women. So suggestions for high-risk pregnant women to be more active in participating in the class program for pregnant women and for health workers need to increase outreach to mothers about the importance of joining pregnant women classes. In addition, support from husbands is needed to increase maternal visits in the class of pregnant women.
