This study aims to find out how portraits of Malay culture in student career planning at SMA Negeri 9 Bengkulu City. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The approach used to better understand what phenomena experienced by research subjects in the natural setting context by utilizing natural setting methods. Data analysis techniques use the Spradley model, namely domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, componential analysis, and discovering cultural themes. Data analysis is done directly in the field together with data collection. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: Students who have a Malay culture background already have a good career planning, this is indicated by the students can understand themselves, students can find out various information about the world of work, and students can match their potential with various information about the world of work .

This research is motivated by the discovery of Malay culture students who have not thought of a clear career plan after graduating from high school, Malay culture students are also found to be confused in choosing majors in Higher Education. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Malay culture on student career planning. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with a natural setting approach. Data collection in this study using observation techniques, interviews, carried out simultaneously with data analysis. Data analysis using the Spradley model, namely through 4 stages of data analysis including domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, componential analysis, and discovering cultural themes. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be explained the influence of Malay culture on student career planning, namely: 1) discipline; students culture Malay discipline in completing the tasks of the teacher, 2) responsibilities; Malay cultural students have a high sense of responsibility in doing assignments, 3) light-handed; Malay cultural students have a mild attitude in mobilizing things that support learning activities, 4) high learning desires; Malay cultural students have a high desire in learning activities both at school and at home, 5) diligent; Malay cultural students are also classified as students who are diligent, it shows students in working on creative tasks.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potret perencanaan karier siswa budaya rejang di SMA Negeri 9 Kota Bengkulu.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu dalam konteks natural setting untuk lebih memahami fenomena apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian dengan memanfaatkan metode natural setting. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model spradley antara analisis domain, analisis taksonomi, analisis komponensial, dan analisis tema kultural. Kegiatan nalisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan langsung di lapangan bersamaan dengan pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan temuan dan hasil analisis data maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Siswa yang berlatar belakang budaya rejang sudah memiliki perencanaan karier yang cukup baik, hal ini ditunjukkan bahwa siswa sudah dapat memahami potensi diri, sudah dapat mengemukakan pengetahuan tentang dunia kerja, sudah dapat mengemukakan hal-hal terkait dengan pencocokkan potensi diri dengan jenis pekerjaan yang akan dipilih. Disisi lain masih ditemukan siswa yang belum dapat memahami potensi diri, belum dapat mengemukakan dengan baik pengetahuan tentang dunia kerja, serta masih terdapat siswa yang kurang dapat mencocokkan potensi yang dimiliki dengan jenis pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan bakat dan minat. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diimplikasikan dalam kegiatan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dan dapat diimplikasikan dalam mata kuliah Bimbingan Konseling Karier.   The purpose of this study was to find out the portrait of career planning for cultural students in the State High School 9 of Bengkulu City. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. He approach used in this study is in the context of natural settings to better understand the phenomena experienced by research subjects by utilizing natural setting methods. The data analysis in this study uses a spradley model between domain nalysis, taxonomic analysis, componential analysis, and analysis of cultural themes. Data analysis can be concluded that: Students who have a cultural background have good career planning, it is shown that students can understand their potential, can express knowledge about the word of work, can express things related to matching their potential with the type the job to be chosen. On the other hand there are still students who have not been able to understand their potential, have not been able to express well the knowledge of the word of work, and there are still students who are less able to match their potential with the type of work that suits their talents and interests. The results of this study can be implicated in the activities of guidance and counseling services in schools and can be implicated in Career Counseling Guidance courses.

This research is motivated by the discovery still rejang culture students who do not have a mature career planning, there are students who are confused rejang culture in choosing courses that will be selected to enter college. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of culture on career planning rejang students. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, using natural setting approach. Collecting data using the technique of participant observation, unstructured interviews, and technical documentation. Analysis of data using Spradley models that domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, componential analysis, and analysis of the cultural theme. Based on the results of data analysis, then it can be explained several cultural factors that can influence student planning, namely 1) the habit of increasing decisions to improve, 2) influencing peers, 3) replacing work, 4) seeking and keeping high to advance.

