This study examines the implementation of the Al-Qur'an learning strategy in Ma'had al-Jamiah UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh and tries to find out the approach, steps and evaluation systems, as well as the criteria in learning the Qur’an. This research is a field study using a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by reduction, presentation and verification. The results show that the approach used in learning Al-Quran in Ma’had Al-Jamiah UIN Ar-Raniry is an andragogical approach. The learning step is carried out through two stages, namely the pre-instructional phase by attracting students' interest and the instructional stage by delivering new material. The evaluation system consists of four 4 stages: initial munaqasah, daily munaqasah, semester munaqasah, and munaqasah before graduation. The criteria of students achieved in the learning of the Qur'an is able to read al-Qur'an fluently and ethical in reading.

<p>This study aims to explain the basic values of madrasa management in Kudus, the values of developing madrasa in Kudus, and the excellent values of madrasa in Kudus. This research is a field study that uses a qualitative approach. Data collection uses interview, observation, and document study methods. Data analysis used the Spradley model, namely domain, taxonomic, compound, and cultural themes analysis. The result of this study explains that the strategic values in the madrasa lie in the basic values of the madrasa i.e. an educational institution whose main mission is to teach the islamic sciences. The next strategic values are the values of development which focus on a better quality learning model, namely curriculum, learning and output. Furthermore, the excellent values of the madrasa are focused on three values, namely the values of excellence in tafaqquh fiddin or mastery in the knowledge of Islam, the values of excellence in memorizing the Qur'an, and the values of excellence in the field of research. It is recommended that the madrasah aliyah  in Kudus also develop other strategic values to become excellent, such as international schools or ICT based schools.</p>

Time management is a planning, organizing and monitoring productivity of time. The time becomes one of the resources of performance that must be managed effectively and efficiently. In education, the time is like a sword that must be mastered, as well as in the field of Tahfidz al-Qur’an, one of which is applied in Dayah Tahfidz Qur’an Pagar Air Banda Aceh, management is needed in order to achieve the target. This study attempted to answer about the concept of time management, applications, settings, and their implications to students.This research was a field study using a qualitative approach, conducted in Dayah Tahfidz Pagar Air Banda Aceh. The techniques of collecting data were interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is done through data reduction, data presentation and verification of data.The results showed that the concept of time management in the Dayah Tahfidz Pagar Air was designed with the model, after Magrib prayer and Isya’ and ba'da Subuh prayer. That time includes a brief, if the priority of Dayah devoted to tahfidz. Time management was not implemented maximally, students were often procrastinate, less recognize activities (tahfidz) application time do still less strict. In addition, students concentrate less on the results, as well as the response or attitude that is still less strict on time. Time management implications of the recitation of the Koran in Dayah Tahfidz Ulumul Qur'an Pagar Air Banda Aceh, in general, can be seen from the increase and change of students in memorizing al-Qu'ran.

Learning could be effective and efficient, if the teacher has appropriately learning strategy as well the ability of the students, especially for disable students. So then the teacher’s strategy as teaching PAI is very important. The problem of this research is focused on how the teachers strategy on teaching PAI for disable students of SMPLB-YPPC Banda Aceh.Moreover, the objective of this research is to figure out the strategy of the teacher on teaching PAI for disable students of SMPLB-YPPC Banda Aceh. Research design used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Then, the location of this research is SMPLB-YPPC Banda Aceh. Subjects of this research are a headmaster and 2 PAI teachers. Method of data collection that used in this research is observation, interview and documentary. The instrument used here is a list of interviews and observations. The technique of data analysis is data reduction, data display, and data verification. The result displays 1) strategy of the teacher on teaching PAI in SMPLB-YPPC Banda Aceh: a) individual groups, b) cooperative, c) behavior modification. 2) Supporting and inhabiting factors on teaching PAI in SMPLB-YPPC Banda Aceh: a) inhabiting factors are students’ parents have less concern, disability of disable students and learning media. 3) Implementation on teaching PAI strategy in SMPLB-YPPC Banda Aceh: a) lesson plan, b) learning implementation, c) evaluation.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Principal's leadership in developing Al-Qur'an learning management that has been implemented in SMP Negeri 8 Yogyakarta City. The output of learning the Qur'an which makes the majority of students of SMP Negeri 8 Yogyakarta City able to read the Qur'an well, even some students are able to memorize the Qur'an up to 2 juz is something that is interesting to study. This research uses a qualitative approach. Participants in this study were the Principal, Islamic religious teachers and teachers of the Qur'an. The techniques used in data collection were done by using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in two stages; (1) research in the field, the analysis results in this first stage are in the form of temporary conclusions obtained from the results of observations and document studies using the inductive analysis model. The conclusion data obtained in the first stage of analysis is then developed in the second stage of analysis, namely analysis after data collection. At this stage, all data were analyzed inductively by using descriptive qualitative research. The conclusion of this study shows that the Principal can develop the management of learning the Qur'an well.

