Informatization of education has been going on for 30 years. During this time, a good material and technical base appeared in schools, there are repositories of e-learning resources to which teachers have access. However, it is difficult to use these e-learning resources due to their too large number and not always high level. It is advisable to introduce a system of reviews and recommendations, to conduct a comparative analysis, as well as to make reviews of resources on a particular subject/topic. In addition, the demand for e-learning resources is affected by the fact that education authorities encourage not so much the use of e-learning resources as their development by the teacher himself. In general, the load on teachers has increased instead of the promised saving of time and effort when using the e-learning resources. At the same time, many e-learning resources are not very effective, since they do not meet the requirements of cognitiveness (they contribute not to learning, but to simple memorization of the material). It is necessary to explore the process of learning new material: this will allow you to create cognitive e-learning resources and other resources that would help you with equal probability to successfully acquire new knowledge for students belonging to different psycho-types. At the initial stage of the study of any subject, it is more expedient to use the usual “paper” method, that is, a textbook and not overload the student’s brain with excessive information. Only when he has mastered the basic provisions, we can turn to e-learning resources, bearing in mind that they must be cognitive, that is, they are aimed at logical perception and rapid intuitive learning, only in this case e-learning resources can be considered effective. The conclusion is formulated that cognitiveness is the next stage of informatization of education after the stage of electronization.

The article uses methods of statistical analysis, deduction and analogy to consider programs at the Federal, regional and economic levels, which provide for measures aimed at improving the technical equipment of agricultural producers. Particular attention is paid to the acquisition of energy-saving, high-performance agricultural machinery and equipment used in the production and processing of agricultural products. An assessment of the effectiveness of state support for updating the material and technical base of agriculture is given. Based on the results of the study, conclusions and recommendations were formulated.

The article deals with the work of Russian state authorities during the period when a new coronavirus infection (SARSCoV- 2, previously – 2019-nCoV) threatens to spread and enter the national territory. The algorithm of work and the practical measures taken to combat infection from the point of view of the requirements of the national security Strategy of the Russian Federation, as well as Federal and regional regulatory legal acts in terms of protection are analyzed. The issues of the formation of special temporary governing bodies, the goals and objectives of their activities, as well as the forms of work used: monitoring the situation, rulemaking, interagency cooperation, building up forces and means to combat the pandemic, using the information and technical base, informing the population, supporting certain sectors of the economy and certain categories of citizens are considered. Conclusions are drawn about the organized, complex and interdepartmental nature of the events, the need to improve legislation in terms of establishing legal liability for offenses under the quarantine regime, creating conditions to prevent unjustified price increases for certain types of goods, systematically informing the population and preventing the spread of false rumors, the need to support certain sectors of the economy and certain categories of citizens.

Innovations and progress in teaching, introduction of new academic disciplines in the curricula, changes in the paradigm of school education in Ukraine, the search for innovative tools, techniques and teaching methods, especially teaching STEAM create a good basis for teaching robotics. However, the organization of classes in robotics requires the creation of a special educational ecosystem, which important element is the technical base (equipment). It is not a secret, that administrative staff who sometimes even do not have required experience in technology are often engaged in the procurement of equipment and its selection. The current study was conducted to solve this problem, as well as to create a universal recommendation for creating an appropriate ecosystem for teaching robotics As part of the study, the task was to develop a prototype of an expert decision-making system for selecting of an appropriate equipment and zoning of a classroom (ICR) for conducting classes in robotics. Knowledge-oriented approach was used to create the prototype. Keywords: knowledge-based approach, robotics, adaptive selection, teaching robotics.

Identifying problems and challenges of spatial development of regions, studying the specifics of the organization of regional economic activity and current trends in the system-forming sectors of the region, organizing and optimizing them is one of the most important aspects of economic development, which has both scientific and practical significance throughout the country. The dynamics of development of the agricultural sector of the Stavropol territory indicates the existence of negative economic trends. A limiting factor in the development of the agricultural sector of the Stavropol territory is the low availability of production forces with material and technical resources, outdated material and technical base, which determines the intensity of the production process, labor productivity and competitiveness. In view of these circumstances, we conducted research aimed at identifying the specifics of the organization of the logistics system, agricultural complexes of the Stavropol territory and its problem areas. The theoretical provisions and conclusions of the study allow us to expand and systematize knowledge in the field of organization and management of the supply business process. The practical significance lies in the possibility of introducing into the production process a method of managing the logistics system, which allows to increase the efficiency of the agricultural sector in the region.

The growth in the production of vegetable oils in recent years has created an opportunity to increase their exports. Exports in 2020 increased in all major groups of goods that Russia supplies abroad: grain, fat and oil, meat and dairy products, as well as food and processing industry products. Foreign supplies of fat and oil products increased by 12%, to 8.1 million tons, in physical terms and by 22%, to $ 5 billion, in monetary terms. The growth was provided primarily by the export of sunflower oil, of which 3.7 million tons (+ 19%) were shipped for $ 2.8 billion (+ 28%). Sales were particularly strong in the first half of 2020 after a record sunflower harvest in 2019. In 2020, foreign exchange earnings from the export of sunflower and rapeseed oils could have been higher, if not for the restrictive measures taken by the government. Foreign exchange earnings from the export of vegetable oils from Russia can be significantly increased by reducing the sale of oilseeds. At the same time, additional jobs can be created in Russia, and most importantly, the most valuable by-product (meal) will remain to ensure livestock breeding in the country. This requires the modernization of the material and technical base of the processing industry and the restoration of domestic seed production of oilseeds.

Abstract The number of hip and knee arthroplasty replacement surgeries is increasing steadily. In combination with demographic aging and the number of periprosthetic complications, this development has lead to the phenomenon where the need for revision surgery is rising. The problem is, that, while implantation procedures of hip arthroplasties are more or less standardized, explantation is a non-standardized task for experienced specialists, due to the unpredictability of the adequate loosening method. The surgeon often only gets to decide on which tools and methods may be applied to detach the prosthesis, only after getting access to the operation site. The time taken to detach the prosthesis is hardly predictable and mainly depends on the surgeons’ skills. To gain objective data on the mechanics of explantation, new measurement methods are required. One technical base for studies on revision procedures are standard force plates, available in biomechanics laboratories.
