The low student achievement motivation is something that must be considered. Parents attention became one of the factors that can influence student achievement motivation. The purpose of this study to describe the contribution of parent attention to student’s achievement motivation in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang. This research uses regression analysis. In the research took the sample of 233 students by using purposive sampling technique. It was used instrument "Wira Solina Parents Attention Scale" with reliability value is 0.888, and "Achievement Motivation Scale" with reliability value is 0.885. The results of research showed that: (1) Parents attention (Mother) in the high category; (2) Parents attention (Father) in the medium category; (3) student achievement motivation in the medium category; (4) the contribution of parents attention (mother) to the achievement motivation is 14.4%; (5) the contribution of the parents attention (father) to the achievement motivation is 12.9%; and (6) the contribution of parents attention (Mother and Father) to the achievement motivation are 15.6%. The results of research showed that parents’ attention (mother and father) need to improved student achievement motivation, so it can be recommended by counselor teacher to give guidance and counseling services in the school and involved their parents to improve student achievement motivation.

The purpose this study was to determine the relationship between secure attachment with achievement motivation,  the relationship between autonomy with achievement motivation, and the relationship between secure attachment and autonomy with achievement motivation in adolescents students. The population of this research was students of class X, XI and XII Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Tebing Tinggi. The sample was 103 students were take by stratified random sampling technique. This study used secure attachment scale, autonomy scale, and achievement motivation scale. Double regression analysis showed FCOUNT  33, 482 with  p = 0,000 (p0,005). The result indicate that there was significant correlation between secure attachment and autonomy with achievement. Patrially, there is a significant relationship secure attachment with achievement rxy = 0,365 with  p 0,01 and there is a significant relationship between autonomy with achievement motivation  rxy = 0,361 with  p 0,01. R2 square value was 0, 527 it means that secure attachment and autonomy simultaneously contribute 52,7% toward achievement motivation.

The aimed of this study was to determine the profile of students' interest in learning in online learning during the pandemic and its implications for guidance and counseling services at SMA Islam As-Syafi'iyah 01. The approach used in this study was a descriptive quantitative approach. The research sample used the purposive sampling technique, which was 105 students of class XI SMA Islam As-Syafi'iyah. This research was conducted by distributing an instrument in the form of a learning interest questionnaire in online learning. Analysis of research data using descriptive statistics. The results of the study regarding the profile of learning interest indicate that interest in learning in online learning at SMA Islam As-Syafi'iyah is in the Medium category, which is 84%

The general objective of this research is to describe: (a) Level of physical self-concept boys and girls (b) The level of student achievement motivation of men and women,(c) Career planning level boys and girls, (d) Differences in physical self-concept, achievement motivation and career planning boy with girls, (e) Contribution of physical self-concept and achievement motivation to get her to career planning undertaken in-class XI SMKN Se-Kota Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlation and comparative methods by making a proportional random sampling technique. In this study the following conclusions can be adduced: (a) Physical self-concept level boys and girls, in general, are in the medium category, (b) The level of student achievement motivation of men and women, in general, are in the category of being, (c) Level career planning toward boys and girls in general are at a high category, (d) There are differences in physical self-concept of boys and girls, (e) There were no differences in achievement motivation and career planning boys and the women, (f) There contribution of physical self-concept and achievement motivation on student career planning direction.

Goals to be achieved by the researchers, is to know the results of the implementation of the mastery content services in improving student achievement of class VII SMP Negeri 2 Metro in the academic year 2013/2014. The study design using action research applied in guidance and counseling services. Subjects in this study, researchers took student class VII SMP Negeri 2 Metro in the academic year 2013/2014. Of the 24 students there are 10 students who experienced low mathematics achievement 41.66%. Results from this study that through mastery of content services provided by BK teachers can improve student achievement class VII SMP Negeri 2 Metro. There is an increase in student achievement in the first cycle seen from the average percentage that is equal to 27.5% and the second cycle by 75%, resulting in an increase of 47.5%.Keywords:  mathematics achievement, mastery content services, smp negeri 2 metro