This study aims to determine how the character formation of love for the country through the flag ceremony of SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh students. The approach in this research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The subjects in this study consisted of 1 school principal, 1 grade IV teacher and 3 grade IV students. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis used a percentage formula and also used data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research on the formation of the character of love for the country through the flag ceremony at SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh, it is still in the category of very frequent or good according to the indicators of love for the country. Principals and teachers always strive well so that students can instill the character of loving the motherland in each student. The formation of the character of love for the country through the flag ceremony, namely by reminding, guiding and always explaining the meaning of the flag ceremony so that students have the character of loving the country and being orderly at the time of the flag ceremony, and also instilling discipline, so that students can understand the meaning of the flag ceremony well. With the flag ceremony, it is able to foster a character of love for the country which can shape and make students who have noble, moral, ethical, cultured and civilized characters based on Pancasila so that they become students who have an attitude of nationalism. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembentukan karakter cinta tanah air melalui upacara bendera siswa SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 1 orang kepala sekolah, 1 orang guru kelas IV dan 3 orang siswa kelas IV. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase dan juga menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pembentukan karakter cinta tanah air melalui upacara bendera di SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh masih dalam kategori sangat sering dilakukan atau baik sesuai dengan indikator dari cinta tanah air. Kepala sekolah dan guru selalu mengupayakan dengan baik agar siswa dapat menanamkan karakter cinta tanah air di dalam diri masing-masing siswa. Pembentukan karakter cinta tanah air melalui upacara bendera yaitu dengan mengingatkan, membimbing dan selalu menjelaskan makna dari upacara bendera  agar siswa memiliki karakter cinta tanah air serta tertib pada saat upacara bendera, dan juga menanamkan kedisplinan, sehingga siswa dapat memahami makna upacara bendera dengan baik. Dengan adanya upacara bendera mampu menumbuhkan karakter cinta tanah air yang dapat membentuk dan menjadikan diri siswa yang berakhlak mulia, bermoral, beretika, berbudaya, dan beradab berdasarkan pancasila sehingga menjadi siswa yang memiliki sikap nasionalisme. The purpose of the research is to describe and analyze accountability village funds allocation in Lam Ara Village. The method used is data analysis with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was taken by interviewing several employees working in the Lam Ara Village Office in Banda Aceh. The results of the study show that  The  accountability  phase  of  the  Village  Fund  Allocation  (ADD)  in  Lam  Ara,  both  technically  and administratively is good, but must still receive guidance from the Banda Aceh City government, Implementation of the use of village funds has applied the principle of accountability. Thus it is necessary to make improvements on an ongoing  basis  while  still  adjusting  the  situation  and  conditions  and  the  development  of  applicable  laws  and regulations

This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

The ideology of Pancasila as a way of life, the basis of the state, and national identity has a various challenge from time to time so that the existence of Pancasila as an Ideology must be maintained, especially in industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is a qualitative approach by doing study of literature. In data collection the writer used documentation while in techniques data analysis used content analysis, inductive and descriptive. Results of the research about challenges and strengthening of the Pancasila Ideology in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are: (1)  grounding Pancasila, (2) increasing professional human resources based on Pancasila’s values, (3) maintaining the existence of Pancasila as the State Ideology.