Abstrak Nama adalah kata-kata yang menjadi identitas bagi benda, peristiwa, dan makhluk di dunia. Manusia hidup dalam relasi yang rumit dan beragam, untuk memudahkan penyebutan kemudian diberikan penamaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis makna, jenis penamaan, dan komponen makna nama-nama makanan di sekitar kampus di Purwokerto. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan semantik. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah nama-nama makanan yang berjumlah 19 data. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah pembuat dan penjual makanan kaki lima di sekitar kampus di Purwokerto. Tahap penyedian data menggunakan teknik wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan, antara lain (1) pengumpulan data, (2) reduksi data, (3) penyajian data, dan (4) penarikan simpulan. Hasil dan pembahasaan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jenis makna yang ada dalam data adalah makna denotatif (5 data), makna konotatif (3 data), makna kontekstual (2 data), dan makna referensial (3 data). Jenis penamaan yang ditemukan adalah peniruan bunyi (1 data), penamaan sifat khas (2 data), penamaan tempat asal (1 data), penamaan bahan (1 data), penamaan keserupaan (1 data), penamaan pemendekan (1 data). Komponen makna yang ditemukan antara lain berdasarkan bahan yang digunakan, berdasarkan warna, berdasarkan bentuk, berdasarkan pembuatan, dan berdasarkan kemasan. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa penamaan makanan dapat ditelusuri dari tiga aspek, yaitu jenis, makna, dan komponen makanan dengan menerapkan pada aspek semantiknya. Kata kunci: nama makanan, makna, penamaan, sematik Abstract Names are words that become identities for things, events, and creatures in the world. Humans live in complex and diverse relationships, so that naming is given to facilitate the naming. This research aims to describe the types of meanings, types of naming, and components of the meaning of food names around the campus in Purwokerto. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. This research uses a semantic approach. The data in this research are 19 food names. The data source in this research is the maker and seller of street food around the campus in Purwokerto. Data collecting stage uses interview techniques. Data analysis techniques used include (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, and (4) drawing conclusions. The results and discussion of this research indicate that the types of meanings contained in the data are denotative meanings (5 data), connotative meanings (3 data), contextual meanings (2 data), and referential meanings (3 data). The types of naming found are mimicking sounds (1 data), naming unique traits (2 data), naming origin (1 data), naming material (1 data), similarity naming (1 data), naming shortening (1 data). The meaning components that are found are based on the material used, based on color, based on shape, based on manufacture, and based on packaging. Based on this analysis, it was concluded that the naming of food can be traced from three aspects, namely the type, meaning and component of food by applying to its semantic aspects. This study aims to improve exposition writing skills of the 5th grade students through the application of the SAVI approach (Somatic, Auditory, Visual and Intellectual) in learning. This study is an action research carried out at SDK 6 Penabur North Jakarta. The research subjects were 5th grade students, amounting to 35 students. The implementation of the study was divided into two cycles, each cycle carried out three and four meetings. Data analysis techniques were carried out with qualitative descriptive techniques. The success of this study was seen from two criteria, namely the observation sheet applying the SAVI approach and increasing the results of exposition writing skills. The results of the study obtained are the application of the SAVI approach to make students actively move and search for their own information, students are increasingly active in group learning, creation of written and product made by students and able to find their own knowledge and skills. The increase in the results of exposition writing skills is also seen in the initial cycle and is increasing in cycle 2. This can be seen from the initial percentage of students who have not completed the task of exposition writing skills by 68%, then the percentage results in the first cycle are 45.7% and in the end of the second cycle students who obtained incomplete results were only 25.7%. Overall at the end of the second cycle all aspects and criteria for exposition writing experienced a significant increase.

[THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE TRAINING OF SCIENTIFIC PAPERS ON WIDYAISWARA WRITING COMPETENCE] The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of the training of scientific article on widyaiswara writing competence regarding the formulation of research problems, the formulation of theoretical studies, the formulation of research methods, the preparation of results and discussion, and the presentation of conclusions and suggestions. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research was carried out in the Education and Religious Technical Training Center. The research subjects were 10 widyaiswara who had participated in the training on scientific writing. Data collection techniques are documentation studies while data analysis techniques are using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that the training of scientific writing for widyaiswara was effective in developing the widyaiswara's competence in writing scientific papers. It revealed that all documents  had included research problems in the introduction, content, and closing, although the terminology is not exactly the same as the writing guidelines but the essence is relevant to the problem. Some are explicitly disclosed and some are implicitly. Based on the results of the study, the researcher proposed a suggestion that the Pusdiklat continue to program scientific papers training for Widyaiswara.

