This study aims to determine the implementation of the introduction of children's numbers through beam media at RA Nurul Ummah Kenep Balen, Bojonegoro Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected by using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques include the method of induction and descriptive/interpretive analysis, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, checking the validity of the research by extending the participation of researchers, triangulation techniques. The results showed that the introduction of children's numbers through the media of color blocks can increase the knowledge of numbers for children, and for teachers it is easier for students to understand numbers. The supporting factors are the existence of a program that has become a mandatory activity set by the school as one of the subjects, the support from the school to provide educational learning facilities in the form of color blocks, the ability of active and creative teachers to use media facilities, while the inhibiting factors are students who still cannot distinguish the color of the blocks, students are late when entering. Efforts to recognize numbers that need to be done are careful preparation for teachers before doing learning, both learning administration, teaching preparation, and learning media, especially in counting using color block media, and the presence of complementary media from color block media.

Abstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan ikon, indeks dan simbol yang terdapat dalam novel 121 Hari di Shimotsuma karya Boby Julian. Metode penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah teknik baca simak dan teknik catat untuk mencari kutipan yang termasuk kedalam semiotik ikon, indeks, dan simbol, lalu menjadikan data tersebut sebagai bahan analisis. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan Reduksi data, menyajikan data, dan verifikasi. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dalam novel 121 Hari di Shimotsuma  ialah ikon waktu, tempat, perasaan, keadaan alam, dan keadaan seseorang. Indeks yang terdapat dalam novel 121 Hari di Shimotsuma yaitu indeks  hubungan antara alam dengan kehidupan, kehidupan dengan keadaan, dan segala perbuatan manusia dengan segala balasannya. Simbol yang terdapat dalam novel 121 Hari di Shimotsuma yaitu berkaitan dengan hakikat kehidupan manusia sehari-hari.Kata Kunci: semiotik, ikon, indeks, simbol, novel Abstract: This paper aims to describe the use of icons, indexes and symbols contained in Boby Julian's novel: 121 Hari di Shimotsuma. The research method was descriptive qualitative using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were reading and note-taking techniques to find quotations that were included in semiotic icons, indexes, and symbols. The data then were used as material for analysis. Data analysis techniques were performed by data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of data analysis obtained in the novel 121 Hari di Shimotsuma were icons of time, place, feelings, natural conditions, and one's condition. The index contained in the novel 121 Hari di Shimotsuma was an index of the relationship between nature and life, life with conditions, and human actions with all reward and punishment. The symbols contained in the novel 121 Hari in Shimotsuma were related to the essence of everyday human life.Keywords: semiotic, icon, index, symbol, novel

<p>Entrepreneurship is very important to instill independence in the younger generation. There are a number of things that have an important influence on a child's soul, including family, school and the environment. The role of the family, especially mothers as early educators who put the most important foundation for the growth of the personality and maturity of children's thinking. There are several research focuses that exist in, among others, (1) to know parents in instilling entrepreneurial education values in the central tempe chips industry in Sanan, Malang. (2) to knowing the form or result of the cultivation of entrepreneurial education values in the central tempe chips industry in Sanan, Malang (3) to knowing the obstacles in cultivating entrepreneurial education values in the Tempe chips industry center in Sanan, Malang. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of research of community phenomena because researchers take data directly in the field. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The conclusion of this study is the role of parents in instilling entrepreneurial values is to guide and support the activities of their children in the field of entrepreneurship. The results have been well implemented through habituation. The obstacle in implementing entrepreneurship for children is the lack of parental trust so that it is difficult to teach entrepreneurship, it is difficult to determine which products are sold because they are too expensive, and the difficulty of the child to divide time.</p><p class="CPKeyword"><em><strong>Keywords: the role of parents; entrepreneurship</strong></em></p>

Muslim-oriented tourism has raised international interest, leading to the need to deepen and expand current research into the long-defeated relationship between Islam and geographic tourism. Indonesia was among Muslim-dominated countries encouraging tourism and improving its capacity to host mainly Western visitors. This study explores the feasibility of developing ecological tourism in rural areas – one of Indonesia's leading destinations – about the possibility of building a tourism industry closer to the needs of Muslim customers and more compatible with Islamic beliefs. The study employed qualitative approach. Data analysis performed using an interactive approach which consist of three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion drawing. This study shows four potentialities for religious education visits: pilgrimage simulation route, Muslim swimming pools, prayer building, and archery venue. Meanwhile the inhibiting factors include accessibility, distance, alliances, and formal structures.  SWOT analysis resulted into four strategies that might be useful guideline for the local government in promoting the halal eco-tourism in the rural areas.

This study aim to explain phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria and describing the triggering factors of conflict Syria and the analysis of Alawie group in Syria. The type of this study uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method, because the data collection techniques used make books and documents related to the Arab spring in Syria as a reference frame, as well as some data from a valid website. Data analysis techniques through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions in which data verification is also accompanied by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria converged on inter-ethnic conflict that occurred between the Sunni-Alawie, then triggered by the phenomenon of Arab spring that spread in the Middle East.