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris">The Covid-19 pandemic is the first and foremost health crisis in the world. A number of countries decided to close schools and colleges. The closure of various agencies in order to minimize the spread rate of Covid-19. Students who should receive direct learning, but must adapt to the LFH (learn from home) method. This condition creates a sense of stress in students. So the researchers are interested in conducting research on stress management for students of SMP Negeri 132 Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is to find an overview of how students' stress management is, especially in this pandemic condition, which has more challenges than pre-pandemic conditions. This study aims to determine and describe the level of stress management of students at SMP Negeri 132 Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample used was 100 students who were selected using purposive sampling technique. This study uses a stress management scale based on the aspects of time management, building an optimistic attitude, managing activities wisely, avoiding procrastination, and maintaining harmonious communication. In the validity test using the product moment, there are 60 valid items with a reliability level of 0.948 in the very high category. The data analysis technique in this study used a categorization formula based on a normal distribution. The stress management of SMP Negeri 132 Jakarta as a whole is in the medium category with a total of 36 students, or 72%. Furthermore, for the high category there were 8 students or 16%. And the low category only amounted to 6 students or 12%. While the overall level of stress management is in the medium category with 34 students or 68%. Furthermore, for the high category there were 9 students or 18%. And the low category only amounted to 7 students or 14%. Therefore, guidance and counseling teachers can use the results of research to serve as guidelines for service delivery, so that students of SMP Negeri 132 Jakarta can reduce stress levels during the Covid-19 pandemic.</p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p>Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan krisis kesehatan yang pertama dan menjadi terutama di dunia. Sejumlah negara memutuskan untuk menutup sekolah dan perguruan tinggi. Ditutupnya berbagai instansi guna meminimalisir tingkat penyebaran Covid-19. Siswa yang seharusnya memperoleh pembelajaran secara langsung, namun harus beradaptasi dengan metode LFH (learn from  home). Kondisi ini menimbulkan rasa stres dalam diri siswa. maka peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai manajemen stres siswa SMP Negeri 132 Jakarta di masa pandemi Covid-19. Hal ini untuk mengetahui gambaran bagaimana manajemen stres siswa terutama dalam kondisi pandemi ini, yang memiliki tantangan lebih dibanding kondisi pra pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta mendeskripsikan tingkat manajemen stres siswa SMP Negeri 132 Jakarta di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah  100 siswa  yang dipilih menggunaka teknik purposive sampling.  Penelitian ini menggunakan skala Manajemen Stres berdasarkan aspek Manajemen waktu, Membangun Sikap Optimis, Mengatur Aktivitas Secara Bijak, Menghindari Kebiasaan Menunda, serta Menjalin Komunikasi yang harmonis. Pada uji validitas dengan menggunakan product moment terdapat 60 item valid  dengan tingkar reabilitas  0,948 pada kategori sangat tinggi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus kategorisasi berdasarkan distribusi normal. Manajemen stres SMP Negeri 132 Jakarta secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori sedang dengan jumlah 36 siswa, atau 72%. Selanjutnya untuk kategori tinggi terdapat 8 siswa atau 16%. Dan kategori rendah hanya berjumlah 6 siswa atau 12%. Sedangkan tingkat manajemen stres secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori sedang dengan jumlah 34 siswa atau 68%. Selanjutnya untuk kategori tinggi terdapat 9 siswa atau 18% . Dan kategori rendah hanya berjumlah 7 siswa atau 14%. Oleh karena itu guru BK dapat memanfaatkan hasil penelitian untuk dijadikan pedoman pemberian layanan, supaya siswa SMP Negeri 132 Jakarta dalam menurunkan tingkat stress di masa pandemi Covid-19.

Implementation of the non-test instrument is essential to support the guidance and counseling services in schools. Phenomenon in the field of guidance and counseling teachers less preparing/planning the implementation of the non-test instrument and there is guidance and counseling teachers who do not deliver the results to the students as well as less use of non-test instrument results . This study aims to describe students' opinions about: (1) preparation/planning, (2) the administration, (3) the delivery of results, and (4) the use of non-test instrument results. Type a descriptive study with a class XI student population numbering 178 people. Samples numbered 61 people were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by a percentage formula. The results showed that students' opinions on the implementation of the non-test instrument with respect to: (1) preparation/planning done well, (2) the administration, (3) the delivery of results, and (4) the use of non-test results is less instrument performing well.

The research was backgrounded by still low level of the learning motivation of students. The self-concept and parental support suspectted to affect the learning motivation of students. This research aims to describe : (1) the self-concepts, (2) parental support, (3) learning motivation of students, (4) the contribution of the self-concept toward the learning motivation of students, (5) the parental support contributions toward the learning motivation of students, and (6) the contribution of self-concept and parental support together against to the learning motivation of students. This study used a descriptive correlational quantitative method. The population of this research was students of SMA Negeri 8 Padang in class XI and XII which totaled 464 people. The number of samples are 215 people, selected by proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used is the scale. Results validity and reliability of the instrument self-concept, parental support, and learning motivation of student stated that valid and reliable research instruments. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, simple regression, and multiple regression. The findings showed that: (1) the average description of self-concepts are in positive category, (2) an average description of parental support are in high category, (3) description of the learning motivation of students are in high category, (4) there is contribution of self-concept toward the learning motivation of students by 24.2%, (5) there is contribution of parental support toward the learning motivation of students by 18.8%, and (6) there are contributions of self-concept and parental support together toward the learning motivation of students amounted to 30.7%. Implications of the research results can be used as input to create a program of guidance and counseling services.

The conflict in North Halmahera affects various aspects of community life there. This study aims to find out the influence of ethnoreligious conflict effect on student’s learning motivation in North Halmahera. The sample of this study were students in North Halmahera who was studying at the higher education level. Samples taken as many as 39 people based on a purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using two scales: trauma scale and learning motivation scale. The conclusion from the results of this study is that students from North Halmahera who experienced trauma have wrong learning motivation. This can be seen from the description of trauma measurements that give the results of most (56%) North Halmahera students who study in higher education are in the moderate trauma category, 23% are in the high trauma category, and 21% are in the very high trauma category. On learning motivation, the measurement description results as much as 44% are at a high category, 28% are in the medium category, 23% in the very high category, and 5% in the low category.

This study aims to determine the emotional intelligence of female students who wear the full face veil. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The sampling technique was carried out with a total sampling of 38 students who wore the veil from several universities in Indonesia. The research instrument uses a Likert-shaped Emotional Intelligence Scale owned by Dika Sahputra. Questionnaires are distributed online through the Google Forms application from November 2019 to January 2020. The results showed that in general the emotional intelligence of students who wore the full face veil was in the high category. These results can be used as a basis for making programs for guidance and counseling services in tertiary institutions, as well as being the basis for policy making for university leaders and the government towards female students and women who use the full face veil

The purpose of this study is to examine purchasing decisions through online applications (e-commerce) on an online motorcycle taxi-based delivery service. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely by collecting data from respondents using a questionnaire.