Wasl al-Fiqh bi al-Hadith integrates jurisprudence and hadith so that it enables fiqh experts to rely on hadith in formulating their rulings while hadith experts can derive a more accurate interpretation. Among others, this concept is applied at Aceh traditional dayah as the oldest Islamic educational institution in the Malay Archipelago which Acehness put their respect as the reference in Islamic rulings and teaching. This field study took place at Dayah Mudi Mesra, Samalanga, Aceh, due to its long-established reputation and great influence among Acehnese. The study aims to shed some light on the concept of wasl al-Fiqh bi al-Hadith according to some Islamic scholars, analyze the concept as perceived by the traditional Dayah of Aceh, and portray the polemic on Friday prayer ritual as prescribed by the traditional Dayah. The study employs qualitative data collection instruments consisting of library data, interviews, observations, and documentation. Inductive, deductive, and comparative methods were used for data analysis. The study found that implementation of this concept at the Dayah has been synonymous with the exclusive adoption of Shafi’i school as it heavily relies on several Shafi’i books or opinions of Shafi’i scholars as primary references.(Wasl al-Fiqh bi al-Hadith memadukan kajian fiqh dan hadis sehingga ahli fiqh dapat berpedoman kepada hadis dalam merumuskan aturan-aturan hukum sementara ahli hadis dapat mengetahui makna sebuah hadis dengan lebih akurat. Konsep ini salah satunya diterapkan di Dayah Tradisional Aceh, sebuah lembaga kajian Islam tertua di Kepulauan Melayu yang disegani dan menjadi rujukan dalam hal aturan serta ajaran Islam di masyarakat setempat. Kajian ini merupakan studi lapangan yang bertempat di Dayah Mudi Mesra Samalanga Aceh karena pengaruhnya yang sudah lama dan berakar kuat bagi masyarakat Aceh. Ia bertujuan mendalami konsep wasl al-fiqh bi al-hadith menurut para cendekiawan Muslim, mengkaji pemahaman akan konsep wasl al-fiqh bi al-hadith di kalangan Dayah tersebut dan memotret polemik soal pelaksanaan Salat Jumat di dalamnya. Kajian ini merupakan studi kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data secara pustaka, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sementara itu, analisis data dilakukan secara induktif, deduktif, dan komparatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi konsep tersebut sebenarnya tidak lebih dari adopsi eksklusif terhadap madzhab Syafi’i karena ketergantungan yang demikian kuat pada buku-buku madzhab Syafi’i serta pandangan ulama-ulama Syafi’iyyah sebagai referensi utama)

Inovasi layanan drive-thru perpustakaan merupakan sebuah layanan yang diciptakan Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Inovasi layanan drive-thru ini berbentuk tempat / loket untuk melayani kebutuhan pemustaka tanpa harus turun dari kendaraan. Inovasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pelayanan kepada pemustaka dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan budaya literasi.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi layanan drive-thru di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Kriteria Inovasi menurut PermenPANRB nomor 3 Tahun  2018 meliputi 5 variabel yang terdiri atas Kebaruan, Efektif , Bermanfaat , Dapat direplikasi, dan Berkelanjutan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, pemaparan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi layanan drive-thru memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Pada kriteria kebaruan menunjukkan inovasi drive-thru merupakan suatu penemuan baru serta menawarkan cara baru dalam melayani pemustaka melalui loket. Untuk kriteria efektif tujuan dari diciptakannya drive-thru adalah untuk memudahkan pemustaka sudah memenuhi, tetapi untuk meningkatkan budaya literasi belum tercapai. Untuk kriteria bermanfaat sudah dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dan bagi dinas yang menerapkannya. Pada dapat direplikasi inovasi ini dapat menjadi contoh/rujukan karena sudah ada beberapa instansi yang menduplikasinya, lalu kriteria terakhir keberlanjutan untuk kedepan inovasi ini akan tetap dipertahankan karena mendapat dukungan dari berbagai stakeholder. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah lebih menggalakan sosialisasi agar drive-thru ini bisa lebih berkembang dan dimanfaatkan oleh lebih banyak orang.    Kata kunci : Inovasi Layanan, Drive Thru Perpustakaan, Budaya Literasi   The library's drive-thru service innovation is a service created by the Library and Archives Office of East Java Province. This drive-thru service innovation is in the form of a counter to serve the needs of visitors without having to get off the vehicle. This innovation aims to facilitate service to users in the hope that it can improve literacy culture. The purpose of this study is to describe the drive-thru service innovation in the Department of Library and Archives of East Java Province. The focus of this research is the Innovation Criteria according to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PermenPANRB) number 3 of 2018 covering 5 variables consisting of novelty, effectiveness, benefit, transferbility, and sustainability. This type of research is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. For data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation, presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results show that drive-thru service innovation has advantages and disadvantages. The novelty criterion indicates that drive-thru innovation is a new invention and offers a new way of serving visitors through the counter. . For the effective criteria, the purpose of creating a drive-thru is to make it easier for users to fulfill it, but to improve literacy culture has not been achieved. For useful criteria, it can provide benefits for the community and for the agencies that implement them. If this innovation can be replicated, it can be used as an example / reference because there are already several agencies that duplicate it. Then the last criteria for sustainability for the future of this innovation will be maintained because it has the support of various stakeholders. Suggestions that can be given are to promote more socialization so that this drive-thru can be more developed and utilized by more people.