Abstrak Pelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan (GSM) dalam mengatasi bullying di SMP N 2 Sleman. Aspek yang diteliti meliputi impementasi program GSM secara umum, kegiatan program GSM dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat impementasi program tersebut dalam mengatasi bullying. Penelitian ini mengacu konsep impementasi kebijakan Van Metter dan Van HornPenelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskripstif. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, guru bimbingan konseling, guru tim GSM dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data , reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi tersebut sesuai dengan teori van metter dan van horn yang terdiri dari standar dan sasaran, sumber daya, karakteristik organisasi, disposisi, hubungan antar organisasi dan kondisi lingkungan berjalan dengan baik dan semestinya. Kegiatan program GSM dalam mengatasi bullying adalah kegiatan sosialisasi, circle time, pagi berbagi, hearing, dan beberapa penerapan zona kelas. Faktor yang mendukung keberhasilan GSM di SMP N 2 Sleman adalah dukungan dari semua elemen sekolah dan faktor penghambat program GSM adalah masih ada beberapa guru dan siswa yang belum beradaptasi dengan adanya program tersebut. Kata kunci : program, Gerakan sekolah Menyenangkan (GSM), bullying Abstract This research aims to describe the implementation of the Fun School Movement (GSM) program in dealing with bullying in SMP N 2 Sleman. Aspects studied in the implementation of fun school movement program activities and supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of this program. this research to the concept of Van Metter and Van Horn policy implementation.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study include the principal, counseling guidance teacher, GSM team teacher and students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation was in accordance with the van metter and van horn theory which consisted of standards and targets, resources, organizational characteristics, dispositions, relations between organizations and environmental conditions running well and properly. GSM program activities in dealing with bullying are socialization activities, circle time, morning sharing, hearing, and some class zone applications. The factors that support the success of GSM in SMP N 2 Sleman are the support of all elements of the school and the inhibiting factors of the GSM program are there are still some teachers and students who have not adapted to the existence of the program. Keywords: programs, Fun school movements (GSM), bullying

This research is a qualitative study aimed to describe the teacher's perception of pop-up book media when applied to the material building space in the V grade elementary school. The research method of using qualitative descriptive with the research data source is the teacher of grade V in elementary school Tanjungsari, namely VA and VB. The data collection techniques used are online interviews through the WhatsApp app. Data analysis techniques using the technical of Miles and Huberman are data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The result of this study raises positive perceptions of class V teachers. The Media pop-up book is interesting to apply to material solid figure in class V, seeing students who are always interested in new things, because this media has not been used, so that the media pop-up book is very good to be applied in class V, in order to support the creativity of students, so that students will be happy and think critically in the process of learning math material solid figure.

Abstract.This research is motivated by the poor management of the procurement of skyline restaurant operational goods due to the frequent situation of urgent goods but the user rarely directly engages in receiving goods, is not right in planning procurement of goods, organizational structure is not lived properly, and lack of communication in ordering goods. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling which consisted of purchasing staff and F&B Manager. Data collection techniques are carried out using interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques are used through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.Based on the results of research conducted, it was found several things related to the management of the procurement of skyline restaurant operational goods, namely: purchase requests, supplier selection, purchase orders, receipt of goods, and recording of purchase transactions whose entire process must pay attention to several management functions including planning, organizing, directing and monitoring so that the management of the skyline restaurant operational goods procurement runs well and there is no loss for employees or hotels. Abstract:The focus of this study is the translation errors contained in the subtitle film Upin and Ipin Terlajak Laris part one (Malaysian language into Indonesian. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data sources are in the form of documents (translation results). Data collection techniques use document analysis. Data analysis techniques 1. Transcribe the conversations in the movie Upin and Ipin, 2. Group the languages of Malaysia and Indonesian 3. Analyze the incompatibility between Malay and Indonesian languages, 4. Conclude the results of the analysis. The results are 20 words that are not accurate in translation.

Quality learning processes involve many things, one of which is the method or model applied by the teacher. If a teacher conveys varied and stimulating learning, students will be more interested in listening to the material presented. Conversely, if the teacher only teaches with conventional methods, namely lectures, students will be bored and not interested in listening to the material being taught. In this case the role of the learning method is very important to increase students' learning motivation, especially in the XI IPA class students.Assulaimaniyah whose application of learning is still a conventional method. They need varied learning not monotonous in order to support maximum learning outcomes, as well as the Application of SAVI Learning Methods to Increase Learning Motivation Sisawa Class XI Science MA.Assulaimaniyah Mojoagung Jombang. Based on this background, this study aims to conduct and determine the application of SAVI learning methods to improve student learning motivation when applied in the XI IPA MA class. Assulaimaniyah. Type of qualitative research with methods of collecting data on observation, interviews, documentation and library data. Data Analysis Techniques Data collection as well as data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusions. The results showed that when the application of the SAVI method was applied, students who were previously lacking in enthusiasm in receiving learning were more enthusiastic and active in participating in these varied learning methods, so students could learn more optimally in learning. This study aims to find out the strategies implemented by the principal in order to improve the quality of tahfizh education in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga. This study is a field study with a qualitative approach. The location of this study is in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga, Central Java. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. There are 3 aspects that are targeted from improving the quality of tahfizh education. First, the improvement of the quality of human resources in this case is reserved for teachers who support the tahfizh program. This improvement in the quality of human resources is implemented through teacher self-training, learning supervision, lesson study and peer assessment, as well as the construction of recitations. Second, the implementation of standard operating procedures (POS) implemented by tahfizh teachers in teaching. Third, improve communication and good cooperation with parents.