This research is motivated by the finding of students who are still confused in choosing a major to enter higher education. The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of peer social support on student career planning. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study, using a natural setting approach, which places more emphasis on what the informants experience naturally. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling method. Collecting data using observation, interview, documentation, and tri-accounting techniques. Data analysis uses the Miles Hurberman method, in which Miles Huberman divides 3 stages in data analysis, namely data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results showed that there was an effect of peer social support on student career planning, it was shown from emotional support, support, appreciation, information support.

Constraints in this study on the value of Physical Education Sports and Health (PJOK) in basketball learning that is on practical exams such as techniques, passing, shooting and dribbling, the purpose of this study is to improve determining basketball learning outcomes. The problem in this study is that students are not happy in learning basketball, namely menoton and less varied. This research is a classroom action research (action research). The research subjects were students of class XI. MIPA. 1 of 34 students. The time of this study was in October-December 2019. Data collection tools used observation sheets of activity in learning PJOK. Data analysis techniques using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study in the first cycle passed 24 people, 10 people did not pass with 71% completeness, 29% incomplete. While in cycle II passed 27 people, did not pass 7 people with 79% completeness, 21% incomplete. Kendala dalam penelitian ini pada nilai Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) dalam pembelajaran bola basket yaitu pada ujian praktik seperti teknik, passing, shooting dan dribbling, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan  menentukan hasil belajar bola basket. Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu kurang senangnya siswa dalam pembelajaran bola basket yaitu menoton dan kurang variatif. Penelitian ini atalah penelitian tindakan kelas (action reseach). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa-siswi kelas XI. MIPA. 1  yang berjumlah 34 siswa. Waktu penelitian ini pada bulan Oktober-Desember 2019. Alat Pengumpul data menggunakan lembar observasi aktivitas dalam belajar PJOK. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I lulus 24 orang, tidak lulus 10 orang dengan ketuntasan 71%, tidak tuntas 29%. Sedangkan pada siklus II lulus 27 orang, tidak lulus 7 orang dengan ketuntasan 79%, tidak tuntas 21%.

The research objective is to increase the wealth of mufrodat through hypnoteaching methods. The research subjects were all fifth grade students of MI Miftahun Najah Banyuputih Situbondo in the 2016/2017 Academic Year. Researchers used data collection instruments in the form of observation formats, question sheets, field notes, and interview guidelines. The research method is classroom action research. Data analysis techniques are planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The results of the study are: 1) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the pre cycle before receiving hypnoteaching learning method treatment gets an average of 65.38. The smallest value is 55 and the highest value is 80. With the Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who get a score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 23% while students who have not reached the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 77%. 2) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the first cycle after applying hypnoteaching learning method got an average of 72.3. The smallest value is 55 and the highest value is 80. With the Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 61.5% while students who have not reached the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 38.5%. 3) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the second cycle gets an average of 90. The smallest value is 75 and the highest score is 100. With a Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 92.3% while students who have not yet reached Minimal Completeness Criteria is 7.7%. 4) The use of hypnoteaching method can increase the wealth of mufrodat of fifth grade students of MI Miftahun Najah Banyuputih Situbondo in 2016/2017 Academic Year.

The pronunciation of inappropriate words to exemplify, thus rendering the child devoid of good manners and word-tours, and often against parenthood, is because her parents are unspoiled when she speaks disrespectful and also against parental sayings becomes a phenomenon often encountered in society particularly in coastal communities. Family is very important in child education. The problem formula in this study is (1) How is the behaviour of children in the family? (2) What kind of factors affects the child's crisis of morality in the family? The purpose of the study is (1) to find out how child behaviour in the family is. (2) to find out what factors affect the child's crisis of morality in the family. To answer the question the researcher used a type of qualitative descriptive research in his research. In data collection techniques, researchers use interview and observation methods. Then, data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion withdrawal
